Si tu público tiene de 18 a 27 años, es ideal TikTok, pero si vas a vender productos más serios puedes ir a Facebook Ads o Google Ads, que van dirigidos a personas más adultas”, explica Luis Ángel. Este enfoque hacia un público joven y receptivo convierte a TikTok en una plataforma única para marcas que buscan impacto inmediato y creatividad. Aunque los costos de TikTok Ads se han incrementado, acercándose a los de Meta Ads, Luis Ángel destaca que el alcance de TikTok es sobresaliente. “TikTok tiene una audiencia que sorprende, porque si segmentas o no a tu público, de igual manera tiene más alcance. Sin embargo, debes vender”, comenta. Asimismo, advierte que TikTok penaliza el contenido que dirige a otras plataformas como Instagram o YouTube, lo que requiere un enfoque cuidadoso en la creación de estrategias. Luego deben hacer una buena grabación. En TikTok funciona bien la experiencia y la parte visual o estética”, afirma. Si bien TikTok ofrece resultados inmediatos, no está exento de desafíos. “Las desventajas que tiene TikTok es el público. Lo que vi en Latinoamérica es que no es un público tan serio. Las ventas son más impulsivas e inmediatas. Entonces, si vendes servicios que son de un efecto inmediato, irás genial en esta plataforma, pero si buscas estabilidad, Meta Ads es una mejor opción”, asegura. Además, menciona la necesidad de adaptar formatos y expresiones según el mercado local: “Cada mercado es diferente. No es lo mismo hacer videos de TikTok para Perú y esperar los mismos resultados en Colombia”. Finalmente, Luis Ángel recalca el poder de los lives para conectar con la audiencia y generar confianza. “Primero lo importante es que la gente te conozca, que sepa qué haces y tenga dinámica contigo.
