VR-Flatrates Seit April 2017 bietet HTC bei der eigenen VR-Plattform Viveport ein Abomodell an: Für monatlich zehn Euro können sich Abonnenten jeden Monat fünf VR-Anwendungen aus einer vorgegebenen Liste an Spielen und Apps auswählen. Die Liste umfasst rund 100 Titel. Beide Restriktionen hebt HTC für Viveport Infinity bald auf: Ab dem 5. April 2019 können Viveport-Abonnenten alle bei Viveport erhältlichen VR-Titel herunterladen und uneingeschränkt nutzen.Derzeit sind laut HTC mehr als 500 Apps und Spiele auf der Plattform verfügbar, sowohl von kleineren, unabhängigen Studios als auch von etablierten Entwicklern.
