Kick-off for the construction of the venue in Abuja began in January 2025. King Charles & Prince William Throw Tantrums While Yes Ma'am: The Secret Life of Royal Servants kinda goes in on everyone, author Tom Quinn (in an excerpt from The Times) said that King Charles and Prince William are "prone to tantrums if things are not done to their liking." He also spoke to a former staff member who said, “They both get irritated very quickly. They are very picky. It comes naturally to them.” Kate Middleton Treats William Like a Fourth Child One former staff member claims (in an excerpt from The Times) that William's prone to tantrums if things don't go according to plan, adding that Kate treats her husband like a child: “I don't know where William would be without Kate — she hasn't had everything done for her throughout her life, so she calms him down when he gets a bit fractious. She said he sometimes has to be treated as her fourth child.” Prince Andrew New Court Filings Prince Andrew has been hit by a double blow after two new court filings heaped further pressure on his relationship with King Charles III. The first appeared to show him telling Jeffrey Epstein "we'll play some more soon!!!!" in an email sent after he claims to have cut ties with the New York financier. And in the second it emerged Prince Andrew was hoping to raise billions of dollars in China in part using his relationship with Yang Tengbo, who British intelligence officers now believe is a Chinese spy. __________________________________________________________ Sources: People | Prince Harry Celebrates Another Key Step in His Invictus Games Journey: https://people.com/prince-harry-celebrates-invictus-games-center-nigeria-exclusive-8786296 Cosmopolitan | Prince William, King Charles Have Tantrums: https://www.cosmopolitan.com/entertainment/celebs/a63686751/prince-william-king-charles-tantrums/ Cosmopolitan | Kate Middleton Treats Prince William Like a Fourth Child: https://www.cosmopolitan.com/entertainment/celebs/a63686858/kate-middleton-treats-prince-william-like-fourth-child/ Newsweek | Prince Andrew's New PR Car Crash is a Headache for King Charles: https://www.newsweek.com/prince-andrew-pr-car-crash-king-charles-2025041

He also notes that she is particularly sensitive about any criticism of her luxurious lifestyle in the United States, which she believes should be admired rather than critiqued.Unlock an ad-free podcast experience with Caloroga Shark Media! Prince Harry's priority is to see King Charles. Meghan's, not so much?

As Prince Harry prepares to return to the United Kingdom in May for his charity work with the Invictus Games, a source has revealed that his top priority upon arrival will be to visit his father, King Charles, who was recently diagnosed with cancer. The Duke of Sussex is said to be determined to repair their bond and spend as much quality time as possible with his father during his stay.An insider exclusively told The Mirror, "Harry's first priority when he comes to England is to see his sick dad. He is pretty focused on this. It will be his first port of call when he comes off the plane to try and spend as much time with King Charles so that they can build bridges, and enjoy each other's company like before.""Harry knows it will be awkward, but it's a time to put pride and differences to one side. He is coming over for his charity work, which is so important to him so he will juggle his schedule accordingly, but seeing his dad will come first.""He wants the family to get back to the way they were and is going to be making extra effort with his brother Wills too, as difficult as it may be. Now, more than ever, with Kate's cancer diagnosis too, Harry wants them to know he is there for them."The very chatty royal expert Tom Quinn says, "There has been a shift here since Kate's illness – Harry and Meghan do feel they need to extend an olive branch, but Meghan's sense of grievance is still preventing anything really meaningful happening." "Harry would like a reconciliation, but supports his wife completely and until she feels that the Royal family have been sufficiently nice to her – and grovelingly apologised for the past - it's not going to happen,"  "There is no way Meghan would bring the children to the UK. William and Kate have suggested that Meghan and Harry bring the children and that the two couples and their families try to make up, but the suggestion is not leading anywhere so far,"  Royal Insider Deep Crown tells us, “William is simply done with all this incessant drama. As much as the late Queen loved Prince Harry, it is William who truly shares his grandmother's unwavering mindset that the monarchy must be protected.""Prince William recognizes that the institution of the monarchy is far greater than any individual family member, and he is steadfast in his commitment to ensuring its longevity and stability. It is a burden he bears with the utmost seriousness and dedication, just as his grandmother did before him."Deep Crown also expresses a sense of sadness at the current state of the brothers' relationship, noting, "It is truly a shame, for one cannot help but think that their late mother, Princess Diana, would be so utterly disappointed to see her two boys, once so close, now so distant from one another."

Lest you think we will ever run out of things to talk about, all you have to do is wait five minutes and there will be a new shiny object.  Sure the King has cancer, and so does Kate, and the brothers are fighting, and Meghan has a new lifestyle brand and Camilla has gone from evil stepmother to the Queen holding things together…all that's fine…but what if i told you Prince Harry is getting dragged into the Sean Diddy Combs scandal. The Daily beast reports Prince Harry's party days with Sean “Diddy” Combs could be coming back to haunt him after it emerged that he was named in court documents filed against the rapper, who is facing a litany of shocking sexual assault allegations in a case being brought by one of his former producers Rodney Jones. The New York Post added: According to the docs, Jones claimed that Harry and other A-listers' “affiliation” added to Diddy's “legitimacy.”Federal law enforcement recently raided two properties belonging to rapper and producer Sean "Diddy" Combs as part of an ongoing investigation into sex trafficking allegations. While Prince Harry is not accused of any wrongdoing, he has been named in a lawsuit filed by Gina Huynh, also known as Virginia Jones, as a friend of Combs. In the suit, Jones, who alleges that she was groped, harassed, and threatened by Combs, claims that Diddy's co-defendants were rewarded for participating in and facilitating his sex trafficking venture by gaining "affiliation and access to Mr Combs' popularity." The lawsuit also mentions that "affiliation with, and or sponsorship of Mr Combs' sex-trafficking parties garnered legitimacy and access to celebrities such as famous athletes, political figures, artists, musicians and international dignitaries like British royal, Prince Harry."Although it may be considered unfair for Prince Harry to be singled out by name when he has not been accused of any wrongdoing, this incident highlights the need for members of the British royal family to be extremely cautious about their associations and the conditions under which they interact with others.Diddy's seemingly innocuous remark in 2012 about wanting to catch up with Prince Harry and have him take him to some "wild Mayfair clubs" may provide some insight into why Harry has been named in the lawsuit.(new story)Despite reports that Harry and Meghan found out about Kate's cancer through the mainstream media, Royal author and expert Tom Quinn tells the Mirror that's not true. According to Quinn, "Harry and Meghan were told about Kate's cancer diagnosis, but only a very short time before the television announcement. "Telling them was a huge problem for the palace, because if they'd left Meghan and Harry in the dark until Kate's TV broadcast there was a real risk the couple would have complained that once again the royal family was treating them badly."Quinn also told the Mirror that any potential meeting between Prince William and Prince Harry during the latter's return to the UK in May is likely to be kept "very brief," especially in light of Princess Kate's recent cancer diagnosis.Quinn explained, "Given Kate's cancer diagnosis, Harry will certainly make efforts to see his brother and Kate when he returns to the UK in May – if it happens at all it's to be a very brief carefully choreographed meeting and organised to last a short time so that the brothers can avoid any difficult conversations."The author also noted that Harry is aware of the potential implications of visiting the UK without meeting his brother and sister-in-law, adding, "At the same time Harry knows how it will look if he comes back to the UK and doesn't see his brother and Kate. It's going to be a very awkward time."A source tells The Mirror: "Prince Harry will do all he can to 'win' back his brother Prince William on his trip to England - but he knows it will take time. He will do all he can to let his brother know he is there for him and to repair that bond. He knows it won't be easy. e wants nothing more for them to get back to how they once were. He knows it will take time, and Harry is ready to put in the work as he is determined to have his family back and show support." Buckingham Palace has confirmed that King Charles and Queen Camilla will lead members of the Royal Family at the Easter Sunday church service later this week. This marks the first major event the King will attend since his cancer diagnosis was revealed at the start of February, signaling that his doctors believe he is well enough to be around more people despite his ongoing treatment.

Although “shifting security left” should help, organizations are not able to achieve this quickly enough, and “shifting left” does not account for runtime threats. Organizations must strive to improve the prioritization of vulnerabilities to ensure the most dangerous flaws are fixed early. But even then, some risk will be accepted, and a threat detection and response program is required for full security coverage. On this episode of CyberWire-X, host Rick Howard, the CyberWire's CSO, Chief Analyst and Senior Fellow, explores how to secure your software development lifecycle, how to use a maturity model like BSIM, where do containers fit in that process, and the Sysdig 2022 Cloud-Native Security and Usage report. Joining Rick on this episode are Tom Quinn, CISO at T. Rowe Price and CyberWire Hash Table member, and from episode sponsor Sysdig is their Director of Thought Leadership, Anna Belak, to discuss their experiences and real world data, as well as practical approaches to managing cloud risk.

Ten years ago, a chance encounter between two vintage Star Wars collectors became the spark that ignited one of the greatest regional clubs in the galaxy: The Empire State Star Wars Collectors Club. And since then, the club has become a home to hundreds of collectors, many of whom have impacted our hobby in profound and positive ways. The Empire State Club has hosted both local meetups and larger, international-themed weekends. It has played a role at conventions like Star Wars Celebration, and in recent years, created its own collector-themed event: The Annual. Yet at its core, what drives it and keeps its members connected are the friendships formed. And to the club's co-founder, Thomas Quinn, those friendships mean more than anything. Join host David Quinn for a conversation with Tom, as Tom reflects on life as a Star Wars fan, how the Empire State Club originated, and on some of the amazing adventures and blessings he's experienced over the past decade as a club member. Introduction: Minutes 0 to 6:30 I saw King Richard and loved it. I want it to win Best Picture. I also saw CODA and Drive My Car. I liked CODA a lot and Drive My Car was deep but too long. Chandra saw Dune and thought it was really good. Oscar Isaac was especially hot in it. Royals: Minutes 6:30 to 20:00 William and Kate visited the Ukrainian Cultural Centre in London, where William made the obviously racist statement that “For our generation, it's very alien to see this in Europe.” An initial article claimed that William said that Britons were more used to seeing conflict in Africa and Asia, however the reporter, Richard Palmer, took that part of his reporting back and said he “misheard” William. A less than 30 second video was released of the Cambridges from behind where the only thing you could hear was the direct quote in the article. The quote from William was still racist. It reminds us of the racist remarks from the press about the war in Ukraine. This isn't the first time Prince William has said racist things in public. In November of last year he made a conservation speech in which he called population growth in Africa “a huge challenge for conservationists,” and he said essentially the same thing in 2017. I play a segment from Zoom where we talked about this. Chandra thinks that William gets briefings but thinks that he knows better. We heard that Samantha Markle, Meghan's grifter half sister, is suing her for $75,000 for supposedly misrepresenting their childhood and their relationship in the Oprah interview. Samantha is claiming that it hurt the sales of her self published book. It's clearly a money grab and Meghan's lawyer issued an awesome statement. There was speculation that Meghan might be deposed for this, which is doubtful. Last week we talked about Dan Wootton's piece saying that Kate will be making appearances without William. The Daily Mail had another story saying that Kate is “more confident” and “relaxed” on trips without him. Royal commenter Angela Levin said that Kate devoted her life to making William happy and helping him feel “important and worthy” which is really true. We got a surprise photo of Prince Harry at a rodeo in Fort Worth, Texas over the weekend. It's unclear why he was there but Biden was also in Fort Worth at the same time. We can't figure out what Harry was doing in Texas though. Camilla Tominey wrote an article about how the Sussexes “are rarely seen in LA and certainly not in the Hollywood party scene” and that they don't even go to the awards shows. She seems mad that we haven't seen enough of them. There's speculation that they'll come visit the Queen in April.  There are some positive stories about the Sussexes. Royal commenter Tom Quinn said that Harry is madly in love with Meghan. Commenter Peter Hunt wrote in the Irish Times that the royals should have worked harder to accommodate Harry and Meghan. Ryan Coogler: Minutes 20:00 to 27:30 Black Panther director Ryan Coogler was handcuffed by cops and removed from a Bank of America in Atlanta in January when he tried to withdraw $12,000 from his own account. He wrote a letter to the teller on the withdrawal slip saying he wanted her to count the money somewhere else and be discreet. He also put his card and pin number in and gave his identification to the teller. The initial reporting by TMZ mischaracterized this and made it sound like he was suspicious. In the 911 call the teller admits that he gave her his identification but says it was from California and that her supervisor told her to call the police. It's ridiculous that Bank of America would do this to one of their customers. We had people in our comments trolling hard for Bank of America and claiming that they had insider information. It was very suspicious. Chandra remembers the story that Chris Rock would keep a camera in his car to document how many times he was stopped by police. I recommend getting a dash cam.  Comments of the Week: Minutes 27:30 to end Kaiser's comment of the week is from Luna17 on the post about Sweden's Princess Victoria & Daniel stepping out together following divorce rumors. My comment of the week is from Lena on the post for the trailer of Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas's film Deep Water. Thanks for listening bitches!

Why in 2022 is there no position in the Cabinet solely dedicated to the job of Women and Equalities? Why is it always tagged onto another cabinet role? Emma talks to Amber Rudd who juggled the job of being Home Secretary while she was Work and Pensions Secretary too. Plus, Shadow Women and Equalities Minister Anneliese Dodds, who's also Chair of the Labour Party. When the war in Ukraine was just unfolding we spoke to Iryna Terlecky who's Chair of the Association of Ukrainian Women in Great Britain. Since then she's has been busy responding to the refugee crisis by representing the Ukrainian community in meetings with the Government, talking to both Michael Gove, the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, and with the Home Secretary Priti Patel. Emma spoke to her about what she makes of the latest government response to what's going on. Do you think motherhood gets enough recognition? We meet Agnes Agyepong, the founder of the Glomama Awards, a space celebrating the achievements of mothers, and one of this year's winners, Safiyya Vorajee. Plus, why more and more organisations are seeking out staff and volunteers with direct experiences to help them front campaigns, fundraise and inform policy. We hear from Tom Quinn, Director of External Affairs at Beat, the UK's Eating Disorder Charity and Miriam Taylor, a psychotherapist and author who specialises in trauma about why is it so important to have people with what's termed "lived experience" and why safeguards must be in place to protect them.
