I'VE BEEN AWAY. TO A DISTANT LAND. AGAIN.You might also say WHEREAMI? AGAIN. Cause he's here too. We're back in Cali, baby. We went to Disneyland again but THIS TIME we got into the OOGIE BASH and it was pretty alright! OH NO, BUT REALLY, we're into the total again because it is our second time at Halloween Horror Nights Hollywood. I also wanted to take the time to talk about Halloween Horror Nights in Orlando FL this year, because I had attended with Alley Cat per our annual spooky trip. Lots to talk about this year, as the differences between CA and FL were many! More than I could have expected, to be frank. And I don't want to be him. I want to be me, Captain Death - because, basically, my cousin was sponsored in CA this year at the Monstruous 2 house cause he looked like a conquistador version of Captain Death even down to the muerte title; Very cool. Always love running into family. But for real - as much shit as we talk, this year wasn't that bad. It was just alright. And for HHN, that's okay. Just okay. But hopefully next year has more to look forward to. NEW! I'VE BEEN AWAY. TO A DISTANT LAND. You might even say, WHEREAMI? No, really, you might say that, cause he is here too. Where? CALIFORNIA, BITCHES. We went to Disneyland cause he's never been but ALSO we went to Super Nintendo World because that's over here too. OH, NO, BUT REALLY, the thing that this episode is about - obviously. Look at the title. It was WhereAmI?'s first time going to Halloween Horror Nights and we decided California was the right place to take his cherry. You know, because of the previously mentioned birds we're stoning. WHILE ON THE TOPIC OF STONING, holy shit. California. You're nuts. The THC levels you guys are throwing around on the daily in your shops is fucking insane, no wonder you guys are so dumb. I took one puff of a dog walker and left the fucking planet. On Episode 16 of The Terror Talks, we are discussing the recent house announcements for Halloween Horror Nights: Hollywood. On Thursday, July 22nd, 2021, Universal Studios Hollywood posted TWO House Announcements for their HHN30 Event happening from September 9th - October 31st. The two houses are both recurring houses from HHN26 & HHN29. The first house announced was "The Curse of Pandora's Box", an original house created by Universal Creative. The second house to be announced was "The Exorcist", which appeared originally in Halloween Horror Nights 2016 and is based off the 1973 Horror Classic. Prior to these two houses, we learned that Universal Studios Hollywood would not only be receiving these two houses, but also would be sharing THREE Houses from our event over here on the East Coast, "The Haunting of Hill House", "The Bride of Frankenstein Lives", and "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre". The Curse of Pandora's Box: An ancient horror has returned to prey on those foolish enough to tempt the Fates with their curiosity and greed. Enter Pandora's Curiosity Shop, where her infamous box lies. Once it's opened, all manner of evil will be unleashed. Greek mythology is about to become your monstrous reality. The Exorcist: The film that fueled your worst nightmares has returned to Halloween Horror Nights. Enter the most haunting scenes from the film as 12-year-old Regan is possessed by a demon, possibly the devil himself. It's a battle of the wills between good and evil. Join us as we discuss these two epic announcements for Hollywood, as well as dive into some rumors for the West Coast, and what could potentially lie in store for us over here on the East Coast!
