Valeria Zazzaretta si racconta in radio al Festival di Spello: una conversazione sull'arte, la recitazione e i giovani Nel cuore del Festival di Spello, Unica Radio ha avuto il piacere di ospitare Valeria Zazzaretta, attrice che ha saputo farsi conoscere e apprezzare per la sua versatilità e il suo impegno nel mondo della recitazione. In un'intervista ricca di spunti, Valeria ha ripercorso le tappe principali della sua carriera, raccontando con naturalezza e profondità il suo percorso artistico e le riflessioni che l'hanno accompagnata nel tempo. Il primo passo nel mondo della recitazione L'inizio del suo cammino artistico risale a quando era ancora una giovane studentessa liceale. A spingerla verso la recitazione non è stata solo la passione, ma anche il desiderio di superare le sue insicurezze. Valeria ha infatti raccontato che, fin da piccola, amava divertirsi con suo padre a riprodurre i personaggi che vedeva in televisione, dai film alle pubblicità. Questi momenti di gioco sono stati il seme che ha fatto nascere in lei l'amore per il teatro e la recitazione. A 18 anni, mentre stava completando gli studi liceali, ha deciso di intraprendere un percorso formativo al conservatorio teatrale, un'esperienza che le ha permesso di approfondire la sua passione e di scoprire una vocazione che la avrebbe accompagnata per tutta la vita. Un consiglio alla sé stessa di un tempo Quando le è stato chiesto cosa avrebbe consigliato alla Valeria giovane, Zazzaretta ha risposto con sincerità, rivelando che forse avrebbe dovuto credere di più in se stessa e "assaporare di più la vita", non lasciandosi sopraffare dalle insicurezze. Nonostante questo, la sua crescita personale è stata fondamentale per portarla dove si trova oggi, e il suo percorso artistico ha rappresentato un cammino di consapevolezza e fiducia nelle proprie capacità. Giovani e tradizione: un messaggio di equilibrio Durante l'intervista, Valeria ha anche parlato di “Effetto Giò”, una serie che ha avuto un impatto significativo sulla sua carriera e che si concentra sul mondo giovanile. L'attrice ha sottolineato l'importanza di questa generazione di ragazzi, che hanno il potere di risvegliare le coscienze delle altre generazioni e di recuperare valori tradizionali che, con l'avvento della tecnologia, rischiano di perdersi. La riflessione di Valeria è rivolta alla riscoperta della manualità, dei mestieri antichi, e a quella saggezza che viene dalle tradizioni familiari, dalle storie tramandate dai nonni. In questo senso, i giovani di oggi sono visti come una sorta di ponte tra il passato e il futuro, capaci di rinnovare e valorizzare ciò che è stato. Una ragazza introversa, ma curiosa e appassionata Valeria ha poi raccontato di come, durante l'adolescenza, sia passata da una fase di timidezza a una curiosità insaziabile, che l'ha spinta ad esplorare nuove passioni, dalla recitazione allo sport. Questo periodo di crescita l'ha resa una persona più introversa, ma anche più aperta e interessata al mondo che la circonda. Uno dei momenti salienti della carriera di Valeria è stato senza dubbio il suo ruolo in Domate o Dieci, una serie che l'ha vista protagonista insieme a grandi attori. "Domate o Dieci" le ha dato l'opportunità di vivere sul set una prima esperienza che, nonostante fosse a contatto con nomi importanti, le ha permesso anche di osservare da vicino la magia del cinema. La forza della serie, secondo Zazzaretta, sta nel fatto che i personaggi riescono a entrare in sintonia con il pubblico, facendolo sentire parte della loro vita e come se fossero amici dello spettatore. Il sogno di lavorare con i grandi del passato Un altro momento particolarmente emozionante dell'intervista è stato quando Valeria ha espresso il suo desiderio di lavorare con alcuni dei grandi attori del passato, come Gian Maria Volonté e Monica Vitti. La loro abilità nell'esprimere emozioni complesse e nel rendere i personaggi così vividi e autentici è un punto di riferimento per l'attrice. Un sogno che resta nel cuore di molti appassionati di cinema italiano, ma che Valeria riconosce come un modello a cui ispirarsi. L'intervista si è conclusa con una riflessione sulla differenza tra il teatro e il cinema, in particolare per quanto riguarda il lavoro di preparazione. Se nel teatro gli attori hanno la possibilità di approfondire i personaggi con prove lunghe e intensi confronti, nel cinema, a causa delle tempistiche strette e dei budget ridotti, questo aspetto non è sempre possibile. Face aux icônes de l'italianité, elle a incarné une femme moderne, troublante et surtout énigmatique, une façon d'être indéchiffrable, insaisissable, dont on lui laisse résumer la formule : « Comme toutes les femmes, j'ai deux visages. » Ces Mémoires, rédigés en deux volumes dans les années 1990 et traduits pour la première fois, lèvent le voile sur l'une des figures les plus secrètes du cinéma. Guillaume Bourgois, professor de Estudos Fílmicos, falou-nos sobre a “força magnética” e “tenebrosa” de Alain Delon. Alain Delon foi descrito como “o homem mais bonito da história do cinema” pela revista New Yorker, enquanto o jornal Corriere della Sera fala de uma lenda e de "estrela bela e maldita”. O El Pais recorda uma “aura incomparável” e “um ícone do cinema europeu conhecido pelo seu talento e pelo seu poder de sedução”, mas não esquece os seus comentários machistas e homofóbicos, nem a sua amizade declarada com a figura da extrema-direita francesa Jean-Marie Le Pen.O francês, que morreu aos 88 anos, entrou na 7ª Arte “por acidente” – dizia ele - e acabou por ser um dos seus protagonistas mais lendários. Foi actor em cerca de 90 filmes, foi realizador, produtor e até argumentista. Eu acho que foi mesmo o Visconti que descobriu a força magnética, quase aristocrática, que tinha o Delon na interpretação dele, na intensidade dos seus olhares, dos seus gestos. Depois, grande parte dos cineastas mais importantes foram sempre buscar essa energia, essa dimensão tenebrosa, misteriosa, enigmática que tinha o Delon e que fez com que ele pudesse ter essas interpretações extraordinárias nos papéis mais famosos.Alain Delon foi um artista que “fez avançar o cinema moderno”, mas também construiu “uma personalidade mediática extremamente egocêntrica”. O actor falava de si na terceira pessoa e inscreveu-se numa “tendência reaccionária da história da indústria cinematográfica francesa que sempre existiu de contestação dos meios de esquerda que estavam a tentar utilizar o cinema para desenvolver as suas ideias”. Defendeu, várias vezes, as posições do amigo Jean-Marie Le Pen, líder da extrema-direita francesa, e nunca refreou comentários machistas e homofóbicos.“Nos anos 90, essa legitimação [da extrema-direita] não existia e houve figuras que participaram francamente e de forma assumida para essa legitimação. Alain Delon foi uma delas, outra foi Brigitte Bardot. Idag ser jag nästan aldrig till det. Ordet har försvunnit och kanske av goda skäl. Måhända är vi inte alienerade längre. Kanske har vi alla blivit till subjekt nu när vi är stjärnor i våra egna tinder-liv. Och eftersom klasskamp ersatts av identitetspolitik har väl alla ett tydligt "jag". De försvinner inte, men de kan heller inte utvecklas, inkapslade som insekter i sin egen avlägsna tid. Claudia och Sandro från Äventyret, så förvånade över att livet fortsätter när deras vän försvunnit. Författaren Giovanni i Natten, oförmögen att röra den värld han beskriver. Giuliana i Den Röda Öknen som känner varje skiftning i världen men inte kan leva i den. Och så förstås Piero och Vittoria, spelade av Alain Delon och Monica Vitti i L'Eclisse eller Feber som den hette på svenska och som Torsten Jungstedt talade om.Hur skulle de klara livet idag?Stig Björkman går i sin bok "Michelangelos Blick" grundligt igenom Antonionis filmografi. Hans storhetstid var 60-talet, från Äventyret år 1960 till Zabriske Point 1970, efter det nådde Antonioni inte längre den stora publiken. Men under tio år gick han i perfekt takt med sin tid. Ingen annan filmare kunde som han skapa bilder av tillstånd som knappt låter sig utsägas i ord. Att hans svävande, föga dramatiska filmer var så framgångsrika antyder att Antonioni visade ett kollektivt sinnestillstånd. Känslan av oro, otillräcklighet – oklarhet. Tre "On". Det fjärde – Orsaken – fick publiken vi söka utanför filmduken. Antonioni gav aldrig några förklaringar.Men samtidigt som Antonioni var de undflyende sinnestillståndens skildrare så var han mer än någon annan de konkreta landskapens filmare. När jag ser om hans filmer slås jag av hur var och en av dem utgår från platsen berättelserna utspelas inär Antonioni var som mest skarpsynt föredrog han dimmaKonstkritikern och författaren John Berger skriver i en liten text om Antonioni att de viktigaste iakttagelserna han gör är preverbala. Berger menar att man bör uppfatta Antonioni som en målare. I en berättelse letar han efter det tidlösa – som en bildkonstnär, inte som en dramatiker efter vad handlingarna leder till.Jag minns en vernissage i Venedig på 80-talet när Antonioni ställde ut bilder av berg, le montagne incantate, De förtrollade bergen. Han gick omkring tyst framför sina oerhört vackra, abstrakta bilder av bergstoppar medan beundrarna följde honom. Det var filmfestival och han ville vara del av filmvärlden. Samtidigt såg han ut att längta därifrån. Han var, som sina gestalter, mellan två världar.Däremot minns jag inga berg från hans filmer utom i den sista, som Wim Wenders hjälpte honom genomföra. Nej, när Antonioni var som mest skarpsynt föredrog han dimma. Han började som dokumentärfilmare och hans första inspelningsplats och ämne var Po-deltat. Där filmade också neorealisterna som Antonioni som ung var allierad med, men Antonioni sökte inte yttre realism. Också i de dokumentära filmerna låter han människor och landskap spegla varandra. Det hade ingen betydelse om filmen var dokumentär eller fiktion. Det var själsliga landskap därför kunde den fysiska platsen lika gärna vara Po-deltat som börsen i Milano, Syd Italiens bergiga kust eller en liten by i Nordafrika. När han lyckas får Antonioni människa och landskap at bli en organisk helhet. I ”Den Röda öknen”, Antonionis första färgfilm, är filmens huvudperson Giuliana gift med chefen för en petrokemisk industri. Hon vandrar runt i landskapet där dimma och avgaser blandas, förlorad någonstans mellan livet och döden. Och till skillnad från iden antika myten finns ingen Orfeus som kan uppväcka henne, älskaren är maktlös, kärleken gör inte livet livligare.Antonioni har rykte om sig att vara en intellektuell filmare, men film är förstås en konkret konstart. Alla tankar måste bli bild. Och här är Antonioni intressant därför att han utgår från bilden, inte från vad som ska berättas. Ja, man kan till och med säga att han visar snarare än berättar. Till skillnad från generationskamraten Ingmar Bergman är Anonioni återhållsam med närbilder. Hans bildspråk får platser och kropparnas placering att samverka i bildkompositioner där volymerna är nästan skulpturala. Det vi inte ser är lika viktigt som vad vi ser. Historien i Den Röda Öknen om kvinnan som tvekar mellan make och älskare har berättats hur många gånger som helst. Men Antonionis bilder av Monica Vitti förlorad i landskapet och relationerna går knappt att glömma. Osannolikt vackra bilder av en värld som inte hänger ihop.När världen hann upp Antonionis gestalter hade den inte längre behov av honom och han var dömd att irra vidare som en av sina egna figurer.Antonioni var verksam under revolternas 60-tal men så här på avstånd förefaller han född i fel tidsålder. Hans favoritförfattare var Scott Fitzgerald och likt huvudpersonen i Den store Gatsby var Antonio obekväm i sin samtid. Tidsandan krävde engagerad konst och Antonioni var mest av allt en iakttagare. Han såg, kommenterade inte. Och deltog absolut inte. I avslutningsscenen i Blow-Up, filmen om en modefotograf i London, spelar ett par personer låtsastennis. Bollarna syns inte, men man hör dem studsa. Det sättet att bygga film fungerade när han rörde sig i en värld han kände igen. När han accepterar en inbjudan till Kina och där gör en dokumentärfilm blir det ett magplask av B-films mått. Han är inte kritisk, inte smickrande. Magin är borta.Antonioni skrev också noveller. På svenska finns Två telegram. Den första berättelsen heter Skeendets Horisont och börjar med hur Antonioni sitter i ett flygplan och ser ut över ett oändligt landskap. Tydligt. Alägset. Orörbart.Det är verkligen en typisk Antonioni-position och med den inställningen är det lätt att förstå att det inte blev så många filmer. Hans huvudpersoner verkar tagit steget in i en post-industriell värld medan industrialismen fortfarande dominerade. Därför var de ohjälpligt förlorade. När världen hann upp Antonionis gestalter hade den inte längre behov av honom och han var dömd att irra vidare som en av sina egna figurer.1985 drabbades Antonioni av en stroke som ytterligare försvårade hans möjligheter att göra film. Men han fortsatte att skriva filmmanus och det finns flera utgåvor av dessa inte förverkligade filmer. I "Film nel cassetto", filmer i byrålådan, som han kallade dem. En av dessa heter "Tecnicamente dolce", tekniskt ljuvt eller ömt. Och det kan vara en bra sammanfattning av Michelangelo Antonionis verk: han riktade en distanserad, klar men också öm blick på verkligheten. Och även om vi nu lever i de självförälskades übersäkra epok finns det ögonblick, övergångar mellan till synes säkra stadier där vi behöver Antonionis blick för att se det landskap vi färdas igenom. From Jonathan Rosenbaum, 1001 Movies You Must See Before You Die: "Michelangelo Antonioni's first feature in color remains a high-water mark for using color.  To get the precise hues he wanted, Antonioni had entire fields painted.  Restored prints make it clear why audiences were so excited by his innovations, not only for his expressive use of color, but also his striking editing.  Red Desert comes at the tail end of Antonioni's most fertile period, immediately after his remarkable trilogy The Adventure (1960), The Night (1960), and The Eclipse (1962).  Although Red Desert may fall somewhat short of the first and last of these earlier classics. the film's ecological concerns look a lot more prescient today than they seemed at the time of its initial release. "Monica Vitti plays a neurotic married woman (Giuliana) attracted to industrialist Richard Harris.  Antonioni does eerie, memorable work with the industrial shapes and colors that surround her, shown alternately as threatening and beautiful as she walks through a science-fiction landscape.  Like any self-respecting Antonioni heroine, she is looking for love and meaning - and finds sex.  In one sequence a postcoital melancholy is strikingly conveyed via an expressionist use of color, following Giuliana's shifting moods. "The film's most spellbinding sequence depicts a pantheistic, utopian fantasy of innocence, which the heroine recounts to her ailing son, implicitly offering a beautiful girl and a beautiful sea as an alternative to the troubled woman and the industrial red desert of the title."
