Wir sind 19 Leute und haben ein Tool gebaut, das ein internationaler Konzern jetzt flächendeckend nutzt, so Philipp. Es geht ihm nicht nur um Effizienz, sondern auch um Wirksamkeit vor allem aber um Audio als nachhaltige Infrastruktur. Um mutige Kunden. Und um die Erkenntnis: Marken brauchen keine Musik im Hintergrund. Sie brauchen eine akustische Identität, die prägt, differenziert – und bleibt.

“Verkopers verdienen deze week weer honderden miljoen euro's op de vrijmarkten rond Koningsdag”, dat stond woensdag in de Telegraaf. Maar klopt dat eigenlijk wel? Is het Feit of Fictie?

In een oorlog sneuvelt de waarheid als eerste, maar soms vecht ze terug. Zo'n drie jaar geleden ontdekten Oekraïense militairen een massaslachting in het verwoeste Boetsja. Fotojournalisten deelden de gruwelijke beelden met de wereld, en Rusland leek al snel de evidente dader. In reactie hierop begon Rusland echter met het construeren van een alternatieve werkelijkheid. Zo ontstond een strijd om het narratief en begon de waarheid verschillende levens te leiden. Op sociale media barstte vervolgens een verhitte discussie los over het ware verloop van gebeurtenissen.Buitenlandredacteur Rutger van der Hoeven deed onderzoek naar deze casus als voorbeeld van het post-truth tijdperk, waarin waarheid zowel wordt achterhaald als gefabriceerd. Hij onderzoekt daarnaast de rol van waarheidscoalities, netwerken van verantwoordelijkheid en zogenaamde "zolderkamerjournalisten". After decades without justice, Irene Garza's case finally moves forward. Now in his 80s, John Feit is living in Arizona but is extradited to Texas when a grand jury indicts him for Irene's murder. The trial begins in late 2017, and the lead prosecutor on Irene's case brings witnesses forward to paint a picture of what happened the Holy Saturday evening when Feit heard her confession. After two weeks, the jury deliberates for more than seven hours before finding Feit guilty. Snow falls in McAllen, a rare occurrence, as Feit faces his sentencing.

McAllen police chief Victor Rodriguez recounts when he first met a key witness in Irene's case, Father O'Brien in an unlikely place – a state prison in Huntsville, Texas. After submitting their discoveries to the DA's office, Rudy and Victor feel hopeless because of comments made by the district attorney and his lead prosecutor. By 2003, the grand jury decides not to indict Feit in Irene's murder, leaving a wave of disappointment again for Irene. A whole decade passes until a new district attorney decides to take on Irene's case one more time.

After Irene Garza's body was found, a formal investigation into the murder began. Investigators discovered the priest who killed Irene, John Feit, had previously attacked two other women.  After a letter was sent between the church and investigators, a deal was struck to send Feit away without facing jail time–a common practice for the church.

All considered twenty-five-year-old school teacher and beauty queen Irene Garza to be a “devout” Catholic. She attended daily mass at Sacred Heart Church in McAllen. There was nothing pretentious or fake about Irene, and she lived her faith. Being good to others was part of her life's mantra. She told a friend of hers that she found strength and comfort from her daily communion, so it was only natural that she would go to confession that Saturday evening before Easter. In fact, her family said that Irene attended confession every Saturday, whether she needed to or not.Irene arrived for confession around 7:00 p.m., entered one of the confessionals, and seemingly disappeared. Five days after she went missing, on April 21st, 1960, the body of Irene Garza was found floating in the 2nd Street irrigation canal, just three miles from the Sacred Heart church where Irene was last seen. Police only had one suspect in mind for her murder. He was the last person to see Irene the night she left. In fact, he heard her last confession. His name?
