Unsere Morgenmänner Thomas Apfel und Torsten Hanft blicken immer am Freitag auf ihre Woche zurück. Themen die nicht nur die beiden sondern die Welt und das RadioEINS-Land bewegt haben. Dabei blicken sie natürlich auf alles um sich rum, also in die Landkreis Coburg, Kronach und Lichtenfels. Dazu gibt es viele Berichte und Interviews, auch unser Hanft mit seinem Küpser Dialekt gehört mittlerweile regelmäßig dazu. Auch die bekannten Studien die Thomas Apfel parat hält, sind ein klassischer Bestandteil des Podcasts. Fortified wines might be some of the most misunderstood wines in the world — often dismissed as “old-fashioned,” too sweet, or too strong. In der neuesten Folge des CULTiTALK begrüßt unser Host Georg den Geschäftsführer des Landesbunds für Vogel- und Naturschutz in Bayern e.V. (LBV), Alf Pille, zu einem aufschlussreichen Gespräch. Alf Pille, ein erfahrener Agrarbiologe, teilt seine Einsichten über effektives Management und die Herausforderungen moderner Vereinsstrukturen. Besonders betont er die Unwirksamkeit zentralistischer Führung in großen Organisationen. Stattdessen plädiert er für flexible und selbstorganisierte Teams, die durch eine schlank gehaltene Rahmenstruktur geführt werden.Alf stellt die „Team-Charta“ als innovatives Instrument vor, das effiziente Zusammenarbeit und die Klärung von Rollen sowie Prozessen innerhalb der Teams fördern soll. Georg unterstützt diese Sichtweise und hebt hervor, dass dezentrale Ansätze nicht im Widerspruch zu standardisierten Konzepten stehen müssen; vielmehr sei es die Interpretation und Umsetzung, die den Unterschied mache. Im weiteren Verlauf des Gesprächs betont Alf die Wichtigkeit von Selbstgestaltungsfähigkeit im Arbeitsalltag und warum unterschiedliche Teams unterschiedliche Ansätze benötigen, abhängig von deren Zusammensetzung und Arbeitsbedingungen.Georg spricht über weitverbreitete Missverständnisse in der Unternehmensführung und die Notwendigkeit, Kompetenzen in die Hände der Teams zu legen. Beide diskutieren über die bedeutende Rolle von Resilienz, besonders in Krisenzeiten, und wie man durch partizipative Ansätze langfristig stabilere und nachhaltigere Strukturen schaffen kann. Alf hebt dabei die essenzielle Rolle von ehrenamtlicher Arbeit hervor, die wesentlich zur Umsetzung der Vereinsziele beiträgt.Ein weiteres zentrales Thema des Podcasts ist der bewusste Umgang mit Erfolgen. Wie füttert man Vögel im Winter richtig? Wer von den heimischen Vögeln besucht uns überhaupt im Garten, sucht hier Nahrung und nistet hier auch? Und darf man die gefiederten Freund:innen auch im Frühling und Sommer mit Nahrung versorgen? Und wann ist der richtige Zeitpunkt, einen Nistkasten aufzuhängen und zu säubern? Ende Januar ist eine gute Zeit, sich mit diesen Fragen zu beschäftigen, denn neben einem Futterangebot geht es auch darum, jetzt schon eine gute Nistmöglichkeit zu schaffen. Denn Anfang März geht es bereits los mit der Wohnungssuche und dann muss alles vorbereitet sein. Und vorher dienen die Häuschen oft als Übernachtungsquartier in kalten Nächten. Und wusstet ihr, dass es wichtig ist, genau zu schauen, wo das Vogelfutter herkommt, das ihr verwendet und welche Inhaltsstoffe es hat? Kokosfett ist nicht besonders umweltfreundlich, besser eignet sich beispielsweise Rindertalg. Und die Sonnenblumenkerne können Pestizide enthalten.Angelika Nelson ist Ornithologin beim Landesverband für Vogel- und Naturschutz in Bayern und hat ihr Wissen mit uns geteilt.Mehr Infos zu den einzelnen Vögeln findet ihr hier auf der Seite des LBV.Und hier wie immer das Kurz und Knackig - was jetzt im Garten zu tun ist:eigentlich ist der Januar eine gute Zeit, um Bäume und Sträucher zu schneiden. ABER: Solange es friert oder in der Woche danach Frost droht, dürft ihr nicht zur Schere greifen! Das würde Schäden im Holz verursachen. Und außerdem: Macht euch keinen Stress. Vor allem Wildsträucher müssen nicht jährlich geschnitten werden. Da geht es eher darum, sie mal auszulichten oder Totholz zu entfernenVoranzucht: Ich weiß, ihr könnt es alle nicht erwarten mit der Voranzucht. Aber fangt nicht zu früh an. Eure Pflanzen bekommen momentan noch viel zu wenig Licht. Im Bauernkalender ist Maria Lichtmess ein Tag, an dem gestartet werden kann - die Tage sind dann schon deutlich länger. Aber auch hier könnt ihr langsam mal mit Chili und Paprika und Auberginen beginnen. Tomaten nicht vor März!!! Wer mehr dazu wissen will - wir haben eine Folge zur Voranzucht gemacht. Hört da gerne rein.Johannisbeeren und Stachelbeeren per Stecklinge vermehren: Dazu einen einjährigen Trieb abschneiden, entblättern, in 20 bis 30 cm große Stücke schneiden und in einen Topf mit sandiger Erde stecken. ⅔ verschwinden in der Erde. Aus den gesunden Augen/Knospen werden dann die Wurzeln. In der 25. Folge sprechen wir über Naturschutzkriminalität, denn immer wieder kommt es in Bayern zu dramatischen Ereignissen: Luchse werden getötet, Biber in illegalen Fallen gefangen und majestätische Greifvögel vergiftet. Zu Gast ist Dr. Andreas von Lindeiner, Experte für Naturschutzkriminalität und Leiter des 2019 gestarteten Projekts „Tatort Natur“. Wo fängt Naturschutzkriminalität an? Was sind die Motive der Täter? Und wie verhalte ich mich richtig, wenn ich ein vermeintlich getötetes Tier finde? Auch wenn Verbrechen gegen die Natur keine leichten Themen sind, lohnt es sich zuzuhören. Ein Großteil der Fälle bleibt ungeklärt und für die Täter folgenlos. Deshalb sammeln der LBV und die Gregor Louisoder Umweltstiftung seit 2019 im Rahmen des Projekts „Tatort Natur – Naturschutzkriminalität dokumentieren und stoppen!“ Fälle von Naturschutzkriminalität in einer bayernweiten Datenbank. Die Dokumentation für Großvögel wird vom Bayerischen Landesamt für Umwelt beauftragt und finanziert. Wind parameters of the new LBV in NGC1156 by Y. Solovyeva et al. on Wednesday 14 September In this work we present the spectrum modeling results for the newly discovered luminous blue variable (LBV) in the NGC 1156 galaxy. Extended atmosphere models were calculated using the non-LTE code CMFGEN. We have obtained the luminosity of the discovered LBV $Lsimeq (1.6pm0.2) times 10^{5} L_{odot}$, effective temperature $T_{text{eff}}=7.9pm0.4$ kK and mass-loss rate $dot{M}f^{-0.5}= (8.2pm1.0) times 10^{-4} M_{odot}text{yr}^{-1}$. Supernova 2009ip outbursts in 2012: From scenario to model by Nikolai Chugai. on Monday 12 September Spherical and aspherical models are presented for two outbursts in 2012 of supernova 2009ip. Models are based on a scenario which suggests that the August 2012 outburst is caused by the explosive shell ejection from LBV-presupernova. The model predicts an emergence of an unobserved outburst in late July 2012 related to a shock breakout and a subsequent diffusive radiative cooling of the ejected envelope. The luminosity of the first observed outburst in August 2012 was presumably powered by the central source, whereas the second, more powerful outburst in late September 2012, was caused by the ejecta interaction with the circumstellar envelope.
