What are the shareholder or stakeholder objectives?” He continues, “because if we just sit here and say, ‘we should start a community', or you know what, ‘we should start a podcast', or ‘how come we're not advertising here?', ‘how come we're not winning the search wars?', or whatever it is. Legit questions. But without context of ‘why', we're just going to fight over a variety of well-meaning priorities.”    So, What's the One Thing You Can Do Today?
