Kathy Hochul and former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, was arrested today for acting as a Chinese Communist spy — six weeks after the FBI raided her home. According to the damning 64-page indictment unsealed after her arrest, Sun worked for China and received luxurious gifts in return — all while moonlighting for the Cuomo and Hochul administrations. Perks she allegedly received included a $3.6 million home in a ritzy Manhasset, a $1.9 million vacation home in Hawaii, a Ferrari, a Range Rover, event tickets, travel benefits — and even specially delivered Nanjing-style salted ducks prepared by a Chinese government official's personal chef. In return, the indictment alleges Sun boosted New York politicians' relationships with China and thwarted the Taiwanese government's efforts to engage with Hochul and Cuomo's teams. “The defendant and her husband actually worked to further the interests of the Chinese government and the CCP,” Breon Peace, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York, said today. According to the Eastern District, Sun and Hu pleaded not guilty this afternoon. Sun was released on a $1.5 million bond and was instructed not to have any contact with the Chinese consulate and mission. Much of her alleged law breaking appears to have happened during her time with the Cuomo administration, when New York was dealing with a raging pandemic that originated in Wuhan, China. Hochul's team said they got word of Sun's “misconduct” last year and alerted authorities. “We terminated her employment in March 2023 after discovering evidence of misconduct, immediately reported her actions to law enforcement and have assisted law enforcement throughout this process,” Hochul spokesperson Avi Small told Playbook. News of Sun's indictment comes amid other high-profile local probes into foreign influence.    [SEGMENT 1-3] Harris problems 1   [X] SB – Reporter asks KJP about voters being better under Trump WI, MI, PA better off…   Now that the honeymoon ended for Harris-Walz, reality has set in. Harris can't get organic audiences to her rallies, so her team now travels with buses of attendees. At least this stopped them from having to advertise in every town to get people to see Sista Girl's act. Interestingly, Democrats tout their fundraising for Harris, claiming almost half a billion dollars raised. But they fail to mention that most of those funds are illegal raised by ACT Blue. Further, the money comes from few sources, and gets distributed among hundreds of thousands of unsuspecting "donors". But for Trump, it's a different story. Massive turnout at rallies goes without saying. No paid actors or loaded buses. Just tens of thousands of people who wait in long lines just to say they experienced a rally. And what of Trump's fundraising? According to AP, WASHINGTON (AP) — Donald Trump 's campaign says that it brought in $130 million in August, not as much as the month prior but a figure that his advisers said put the GOP nominee in good position for the remaining two months of the general election campaign. The report continued: Reporting $327 million on hand at the start of August, Trump advisers said the campaign ended the month with $295 million cash on hand. Unlike the crooked Democrats who lie about the amount and origin of their donations, Trump plays by the rules. And his numbers reflect the real sentiment for his second term, as small donors represent the majority of his fundraising. Most of that figure — 98% — came in the form of donations under $200, Trump's campaign said Wednesday, with an average donation of $56.  [SEGMENT 1-4] Harris problems 2 [X] SB – CNN pollster on Trump lead in battleground states   Check out polling trends from Rasmussen:   Another night of data (early):One point rounded, but 2 points unrounded. And at one point Harris is shown to have led Trump by a point. All this from doing nothing. Media hype. That one point lead is as good as it got even with fake polls.  Since then, Trump has led by as much as 6 points. What happened to cause Trump to take back the lead, and get it up to 6 points? Nothing. Trump is the same person, but an even better politician. He's never waivered from his core message.  Meanwhile, Venezuelan gangs are taking over apartment buildings, and crime by illegals has become mainstream. The jobs numbers were revised, the latest numbers don't show any improvement. The economy continues to be brutalized by inflation, and Harris cheers for more Bidenomics. It's a fact that the real numbers for Trump as always underestimated. This poll is no different. And after the debate, you can expect Trump to get massive separation from Harris.  Troublesome for America The fact that people could be convinced that Harris is a viable candidate should scare all Americans. And the fact that the media participate in this farce and others.  I've mentioned the ad hoc polling by Elon Musk that resulted in 73 percent for Trump and 27 percent for Harris is more reflective of the real numbers. So essentially 70 percent of the country prefers Trump, which certainly matches what I see and hear around the country. But the cabal is powerful enough to manipulate the numbers to such a degree they believe they can cheat Harris into office. Today opens with one of our favorite segments, Tara Bull's Top 10 News stories the Legacy/mainstream media didn't cover or didn't cover properly this past week. It's a fantastic way for us to run through the news from the past few days. Then we dive into a perfect example of why I tell you the Legacy/mainstream media is nothing more than the propaganda wing of the Democrat party. JD Vance addressed the school shooting on one of his campaign stops. While it was clear he was lamenting the state of our world where deranged psychopaths who crave to make headlines will look for soft targets to hit, the Associate Press made it sound like he was telling the audience that school shootings were a common occurrence and we just needed to get over it. That's how sick and evil the media really is. This leads me to talk more about the latest Russian Hoax perpetrated by the DOJ and the FBI. The more I thought about the whole notion that Russians thought funneling $10 million dollars would, in any way, have an impact on the election seems ludicrous. Plus, AG Garland himself said no one down the line, from the influencers to their subscribers, had any idea that money from Russia had been funneled into Tenet Media. There are way too many red flags for me to believe this is anything other than yet another hoax meant to manipulate voters and impact the election. If we just look at Harris's proposed tax increases, it's hard to imagine anyone voting for her. Her plan is meant to crash our economy and steal away the assets of the vast majority of Americans. She really believes all the money is hers and the rest of us should own nothing. So, to end with a bit of a laugh, I close with another installment of “Deep Thoughts with VP Kamala Harris.” This time, she wants to let us know about a remarkable word she discovered. District Court.  Special counsel Jack Smith on Tuesday filed a superseding indictment in the election interference case against former President Donald Trump, slimming down the allegations against the 2024 presidential nominee in light of the Supreme Court's immunity ruling. Prosecutors have not dropped any of the four charges that they initially brought against the former president. However, the newly retooled indictment has carved out some of Trump's alleged conduct, including allegations about the attempts to use the Justice Department to promote his false claims of election fraud. The case will go nowhere. But that would never stop a Leftist from trying to do his or her part to keep Trump out of office. In this case, the disgraced prosecutor implies that he knows more than the SCOTUS judges who dismissed his previous case. Truthfully, Smith has a horrible record as a prosecutor, likely because he doesn't appear to concern himself with facts.  The retooled indictment supposedly addresses raised by the Supreme Court's rulings in Fischer v. USA (re: the interpretation of 18 U.S.C. § 1512(c)) and Trump v. USA (on presidential immunity). I didn't bother to look at the details of this case because I know that Jack Smith is targeting Trump. Trump Sends a Thank You Note to Jack Smith If he hasn't done it already, Trump should send a "Thank you!" note to Jack Smith. Because every time Smith or some other Leftist thug comes after Trump, Trump's popularity and fundraising soars. On today's show we open with the recognition that today is the 80th anniversary of D-Day. Today, Joe Biden once again embarrassed our nation by his shuffle, his awkward moment of half-squatting for several seconds, his cringy speech and then he completely ignored shaking hands with any of the WWII veterans assembled, instead being led out by the hand by his wife.  Prior to the event, Biden did get asked to clarify the change of position of allowing Ukraine to use US weapons inside of Russia. Biden confirmed that policy shift, but added, so long as they were not being used to attack Moscow. While commemorating D-Day, an event to bring an end to WWII, he is continuing to inch us toward WWIII!  With all we are witnessing in the current state of our nation, I decided to reflect on thoughts by Victor Davis Hanson about whether or not we are entering a perpetual state of lawfare? Is that what the Left really wants as our new norm?  With that in mind, I tackle and handful of news stories and how they provide a pretty clear indication, that while the Left had to manufacture or significantly embellish anything Trump did, there is ample and evidence that the Left committed far more real and egregious crimes. To test AG Garland to see if he really thinks he is apolitical and non-partisan, he has been given a golden opportunity. Three different committees have all sent Garland requests to go after Hunter Biden and Jim Biden for perjuring themselves in front of Congress. Let's see just how “unbiased” Garland really is.  Former CIA Director John Brennan thinks Trump should not receive any national security briefings now that he is a “convicted felon.” This should give Trump's team an immediate fast-track to the Supreme Court. Remember, Brennan was part of the 51 spies who lied. In fact, Kash Patel also reminds us that AG Bill Barr new the Biden laptop was real and never once tried to correct the false narrative while he was supposedly serving under Donald Trump. In light of the Hunter Biden laptop being admitted as real and not tampered with in his current gun trial, I play a few minutes of the news coverage telling us the laptop was Russian disinformation. Without a full culling of those who conspired to hide the truth and then lie to the American people, we will never be able to fully restore our faith in the FBI, the CIA, the DOJ and the Legacy/mainstream media.  Former Deputy Director of the FBI, Andrew McCabe, was whining on CNN about Trump coming after people if he wins the White House. What he was really saying can be more easily translated as, “We came after him with everything we could, including making up the vast majority of the "crimes" and we still couldn't take him out and now we are worried he will come after us for our actual abuses of the rule of law.” We wind down with the Democrats latest ploy to shift the subject by trying to say the GOP doesn't want Americans to have a right to contraception. They buried things in the bill they new would never pass muster just to gain a cheap talking point in an effort to help Joe Biden.  Finally, we remember the right way to honor the veterans of WWII by going back to 1984 and Ronald Reagan.
