(Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep) يتغلب كيس ومولي على التدخلات القانونية السيبرانية ومحاولة خيانة من ريفيرا لدمج وينترميوت مع نيورومانسر، وينتهي الأمر بكيس يعيش في عالم جديد شجاعأفلام:· Escape from New York (1981)[40][41]· Burst City (1982)[42]· Tron (1982)[43]· Blade Runner (1982)[44]· Brainstorm (1983)[45]· Videodrome (1983)[46]· Repo Man (1984)· The Terminator (1984)· Brazil (1985)· RoboCop (1987)[47]· The Running Man (1987)· Gunhed (1989)[48]· Tetsuo: The Iron Man (1989)· Circuitry Man (1990)[49]· RoboCop 2 (1990)· Hardware (a.k.a. Today we're talking 1990-1's Cyber City Oedo 808, directed by the legend Yoshiaki Kawajiri. Our guest is rapper and producer Bleachy Warhol, the latest artist to be signed to Danny Brown's Bruiser Brigade record label. We talk one-take art creation, animated girl hair, Kawajiri blue, hating everything, things being how they are, White Jesus, making love to couches and refrigerators, cyberpunk, sabertooth tiger robots, being raised on TV, our favorite characters/episodes from Cyber City, androgyny, and making love to big girls. Towards the end, things get really fun. Bleachy shows us four new songs, including one that has a line so good Kelby lost his mind. https://bleachywarhol.bandcamp.com/ https://bruiserbrigaderecords.bandcamp.com Bleachy's IG

Subscribers! Be sure to go to the blog to read the description easier & check out links for this episode! This month's episode is another short ReView! What is a “ReView” episode, you might ask? Well, it's my highly-clever (ok not really) name for episodes where I go back and revisit an older title I haven't seen in a long time, and see if what I remember (and what my opinions on it) are still the same now that some time's gone by. It's Halloween month, so enjoy this fun-sized episode where I rewatch the dark & gritty 90s supernatural horror OVA, Twilight of the Dark Master. Is this one an actual treat, or is it better left sitting in the bottom of the candy dish? Oh my! It's been a minute now, hasn't it. This episode was recorded way back in July of 2020! Yikes! A special bonus episode of Right In The Childhood!Right in the Childhood is a podcast about nostalgia and kids TV. The show's hosts are two friends from different generations, Mark and Fraser. Mark is a 42 year old on the edge of Gen X and Millennial; Fraser is a 25 year old on the edge of Millennial and Gen Z and they both have a Peter Pan complex! They take it in turns each month to take a look at a treasured TV show from their childhood, share memories, discuss whether the other host has heard of it, rewatch a few episodes and then discuss how it hold up with the hope that it does and that it doesn't hit them... right in the childhood! This episode is a special bonus episode where Mark and Fraser take a deep dive into the Blu-Ray release of the last show we looked at: Cyber City Oedo 808. The perils of recording shows in advance means that occasionally information is outdated by the time the episode goes out and Mark whined that there was no DVD in print, and then (you guessed it) the Blu-Ray was released. It's an animated double that we bring to the table on this episode as we look at the old school anime "Cyber City Oedo 808" in which criminals attempt to reduce thier sentences by taking on the cases deemed too dangerous for the regular police to handle. We also look back at the classic British kids cartoon "Danger Mouse" with an episode which also gave us the first appearence of "Count Duckula" All this plus a round up of the shows which have been holding our intrest since the last episode. Let’s keep it real, it’s been a VERY long week. A very long and drawn-out week that’s just about worn everyone out. But the cycle for this show continues in earnest, all in spite of an ever-shifting climate or climates. So, for this show, we have the low-down on the Netflix anime presentation event and a certain househusband that’s coming along with it, some dub casts with some wishes being granted, those damn MONKEY PAWS curling up time and time again, and the latest on just how much money the Demon Slayer film has made in Japan so far. But that’s just the tip of what’s to come from THE PILE: when all of the news builds up after a season recap show so we have to spend extra time going through it all. As has become tradition, really. And a wild Stephanie from Dub Talk will appear every so often in this show, as well. We enjoy the company. 2:25 – let’s talk about Tuesday10:14 – RIP Izumi Matsumoto11:44 – the as-expected downfall of Quibi15:50 – Kuroko getting a dub on Netflix? Aside from Animal Crossing, we talk about other things we've been indulging in, such as Keep Your Hands off Eizouken!, One Piece, a quick mention of the first episode of Cardcaptor Sakura - ahead of our discussion on the first few episodes this coming Friday, the Manga Plus app and the manga Summer Time Rendering. Then we round off things by answer question submitted via Twitter, covering such subjects the first anime we watched, the status of a number of upcoming titles (such Cyber City Oedo, Utena, and Tamako Market, anything with the word Gundam in it), the anime we are most proud to have released and more! A fun a show as always, and our next episode will be recorded on Wednesday. London, England*. And in a basement in moneyed Mayfair** lives the greatest guardian of cult television the world has ever known. Yes, Elwood Jones, the secret agent so secret that even his code name has a code name. And with his trusted assistant Daniel Lackey (code-named “The Jigsaw,” because whenever he’s faced with an episode of Buffy, he goes to pieces), he has delivered the thirteenth terrific episode of TV Good Sleep Bad! * He actually doesn’t live in London. ** And if he did, he certainly wouldn’t live in Mayfair. In this episode, we discuss: Cyber City Oedo 808 episode 1, “Memories of the Past” aka “Virtual Death” (1990): In the twenty-ninth century, three ruthless, hardened criminals are given the chance to reduce their sentences by taking on missions too dangerous for regular police. It’s up to these three antiheroes to save the 50,000 occupants of a massive skyscraper when the structure’s central computer puts the building on lockdown. But who’s controlling the computer? Danger Mouse season 2 episode 6, “The Four Tasks of Danger Mouse” (1981): Baron Greenback kidnaps Penfold and issues an ultimatum to Danger Mouse: collect the ingredients for a powerful ritual the Baron wants to enact, or the hapless hamster gets it in the neck. But can even the world’s greatest secret agent claim a piece of the legendary Fog Monster of Old London town? And is television ready for a certain showbiz-obsessed vampire duck?
