In Episode E273B, I share what's been on my mind in the investment world. It's a timely check-in on what's working, what's not, and the broader investment landscape. Firstly, let's talk about the challenges in Canada. Many investors are looking abroad due to frustrations with the capital gains tax increase and policies that seem to favour institutional ownership over individual landlords. This shift could eventually lead to a landscape dominated by corporate players, so adapting business-like operations could be key for small landlords to thrive. Today, I also want to highlight some positive opportunities, especially in Ontario. Despite the challenges, there are entrepreneurs making substantial moves. For instance, there's a massive development in the Bruce Peninsula area turning 60 acres into a mix of residential units, which is quite the endeavor in the current climate. Lastly, I dive into my activities in Florida, where we're seeing traction with several properties. It's about staying diligent, negotiating where possible, and leveraging opportunities to maximize returns. Whether it's discussing market trends, development projects, or sharing personal investment moves, these episodes are here to give you a raw insight into my real estate journey. Are you ready to go Tripping with Mitch Azaria? The executive producer behind two very successful real-time travel documentaries for TVO is back with a third: "Tripping the Bruce." It premieres Friday, April 15 on TVO and repeats on Sunday the 17th. Bruce Who? Bruce Peninsula, silly. That glorious, prehistoric Great Lakes land mass that separates Lake Huron from Georgian Bay. I've spent all my summers cottaging there and I still did not know most of the amazing factoids that flash upon the screen during this three-hour sailboat ride across the tip of the peninsula. Did you know that the Bruce is home to it's very own sub-species of black bear? That a reported one thousand shipwrecks surround its coasts -- the world's largest collections of intact wooden shipwrecks? That it is home to 150 species of migrating birds?Mitch knows all and shares more fun facts, including how he and a small crew were able to capture the Bruce in all its glory from the deck of a sailboat last summer. In this episode, Derik Hyatt chats with Art Business Consultant and wife of Drew Brophy ( @drewbrophy ), best-known for his @lostsurfboard designs in the 1990's, Maria Brophy. Maria's driving force is to help empower people to take action to create a life that they want! In the late 1990's, she decided what kind of life she wanted to live; She wanted to travel most of the year and work for herself in a creative business. It took a few years, but eventually arranged her life in that way. You could say that she lives a dream lifestyle, traveling the world while running a gallery space in San Clemente, California and selling art for a living. But she does work very hard for it all! She has dedicated the last twenty years to developing strategies to sell the artwork of her surfer husband, Drew Brophy. After thousands of hours of study, research and hands-on-experience, she has become an expert on art licensing, deal making, and selling art, especially surf art. She learned how to grow Drew's art sales beyond multiple six figures, every year since the late 1990's. All while traveling two to three months a year; and sometimes more than that. She even started writing a blog in 2009, to help other artists along the way. And then started sharing information in books: Amazon best-selling book ART, MONEY & SUCCESS Co-Authored HOW TO DRAW WITH DREW BROPHY published by Walter Foster Co-Authored PAINTING SURFBOARDS CHASING WAVES Connect with Maria Brophy online at www.mariabrophy.com and on Instagram and Facebook at @mariabrophy. As the most biologically diverse Great Lake, a major drinking water source, and the site of countless memories made, Lake Erie is essential to not only humans, but the well-being of our entire ecosystem. But the health of our Lake is currently under serious pressure from: Annual, often toxic, algal blooms, that threaten aquatic, animal, and human health; Plastics pollution that is accumulating at an alarming rate; Invasive species disrupting the ecosystem's balance; The compounding pressures of climate change, is also making matters worse. In order to recover and prosper, Lake Erie needs our attention and help. Each summer, athletes from across the watershed come together for one legendary event: the Lake Erie Challenge; all to raise awareness and funds for our beloved lake. In this episode, meet the athletes and staff from Canadian Freshwater Alliance. This year we have three teams of athletes: Team SUP, Team Wingfoil and Team Caldwell. Stay tuned to hear from Raj Gill, Tim Blanchard, Sara Chojnicki, Patricia Kittelberger, Brad Petrus, Derik Hyatt, and your hosts Ashley van der Pouw Kraan, Kelly Laforet, and Julia Foody. When you donate to the Lake Erie Challenge, you're supporting local Lake Erie Guardians, and their work improving the health of the Lake Erie watershed, including water quality monitoring, the reintroduction of native plants, advocacy for freshwater protection, and more! With your support, we can equip even more citizens to become caretakers of Lake Erie. This year, our athletes want to raise $7500 so we can continue and expand our Lake Erie Guardians program in 2022. Help us reach our fundraising goal! Help us spread the stoke by leaving us a RATING and REVIEW after you LISTEN / WATCH and SHARE! In this episode, Derik Hyatt chats with Norm Hann about his passion for oceans, coastlines, and the powerful connection between people and the environment. After a university basketball and high school teaching career in Sudbury, Ontario, Norm made the decision to travel west to enroll; in a wilderness guide training program in Vancouver. Upon completion he was hired as an adventure guide in the Great Bear Rainforest on the north coast of British Columbia. In 2006, he was given the ultimate coastal honour of being adopted by Eva Hill into the Raven Clan and given the name T'aam Laan meaning “Steersman of the Canoe.” In 2008, Norm discovered stand up paddleboarding and with almost a decade of guiding experience under his belt in the Great Bear Rainforest, Norm Hann Expeditions was born. Shortly after the first couple of sup trips to the Great Bear, the real threat of oil tankers traveling through the area began to take shape in the form of the Northern Gateway Project. Norm decided to paddle the proposed tanker route. The route was from Kitimat 400km south to Bella Bella. The expedition was called Standup4Greatbear and to inform everyone of what was at risk. Standup4Greatbear Society continues to promote the education, awareness, and protection of the Great Bear Rainforest and the Great Bear Sea, through conservation expeditions, featured talks and presentations. In 2012, Norm was contacted by acclaimed filmmaker Anthony Bonello to bring the story of the threat to the coast to a larger audience. Shortly after recruiting talented photographer Nicolas Teichrob, the Stand film project began. The film highlights Norm's 350km expedition along the coast of Haida Gwaii, the Heiltsuk students of Bella Bella building their own wooden cedar paddleboards, along with the surfing and coastal connection of waterman and Tofino local Raphael Bruhwiler. Norm believes that as paddlers we have a responsibility to stand up for these places that give us so much and to protect these areas for future generations. Norm Hann Expeditions can connect you with powerful environments so that you can build your own personal connections and experience the things in life that matter the most. Help us spread the stoke by leaving us a RATING and REVIEW after you LISTEN / WATCH and SHARE! In this episode, Derik Hyatt chats with Bob “Aqua Doc” Beaton. Bob Beaton is a surfer dude. It's what gets him out of bed each morning; it's what he dreams about at night. Put a southwest wind on the weather forecast for Grand Haven and it's a safe bet the “Aquadoc” will be at the South Pier rock pile chasing down the waves with surfers more than half his age. Beaton started surfing in 1962 when beach-themed movies romanticized the sport with scenes of bronzed athletes catching every wave, bikini-clad women basking in the sun, and all-night parties on the beach. Beaton routinely plans his day around the wind and waves. While drinking his first cup of coffee each morning, he boots up his computer. His home page is set to the live beach camera at Grand Haven. He chaired the Grand Haven Pier Safety Task force from 1988-1996, an organization formed after several pier deaths in 1980. Others have admired the surfer for the dramatic rescue he made on Nov. 10, 1975, the same night the Edmund Fitzgerald went down. That night, Beaton saved a boy from drowning in 14-foot surf off Grand Haven, for which he was later awarded a Congressional Lifesaving Medal. In the 2003 surfing documentary “Step Into Liquid,” Beaton is featured in a segment dedicated to Great Lakes surfing. He owns a small retail business that he closes when the surf's up. His dedication to surfing remains true. And although no longer in his athletic prime, put Beaton on a surfboard and he rides with the enthusiasm of a kid. If it weren't for people like Doc, people might not even know you can surf on Lake Michigan. Check out http://www.sandhillcity.com/glsa.htm and connect with Doc on Facebook at bob.beaton.589. Elizabeth Hay is a Giller Prize-winning author of novels such as Late Nights on Air, His Whole Life, and Alone in the Classroom. Most recently, she published a memoir about her parents' final years in Ottawa: All Things Consoled. She has been writing since she was fifteen, and also spent ten years working as a radio broadcaster, living in Yellowknife, Winnipeg, Toronto and Latin America. Ben sits down with Elizabeth in her Ottawa home to talk about her books, her writing process, and much more. About the Guest I was born in 1951 in a beautiful part of the world. Owen Sound, Ontario, is on the southern shores of Georgian Bay. When I was five, we moved about twenty miles north to Wiarton on the Bruce Peninsula, a small town defined by limestone cliffs, icy water, poison ivy and an abundance of colourful characters. I roamed as freely around Wiarton as I did through books. My otherwise strict parents let me read whatever I wanted to. With Eric Friesen at The Lodge on Amherst Island, April 2008. My father was the high-school principal. My mother painted in her spare time, not that she had much time, since I was one of four children. The public library was almost a second home, a place in which I didn’t have to set the table or do the dishes or cope with being teased. I read good and bad alike. We had no television until I was nine, when we inherited my grandmother’s television set and were allowed to watch it for two hours a week. It stopped working after a few years and was never replaced. Then when I was almost ten, we moved inland and about a hundred miles south to another small town, this one on the edge of Alice Munro country. My five years in flat, agricultural Mitchell were probably the worst in my life—the years of puberty, unpopularity, self-consciousness. When I was fourteen, everything changed. Out of the blue my father moved us to London, England for a year and the world opened up in a thrilling way. I saw places every reader dreams about—the British countryside and famous cities—and I went to plays, ballet, art galleries, to Covent Garden as it used to be. That year I attended Camden School for Girls, where by accident (a random English assignment) I discovered that I could write poetry of a sort. A year later we came back to Canada, settling in Guelph, Ontario, where I finished high school. My years at the University of Toronto convinced me that what I needed was not academia but the real world. At the end of second year, I hitchhiked to Newfoundland, and at the beginning of third year I dropped out for a year and took the train to the west coast, eventually making my way to the Queen Charlotte Islands, now Haida Gwaii. I returned to university at the end of August and completed my third year, but went no further in school. After that, I moved west again, then north to Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories to join the man who would be my first husband, Craig McInnes. The northern photographs on the website are his. In Yellowknife I began to work in radio. During the ten years I was a broadcaster, I was a writer with a split personality, writing to a formula for radio and writing privately in the notebooks I began to keep. It took me a long time to see that the clarity and economy and directness required to tell a story to a radio audience would serve me well in whatever I wrote. After Yellowknife, I moved to Winnipeg, then Toronto, and then I freelanced in Latin America for a time, basing myself in Mexico. While in Mexico I met Mark Fried and we have been together ever since. We have two children, a daughter and a son. For six years we lived in New York City, where I put together my first books, Crossing the Snow Line and The Only Snow in Havana, and gathered the experiences that I used in Captivity Tales: Canadians in New York. Finally, my homesickness became intolerable and I dragged everyone to Ottawa, where we’ve been since 1992. Small Change, the collection of stories about friendships gone wrong, draws on material from throughout my life and explores the pain we experience in the name of friendship. My neighbourhood is Old Ottawa South, the setting for part of my first novel, A Student of Weather, and for all of my second novel Garbo Laughs. The Rideau Canal is two blocks away, the Rideau River an easy walk in the other direction. The streets look much as they did in the 1950s. It’s a quiet backwater, which suits me. I like to walk, I don’t like to drive and avoid it. The Sunnyside branch of the public library is a ten-minute walk from my house. I use it a lot. Almost directly across the street from the library is the Mayfair movie theatre, in constant use since the 1930s. This is the part of the world, not Ottawa but the Ottawa Valley, where my mother grew up. It has a lot of emotional resonance for me as a result. While I was writing my third novel, Late Nights on Air, I was already making notes for my fourth, Alone in the Classroom, which focuses to a large degree on the Ottawa Valley. His Whole Life, which has the 1995 Quebec referendum woven through it, moves between New York City and a lake in eastern Ontario. All Things Consoled, a daughter’s memoir is about my mother and father at the end of their lives. They both died in Ottawa, in a retirement home a six-minute walk from my house. From the age of fifteen I have been writing. The great struggle has been to believe that I have enough imagination of the necessary kind to write compelling material. I am dogged but self-doubting, and happiest at my desk. Learn more about Elizabeth. Our power is patience. We have discovered that writing allows even a stupid person to seem halfway intelligent, if only that person will write the same thought over and over again, improving it just a little bit each time. It is a lot like inflating a blimp with a bicycle pump. Anybody can do it. All it takes is time." The goal with DrumGAB is to find the fire in the belly of the artists that I feature. Every person has baggage and experiences that make them unique and ultimately, interesting. Normally I dig deep ahead of time to find the key to the doors that contain great conversation and true honest perspective. With Billy, things went a little differently. I have been listening to MMW for years and have always enjoyed their performances and Billy Martin has been an artist that I have admired for years. Now, I must confess that beyond Billy’s music, I am not very familiar with his complete range of work. For me personally, I have been curious about his process of creating, his philosophies on improvising and what life means to him and how being an artist fits into that. In all honesty, while this episode may feel like it’s an interview, the reason for that is because Illy B has so much wisdom to shed on every single question I had. I discovered quickly that if I were to continue peeling layers on a single topic, this could have easily become a two hour plus episode and I have to keep brevity in mind for the sake of my monthly podcast allowance. So we explore a handful of interesting ideas that are unfolded with unprecedented detail on a DrumGAB podcast. This is a podcast you may find yourself replaying just to capture the depth of his explanations. It is nothing short of incredible. Billy shapes his responses into a powerful string of sentences that are coupled with vivid metaphors time and time again that gets your brain moving. Early in this episode, we discuss Billy’s music camp, Rhythm, Sound, and Magic, which I mistakenly addressed as a festival, oops. Illy B discusses the purpose of the camp and what campers can expect to take home with them and the concept is simply wonderful. This camp attracts all walks of life who share the love of rhythm, sound and the magic of creating in the moment with your peers. The result is a beautiful celebration that I can only imagine leaves the campers feeling inspired and fulfilled. Billy seems to have a strong inclination to implant radical ideas into people to help them find their true path for creating and find themselves in the process. It is one thing to copy someone else and shape yourself around someone else, but it is another thing to gather and store knowledge as your tools and use those tools to experiment, fail, succeed and eventually develop something that is truly you, which acts as a genuine and sincere contribution to the world. Bob Moses is also a topic of discussion in this podcast. Billy has known and mentored, unintentionally, with Bob for many many years. The stories about Bob and Billy are treasures. It is pure gold what Billy shares with us. I won't spoil any details here, you'll just have to listen. Although I will say that I do ask about the reason why Bob and Billy both often use branches and sticks to play the drums and how it changes your playing from using conventional drumsticks. In my ignorance, I referred to the branches as "twigs" so I am somewhat regretful of how I addressed my question, however, the reasons for using this technique surely has opened my mind considerably to this idea. There is one more particularly special element to this episode as well that I would like to share. I have a friend that I have made through creating DrumGAB and he has become a devout listener and I am grateful for him. Mayo Coates created the intro music for Ep.35 with Freddy Charles and I was so impressed with the results that I asked him if he would like to create an intro for this episode with Billy. Mayo probably thought about the offer for about a second because his response was a resounding YES! He told me he would spend the week working on something and because Mayo is an enormous fan of Billy, he wanted to make it perfect in honor of the opportunity. So he sent me the tracks and while I loved them, I didn’t see it as an intro this time around but rather one piece in particular, “Grooves for Whales” as an outro piece. It features the beloved Morfbeats Marvin in action and it just works, so instead of going the usual route of featuring the guests’ music I decided to use Mayo’s music as he saw it as a tribute to Billy and I personally believe in sharing and adding value to people’s lives whenever I can. I am sure that Mayo will treasure the experience and I love how it is a true extension of Billy’s teachings as Mayo has been indirectly mentoring from Billy for years through his books, videos, artwork, and music. You can also hear Mayo’s creative sounds when the call drops between Billy and I, in a trippy void of technological misfortune. As for the intro that I put together, there is a small reflection of myself in this. I am an only child and I spent a lot of time experimenting with recordings and sounds as a child and I feel that as we age and we become more and more objective and realistic and as a result, we lose the ability to be open to our imagination. The man in the interview is Captain Beefheart, whom I am fascinated with and have been for years. Beefheart had an often brutal, dictatorial approach to controlling his creative environment but one thing cannot be denied. He pursued his creativity with no barriers and with a childlike nature that made him one of the greatest creative minds in the 20th century. I find that there are mild parallels to Illy B and Beefheart in terms of exploration and their prolific catalog of work but beyond that, this intro was simply interesting and fun to create, albeit dark and sinister in tone but I like that sort of thing. As a final thought, I will never forget my involvement with this podcast. Besides the incredible experience of speaking with someone that I have been admiring and listening to for so many years, I was in the Bruce Peninsula cottaging during the editing process and I found myself in the perfect headspace for working out this episode. While I was up there I kept thinking about how honored I am for the responsibility of making this special episode. The task of creating media that features Billy's wisdom and knowledge for people who truly appreciate Billy is something I don't take lightly. I consider this episode as one of the most important episodes that I have done so far and I am completely humbled to have been the director of such a thing. Amazing. Thank you for this opportunity Illy B, it has been a slice. Three summer road trip stories told by 3 generations. Short, entertaining and lots of fun to listen to. I give some background about the storyteller and why these stories are important to them. The first one is a baby boomer and her mom on a vacation mission to find their heritage. The second story is a guy and some friends swimming through the dangerous grotto on the Bruce Peninsula. And the third story is a 95 year old woman telling about a train ride back in the olden days. The one thing all us baby boomers have in common is that we are losing more friends and colleagues to heart attack, cancer and alzheimers faster than we can count. How many of your friends and family members died this year? How many of them left an audio legacy for their family and loved ones before they passed? How many of their kids wished they had taken the time to document and record their life stories before their parents and grandparents passed? Your kids and grandkids aren't going to ask you for it while you’re alive. They are thinking about themselves. But once you’re gone they are going to be thinking about you. And they're going to wish they had spent more time with you and had some quality recordings of you telling them all about the time you smoked pot with the other hippies at Woodstock. Summer meanders led the wheels of our Jayco Tent Trailer to the Bruce Peninsula then to London where we visited family and with co-host Mark. The first part of this podcast is a free conversation we had at Kelsey's and the second part is a Skype conversation about a visit we made to the Thielsen gallery in London on Adelaide street. Frank Caprani's amazing mylar paintings were on display at this historical location. It would be an understatement to say that Caprini is as colourful an individual as his paintings are. Indeed, Caprani's masterful treatment of colour and composition was skillfully orchestrated to evoke true joy. It was a delight to meet Mark's friends who are all seasoned and accomplished artists. Brian Saby's invitation was most welcomed. Next time Brian, we're visiting you in your studio!! Another fine «rencontre» was to meet Gerald Pedros and Laura Woermke. Mark had the occasion to visit Laura's installation at Pedros' studio. What an amazing woman she is!! Woermke is not only the Curator of the St. Thomas Public Art Gallery, she is also an innovative and current artist. Thanks for listening, this time around I decided to mix things up a bit, we'll be enjoying 3 songs. Songs: Nina simone Aint got no , Shannon Moan Old blue sofa and Abd Al Malik Mabrouk . http://www.thielsengallery.com/http://www.stepac.ca/https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nFd7dEMBpaAhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L5jI9I03q8E&list=RDMML5jI9I03q8E
We're back on the Saturday schedule, but, we have special bonus coverage of our trip to the Bruce Peninsula, London, Gundy Lake etc. We took the Chi Cheemaun ferry in there, and those of you who want more ferry coverage should check out the most recent episode of the Jonathan Files. We picked up Maddie in London, she's home for a visit. We camped a bit, and of course as noted visited London. In London Isabelle bought Maddie and Ross a table. Listen to the tale of the table and my ability to do arithmetic in my head! Isabelle has a friend who would like to start a repertory theatre. I hope it works out, good luck to him. There was a funny guy in the LCBO, I don't think he meant to be.... Overall the Saturdays I think are better than the Tuesdays.
This episode of the Roadtreking RV Lifestyle Podcast offers so much information and advice that it's a virtual RV Travel Magazine for the ear. From National Park guides and news to a discussion on taking a canoe or kayak on an RV trip to some awesome drives that belong on every RVer's Bucket List, we cover it all. [spp-player] Complete shownotes for Episode 86 of the Roadtreking RV Lifestytle Podcast: JENNIFER'S TIP OF THE WEEK Where to get a great National Park Guide… http://nationalparkstraveler.com This is a 36-page book that will help you find your place in the National Park System this year. With the Essential Park Guide, you can find that place. The tip of the week is brought to you by Good Sam, the world's most popular RV organization, now celebrating its 50th year. LISTENER QUESTIONS OF THE WEEK: Listener Dave asks for recommendations on where to park his Class A RV while visiting America's Largest RV Show in Hershey, PA Sept. 14-18 Mike suggests a link to area campgrounds in and around Hershey, but recommends the Hersheypark Camping Resort, right near the show grounds, which runs free shuttle service. Listener John asks if there is any news about the lottery we held for the camping spots for the Roadtreking gathering we call the Tobermory Expedition, Sept. 5-9 at Tobermory in northern Ontario, Canada. The event is sold out and the lottery was held. We showed a video of it on our Roadtreking Facebook Group. That group is THE single best place to go when you have RV questions, need help or just want to be kept informed on events, news and items of interest to the Roadtreking RV audience, no matter what kind of RV you have. Tobermory is at the northern tip of the Bruce Peninsula between Georgian Bay and the main basin of Lake Huron. It is known for its crystal clear waters and spectacular wilderness scenery. You can watch the video for the lottery to award spots on the Facebook Group. Just a note that our other Roadtreking gatherings for this year – to the Smoky Mountains in June and the Fall Foliage one in Michigan's Upper Peninsula in October are also sold out with long waiting lists. All this is to underscore the importance of being a part of our Facebook Group. The next event that is not yet sold out will be January 20-22, 2017 and is our annual winter campout at Tahquamenon Falls. We'll start taking signups for it on the blog and announce via the Roadtreking Facebook Group sometime in the early fall. Speaking of the Smokies, reader Jane DeWolf sent a nice note: My husband, Dennis, and I are looking forward to the Roadtrek trip to the Smokies in June. We actually live near the Smokies and do volunteer work in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This weekend when we were listening to your podcast, you mentioned that you were going to bring Bo with you on this trip. Naturally we are very anxious to meet you, your wife, Jennifer, and of course, Bo. However, we thought we should warn you that there are only 2 trails in the GSMNP which allow dogs on them. Both are near the park entrances. The one on the Tennessee side of the park is the Sugarland's trail near the Sugarland's Visitors Center. The one near Cherokee in the NC side is the River trail near the Oconuluftee Visitor Center. Dogs are allowed in the park campgrounds and on the roads. We just thought we would give you a heads up in case you were not aware of the GSMNP regulations. Gary Hennes' system By email, a listener asks: “I am trying to find the best way to carry a canoe on a roadtrek. I have a 2003 Popular 200. Any ideas?” Mike notes that he found a webpage at Trails.com that offered some ideas. Roadtrek RVs have raised roofs that can make carrying a canoe seem difficult. However, the vehicles are compatible with several roof racks and canoes can also be mounted to the rear of the RV. Roof racks are the most stable and the safest carrying option. The canoe you choose should be measured first to ensure it fits your vehicle ...

We've had the chance to speak with some major country stars over the last few weeks - Gord Bamford, Deric Ruttan, and Dean Brody - which is great, but this week, we're going to the other end of the spectrum... Protest the Hero are fresh off of the release of their fourth full-length studio album, Volition, which was entirely crowd funded through a MAJORLY successful IndieGoGo campaign (over $340,000 raised from an initial ask of $125,000). The band is back on the road for the first time in awhile and touring with a new drummer, so we'll get the latest from that camp. Before that, though, we've got AL the Yeti Bones from Windsor, ON stoner rock band Gypsy Chief Goliath. He'll talk about the band's international successes despite little press coverage here in their home country, plus his thoughts on the "stoner rock" label and a lot more. Plus, in CM Academy, we'll talk with Aven Hoffarth, a Ryerson University student who, along with a group of peers, is putting together the Wired City Music Festival - a one-night event in downtown Toronto with artists like Bruce Peninsula, Union Duke, and KC Roberts & The Live Revolution. We'll get first-hand info on what it's like putting together an event with a fresh slate. Looking forward to having you join us!
We start it off with something a little different from the Bruce Peninsula choir featuring the voice of show-fav Austra. After that we dig deep into the subsonic frequencies with some bad ass bass from Nanoo and Informant. Hard beats after that Opiuo and we try to figure out how to pronounce Esem's killer Tjiccli. Then we mellow out with some rainy techno dub from Murcof and Montrealer Morbin before the glitch enters the scene from krill.minima. We end the show by picking up the tempo a bit with a mix by Deadbeat. Tracklist: Bruce Peninsula - 2nd 4th World War Bruce Peninsula - Satisfied Nanoo - Rum Rum Yum Yum Informant - First Harvest Opiuo - Patchouli Dump Truck Esem - Tjiccli Murcof - Camino Morbin - IC-1011 krill.minima - Monddiode Deadbeat - Magnetic North
