He doesn't want to follow the same recipe every year to get the exact same product. Every year is a little bit different. Wind machines take the cold air off the floor of the vineyard and then bring in warm air because hot air rises and can actually raise the temperature by two to three degrees. Jonathan Janz is the pen name of Craig Shaeffer, an American horror author of 16 novels and one collection of short fiction. In 2011, Janz published his debut novel, The Sorrows. The book received praise from author Brian Keene, who called it "the best horror novel of 2012." Keene would also describe Janz as "One of the best writers in modern horror to come along in the last decade." In March of 2023, Janz won the Wilburn-Thomas Award at the Scares That Care event in Williamsburg, VA. This is a charity event organized by author Brian Keene and the award is given to authors who have helped other writers and their community. When he's not Jonthan Janz: Horror Author, he's Mr. Shaeffer, a high school English, film literature, and creative writing teacher in Indiana. He currently resides in Indiana with his wife and three children. You won't want to miss how his students finally learned that mild-mannered Mr. Shaeffer was also famous writer Jonthan Janz.

Christoph Janz is a serial entrepreneur and angel investor. He co-founded Point Nine in 2011 and is today one of the most well-known SaaS influencers and investors in Europe and worldwide. Having founded and exited multiple companies himself, Christoph's first venture deal was an angel check to Zendesk, which was acquired by an investor group led by private equity firm Hellman & Friedman and Permira for $10.2 billion. His most notable deal was his 2017 investment of about $1 million in video recording tool Loom, which was acquired by software firm Atlassian for $975 million in 2023.

Shauna Janz is a facilitator at the crossroads of grief, trauma, ritual and ancestral healing. She is a queer cis-woman of northern European ancestry who has been facilitating trauma-informed workshops since 2008 to a wide range of audiences including within education, non-profit, hospice, business, government, and Indigenous settings, locally and internationally. The intersection of being childfree and ancestral veneration is fascinating to me because when we talk about lineage there's an implication of continuance. I personally did have a biological child, but I doubt my child will have a child. So it's interesting to cast my net a little wider when I ponder the question, Who am I becoming an ancestor for? And when I think about my spiritual practice of ancestral veneration, it's interesting to think about whether I'm giving enough attention to ancestors I'm not directly descended from - the aunties, the uncles, the chosen family that my wayback people were connected to, the ones who supported my direct ancestors so I could be here now.
