In this week's episode, Terence tells the story of how his mentors, teachers, and heroes gave him the confidence to find his voice and live to his full potential. Each episode of Meditative Story combines the emotional pull of first-person storytelling with immersive music and gentle mindfulness prompts. The Philadelphia-via-Vegas artist, singer, and songwriter Shamir has had a decade long career as a musical shapeshifter. Shamir has marked his ten year career with his tenth album, and perhaps not surprisingly, it's called Ten. What is surprising is that it features songs that Shamir didn't write, but that were written by his friends and colleagues - in essence, a love letter to the community of people who shaped Shamir's life. And the most surprising thing about Ten is that Shamir says it's his final album as a solo artist. He plays intimate arrangements of these songs, in-studio.Set list: 1.I love my friends 2. What happens when you give a 14-year-old the mic and let her fly solo without her twin brother? Magic, that's what. This episode of Out of Patients features my daughter, Hannah, on her seventh (yes, seventh) appearance on the show, but this time she's stealing the spotlight solo. From reminiscing about slushy Christmas Eves and rare baby illnesses to deep dives into the hexagonal perfection of honeycombs, this mini-episode is packed with wit, banter, and a healthy dose of dad jokes. We touch on everything from gaming nostalgia to family quirks, proving once again that sometimes the best conversations happen when you just press record. Whether you're a longtime listener of the Zachary family chronicles or new to the Out of Patients universe, this one's got laughs, lessons, and a little love for everyone.FeedbackLike this episode? Struggling with doubt is a part of the human existence. But maybe we grew up in systems where a struggle with doubt was considered un-Christian. What do we do with them? Too many salespeople and sales teams think they're operating on their own in their companies, with little support or understanding from marketing, operations, and delivery. This leads to high customer turnover and fewer referrals as customers don't feel like they're being valued by a cohesive team. To learn how we can get every department singing from the same sheet of music, we sat down with Luis Baez, a revenue enablement strategist who has worked for some of the largest companies on the planet. He showed us how to turn a solo sales act into a sales symphony, and it's all in this week's Bulletproof Selling podcast!

Have you ever thought, “How can anyone do this alone? There's got to be a better way!” In this episode we're talking with Mike George, a father, husband and caregiver, who shares how he and his wife recognized they had to create a way to support their son with disabilities and be there for their children and themselves. And that's what they did! Over time, using their caregiver support formula, they've grown Ben's support team to a group of six employed professionals who allow all members of the family to do more than just exist but to experience a true quality of life! The sisters talk with Mike about how he helps family caregivers go from feeling alone, fearful, and uncertain to becoming confident, empowered champions. He knows the road well… He has been a caregiver for 30 years. His caregiving journey began in June of 1992, with the birth of his third child, Ben. An hour after he was born, Mike and his wife were told Ben was very sick and may not live the day. BUT Spoiler alert - BEN did survive and learn to walk with lots of support. He uses a communication device to speak, and in 2019 became a university graduate.. Key Takeaways: There are limits to how much one person can do. You must come to a place where you do more than exist. You must have a quality of life too. Don't take “No” for an answer. Keep going til someone says “Yes”.Start where you need the most help.
