Today I'm chatting with Sylvie Roy the founder of Eclair Lips. Sylvie is sharing the story of how she used a templated event that she pulled from the “Get Sales Now” unit inside of the Inner Circle Classroom. Last month Sylvie used the “Mystery Box” event (formerly called “ninja event). Her goal was to make some sales and get rid of some labels for products that she had discontinued. Your data is your number one sales tool! You can use it to better understand your audience and determine what they're looking for. Check how your opt in is performing, how many people are opening your emails, how many are responding to your social posts. If you're not checking your data, then you're missing the opportunity to get more sales each week. Knowing your numbers will help you know your audience. I like to check data every day so I can discover content that resonates with my audience. Content writing every day to make more sales If you want to make more sales, then you need to write more content. You need to write sales winning content if you want to get more sales. I spend 20 minutes a day writing content 5 days a week and I use the words people come to me with. Content marketing is essential to get more sales. That doesn't mean that you just sit down and just write for the sake of writing, though. You need to put in the time and effort to write content, but you also need to be consistent. If you're not consistently writing, then you're not going to see improvements. Get more sales by asking your audience The best way to make more sales is to talk to and ask your current and new customers. Make sure they know who you are, what you do, and how you can help them. You can also encourage your audience to share your posts with their friends. Conclusion You've heard it before and you've probably heard it a thousand times, but it's still so true. If you want to get sales faster and see a better profit every week, follow these tips and you'll see better results. If you do, then you'll see sales increase, your profit will increase and you'll be making sales weekly on repeat. One of the biggest pieces of marketing advice we're given is to put considerable effort towards writing really good content - that the more well-written an email, sales page or website is, the better it is at connecting with people. The truth is, filling pages with content just to tick a box isn't just exhausting, it can also work against us. What matters more than the content is the message and its ability to tap into people's hearts and souls.
