「チェルシー、オシムヘンのレンタルに向けてナポリと交渉中？ルカクも同時交渉」　　チェルシー（イングランド1部）が、ナポリ（イタリア1部）に所属するナイジェリア代表FWビクター・オシムヘン（24）の獲得に興味を持っているようだ。　2020年夏にリールからナポリに加わり、高い身体能力を生かしたダイナミックなプレーや豊富なシュートバリエーションを武器にクラブの優勝にも貢献したオシムヘン。昨季は負傷による離脱がありながらもリーグ戦A25試合で15ゴールを記録した。　イギリス『アスレティック』によれば、今夏にストライカー補強に乗り出しているチェルシーはオシムヘンは獲得に向けて、買取オプションが付随したレンタル移籍をベースにナポリと交渉を行っているという。同選手にはフランス代表FWキリアン・ムバッペが退団したパリ・サンジェルマン（PSG／1部）も関心を示しているが、ナポリが要求する移籍金が障壁になっているようだ。　その一方で、ナポリはチェルシーからベルギー代表FWロメル・ルカクを完全移籍での獲得に向けて交渉を継続しているとのこと。ナポリは今夏にアントニオ・コンテ監督を招へいしており、この移籍が実現すればインテル（イタリア1部）時代以来の共闘となる。　2019年夏に加入したインテルで結果を残したルカクは昨夏に当時のクラブ史上最高額でチェルシーへ復帰するも、金額に見合った活躍を披露することはできず。昨季はレンタルでローマに加わると、セリエA32試合で13ゴール3アシストを記録していた。

Il Consiglio dei ministri di lunedì 16 ottobre ha approvato il disegno di legge di bilancio. Le risorse a disposizione, al momento, saranno poco meno di 24 miliardi di euro. Giorgia Meloni e Giancarlo Giorgetti hanno portato sul tavolo del Consiglio dei ministri la seconda manovra del governo di centrodestra che rinvia i progetti di riforma a tempi migliori, tolto l'avvio della nuova Irpef. Che favorirà, come il taglio del cuneo, soprattutto i redditi medio-bassi. Diverse le misure annunciate in conferenza stampa anche dai ministri Matteo Salvini e Giancarlo Giorgetti: dai nidi gratis a partire dal secondo figlio al taglio del canone Rai. Quello che emerge è però che si tratta di un momento complesso e bisogna essere «seri, prudenti e responsabili» il messaggio che la stessa premier ha dato anche all'opinione pubblica in conferenza stampa dopo il Cdm. «Il quadro è chiaramente abbastanza complesso: noi nel 2024 avremo circa 13 miliardi euro di maggiori interessi sul debito, da pagare in forza delle decisioni assunte dalla Bce, e circa 20 di superbonus. L'aumento dei tassi e il Superbonus fanno complessivamente più della manovra di bilancio», ha evidenziato la premier. Per tutta la domenica si è lavorato per chiudere almeno le linee generali e le macro voci che andranno inviate a Bruxelles con il Draft Budgetary Plan, che contiene l ossatura della manovra. Nella consapevolezza che comunque serviranno tempi supplementari, come accade ogni anno, per limare l'articolato vero e proprio della legge di Bilancio da inviare alle Camere. In Senato, da dove partirà l'iter parlamentare, non si aspettano il ddl prima del 26-27 di ottobre ma c è chi scommette che arriverà dopo il ponte di Ognissanti. Ne parliamo con Gianni Trovati, Sole 24 Ore.Chiude il traforo del Monte Bianco. Panico traffico da Torino al FrejusChiude da oggi per due mesi il traforo del Monte Bianco. Il blocco durerà fino al 18 dicembre. Ad aggiungersi a questo il tunnel ferroviario del Frejus resterà chiuso fino alla primavera del 2024 in seguito alla frana in Maurienne dello scorso agosto, che per qualche tempo aveva comportato anche la chiusura del tunnel stradale. Insomma il Frejus diventa da oggi passaggio obbligato per le merci dirette in Francia e per quelle in arrivo in Italia, se si escludono Ventimiglia e i valichi minori, che chiudono in autunno e inverno, oltre ad essere su strade adatte al turismo e non ai mezzi pesanti. Si calcolano 1800 i tir in più al giorno ed un totale di 3000 veicoli che si riverseranno tra Torino e Bardonecchia, non potendo più transitare dal traforo del Monte Bianco. Per alleviare il problema è stato deciso il rinvio di tutti i cantieri in Valsusa, sulla Torino - Bardonecchia e in tangenziale fino al 2024. E, in caso di chiusura parziale o totale dell'A32 le due statali valsusine SS24 e SS25 saranno usate come viabilità alternativa. Ipotesi questa che fa rabbrividire automobilisti e camionisti. Secondo le stime di Confindustria Valle d'Aosta la chiusura per tre mesi del Bianco equivale ad un calo dello 0,3% del Pil del Nord Ovest. Fai Contrasporto rilancia l'allarme il presidente, Paolo Uggè, fa sapere che "Con le difficoltà ai valichi, dal Brennero al Fejus, è in gioco l'economia italiana, oltre alla sopravvivenza di moltissime imprese del settore". Supplying quality conscious market sectors such as the automotive, aerospace, electronics and rail industries is why Cannock based Key Precision has put its faith in machine tools from Citizen.   Down the years, the Staffordshire subcontract business has placed its stock in Citizen, installing three A32 sliding head turning centres in 20-13 and more recently adding an L32 Type 8 with LFV and an Iemca Boss 338-HD barfeed unit. Like any other subcontract manufacturer operating in high-value supply chains, the ISO: 9001 and AS: 9100 accredited company has to have productivity and cost-down considerations at its core.   This is why Key Precision specified the Citizen, as Greg Jackson told MTDCNC:   “The machine is great, but the problem we now have is that we can’t get enough bars on the L32.   We have a particular component that we were making five at a time. W   ith a few tweaks, we managed to get from 5 parts to 50 on an alternative machine, but now with the Citizen we’re running 500-off lights-out without intervention.   Now, the barfeed is running out of stock before we get a chance to re-stock the machine.” This is clearly a great problem to have for the subcontract business, as it was previously having issues with swarf wrapping and the necessity for an operator to remove string like swarf from the work envelope for machining to continue.   By adopting the LFV technology, Key Precision can now run its parts lights-out massively increasing productivity. Referring to the particular batch-production part that has been improved, Greg says: “The bearing retainer part is produced from 7075 aluminium with a 10 micron tolerance on the diameter all along the length.   Originally we planned to have the parts ground, but the consistency of the Citizen and its LFV means we can eliminate that operation and drop finished parts out of the machine in a single hit.” “We are running the machine in non-guidebush mode with a stroke of 80mm; and using the full stroke, we can still comfortably hold tolerance and we can probably machine in the realms of 3XD.   In addition, the LFV system is ensuring that the swarf is breaking off in very small chips, so we’re not getting any damage on the part.” “We are now looking at different ways to get the bars off the machines, as in some cases, our collection system cannot contain the high-quantity and frequency of the parts.   Additionally, we have to be careful not to damage any parts, especially on tight tolerance work.” Discussing the new Citizen L32 in general terms, Greg says: “The work envelope is very spacious for us to get into the machine and access tools and workpieces.   Additionally, the door is very large, and the access is more comparable to that of a larger fixed head machine.   There is also a back door to get to the tools from the rear.   We have four driven tools at the front end with the option to put an arm in there for a manual B-axis, so we can go up to seven tools.   We also have five live tools at the back and three deep hole drilling tools next to the sub-spindle.   We have used this on quite a few occasions when you need extra-long drills that can go next to the sub-spindle, providing there are no clashes with the back-working tools – we have drilled over 180mm deep on the machine.” As well as the LFV system for swarf breaking, Key Precision specified the Citizen machine with medium pressure coolant supply.   As Greg Jackson says: “This particular L32 model only has the LFV system on the main spindle, so we put medium pressure coolant supply on the machine with 80bar pressure. This enables us to clear any swarf from the back-working tools.”

Abbiamo ripercorso le ultime notizie relative alla linea ad alta velocità Torino-Lione. Prendendo in considerazione gli ultimi 4 mesi abbiamo fatto il punto sui lavori in atto e sullo stato attuale. Il quadro è desolante. Dopo 27 anni di progetti, e miliardi di euro stanziati e investiti, quello che al momento c'è è soltanto il tunnel geognostico, completato nel febbraio 2017 (fermato a 7 km anziché 7,5). Attualmente l'attività è praticamente ferma in attesa di qualche lavoro di completamento. Se verrà approvata la Variante di Progetto (attualmente in discussione) nei prossimi anni il cantiere dovrà essere allargato e da qui partirebbe lo scavo del Tunnel di Base per un tratto di circa 12 km fino a Susa per la parte italiana del Tunnel.Prima di questo però sarebbe necessario allacciare i cantiere alla A32 per consentire la movimentazione delle centinaia di migliaia di camion di materiale di scavo. I lavori per lo svincolo dovevano partire il 1 gennaio di quest'anno. Al momento non è stata bandita nemmeno la gara di appalto.Il cantiere e tutta l'area di interesse strategico nazionale è costantemente presidiata dall'esercito e da tutti i corpi delle forze dell'ordine, per un costo giornaliero di circa 100.000.
