The agreement was politically finalized in 2019 but faced delays due to environmental concerns and opposition from countries like France and Austria. It was formally signed on January 17, 2026, after EU member states (with a qualified majority, despite opposition from five countries including France) greenlit it on January 9.  The Stupidity of Davos Explained Using an Example of Their Own Creation China is manufacturing a product to create a carbon credit certificate in response to the demand for carbon credits from all the world auto-makers.  Any nation that has a penalty or fine attached to their climate goals is a customer. Those are nations with fines or quotas associated with the production of gasoline powered engines if the auto company doesn't hit the legislated target for sales of electric vehicles. In essence, EU/AU/CA/RU/ASEAN car companies buy Chinese car company carbon credits, to avoid the EU/AU/CA/RU/ASEAN fines.  The Chinese then use the carbon credit revenue to subsidize even lower priced Chinese EVs to the EU/AU/CA/RU/ASEAN car markets, thereby undercutting the EU/AU/CA/RU/ASEAN car companies that also produce EVs. China brilliantly exploits the ridiculous pontificating climate scam and has an interest in perpetuating -even emphasizing- the need for the EU/AU/RU/ASEAN countries to keep pushing their climate agenda.  China even goes so far as to fund alarmism research about climate change because they are making money selling carbon credit certificates on the back end of the scam to the western fear mongers.  This is friggin' brilliant.   The climate change alarmists are helping China's economy by pushing ever escalating fear of climate change.  You just cannot make this stuff up. What does the outcome look like? Well, in this example we see hundreds of thousands of unsold BYDs piling up in countries that emphasize climate regulations with no restrictions on the import of EVs (which most don't even manufacture), which is almost every country.  Big Panda doesn't care about the car itself; they care about generating the carbon credit certificate to sell in the various carbon exchanges. Put this context to the recent announcement by Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney about his new trade deal with China to accept 49,000 EVs this year. Prime Minister Carney bragged about getting the Chinese to agree to only super low prices for the Canadian market.  Mark Carney was very proud of his accomplishment to get much lower priced vehicles for Canadian EV purchasers.   No doubt Big Panda left the room laughing as soon as Carney made his grand announcement. 1. China sells EV's in Canada, creating credits available on the carbon exchange scheme. Europe et al will purchase the carbon credits because Bussels has fines against EU car companies. 2. With a foothold already established in Europe, China will then take the money generated by the carbon credit purchases and lower the prices of the Chinese EV cars sold in Canada. It's gets funnier. 3. Carney bragged about forcing China to only sell low price EV's as part of the trade agreement. The low price of the EV's in Canada will be subsidized by Europe. China doesn't pay or lose a dime. But wait…. 4. Carney can't do anything about the scheme he has just enmeshed Canada into, because Canada has a Carbon Credit exchange in law.

Kathy Hochul and former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, was arrested today for acting as a Chinese Communist spy — six weeks after the FBI raided her home. According to the damning 64-page indictment unsealed after her arrest, Sun worked for China and received luxurious gifts in return — all while moonlighting for the Cuomo and Hochul administrations. Perks she allegedly received included a $3.6 million home in a ritzy Manhasset, a $1.9 million vacation home in Hawaii, a Ferrari, a Range Rover, event tickets, travel benefits — and even specially delivered Nanjing-style salted ducks prepared by a Chinese government official's personal chef. In return, the indictment alleges Sun boosted New York politicians' relationships with China and thwarted the Taiwanese government's efforts to engage with Hochul and Cuomo's teams. “The defendant and her husband actually worked to further the interests of the Chinese government and the CCP,” Breon Peace, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, said today. According to the Eastern District, Sun and Hu pleaded not guilty this afternoon. Sun was released on a $1.5 million bond and was instructed not to have any contact with the Chinese consulate and mission. Much of her alleged law breaking appears to have happened during her time with the Cuomo administration, when New York was dealing with a raging pandemic that originated in Wuhan, China. Further, the money comes from few sources, and gets distributed among hundreds of thousands of unsuspecting "donors". But for Trump, it's a different story. Massive turnout at rallies goes without saying. No paid actors or loaded buses. Just tens of thousands of people who wait in long lines just to say they experienced a rally. And what of Trump's fundraising? According to AP, WASHINGTON (AP) — Donald Trump 's campaign says that it brought in $130 million in August, not as much as the month prior but a figure that his advisers said put the GOP nominee in good position for the remaining two months of the general election campaign. The report continued: Reporting $327 million on hand at the start of August, Trump advisers said the campaign ended the month with $295 million cash on hand. Unlike the crooked Democrats who lie about the amount and origin of their donations, Trump plays by the rules. And his numbers reflect the real sentiment for his second term, as small donors represent the majority of his fundraising. And at one point Harris is shown to have led Trump by a point. All this from doing nothing. Media hype. That one point lead is as good as it got even with fake polls.  Since then, Trump has led by as much as 6 points. What happened to cause Trump to take back the lead, and get it up to 6 points? Nothing. Trump is the same person, but an even better politician. He's never waivered from his core message.  Meanwhile, Venezuelan gangs are taking over apartment buildings, and crime by illegals has become mainstream. The jobs numbers were revised, the latest numbers don't show any improvement. The economy continues to be brutalized by inflation, and Harris cheers for more Bidenomics. It's a fact that the real numbers for Trump as always underestimated. This poll is no different. And after the debate, you can expect Trump to get massive separation from Harris.  Troublesome for America The fact that people could be convinced that Harris is a viable candidate should scare all Americans. And the fact that the media participate in this farce and others.  I've mentioned the ad hoc polling by Elon Musk that resulted in 73 percent for Trump and 27 percent for Harris is more reflective of the real numbers. So essentially 70 percent of the country prefers Trump, which certainly matches what I see and hear around the country. But the cabal is powerful enough to manipulate the numbers to such a degree they believe they can cheat Harris into office. Today opens with one of our favorite segments, Tara Bull's Top 10 News stories the Legacy/mainstream media didn't cover or didn't cover properly this past week. JD Vance addressed the school shooting on one of his campaign stops. While it was clear he was lamenting the state of our world where deranged psychopaths who crave to make headlines will look for soft targets to hit, the Associate Press made it sound like he was telling the audience that school shootings were a common occurrence and we just needed to get over it. That's how sick and evil the media really is. This leads me to talk more about the latest Russian Hoax perpetrated by the DOJ and the FBI. The more I thought about the whole notion that Russians thought funneling $10 million dollars would, in any way, have an impact on the election seems ludicrous. Plus, AG Garland himself said no one down the line, from the influencers to their subscribers, had any idea that money from Russia had been funneled into Tenet Media. There are way too many red flags for me to believe this is anything other than yet another hoax meant to manipulate voters and impact the election. If we just look at Harris's proposed tax increases, it's hard to imagine anyone voting for her. Her plan is meant to crash our economy and steal away the assets of the vast majority of Americans. She really believes all the money is hers and the rest of us should own nothing. Prosecutors have not dropped any of the four charges that they initially brought against the former president. However, the newly retooled indictment has carved out some of Trump's alleged conduct, including allegations about the attempts to use the Justice Department to promote his false claims of election fraud. The case will go nowhere. But that would never stop a Leftist from trying to do his or her part to keep Trump out of office. In this case, the disgraced prosecutor implies that he knows more than the SCOTUS judges who dismissed his previous case. Truthfully, Smith has a horrible record as a prosecutor, likely because he doesn't appear to concern himself with facts.  The retooled indictment supposedly addresses raised by the Supreme Court's rulings in Fischer v.
