She has presented at the 2023 FCTM Annual Math Conference and gave a keynote at the 2023 CMC-South Math conference for teachers in Palm Springs, California. New Zoo Revue is an American half-hour children's television show that ran in first-run syndication from 1972 to 1977. This week on the Mark Levin Show, if America doesn't keep its status of strength around the world China will step in and take over, which will have dangerous repercussions for the entire world. Also, Donald Trump has done things for the American people that none other President has. Establishment Republicans have always hated him because they wanted Jeb Bush, and smear anyone in the party who defends Trump. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, American parents were being targeted and classified as terrorists by AG Merrick Garland, and there is extensive collusion between the Biden administration and the National School Board Association. Landmark Legal Foundation led the way showing that the NSBA worked with the DOJ, the Department of Education, and the White House to push for federal law enforcement investigations into parents speaking out against CRT in schools. The Garland memo classifying parents as domestic terrorists was unconstitutional and exposes how far the Biden administration went to silence political opponents. Also, the Manhattan Grand Jury in Donald Trump's case was told to stay home today, which means there is either disagreement in the DA's office or that Alvin Bragg and his staff do not think they can get a majority of the jurors to go along with their plot. They're starting to downplay the Manhattan case while building up cases in Georgia and D.C which is appalling. The courts in D.C. are working faster than ever and are packed with left-wing Democrats to take down Trump at any cost. Next, Governor Ron DeSantis and Donald Trump are the two leading candidates for the Republican nominee for President, and we're going to need every vote to win in 2024. Some Republicans would rather lose based on their positions which are not necessarily conservative positions than win the presidency, which will doom the country and re-elect President Biden. Governor Candidate Says He Will Never Allow School Choice in Virginia Play Audio Terry McAuliffe has four kids going to 30K per student tuition private school and opposes the use of vouchers to send poorer kids to private schools.  But it's actually not just that. He opposes allowing parents to keep their own money to pay for the education that they believe is best for their own kids. He supports taking money from hard working families whether or not they want to pay for government schools.  Why would anyone want to get their kids out of government schools?  Loudoun County School Board Meeting Erupt in Chaos Back in June https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10083783/Loudoun-County-father-arrested-school-meeting-says-daughter-raped-boy-girls-bathroom.html#v-4656337064846966859 Play Audio: 0:21-0:31 That's the video/audio of the school board meeting back in June where Scot Smith was arrested for exploding at the school board.  What was the board discussing that day? Transgender policies.  What was the frustrated 48-year old father trying to say? He was trying to tell the room that his daughter had been raped by a boy at school in the girls' bathroom. In an interview with The Daily Wire that was published on Monday, he explained that he was trying to stick up for his daughter, who was attacked at Stone Bridge High School in a girl's restroom on May 28 by a boy 'wearing a skirt.'  Smith says the boy took advantage of the school's trans policies to get into the girls' bathrooms and assault her.  On the day of the incident, Smith says the school told him to come to the campus because his daughter had been physically assaulted. They did not say she had been sexually assaulted. Once he got there, he says school staff told him they would handle it internally, choosing not to call the police for an as-yet unexplained reason.  He was enraged by the decision and challenged them on it. The school board then did call the police but to report Smith, not the boy, for making a scene.  The school's principal sent out an alert that day warning parents of what had happened involving Smith, but it said nothing of the sexual assault allegations in the bathroom.   Smith and his daughter ultimately ended up at the hospital where a rape kit was performed that verified his daughter's claim. They took it to the police and a case was then opened. Meanwhile, it would be two months before the boy was arrested, a month after the crazy school board meeting.  So the boy in a skirt who had assaulted his daughter in a ladies' room was still at large, when at the meeting on June 22 the board took up discussion of their trans policy. During the meeting, Loudoun County School Superintendent Scott Ziegler said the school had never had any form of incident inside a bathroom or locker room involving a transgender child.  'To my knowledge, we don't have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms,' he said. He went on to quote Time magazine research that he said disproved the notion transgender kids might sexually attack cisgender kids, and said: 'I think it's important to keep our perspective on this, we've heard it several times tonight from our public speakers but the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist.'  And it was this claim that caused Smith to became irate. He started arguing with another woman at the meeting, and called her names after she allegedly denied his daughter's claim. He was then charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.  The boy was finally arrested a month after that, but here's the crazy part: earlier this month in October, the same boy was arrested again on different charges for allegedly assaulting a different girl, at a different school. He is now in a juvenile detention center. The Smiths were understably stunned when the same boy was arrested again on October 6, at a different school in the same district. On this occasion, he was charged with 'with sexual battery and abduction', allegedly holding a different girl in a classroom to attack her in Broad Run High School - 2.5miles from the high school where Smith's daughter was assaulted. The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office did confirm the October 6 incident, saying in a press release on October 7: 'A teenager from Ashburn has been charged with sexual battery and abduction of a fellow student at Broad Run High School. All of this comes on the heels of the Biden Justice Department announcement last week that the FBI would now investigate and prosecute any parent who it deems to be 'threatening' towards school staff.  The order from Attorney General Merrick Garland was in response to a request from the National School Board Association to President Biden, asking him to protect them from angry parents.  All of this reminds me of the day that James Coates was arrested in Alberta, Canada for holding church services against COVID regulations. On the very same day, a sexual predator was released into the community from the same jail where Coates was admitted. Not only was the sexual predator released but law enforcement officials released the criminal with a community warning advising that he was considered likely to recommit crimes.  This is what happens when you abandon God's word. When you have no anchor, no foundation, everything is tossed by the wind and waves. You have the storm of liberals, the storm of conservatives, rage, hate, shame, and chaos. And there will only be more if we do not turn back to Christ and His word. And the first thing you ought to do is get your kids out of those schools. It is worth the sacrifice. On Friday's Mark Levin Show, the National School Board Association did, in fact, collude with the White House before that memo calling parents domestic terrorists was issued. Now on November 12th, 2021 its been confirmed that the NSBA has been actively engaged with several executive branch agencies. It is also believed that the DOJ had a hand in writing the memo. Then, Hawk Newsome, the head of Black Lives Matter of Greater New York City has declared that there will be arson and bloodshed in the streets if the NYPD's anti-crime task force is reinstated by the incoming Mayor Eric Adams. While there's no repercussion for the BLM leader, Steve Bannon was indicted for rejecting an overreaching subpoena from a partisan congressional committee obsessed with Donald Trump. How many presidents and their staff has this happened to? The Democrat party of Jim Crow remains a grave threat to this country as their war is promoted by Marxism and attacks the culture of Americanism, our economy, and our energy production. Petitioning our government is a tradition that is as old as America itself. It was deemed so important to freedom, that it was recognized as a God-given right in the 1st amendment to or Bill of Rights. Now, as all power-loving governmental bodies do, they restrict and limit that right. These "public servants" call us names, change the rules, or shut us out entirely. Even the ACLU is worried about the trend to stifle free speech in these local public meetings. North Mankato is making residents sign up, and is reducing the available time to speak. More than ever, we need to speak out to those that represent us. We have a right to be heard by them. We share some of our experience in organizing and making our voice heard in our school district and city. These local politicians change the rules, insult speakers, and curse at them. They have so much disdain for the people that they represent, forgetting that they live right among the same people. The National School Board Association wrote a letter to the Justice Department, so that the FBI was looking to get involved in investigating people that dissented at meetings, as if they were terrorists. We all have to stand up before we lose the the right to disagree with our government and say so publicly. Right or left, we should care a whole lot about maintaining this right. Merrick Garland doesn't care if the National School Board Association isn't going to stand behind the memo its executive leadership team co-wrote with the Biden administration to the Biden administration. He's still going to use the FBI against concerned parents who complain about dehumanization efforts like CRT and mask mandates at school board meetings. Concerned parents, like fictitious white supremacists, are part of what Biden describes as "the greatest threat to the homeland" -- which is really just a catch-all for anyone who disagrees with the Permanent Washington Establishment. And that's the REAL crime here: disagreeing with the people in charge. Speaking of which, likely federal informant Ray Epps was confronted at his ranch home regarding January 6th by investigative journalists who met him at the Stop the Steal rally. Epps is on film encouraging dozens of people to enter the Capitol Building over the span of two days, and yet he is mysteriously absent from the FBI's most wanted list. Doc clarifies the issues around threats toward school officials, discusses the National School Board Association's (NSBA) under-informed hyperbolic letter to president Biden, Attorney General Merrick Garland's knee jerk memo directing the FBI to figure out strategies to address school threats within the next 30 days, reactions from state-level school board associations, and how your local school district board of education might implement changes including recording audiences attending board of education (BOE) meetings. Doc matches solutions to these issues and also refreshes our minds to how similar matters have been effectively addressed in the past, including FDR's 1930s letter writing campaign. NSBA LETTER TO BIDEN REGARD THREATS TO SCHOOLS. On September 29, 2021, the NSBA, an advocacy group, sent a letter to President Biden with the heading: Federal Assistance to Stop Threats and Acts of Violence Against Public Schoolchildren, Public School Board Members, and Other Public School District Officials and Educators. In the letter, NSBA rolled off this 97-word sentence in which it put some parents in the arena with domestic terrorists: “As these acts of malice, violence, and threats against public school officials have increased, the classification of these heinous actions could be the equivalent to a form of domestic terrorism and hate crimes. As such, NSBA requests a joint expedited review by the U.S. Departments of Justice, Education, and Homeland Security, along with the appropriate training, coordination, investigations, and enforcement mechanisms from the FBI, including any technical assistance necessary from, and state and local coordination with, its National Security Branch and Counterterrorism Division, as well as any other federal agency with relevant jurisdictional authority and oversight.” AG GARLAND MEMO TO FBI. On October 4, 2021, US Attorney General Merrick Garland send a memorandum to the Director of Federal Bureau of Investigation directing the FBI to convene meetings with federal, state, local, Tribal, and territorial leaders in each federal judicial district within 30 days in order to facilitate strategies for addressing threats against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff, and will open dedicated lines of communication for threat reporting, assessment, and response. STATE SCHOOL BOARD CHAPTERS NOT ON BOARD. The organization Parents Defending Education is curating a running tally of state school boards that have withdrawn from NSBA over the Biden letter (18 state school board associations have bailed from NSBA) as well as state school board associations answers to the following three questions: (1) As the [state association] has not yet commented on the National School Board Association's September 29 letter to President Biden that requested federal intervention in local school board issues – which likened civic participation to “domestic terrorism and hate crimes” and cited the Patriot Act – Parents Defending Education (PDE) would like to know whether your organization was involved in the creation of this letter and whether you agree with its substance and tone. If not, have you contacted the NSBA to let them know? (2) Can you please tell us how, going forward, your organization defines “intimidation,” harassment,” and “threat”? (3) Finally, do you plan to report individuals in your state to the U.S. Department of Justice – or do you believe that concerns can be adequately managed by local and state law enforcement? STATE RESPONSES BURN NSBA. It's apparent that state's are displeased with NSBA and the Garland Memo. Here's the Delaware School Board Association response to PDE's questions: “The DSBA has seen school board meeting protests, some of which have become quite impassioned, however we have received NO reports of violence or threats of violence toward school staff or school board members.  The DSBA does NOT condone violence or threats of violence toward students, staff or board members.  After consultation with the Governor's office, the Public Health Department and the Delaware Department of Education the DSBA developed and issued guidance to school board presidents regarding how to best handle school board meeting protests, which included the ultimate use of LOCAL law enforcement if absolutely necessary.  This guidance was issued prior to the NSBA September 29 2021 letter.  The NSBA letter to President Biden was unnecessary and quite frankly not helpful.” ARE THERE OTHER OPTIONS? Doc believes threats of violence toward school officials is happening, but over-stated by NSBA and Garland. Also, the National Threat Assessment Center has been effective in mitigating school threats for 20 years. Reviewing school board meeting video footage is at the bottom of the FBI's prioritization list. FDR ASKED FOR LETTERS. When FDR was president, the country was hammered by the Great Depression and fears of war. In his fireside chats, he asked listeners to write letters to him describing their plights. More than 8,000 letters a day arrived at the White House - many accusatory and fiery. Doc described why this approach worked, and how it might be one of the strategies considered to make people feel that they are being heard. FOLLOW DR.
