If you've noticed an increase in the use of the word “toxic” in relation to human behavior in recent years, you'd be right. Its use has become so prevalent, that Oxford Dictionaries named "toxic" as their Word of the Year in 2018. Oxford noted a 45% increase in lookups for the word on their website and observed its expanded usage beyond its literal meaning to describe various social and political issues.Of course, it's tempting to look for causes and attempt to fix them at the source. The rise in the use of social media, for example, has undoubtedly contributed to this increase, so we might be tempted to control toxicity there.Thom proposes a radically different cause in this episode, backing it up with a solution that puts us in control of potentially toxic behavior around us, rather than being at the mercy of it.Episode Highlights[00:45] Toxophilus - Poisoned Arrows[02:56] Source of All, Course of All, Goal of All[05:14] Too Big to Be Made Toxic[07:58] The Capacity to Be Toxified[09:21] Robust and Resilient[12:25] Overloads of Experience[14:19] Premature Cognitive Commitments[16:06] Unprecedented Rest Through Vedic Meditation[18:56] A Net Position of Structural Integrity[20:10] Attain to Personal InvincibilityUseful Linksinfo@thomknoles.com https://thomknoles.com/https://www.instagram.com/thethomknoleshttps://www.facebook.com/thethomknoleshttps://www.youtube.com/c/thomknoleshttps://thomknoles.com/ask-thom-anything/

To receive all future copies of the newsletter, please visit CondoVultures.com The audio is AI generated based on the voice of Peter Zalewski, the author of this report and the founder of the Miami Condo Market Investing Club™. If you live in a Florida condo and don't know what a SIRS is, consider this your introduction to an acronym that will likely dominate all future association discussions and debates about maintenance fees and special assessments for the foreseeable future. The SIRS acronym stands for Structural Integrity Reserve Study. In basic terms, it is a two-part evaluation conducted by experts - such as engineers, architects and reserve specialists - to determine the physical and financial status of all residential structures in a condo association that are at least three-stories high. Florida requires a SIRS to be conducted every 10 years. The SIRS provides a roadmap for condo association board members - who are usually volunteers that own in a project - to better understand the physical condition of the buildings in a community and what it will cost to maintain them in the future. Do NBA coaches deserve as much blame as they get for their teams losing or does it fall more on front offices? Plus, Crowder gives Hoch the perfect excuse to bust out his Bill Clinton impersonation.

Abstract: Lack of non-muscle {beta}-actin gene (Actb) leads to early embryonic lethality in mice, however mice with {beta}- to {gamma}-actin replacement develop normally and show no detectable phenotypes at young age. Here we investigated the effect of this replacement in the retina. During aging, these mice have accelerated degeneration of retinal structure and function, including elongated microvilli and defective mitochondria of retinal pigment epithelium (RPE), abnormally bulging photoreceptor outer segments (OS) accompanied by reduced transducin concentration and light sensitivity, and accumulation of autofluorescent microglia cells in the subretinal space between RPE and OS. These defects are accompanied by changes in the F-actin binding of several key actin interacting partners, including ezrin, myosin, talin, and vinculin known to play central roles in modulating actin cytoskeleton and cell adhesion and mediating the phagocytosis of OS. Our data show that {beta}-actin protein is essential for maintaining normal retinal structure and function. Copy rights belong to original authors. In this episode I wear my yoga teacher hat to talk about how important our skeletal structural integrity is. I go into the different Ayurvedic Dosha body types: Vata, Pitta and Kapha, and how the bone structure will differ, as well as how each may go out of alignment and sacrifice their strength of structure. Our body structure is a mirror of our elemental nature and spirit, and we will have challenges and strengths in our ability to be embodied in a form that supports our vitality and life. Towards the end I talk about some astrology coming up: Namely Mars going retrograde October 30th (for about 2.5 months), where it will be vitally important to be paying attention to our body as Mars signifies the body, aggression and Ego. The more we can get centered, do our exercise, eat well, and breath healthfully, the better we can weather the storms that pass through us and our lives. Get in touch for more tips and practices on how to stay embodied through it all at www.juliabernbaum.com. This is truly the most important task in your life. I hope this episode was helpful!

Ryan Sarah Murphy is a New York City-based artist, represented by C24 Gallery. Her body of work, which includes sculptures, videos and drawings, provides a multi-dimensional deconstruction of the intuitive, creative process, as expressed through different mediums and technologies. Murphy's sculptures are generated from the random discovery of discarded pieces of cardboard that she finds throughout the streets of New York City. Initially drawn to these materials because of their color, she strips them of any identifiable markings such as logos or lettering, then cuts and layers the torn pieces into raw, elegant constructions that allude to cross sections of buildings or overhead maps. The works act as visual meditations on geographical location, placemaking and spatial awareness, fueled by the pure, energetic power of color combinations and their visceral impact. Her solo exhibition, Structural Integrity, is on view at C24 Gallery through September 23rd. Her work will also be on view in the Gallery's booth at Art on Paper from September 8th - 11th. Abstract: We investigated the extent to which measures of retinal neuronal thickness capture variability in the structural integrity of the brain in a large population-based cohort followed from birth to midlife. Using data from the Dunedin Multidisciplinary Health and Development Study (n=1037; analytic n=828, aged 45 years), we specifically tested for associations between optical coherence tomography-measured retinal neuronal layers and MRI-measured structural brain integrity. We found that Study members who had thinner retinal neuronal layers had thinner average cortex, smaller total cortical surface area, smaller subcortical grey matter volumes, larger volume of white matter hyperintensities as well as older looking brains. This suggests that retinal neuronal thickness reflects differences in midlife structural brain integrity consistent with accelerated cognitive decline and increased risk for later dementia, further supporting the proposition that the retina may be a biomarker of brain aging as early as midlife. Integrity. We all want to believe we have it. And we all notice when others don't. The truth is, losing integrity is often a series of events that occur almost imperceptibly over time. Small failures and deceptions that callous our conscience and lead us down a road of misalignment. In today's episode, John and I […]

There is no chance of any of them becoming casualties of the trickeries of an ancient and malign power- not when their own bad decisions can get them first.

Training WheelsReflect God's Discipline and Consistency at HomeRead or WatchThe New Yorker called it "The Fifty-Nine-Story Crisis." In June of 1978, a college student called renowned structural engineer William LeMessurier to say a massive skyscraper he designed wasn't sound. His building, the Citigroup Center, was the world's seventh-tallest at the time. At first, he blew it off, but upon inspection, he realized that someone switched the welded joints to cheaper bolts during construction. It was such a small change, but it would've spelled disaster in a strong wind. And Midtown Manhattan isn't the only place where a lack of structural integrity can bring down the house. As we lay the foundation for our children, how do we stay true to God's original design for the home, giving their lives the stability they need? The Big IdeaIntegrity reinforces our kids' structural support system. It's not enough to keep the big promises — you've got to keep the little ones too. Jesus reminds us that "one who is faithful in a very little is also faithful in much, and one who is dishonest in a very little is also dishonest in much" (Luke 16:10). Every time you make good on a promise, it's like you're using God's original — trustworthy — building material. But if you start to break your word, it won't take long before their trust in you comes tumbling down.Whatever we say, we do. We're trustworthy and reliable — a good quality to have as a parent and in all other relationships. As James said, "let your 'yes' be yes and your 'no' be no" (James 5:12). Developing integrity isn't always fun or convenient, but through repetition and followthrough we strengthen our kid's trust in us.Set clear boundaries and expectations ahead of time so they know the consequences before they act. No waffling or excuses, we view discipline as an act of love — just like God does! "My son, do not regard lightly the discipline of the Lord … For the Lord disciplines the one he loves …" (Heb. 12:5-6).The Big QuestionDo your kids see you as someone who always keeps your commitments?Support the Show

Structural Integrity,Pastor David Sincock,October 31, 2021
In the physical world, the term “structural integrity” means “the ability of a structure to withstand its intended load without failure due to fracture or fatigue.” Unfortunately, we have recently seen the result of the lack of structural integrity and the devastation that it can bring. As in the physical world, when we cannot withstand our ministry load due to fracture or fatigue, emotional and relational devastation can occur. Studying and memorizing God's Word are vital ingredients in maintaining our spiritual structural integrity, along with emotional and relational health in ministry. Listen as Bishop Duke Stone shares ideas and strategies for making God's Word a priority in your life.

This week on Episode 522 of Priority One: Happy Star Trek Day! New trailers for Picard, Prodigy and Lower Decks, and a formal introduction to the Enterprise crew voyaging to Strange New Worlds. In gaming news, the Mirror Universe inspires a new TFO in “Operation: Wolf,” new gear on the way inspired by Lower Decks, and some good old Trek games get a PC refresh. TREK IT OUT Edited by Thomas Reynolds 55 Years Of Trekking Across The Universe By Cat Hough This week marks the 55th anniversary of the airing of the first episode of Star Trek and, according to all the memes going around, the world has never been the same. But when you think about it...that's a pretty accurate statement. Without the vision of Gene Roddenberry and the production of the original series, we would not even have this podcast. So let's just take this opportunity to appreciate the reason we are even here today. Fresh New Faces For Strange New Worlds By Rosco McQueen There's no trailer yet, but we were treated to an introduction to the crew of the Enterprise under Captain Pike, with some new faces and some familiar ones as well. We are reintroduced to Anson Mount, Ethan Peck and Rebecca Romijn who reprise their roles as Captain Pike, Mr Spock and Number One. From there we meet the new actors taking on classic characters, with: Celia Rose Gooding as Cadet Nyota Uhura, Jess Bush as Nurse Christine Chapel, And Babs Olusanmokun as Dr. M'Benga. New characters then come our way: Bruce Horak as Hemmer, Christina Chong as La'an Noonien-Singh, And Melissa Navia as Lt. Erica Ortegas https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mc7ZWdJY6ZY Shadows Of Things That Will Be By Cat Hough Let's break down the Picard Season Two trailer. We see Q snap his fingers and send everyone into an alternate reality where Earth has descended into a totalitarian state. But only Jean-Luc Picard and his new crew (maybe with Guinan's help?) know that time has been altered. Then they decide to travel back to modern day Los Angeles in order to get things sorted. To get there, however, they need the assistance of the Borg Queen, played by Annie Wersching--who, in this alternate reality, appears to be a captive on Earth. What else is in store for Picard? We don't know yet, but we do know he'll be back in February 2022; it was also confirmed that Picard was renewed for Season 3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oUhBOmtFYr8 But Will We Learn The Janeway Maneuver? By Cat Hough We also got a first real look at Prodigy as the first official trailer was introduced by Kate Mulgrew. This panel also included a pleasant surprise: the show will premiere on October 28 and the first episode is an hour long. The trailer shows us the crew of young aliens who happen to find an experimental Federation starship named the U.S.S. Protostar, but they've never heard of Starfleet or the Federation. So it's up to Janeway's hologram to teach them how to use the ship to navigate the cosmos, while the Diviner (John Noble) and Drednok (Jimmi Simpson) pursue the crew to get ahold of the ship. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EBE7d8sH5Rg Lower Decks Hits The Halfway Mark By Cat Hough After a hilarious and thoroughly enjoyable first half of the season, Lower Decks continues it's second season with more adventure, more exploration, and lots more sci-fi stuff. The second-season trailer (that series creator Mike McMahon says he edited to remove spoilers) gives us glimpses of Rutherford vs "fricking radiation," Tendi as a giant bug, and Mariner and Boimler on an away mission that goes sideways [...so like every other away mission, then---Ed.]. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9vkzjGBAcTM Looking Four-ward To Discovery By Cat Hough The fourth season of Star Trek: Discovery premieres Thursday, Nov. 18, on Paramount+. The first image from the upcoming season was released during Star Trek Day. We also got to watch a panel featuring season four cast members Wilson Cruz (Dr. Hugh Culber), Blu del Barrio (Adira), Ian Alexander (Gray), and showrunner and executive producer Michelle Paradise. The panel of mutual love and discussion of found family was moderated by Wil Wheaton. Most advanced ship in the fleet, and they couldn't even spring for seat warmers? Image: ViacomCBS. Taking Trek Back To School By Thomas Reynolds and Rosco McQueen With Labor Day on rearview sensors, the American student body is headed back to school–and so is the Trek franchise, if Kurtzman has his way. Back in Episode 519, we mentioned that a Starfleet Academy-situated series “aimed at younger audiences” was in the works. Since then, Eric Pesola at Heavy suggested that the new series concept is far older than it appears. Don't worry, it's safe for them to wear red shirts because they're named characters. Image: IDW Comics, via Heavy.com. Pesola draws parallels between JJ's franchise “revival” in 2009, and Harve Bennett turning it around after The Motion Picture almost torpedoed it thirty years prior. Bennett helmed the next three series entries and more-or-less put Trek's fortunes on the up-and-up. That said, after his Final Frontier almost finished it for good, Bennett pitched one more idea: a prequel film set at Starfleet Academy, with Ethan Hawke as Kirk and John Cusack as Spock. The studio went with a thinly-veiled Cold War analogy instead but, twenty years later, class might finally be in session. During the Star Trek Day celebrations, Wil Wheaton asked Kurtzman about the future of Trek on TV, Kurtzman said that with five ongoing series, he's “not in a hurry” to launch any more. But he did bring up the fan enthusiasm for a series set at Starfleet Academy. STAR TREK GAMING NEWS Edited by Thomas Reynolds Legends Of Yesterday By Rosco McQueen Fire up the phase inducers, it's time to start a new ‘toon in Star Trek Online. The Agents of Yesterday recruitment event is active: new characters set in the TOS era playing through the entire Agents of Yesterday mission arc, and becoming Temporal Agents with updated rewards. As we covered previously, if you haven't created a Temporal Agent character, it's a great opportunity with lots of bonuses for your whole account. You wish your family portrait looked this good. Image: Cryptic Studios. But if the idea of leveling up a new character from scratch isn't bringing you joy, then the Legendary TOS Federation Captain's Bundle has dropped to immediately boost your new character to level 65. The pack comes with equipment, services, and other resources to allow this newly-boosted character to be ready to enter the high-level content of Star Trek Online. Plus, you'll get account-wide access to the Legendary Miranda Multi-Mission Cruiser [T6]. It includes all of the consoles, starship traits, and costumes from the entire line of Miranda and Malachowski starship families. The bundle is available for the price of 12,000 Zen, with 50% OFF from September 8th at 8am PT to September 20th at 10am PT! Parliament Is Now In Session By Rosco McQueen The next story arc is fast approaching, if this news item is anything to go by. STO announced this week that Lower Decks themed gear is making its way into the game. “Starting with the next story update which arrives on PC very soon, a brand new Tier-6 Starship will be added to the existing ship choices, and a series of exciting new Lower Decks-themed items will be added to the Lobi Crystal Store.” The items include: Lower Decks uniforms, Portable Phaser Cannon Multibarrel Phaser Phaser Split-Beam Rifle Phaser Sniper Rifle T-88 Diagnostic Tool Kit frame - complete with purple stripe Lower Decks Personal Traits, two space and two ground, And a new starship, the Parliament Miracle Worker Surveyor Cruiser [T6]. Oof. Not looking forward to the environmental impact statement on this one. Image: Cryptic Studios. The Parliament has a four front and four aft weapon layout, with a Controlled Gravimetric Demolition universal console, which deals “tremendous” kinetic damage. The console also provides a passive bonus to Kinetic and Physical Damage Resistance Rating, as well as Exotic Particle Generation and Structural Integrity. The items will be available for purchase upon the release of the next story update (no date confirmed as yet). Operation: Sheep In Wolf's Clothing by Shane Hoover A brand new blog from Cryptic has announced a forthcoming Mirror Universe TFO for Star Trek Online. The new bit of fiction finds Admiral Quinn providing feedback to Admiral Leeta on a new Starfleet training simulation to test special operations into the Mirror Universe. It seems despite her cooperation, Quinn finds her bloodlust a bit much even for a simulation. I mean honestly, if a Captain can't use Exocomps as cannon fodder anymore what are you supposed to do? And just forget about bumping off your Terran counterpart, I guess! So much for Plan A, am I right? What I've always loved about the Terran Empire: its understated subtlety. Image: Cryptic Studios. Anyway, while details are obviously thin in this little teaser, it looks like Captains will get to beam their away team into a brand new Mirror Universe version of Earth Space Dock for some covert operations. So beef up those biceps, tone up those abs, and sharpen your daggers. We're going Terran on the holodeck for “Operation: Wolf”! They Belong In A Museum! By Shane Hoover It's also worth noting that in celebration of Star Trek Day, from September 8 to 22, on all platforms, there will be a special Starfleet Museum in orbit above Deep Space Nine and Earth Space Dock. The museum contains the starring ships from Star Trek movies, television, and more. Hailing each ship will give you words from their crew, and both in universe and behind the scenes facts about the ship and show. Hailing all ten of the ships will grant you a special title: Historical Documents Expert. "Ugh, people really use holodecks for that?" "Oh yeah, it's mostly that." Image: ViacomCBS, via TOR. Fleet Command Finishes TNG By Thomas Reynolds If TNG taught us anything, it's that all good things must come to an end, and so it is in Star Trek Fleet Command. Patch 34 concludes Fleet Command's first [nope, our bad—Ed.] foray into Prime Timeline storytelling, wrapping the TNG arc begun back in May while adding Tasha Yar to the officer roster. Meanwhile, your existing crew collection will gain Traits that boost the chance of Critical Success for Away Team assignments. And as for those assignments: as of Patch 34, assignments will automatically respawn once they are completed. Star Trek Through Rose-Tinted GOGgles By Thomas Reynolds and Rosco McQueen Remember last week, when we said about a half-dozen vintage Trek games were going to be re-released on GOG Galaxy? Well they're on GOG Galaxy now in time for Star Trek Day! In a release the company has confirmed the games have been updated so they run smoothly on Windows 10, with some even offering a working LAN multiplayer option. I don't know what makes me feel older, the box art or the phrase "LAN multiplayer." Image: GOG.
The search continues for unaccounted people at the Champlain Towers South Condo in Florida as we hear of more red flags that were raised about the building going back to 2018 and even just two days before it collapsed. An engineering consultant indicated in a 2018 report that concrete damage would multiply exponentially over the years, despite residents being told the building was in good shape. Elisha Fieldstadt, reporter at NBC News, joins us for some of the building warning signs. Next, car dealers are selling more vehicles above the sticker price as demand continues to remain high while supply is low. Dealers are loading cars with extra additions and in some cases charging 10,000 over MSRP. Nora Naughton, auto industry reporter at the WSJ, joins us for why dealers are selling cars for so much, the short answer… is because they can. Finally, the Arizona ballot audit could be backfiring on Republicans as polls continue to show that half of voters oppose it, with independent voters opposing it by 18 points. The counting is done for now, but next comes the report which is expected to be partisan. The polls however do show that voters in AZ might not want Biden to run for a second term. Marc Caputo, national political reporter at Politico, joins us for why there is opposition to the audit. Learn more about your ad-choices at https://www.iheartpodcastnetwork.com

Tonight I sat down with Matt Baum of the Lethal Podcast and the Ashby Bowhunting Foundation (ABF). We talked about Heavy Arrows. We used terms like "Shaft" & "Penetration" and didn't even giggle. Although Matt did cough a couple times, he probably doesn't have "The Rona" and Bigfoot makes thuds in the woods not cracks.A lot of guys are shooting arrows that weigh about 300-350 grains with an expandable broadhead. That is the general lighter arrow weight. We discuss in this episode the benefit's of going with a heavier arrow setup with a cut on contact broadhead. Our goal as hunters is to be as ethical as possible when hunting. Simply put, the better penetration you have when shooting an animal, the higher chance you have of recovering that animal. If you can put two holes in an animal (Pass Through shot) you have a much higher chance of killing and recovering that animal than if you put one in that animal.A couple of the 12 factors of penetration that are really important are:- Structural Integrity, the arrow needs to not break or have any weakness in it.- Perfect Arrow Flight- Arrow needs to fly straight and recover quickly out of the bow- Arrow's FOC(Front of Center) having a 15-20% FOC will increase the chances of penetration.- Arrow Mass, having a higher total mass of weight increases penetration- Fixed blade broadhead- it takes less force for a cut on contact broadhead to penetrate than a mechanical. All these factors will help maintain momentum and increase penetration.Enjoy and feel free to send along your hate and feedback! I know people are really passionate about this subject. Some of the websites/products we mentioned in this episode:How to Calculate FOC- https://eastonarchery.com/2014/06/foc/Lethal Podcast-https://lethalpodcast.com/Ashby Foundation-https://www.ashbybowhunting.org/12-arrow-penetration-factorsGrizzly Stik-https://www.grizzlystik.com/VPA Broadheads-https://www.vparchery.com/Black Eagle Arrows-https://www.blackeaglearrows.com/3 Rivers archery- https://www.3riversarchery.com/Ranch Fairy- https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCM4fbcHXkfS2KceiIbWlPIQSupport the show (https://www.patreon.com/HuntFishEat)

Clinical assessment scores in acute ischemic stroke are only moderately correlated with lesion volume since lesion location is an important confounding factor. Many studies have investigated grey matter indicators of stroke severity but the understanding of white matter tract involvement is limited in the early phase after stroke. Carmen Lahiff-Jenkins, Managing Editor for the International Journal of Stroke spoke to Dr Deepthi Rajashekar from the Biomedical Engineering Graduate Program, Department of Radiology, University of Calgary and Professor Michael Hill Cumming School of Medicine, University of Calgary and Foothills Medical Centre. Both are authors of the manuscript Structural integrity of white matter tracts as a predictor of acute ischemic stroke outcome published recently in IJS. This study aimed to measure and model the involvement of WM tracts with respect to 24-hours post-stroke National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) and have found that white matter tract integrity and lesion load are important predictors for clinical outcomes after acute ischemic stroke as measured by the NIHSS and should be integrated for predictive modelling. http://www.thunderbolts.info/forum/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=16329&start=360#p123034 The sheath of a tornado is a form of surface tension. It is a plasma of spinning, churning H2O molecules. It has structural strength and a surface—common characteristics of plasmas. But the origin of this strength doesn’t involve the forces associated with ionic bonds, as is the case with most plasmas. Instead this is a kind of plasma that involves the forces associated with hydrogen bonds. I thought of it as surface tension that is expressed in three dimensions—surface tension on steroids! conjectured that hydrogen bonds must be distinctive from covalent or ionic bonds in that with hydrogen bonds the force that creates the bond must be deactivated by the bond itself. And so, whereas with a covalent bond or an ionic bond the force that brings them together remains, with hydrogen bonds the force that brings them together is deactivated--neutralized. Accordingly, the fewer bonds that an H2O molecule shares with other H2O molecules the stronger are these bonds. Conversely, the greater were the number of bonds an H2O molecule shared with other H2O molecules the weaker were these bonds—all the way down to having zero strength when fully bonded. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/james-mcginn/message

In this episode of the Smart Property Investment Show, host Russell Stephenson is joined by Katarina Taurian, who shares how her investment journey has been since her first property purchase in 2016. In light of the recent coverage surrounding the structural concerns of the Opal Tower in Sydney, Katarina shares why structural integrity was top of her list when purchasing her first property, even revealing that she would take a tool kit with her to property inspections. Katrina explains what build quality means to her, the surprising belief that she regularly encountered when dealing with conveyancers and reveals where she sought the information that helped her to make an educated property purchase. She also reveals her plans for her portfolio going forward, why even as a property owner she is glad that property prices are softening, and why she believes pricing rental in your investments shouldn't necessarily meet what the market value suggests. August 5, 2012 Structural Integrity 1 Corinthians 3:10-17 Synopsis: Let me restate the obvious, the work of the church cannot be bourn on the shoulders of one or two of its members. It cannot because the work is too great. It cannot because it was never intended to. While there is only one foundation, all believers are admonished to be builders. The product of their labors will be judged by God and man as well as whether or not they labor. Paul’s warning to believers is echoed throughout the New Testament (1 Corinthians 3:10-17). “Be very careful” that you build on the foundation of Christ Jesus and that you build appropriately. Be careful how, what, why, when, that and why you build. Yes, God is watching and so are your fellow believers who are encouraging your labors both in this world and in the presence of God. There are also those living around you who watching to see if your labors are about you or Christ. There is just too much at stake for any believer to not do their part. Scripture Text (NLT): 1 Corinthians 3:10-17; Acts 6:1-7; Joshua 1:7; Isaiah 28:16; Hebrews 12:1 Scripture Reading: Matthew 7:24-27 Blessings, Dr. Sonny Strange, Pastor Emmanuel Baptist Church, 1916 Overlook Ave., Jefferson City, TN 37760 Sharing Hope, Meeting Need, Through Word, Gift and Deed Web Page: www.emmanueljeffcity.com, Podcast of sermons available online.
