LESSON 84Review of Lessons 67 - 68These are the idea's for today's review:(67) Love created me like Itself.I am in the likeness of my Creator, I cannot experience loss and I cannot die. I am not a body. I would recognize my reality today. I will worship no idols, nor raise my own self-concept to replace my Self. I am in the likeness of my Creator. Love created me like Itself. You might find these specific forms helpful in applying the idea:Let me not see an illusion of myself in this.As I look on this, let me remember my Creator. My Creator did not create this as I see it.(68) Love holds no grievances.Grievances are completely alien to love. Grievances attack love and keep its light obscure. If I hold grievances I am attacking love, and therefore attacking my Self. My Self thus becomes alien to me. I am determined not to attack my Self today, so that I can remember Who I am.These specific forms for applying this idea would be helpful:This is no justification for denying my Self.I will not use this to attack love.Let this not tempt me to attack myself.- Jesus Christ in ACIM

Welcome to The Rocky Garza Show, where we dive deep into the truths that shape extraordinary leaders. Today, I'm joined by Kerrie Lee Brown, the Editor-in-Chief of Success Magazine—an award-winning journalist, media executive, consultant, and women's health advocate. She's the founder of Ready Red Lily Global Lifestyle Brand, the author of My Heart, Myself: A Self-Care Guide for Women, and a leader in empowering authentic storytelling to help heal, transform, and inspire.Despite her incredible success, Kerrie still faces imposter syndrome. How does someone at her level—leading a major publication and shaping conversations about achievement—still struggle with self-doubt? And more importantly, how do we overcome it?This episode is packed with raw honesty, personal insights, and actionable takeaways. Let's dive in.About Kerrie Lee Brown  Kerrie Lee Brown is an award-winning journalist, media executive, consultant and women's health advocate. She is the founder of RedLily® global lifestyle brand, author of “My Heart, My Self", a self-care guide for women on Amazon, and the VP, Media and Editor-in-Chief of SUCCESS magazine. Kerrie Lee has contributed to more than 150 magazines worldwide and has made it her mission to educate others about the importance of heart health and authentic storytelling to help heal, transform and evolve your life. The Imposter WithinMany of us believe that once we hit a certain milestone—whether it's a high-profile job, financial success, or public recognition—our doubts will disappear. But as Kerrie shares, imposter syndrome doesn't go away just because we achieve more. It evolves.Kerrie reflects on moments in her career when she felt she wasn't the "main pick," even though, in hindsight, she clearly had what it took. The pressure to always prove her worth—to live up to expectations—was ingrained from childhood. Raised in a high-achievement, competitive environment, she felt the need to constantly win, succeed, and never depend on anyone else. The irony? The very drive that made her successful was also the source of her self-doubt.The Pressure of PerfectionAs a journalist and editor, Kerrie was trained to scrutinize details, making perfectionism a daily reality. In her world, a single typo or factual error could be devastating. Over time, this cultivated an inner voice of self-criticism, reinforcing the idea that one mistake could ruin everything. She describes the duality of being perceived as someone who “always got the job, the recognition, the success”—while internally feeling the pressure to maintain that image. Even with public praise, the imposter within whispered otherwise.Balancing Professional and Personal LifeImposter syndrome doesn't just affect work—it spills into our personal lives. As a mother of two boys, Kerrie shares how she constantly wonders: Am I doing this right? She grew up in a household of women, so raising boys felt unfamiliar. Despite her best efforts, there are moments of doubt—because parenting, like leadership, comes with no perfect blueprint. Her insight? We all go through it. The key is recognizing that worthiness isn't about perfection—it's about embracing who you truly are.Redefining Success and Self-WorthKerrie admits that, for years, her identity was tied to her job title. She was “Editor-in-Chief” first, Kerrie Lee second. This created an inner conflict: Am I successful because of my title? Or because of who I am?That realization led to self-reflection—and a shift in how she defines success. Instead of measuring worth by external labels, she began embracing her internal value.Lesson: You are not your job title. You are not your achievements. You are worthy—simply because you are YOU.Embracing Uniqueness and TruthOne of the biggest takeaways from this conversation is that self-clarity leads to self-confidence.Many of us have been conditioned to believe that success comes from meeting external expectations—whether it's parents, society, or the workplace. But the true breakthrough happens when we define success for ourselves. For Kerrie, that meant embracing her unique gifts—her ability to tell powerful stories, her open-mindedness, and her passion for helping others. The imposter syndrome didn't disappear—but she learned to challenge it with truth. The Power of WordsThroughout the conversation, one theme kept coming up: words matter. The words we say to ourselves shape our beliefs. The words we say to others impact their confidence. The words we accept from society influence how we see ourselves.Kerrie recalls a time when someone told her she was "too positive on social media." The comment made her second-guess herself—until she realized:Why would positivity ever be a bad thing?People's judgments are often projections of their own insecurities. If someone sees positivity as “fake,” it likely has more to do with their experiences than with you.Lesson: The stories people tell about you say more about them than they do about you.Stories We Tell OurselvesRocky breaks down a powerful truth:We often define ourselves by the stories we've been told about us—rather than the truth of who we are.For years, Kerrie was told:"You're a high achiever." (So she felt she had to be.)"You're always successful." (So failure felt unacceptable.)"You're just a magazine editor." (So she wondered if her identity was tied to her job.)But when we step back and rewrite our own narrative, we take back control.Impact of Words on OthersRocky shares a personal parenting moment—when he unknowingly told his son a story about himself that wasn't true. In a split-second reaction, he made his son feel like his enthusiasm didn't matter. That one interaction made him realize: the way we speak to people—especially in leadership and parenting—shapes their confidence. The same is true for leaders in the workplace. Are we fostering environments where people feel heard, valued, and encouraged—or are we reinforcing self-doubt?Personal Truths and Open-MindednessTo close, Kerrie shares her personal truth:“I am open-minded.”That openness allows her to:See multiple perspectives.Grow through new experiences.Adapt in both personal and professional life. Her realization? Openness is not just a trait—it's a strength.Final Thoughts: Lead Like YOU, Not Like ThemThe imposter within is something we all face. But the way we talk to ourselves, redefine our worth, and embrace our unique traits determines whether that imposter controls us—or fuels our growth.Takeaway: You don't have to be “good enough.” You already ARE good.Resources Mentioned:Take the Influence Appraisal Quiz at: rockygarza.com/influence.Key Timestamps00:00 Introduction to The Rocky Garza Show00:06 Meet Kerrie Lee Brown: Success Magazine's Editor-in-Chief00:47 Diving into Imposter Syndrome02:39 Kerrie Lee's Personal Journey03:54 The Pressure of Perfection07:16 Balancing Professional and Personal Life09:37 Redefining Success and Self-Worth13:41 Embracing Uniqueness and Truth16:56 Embracing Intensity17:48 Self-Clarity and Confidence19:08 Navigating Journalism and Personal Identity20:44 The Power of Words21:31 Stories We Tell Ourselves24:15 Impact of Words on Others28:28 Personal Truths and Open-Mindedness30:05 Conclusion and Final ThoughtsTo join Rocky for his next free virtual event, go to https://rockygarza.com/beyondsuccessSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/trgs/donations

The definition of change is to make (someone or something) different; alter or modify. In this episode I talk about the importance of allowing change to occur. It is inevitable and if you want to see your vision materialise, change is what will allow that. You cannot bring everybody to where you are heading, trust how your life is unraveling. Patience and persistence is what will make the seed of faith grow. It all starts with forgiveness of the past and accepting it for what it is.Transcript from Broken RhythmThe hardest prison to escape from is the mind. However it is not impossible, we must affirm the words “I AM POSSIBLE”. Everyone is either living in the past or trying to live in the future which causes us to not take action towards what we desire. As a man thinketh so shall ye be. The power of the mind can either lead you to success or the complete opposite direction. Turn your fear into faith, transmute any negative self talk into positive. You have to act as if you already have what you desire, meaning wake up at the time your highest self would, if your highest self reads 3 books a month then do that ect.Questions to ask yourself….Question #1: Why Am I Here?Question #2: How Can I Express More of My Self?Question #3: What is for my Highest and best good to do today?Take incremental steps to becoming who you want to be. Escape the mind as you must live with your soul, the mind will keep you in a continuous rat race. March to the beat of your drum, everyone's music is different embrace that. You are and have been the creator of everything that is in your life, whether you know it or not. So why not create the life of your dreams? Being rich is our birthright step into that belief.Todays Affirmations:I now release the gold-mine within me. I am linked with an endless golden stream of prosperity which comes to me under grace in perfect ways. All that is mine by Divine Right is now released and reaches me in great avalanches of abundance, under grace in miraculous ways.Miss Broken Rhythm xThank you so much for tuning in so much love to you all! This week, Asia is joined by Lisette Ros, a Dutch performance artist who investigates daily conventions and breaks down everyday behaviors. Lisette approaches her performances as experiments or opportunities to research and collect data about her body, all in the attempt to better understand her fluid, queer identity and consider the question, “Who is she, in the midst of it all?” Lisette first explains how she familiarizes herself with any performance location and begins the process of research (1:22). She then reviews how her work "Reframing Conventions" shifted when performed in various locations including the Red Light District (03:56). Asia questions if and how the question of safety comes up in Lisette's work (13:15) and Lisette admits that her work does not embrace comfort, in favor of searching for moments of vulnerability and exposure. Lisette later describes her My Self series, which currently includes five performances: The Fetus, The Other, The Body, The Bladder, and The First Breath (14:56). All five contribute to Lisette's efforts to deconstruct her slippery sense of identity and question when and how we come to recognize and make sense of our bodies and the worlds that live within them. In an effort to better understand her "blood" and family line, Lisette will begin to develop the sixth performance of the My Self series: The Unfamiliar Roots (26:54). This project will take her to Indonesia (where her grandfather was born) to participate in a program at Melati Suryodarmo's Studio Plesungan. Before they close, Asia and Lisette discuss the axolotl, a fascinating creature that Lisette was recently researching in Mexico City. The two reflect on the ways that the axolotl's resistance to evolution both challenges and inspires Lisette's practice and investment in "being in flux." [12:35] Today, March 31st is #World Backup Day. This reminded this Gadget Guy of an article I was inspired to write for the Edmonton Sun 22 years ago not after watching the news or a show about Technology, but rather a TV Show about Women – specifically Bravo's Sex and the City. It's an update to the 2001 article with a humorous look at how I went about writing the article what transpired in Season 4 Episode 8 appropriately titled: My Motherboard, My Self, where Carrie Bradshaw - played by Sara Jessica Parker has her Mac PowerBook G3 laptops crashes and all the trials and tribulations around it including her questioning her relationship with her then boyfriend Aidan who interestingly is a PC user.  The podcast also talks about backups and the importance of them as well a lessons Carrie learned about backups and relationships. So do your part, take a pledge and take action on #WORLDBACKUPDAY. You can also visit WorldBackupDay.com for more info. You can also read the updated article at Troy Media.

LESSON 84 These are the ideas for today's review: (67) Love created me like Itself. I am in the likeness of my Creator. I cannot suffer, I cannot experience loss and I cannot die. I am not a body. I would recognize my reality today. I will worship no idols, nor raise my own self-concept to replace my Self. I am in the likeness of my Creator. Love created me like Itself. You might find these specific forms helpful in applying the idea: Let me not see an illusion of myself in this. As I look on this, let me remember my Creator. My Creator did not create this as I see it. (68) Love holds no grievances. Grievances are completely alien to love. Grievances attack love and keep its light obscure. If I hold grievances I am attacking love, and therefore attacking my Self. My Self thus becomes alien to me. I am determined not to attack my Self today, so that I can remember Who I am. These specific forms for applying this idea would be helpful: This is no justification for denying my Self. I will not use this to attack love. Let this not tempt me to attack myself.- Jesus Christ in A Course in Miracles, Lesson 84

How Humans Heal
#152 Dance and Movement to Heal: Transforming Your Life with Jenny Cohen

How Humans Heal

In today's episode I interview Jenny Cohen. Jenny is an Outside In Recovery Coach, breast cancer survivor, competitive dancer, yoga instructor, and author.   Today we talk about how dance and movement can be healing for our bodies. I'm excited to talk with Jenny because I also love to dance and have found it to be so healing for me. She also shares about her healing journey and what she discovered about herself, and wrote in her book, along the way.  Definitely tune in to this episode if you have been dealing with a stress-filled busy life, infertility, cancer or risk of cancer, and/or a desire to heal from within.   Jenny is also a multifaceted and award-winning artist known for her award-winning autobiographical fusion performances about universal themes and life challenges. She offers instruction in yoga, Acting for Dancers, Aaliyah Jenny Transcultural Fusion, Rachel Brice's Datura Style, and Oreet's Sharqui Workout (Master Instructor). Jenny also launched Dance to Heal Wellness in 2021.  Jenny believes that the secret to dance is that it is this therapeutic modality and even though there's only recently been more research about it, we actually are instinctively drawn to it because it puts you back into your body. It puts you in the present moment.   Dance as a Form of Meditation  When you're dancing, you can only be focusing on that. It is hard to focus on anything else if you are really paying attention to your body position and your movement. You are really connecting with each part of your body and how it moves, and it gets you out of your head and into your body, like a movement meditation. We become aware of how life is precious and how we only have the present.  There is such intelligence and brilliance in the specific steps, rhythm, and patterns in various forms of dance. The movement patterns, for example in belly dance, salsa, or even yoga, were determined by people (women) who spent a lot of time using movement throughout their lives and during various forms of stress, including grief, loss and trauma. In this way, as we learn a form of dance, we are also learning the movements that help the human nervous system heal.   Dance is a form of medicine.  Finding Your Rhythm  Jenny shares that there is a whole branch of science called the neuroscience of dance. Any type of movement combined with music ignites your entire brain, it's one of the few activities that can do this. Also, everyone's perception of music is different because of our cultural and gender differences. And so, there is a movement discovery process in which you follow 3 steps: Acknowledging with gratitude that you're here now. Not in the past and not worried about the future.  Being present through tuning into your 5 senses (smell, taste, hearing, sight and touch).  Analyzing which type of sound or melodies does your body instinctively like to move to.  By following these three steps, you will start identifying the music and movement that is going to be most therapeutic for you individually. Everybody is different because everyone's neurology is a little bit different. For example, there are people who don't like music at all. Some prefer the sound of birds or sounds from nature.    You may want to try different types of dancing before you find your rhythm. This will inform you of what you want to learn more and what you want to say no to. It is also important to tailor your own journey with music and movement based on your setting, the stage of your life, and your love language, which can change over time.   The Discover Oneself Process  Jenny encourages listeners to get started. She sees that we often deny ourselves the healing we need by thinking that we need to make more money first or that we should just be grateful for the way things are. However, if we never give ourselves the support we need to heal, then we'll never feel well enough to be more productive.   She reminds us that it is a miracle that we are alive today, and to celebrate each and every day.   Movement is essential. Everything that is alive moves, cells move, atoms vibrate. And for us to get better beyond the trauma that we are healing, we also need to move.  The D.I.S.C.O.V.E.R. system she describes in her book, “Outside in Recovery: Dancing My Way Back to My Self after Breast Cancer,” is a process you can follow to feel like yourself again and thrive in healing by following the path to self-love.  The acronym stands for:  D: Discover Yourself - Acknowledging your pain and trauma and face it to be able to release it.  I: I Move You Move - Movement is essential to healing.  S: Somatic Intelligence - Acknowledging how our bodies are intelligent systems.  C: Can I Self-Love? - Learning to be compassionate with ourselves and our healing process.  O: Organic Rage - Releasing the bottled-up anger.  V: Venn Diagram of Your Life - Everything overlaps in our lives.  E: Elevated Self-Talk - How to overcome your debilitating internal self-imposed boundaries.  R: Recover Yourself - How being conscious of our trauma will help us take control of it and heal.  This D.I.S.C.O.V.E.R. process is a way to heal not only from mental issues, but also from physical problems. All health issues originate from the stress and trauma we experience throughout our lives: heart disease, autoimmunity, dementia, HPV, etc. By healing on an emotional and spiritual level we can prevent any of these health issues and live healthier and happier lives.   But it all starts with movement. Movement brings you to the present immediately, so those who are not familiar with movement or are not moving much have to start there. And those who are already practicing movement still need to start there because this will train you not to use movement as a form of escape.  If you are not in the present and in your body, then you will not be able to support yourself and the people around you.  Allowing Our Life Experiences to Transform Us  It's ok to make choices based on what has happened to us and what our priorities are. If your priority is being able to spend time with family and be there for them, this could be something that inspires you to look closer and really figure out what you are missing and what you can do differently.  There will always be people waiting for us to help them live their lives. We are social creatures, and we have to recognize that we can't heal in isolation. We heal in community. If you feel that you are alone right now - you are actually not (we are all here together). If you feel alone, that's a part of your trauma state. As an animal rescuer, Jenny shares that even pets represent the need of other beings waiting for you to help them live their lives. In caring for pets, you will find that you have to take care of yourself first to be able to take care of them.   When it comes down to it, we have to be in the present moment, and movement will bring us there. Then dancing will keep us there. Do your D.I.S.C.O.V.E.R. process and you will find your life is going to turn around.  Our Subconscious Creates Our Reality  If we do not pay attention to our subconscious, it will just re-create what we have experienced in the past, because that is what we are used to and what we are familiar with. So, if we want to create something different in our health, our lives or our relationships, then we are going to need to take some actions to shift that state. We are going to need to process what we don't need anymore, let go of anger, resentment, grief, etc. so then we can choose more intentionally going forward.  We need to recognize that we need to get into a process of knowing ourselves again, to let go of things from the past and then choose more intentionally in the future.  It's also necessary to be compassionate with ourselves when we set these goals and we are not achieving them. We can ask ourselves: do we have a script for our lives? If you practice the movement, dancing and being present and then ask yourself these questions you may be surprised with some of the answers that you weren't aware of that your subconscious will answer for you.  You will attract what your subconscious thinks you need but really the Universe is conspiring for everything to work out in your favor, so by recognizing the patterns and taking action like being more in your body with movement and dance you can really change your life.    If you want to reach out to Jenny and learn how she can help you, please check out her website or her Instagram @jennyccohen. I'm sorry.I'm so, so sorry.我对不起你。真的真的对不起你。Please forgive me.Please forgive me as I forgive you. Please forgive me as Your Self.Just as I forgive you as My Self.

"MOMMY NEEDS WINE!", "Mommy Juice", "It Takes a Village, and a Vineyard", "Time to Wine Down". The amount of t-shirts, mugs, wine glasses, and other memorabilia may seem clever and cute at first. But is it? Normally I'm not a party pooper and I'm far from a "Karen", but lately this movement of mommies coping with booze is really affecting me. You probably listened to my solo episode surrounding this topic (check out EP24 if you missed it!), but today I have an expert, a friend, and someone who has actually experienced the slippery and dangerous slope of alcohol and motherhood. In today's episode we chat with Shelley DeJongh (Licensed Professional Counselor with SO many credentials!) about why drinking to cope is normalized, the stress that mothers are under, and the lack of coping skill knowledge we have. She touches on the definition of a "Wine Mom" (yes it's actually a "thing" and The Atlantic has an actual article on it https://www.theatlantic.com/family/archive/2020/05/wine-moms-explained/612001/ ), how we know if we have entered the danger zone with drinking, how to adjust to changes in your drinking without feeling you've lost your identity, along with so many more ways we can learn about our drinking patterns and if we need to make changes. I did. The goal here is not to condemn anyone for drinking. We are simply here sharing stories, experiences and tools that helped us both have a healthier relationship with alcohol. This is a no judgement zone - EVER! We also hear Shelley's story behind her choice for her 7 years of sobriety. Trust me, you'll want to listen to this. She is one of the warmest humans you'll meet, someone that doesn't judge but still feels a passion to share her story in case you need it. Sometimes all it takes is knowing someone out there is by your side. At times we aren't in tune with our own mental health (we are consumed with so much!) and how we are traveling through our lives... until we hear a story and connect with it. I know I wouldn't be in tune with how my body was handling alcohol and the potential path I was traveling without Shelley and Kelley (see below for Kelley's info). What does not occur is what I do not want to happen. This must I accept. For thus am I led past this world to my creations, children of my will, in Heaven where my holy Self abides with them and Him Who has created me. Shift #2 Shift My Allegiances By Louie Marsh, 6-12-2022   Cartoons to open, last one Hate Sunday Mornings.   Allegiance = loyalty or devotion to some person, group, cause, or the like.   Synonym - Commitment   To Shift My Allegiances I Need To   1) SEE IT as the vital issue it is.   “33But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33, ESV)   Jesus says this should be my FIRST PRIORITY!   2) KNOW WHY it's a critical issue.       Because my commitments take my time & energy they shape & control:   My   My SELF   My SERVING JESUS   3) ADOPT  the Jesus Approach to commitments.   “33But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” (Matthew 6:33, ESV)   Kingdom = CHRIST'S RULE IN MY LIFE   Righteousness = LIVING THAT RULE IN A CHRIST-LIKE MANNER   4) LIVE OUT the Kingdom of God.   you should live in a way that proves you belong to the God who calls you into his kingdom and glory. 1 Thessalonians 2:12 (GW)   Choose my commitments from a Kingdom Perspective   My Nation Other human institutions Relationships Feelings/experiences/ideals   Example of Missing the Point! A few years ago I read a pledge of allegiance that a lady in Santa Barbara had written called  “A moral rearmament pledge worldwide.”  It reads: I pledge allegiance to the Ten Commandments And, to the humanity for which they stand; One world united in harmony, With liberty and justice for all. She had placed an asterisk beside the words Ten Commandments, and at the bottom of the page, the asterisk noted these words:  “Ten Commandments or the moral equivalent in each of the world's religious traditions.”   5) Accept that making commitments is a MORAL/SPIRITUAL choice.   “21For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. 22“The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light…! 24“No one can serve two masters, for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and money.” (Matthew 6:21,24, ESV)   When I deliberately overload my schedule or start cutting back on what I do for God to do some other things I've taken on, I'm doing one thing – SINNING.   It's a sin because it hurts me (physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally), it hurts others and it hurts the ministries God has called me too.   6) REMEMBER – Kingdom living is a constant activity.   But be seeking first the kingdom and His righteousness, and these things, all of them, shall be added to you.  Matthew 6:33 (WuestNT)

The definition of change is to make (someone or something) different; alter or modify. In this episode I talk about the importance of allowing change to occur. It is inevitable and if you want to see your vision materialise, change is what will allow that. You cannot bring everybody to where you are heading, trust how your life is unraveling. Patience and persistance is what will make the seed of faith grow. It all starts with forgiveness of the past and accepting it for what it is.Transcript from Broken Rhythm"The hardest prison to escape from is the mind. All that is mine by Divine Right is now released and reaches me in great avalanches of abundance, under grace in miraculous ways.Miss Broken Rhythm x"Check out these, YT Videos.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fD8T4TdnPh0https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nnnis7tW7PoThank you so much for tuning in so much love to you all! Do you edit your daily activities to feel "acceptable," to the detriment of your own wants, needs, and goals? Can you see yourself clearly from the outside, on one timeline? Do you have the power to "drop out" of your brain and observe its activities as a separate observer? Maybe not. Today, we're talking about the loss of "Self" - the most flowery and easily dismissible of the CPTSD hallmarks... which might explain why we continually lose progress in trauma recovery. It's the key to keeping your brain, behaviors, and 'balance' on track. The cognitive task-manager that knows what you're here to accomplish. The center of human "purpose" and autobiographical experience. And the most elusive of the CPTSD recovery tools - especially when its been deemed "shameful" for so long. Let's talk about your Self. My favorite top-down and bottom-up tool for bypassing dissociation and keeping that brain in working order. Uh, lot more to say about this one. My Self has been a bit conceptually Self-obsessed, as it relates to neurobiology and plasticity. Check those detailed episodes out at patreon.com/traumatizedmotherfuckers and prepare to see your brain from a management-enabling distance that allows life-managing clarity. It might be the best thing you've ever done for your Self. Cheers Fuckers. Jess --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/complextrauma/message

Leave it to the BRILLIANT Liz Gilbert (via her Magic Lessons podcast) to inspire an episode I resisted creating for weeks. In this (first “real”) solo show, I share a few key quotes that'll make you THINK: What *do* I want to do? How DO I want to show up for my kids? My work? My relationship? My SELF? In this one I take issue with “mom guilt” as a default setting and offer up a challenge to the old stories and limiting beliefs we hide under like comfy maternity pants (...two years after giving birth). You and me, sister. Let's take a vow to remind each other that even on the days when we feel like the WORST moms in the world, quite honestly - we're doing just fine.
