In our Mysticast conversation with Sarah Lloyd (https://www.indigosoulpr.com) a P.R guru who works with spiritually minded business folk, helping them uncover opportunities that align with their core values. Sarah believes 100% in collaboration, she says that It is time for us to not only own, but to fall in love with our stories. Our mistakes. Our learnings. And to share those stories so others may feel less alone, inspired to take a different path, or to teach and guide. The biggest parallel drawn from this exploration and the teachings given by the Masters through Dr. King is that COLLABORATION is a vital key to success. For more than four decades Dr.King demonstrated how to collaborate with Masters of Yoga and Cosmic Masters teaching us how to evolve and work ever more seamlessly together, rising above petty likes and dislikes until we merge and form a more expansive powerful force. In this week's episode, I speak with PR expert Sarah Lloyd. We hear her story of climbing the corporate PR ladder and what followed after having children from post natal depression to moving on from the corporate world. Sarah talks about the importance of storytelling, sharing with us a powerful story featuring a helicopter pilot and the Grand Canyon (I won't spoil the full story here!). Her shift to working within the world of spirituality and the vulnerability that came along with it is a powerful journey and one that we can all learn from. Phoenix Rising: Journeys of Descending into the Mysteries & Rising from the Roots.
In this episode, I'm joined by Sarah Lloyd and Kathy Bell as we dive into the inspiration, journey, and birth of the book, “Wake Up Mother” and the entire community surrounding it. We talk about the question “what does mother mean to you?” and how that question and the community of mothers they surrounded themselves with helped inspire the weaving and sewing of the book, which is a combination of their stories along with other mothers' stories. Becoming a mother and a space holder at the same time. The archetype of the mother. The innate desire and portal within the womb of a mother to create, regardless of if she has her own children. A new definition of a mother.Finding our community, village, sanity, and the opportunity to face and embrace our shadows without judgment. The divine union of the masculine and feminine.Letting go of control and letting the masculine take the lead. The land is the space holder and holder of experiences. Mother wounds and healing the mother line. Showing up with open hearts in order to hold space for one another as mothers. Guest Bio: Wake Up Mother is a community and collaborative book containing the collective wisdom of Mothers, held by the Unbound Press, a publishing imprint for unbound women. On May 31, 2022, Newsmakers Host Lisa Pugh sat down with Wisconsin Farmers Union representatives Sarah Lloyd and Tina Hinchley to share their outlook on the dairy industry and potential policy solutions. June is Dairy Month and Wisconsin, America's Dairyland, ranks 2nd in the nation for milk production and first for cheese. The dairy industry is the backbone to our state's economy providing $45.6 Billion in economic activity. Yet, the industry is changing rapidly: the number of small family farms continues to decline, farmers are struggling with inflation, a volatile milk market and a labor shortage as well as rising suicide rates.

Phoenix Rising: Journeys of Descending into the Mysteries & Rising from the Roots.
A beautiful episode with one of my Avalonian Soul Sisters Sarah Lloyd. Sarah is bringing the magic to PR. She has thrown out the rule book & intuitively weaves akashic records, human design, reiki & angels into the cauldron of her work. In this episode Sarah and I dive into rebuilding the village, healing the sisterhood wound, calling in the circle & allowing others to support us on our path. Retiring the old way of hustle, forcing & pushing and allowing fluidity, flow & the heart to take the lead. The power of telling your stories & inviting all facets of the self to the table. To question & discern. Amplifying your voice & standing in your light. Birthing your medicine into the world. The magic of Merlin & communing with the unseen. In the media and PR business for 23 years, Sarah Lloyd quit her global corporate role in 2017, in a bid to be a master of her own and to bring a better balance to her life, leading her to create a more magical approach to publicity. An intuitive, angel communicator and Reiki Energy Master herself, she specialises in working in ‘flow' so has thrown the PR rule book out the window. Her mission is to teach and guide others to share their stories, without fear, on their terms. Specialising in her own brand of magic based, conscious PR and communications – her Alchemy strategy sessions help to ignite the fire within, acknowledge blocks, and help to transmute all that has held clients back from stepping up and sharing their mission and purpose. She classes Hekate, Merlin and Mary Magdalene as her spiritual counsel; and in March 2020 her book Connecting the Dots – ‘A Guide to making Magic with the Media' was published via the Unbound Press. In 2020 she became a judge in the annual Soul & Spirit Awards. www.indigosoulpr.com @sarahlloyd_ispr
Following on from last weeks episode, about the recent MBS festival in London, all of us Chi Time Collective women were there and share with you how we managed our energy - or didn't - as the show rolled on, piquing at old parts of ourselves coming out to play and finding a way to get nature in on the supportive game. We continue with the ever growing topic of what Mothering is, expanding the word into the creative nurturing realm alongside the more obvious birthing of a new human. How we self care is really down to how we Mother ourselves (and Sister, Brother, Father, Wife and Husband) All these labels for care, support, nourish, love, learn, guidance and fellowship are all part of the same energy of nurturing the creative life force that births through each of us in every moment of our lives. Big topic, this is just the beginning! Sarah Lloyd is a big personality in a small package. We spoke about her property education journey, her experience with bridging finance and plans for the future. But what I got most value out of was the simple idea that we just need to stop getting sucked into comparison and focus on what we're doing - no one else. This was such an enjoyable chat and I hope you think the same!

It's our 2nd episode of our new format, where PR alchemist Sarah Lloyd steps up to the mic. Sarah is also an Energy Healer who explores the power of storytelling, with practical and magical insights into sharing your business, service or story on your terms. Sarah's first show for Chi Time is an opportunity to share her own stories, how she came to not only support others in amplifying their stories, but also how energy work plays a big part to inspire you into your greatness. Including: Her journey through post-natal depression Becoming a Reiki master showed how working with energy in her PR business was where she wanted to focus her chi The energy behind connection Life is an illusion perspective makes it easier to make choices and change things without fear Writing her book 'Connecting the Dots' on those sliding door moments, working with intuition and the power of connection The magic is an understanding our communication is also energetic In the second half of the show, Sarah goes on to talk about how fear-based upbringing has led to our society of fear-based marketing and how now people are starting to wise up to this. If you are a soul-led entrepreneur, you're interested in ... Connecting with individuals authentically Offering them ways and means to increase the quality of their lives "People are wanting to step out of the fear and share their stories uplift people want the love filed communication if everyone could amplify the love around the world how powerful would that be?" Reclaim your power Step into personal sovereignty Create clarity on the service you provide for humanity To be happy whilst delivering that Work with our energy not against our energy Forget Everything And Remember Just remember to tune into your knowing. Standing and listening to our bodies and our intuition. De programme ourselves from the fear-funk Operate from a place of love and truth with more conscious and heart centred ways of being, away from the ego's mind over rule When we operate from the mind the ego is in command, not the flow state from our heart Ego does play a big part in PR, but if you share from your heart, that's where you will connect Sarah continues with a great story of a client urging after some specific PR in the financial zone, and how she found an ingenious and authentic way to create that possibility. Understanding that our own stories can keep us small. Reframing our perception or choices can be the key to stepping into our greatness, so how can we step out of fear programming and into having clarity about what our purpose is, what we're here to share and how we can be happy in the moment and indeed work with our energy not against it? My sense is it's all about aligning with my truth, connecting with my Chi, as when we do that, we connect into a barometer of peace right in the centre of us. My sense is it's all about aligning with my truth, connecting with my Chi, as when we do that, we connect into a barometer of peace right in the centre of us. I share with you a short practice about releasing the old to create space for the new. De-fearing in fact. Using Qigong principles to encourage an unwinding, clearing fear and inviting calm, wisdom and vitality. This primal Chi Kung meditation gives us a way to shift that which is not ours. Tension, fear, anxiety and worry are all responses that are supposed to flow through us, not get stuck in us. This flow of the breath with internal intention tuned in with that which is already happening naturally, and does when we are in nature, walking on the true planet surface. Simple, effective, freely available, you are your chi and your chi is you. From the 'Treasures from Takashi' about openness 'Openness creates an allowance of the self to be without judgement. Openness breaks down barriers melts away fears and allows creativity and communication to flow. Check your feelings, when you were being open there will be no need to feel defensive. When we let go of all levels of fear, doubt and worry and concern what we have left will be the space for confidence self-esteem wisdom and love to drop in and all of these attributes function very well with openness.' There's a group of microorganisms that have been on the planet for about 600 million years. They're unicellular, but have many nuclei; they are brainless, but can find their way through mazes that have inspired urban planners. They're small, very hard to categorize, and they feed on bacteria. Who are they? Our guest on Ferment Radio's 16th episode is Sarah Lloyd, a scientist who studies these fascinating organisms called slime molds. For the last 10 years, Sarah has done breakthrough research on slime molds, which she actually collects within two kilometers from her house, in the eucalypt forest, in northern Tasmania.

Where is the line between being an ambitious career person and losing yourself in the high-pressure of a work-focused life? And when does the balance have to be re-addressed? Kate and her guest this week, PR wiz, Sarah Lloyd dive into it all. Sarah has been in the media and PR business for over 23 years, after working in a fast-paced, high-energy PR environment for the first portion of her career. It wasn't until after having her children, that Sarah felt she needed to re-align her priorities, trust her intution and step back into alignment with her values. During the episode, Kate and Sarah discuss how the environment they found themselves in within the busy PR world and despite being full of women, didn't lend itself to having children and well-balanced family life. Sarah quit her global PR corporate role in 2017, in a bid to be a master of her own career and to bring a better balance to her life, which led her to set up her own PR and Brand Consultancy – http://www.indigosoulpr.com/ (IndigoSoulPR). An intuitive and Reiki Energy Master herself, she now specialises in working in ‘flow' so has thrown the rule book out the window. Her mission is to teach and guide others to share their stories, without fear, on their terms. Specialising in her own brand of magic-based, conscious PR and communications – her Alchemy strategy sessions help to ignite the fire within, acknowledge blocks, and help to transmute all that has held clients back from stepping up and sharing their mission and purpose. Ambitions manifest differently for everyone and in this podcast series, Kate will be hearing about the different journeys and challenges her guests have faced whilst balancing their wellbeing & spiritual aspirations, career goals, family lives and the often-forgotten self-care. Today’s Guest I first heard about today's guest, Sarah Lloyd-Hughes, back when I was in Toastmasters, battling my own public speaking demons. I think that was also about the time that her book was released.
