Have you ever had a dream or an idea that totally lit your soul on fire
If you've been feeling pulled in a million directions lately — juggling business, family, life — and wondering how you're supposed to keep up… you're not alone.
Ever been the kind of person who insists on doing it all yourself?
Ever had one of those days? You've got the list. You've got the plan. You even have the time… But somehow, you end up deep-cleaning your kitchen pantry, reorganizing email folders, or scrolling TikTok wondering how that dog learned to skateboard instead of doing the ONE thing you said you'd do.
Let's get real for a second... Have you ever felt like you're pouring your heart into your business—showing up, posting, emailing, connecting—and still, it feels like nothing is happening?
We need to talk about one of the BIGGEST myths out there—overnight success. It's easy to look at someone crushing it in business or life and think they just got lucky. That they woke up one day, launched their thing, and BOOM—millions in the bank, sold-out offers, dream life unlocked. But here's the truth: ✨ Success isn't magic—it's BUILT. ✨ It's years of showing up, failing forward, and learning. ✨ It's the late nights, the early mornings, and the moments when no one is watching. And I was reminded of this when my son, Landon, had his first real recording studio experience.
Have you ever felt like no matter how hard you work, how much effort you put in, or how many strategies you try, your income just won't budge past a certain level?
You know I love talking about mindset, business, and all things personal growth—but today, we're diving into something just as powerful (and often overlooked)... SLEEP.
Real talk: Have you ever caught yourself thinking, “I'll be worthy when…”?
Do you ever feel like fear is calling the shots in your life or business? Like it's whispering, “You can't do this,” “What if you fail?” or “Who do you think you are?” Well, guess what? Fear is a LIAR.
What's up?!
What if I told you that rethinking your relationship with alcohol doesn't have to mean giving it up completely? Crazy, right?
Have you ever noticed the white arrow in the FedEx logo? (Go ahead, Google it if you haven't—I'll wait.) Well, it took my 5-year-old to point it out, even though I've been staring at FedEx trucks my whole life!
Let's talk bold moves, life pivots, and chasing what truly matters. On the latest episode of Do Life Big, I sat down with Scott Rattigan—attorney-turned-entrepreneur extraordinaire, and trust me, this conversation was one for the books!
2025 is calling, and guess what? It's your year.
Can you believe it? We're down to the LAST day of 2024!
You know that feeling when someone shares a story so real, so raw, and so inspiring that you're practically fist-pumping in your seat?
Are you ready to make 2025 your most epic year yet? Because I sure am, and I'm about to share the secret to turning your dreams into reality! As we close out 2024, I want you to ask yourself: Who are you living for?
Entrepreneurship. It's a wild ride, isn't it?
Today's Do Life Big Podcast episode is another game-changer for YOU. We're diving into 6 powerful tips to build a happier YOU, and trust me, this is exactly what you need to level up your joy and start living your best life NOW.
Are you feeling that little itch—the one telling you it's time to take a step, make a move, and shake things up? Oh, friend, you are not alone.
Quick question: ever feel like life's throwing everything at you, all at once? Like you're running around with your head spinning faster than a hamster on a wheel?
We all know that nagging little voice that tries to convince us to stay in our comfort zone. You know the one—it's that “little inner critic” telling you, “Nah, you can't do that. It's too scary.” Yeah, that voice. I like to call it the “little b*tch voice.”
Today, we're talking BIG change energy—why it's so hard to break out of old habits, and what we can do to create the change we actually want. If you've ever wondered why it feels like an uphill battle to start (and keep) those life shifts going, this episode's made for YOU! Here's the deal: changing our ways isn't just about commitment; it's about how we see ourselves deep down. We get stuck because our brain wants to stay consistent with our self-image. (Ever found yourself saying, “Well, that's just who I am”?
Today's Do Lige Big podcast episode is here to light a fire within you and give you that extra spark you need to stay strong when life gets rough. Ever feel like you're in the middle of a storm with no way out? Guess what? You're not just in the storm — you ARE the storm.
Let me ask you something... Have you ever felt like you're stuck behind this invisible glass ceiling, thinking, “I can't have it all”? Well, guess what? That's just a lie we've been programmed to believe.
Wow, what a wild ride the last couple of weeks have been for me—dodging not one, but TWO hurricanes!
Hope you're doing amazing and ready to take on the world! First off, I'm in the thick of my 75 Hard challenge (Day 38, baby!
I'm so pumped that you're here today!
I'm SO excited you're here because today I have something game-changing for you!

What's up? I hope you're ready to take on the day like the powerhouse you are! I'm absolutely pumped to share something exciting with you today, and I just couldn't wait to let you in on it. First things first—mark your calendar because my Mindset Accelerator Program (yep, the one that transforms your mental game) is gearing up to open its doors very soon!
I'm so pumped to have you back for another episode of Do Life Big! Today's episode is going to be short, sweet, and packed with some serious value. I decided to record this one after I announced that my husband and I are starting the 75 Hard Program. If you haven't caught that bonus episode, go listen to #103 first! So, here's the deal. Lately, I've been hearing from so many of you who are feeling overwhelmed, trying to juggle all the things—kids, work, health, you name it. It's easy to get caught up in that all-or-nothing mentality, where if we can't do it all, we end up doing nothing. But let me tell you, it doesn't have to be that way! That's why today, I'm sharing 5 simple ways to protect your inner peace, especially when life gets chaotic: Start Small: Forget the all-or-nothing mentality. Just start with one tiny change—like drinking more water or moving your body a little each day. Something is always better than nothing. Pair New Habits with Old Ones: Got a good habit already? Use it to build a new one! If you drink tea every night, why not use that time to read a book or listen to something uplifting? Focus on Progress, Not Perfection: Life isn't going to go exactly as planned, and that's okay! Celebrate the small wins, no matter how tiny they seem. Live in the Gain, Not the Gap: Stop comparing yourself to where you think you should be. Instead, focus on how far you've come and celebrate the progress you've made. Surround Yourself with Positivity: Whether it's a supportive Facebook group (like ours!), uplifting podcasts, or daily affirmations, fill your life with things that lift you up. We've got to ditch that all-or-nothing mindset and start embracing the little wins. So grab your cup of tea, and let's get into how you can start making those small but mighty changes that will keep your inner peace intact. Can't wait for you to hear this one! SURPRISE!
Welcome back to another episode of Do Life Big! Today, I'm diving into something we all deal with—stress. With the kids back in school and summer flying by, I figured it was the perfect time to share some practical tips for handling stress effectively.
Welcome to a special milestone episode of Do Life Big – our 100th episode! Can you believe it?! It's wild to think that two years ago, I made the decision to start this podcast and shift my business focus. Since then, I've been consistent, bringing you new episodes every Monday. I just got back from a fantastic three-and-a-half weeks at our mountain home in North Carolina with the family.
Welcome back to another episode of Do Life Big! I'm recording this live right now from our mountain home in North Carolina.
In today's Do Life Big Podcast episode, we're tackling a big one: how to stop playing the comparison game. You know the drill – we all fall into this trap, especially with social media constantly in our faces. But here's the kicker: comparison is the thief of joy. We've all been there, scrolling through Instagram and suddenly feeling less than because someone else's life looks perfect. But remember, it's just a highlight reel, not the full story. I shared a personal story about seeing these picture-perfect moments online and thinking, "Who has the time for this?"
You know, I've been in this weird phase of overthinking and overanalyzing everything. It started about five years ago when my dad almost died from AML, and more recently, knowing several people my age who've passed away from illnesses or cancer. It's made me rethink a lot about life and how I've spent so much of it trying to please others. Growing up, I always tried to please everyone around me. This has been especially challenging over the last decade, but I've put so much effort into overcoming it. Even though I like to call myself a recovering people pleaser, those tendencies still creep up sometimes. People-pleasing is wired into us, partly due to societal norms. For girls, it's about being polite and looking your best. For guys, it's about being tough and not showing sensitivity. These ingrained beliefs shape our behavior and our need to be accepted and liked by others. The thing is, people-pleasing isn't just about wanting everyone to like you. It's about feeling the need to act a certain way to feel safe. And that's exhausting. So, today, I want to share some tips to help you overcome this. Here are six tips to work through people-pleasing: Get a therapist or counselor to talk to.
In this short and sweet Do Life Big Podcast episode, we're diving into how we can start to think more clearly and get to the truth of what's really happening, rather than living in a distorted reality full of made-up stories that keep us trapped and feeling like victims.
Welcome back to another episode of Do Life Big! I am beyond excited to have you here today. This episode is all about the myth of waiting for the "right time." I can't wait to dive into this because it's been a recurring theme in my life lately, and I know many of you can relate. We often convince ourselves that it's just not the right time to make a big move—whether it's starting a business, making a career pivot, or pursuing a passion. We come up with endless reasons to wait. But let's be real: this is just a way to procrastinate. Our brains are wired to keep us safe, which often means avoiding risk and the potential for failure. Think about it. How many times have you talked yourself out of something because you were afraid of what might happen if it didn't work out? Fear of failure, fear of judgment from others—these are powerful deterrents. But here's the thing: you don't want to look back on your life with regrets, wondering what could have been. I've known three people my age who have passed away in the last couple of years. It's a stark reminder that life is unpredictable and short. This makes it even more crucial to seize the moment. You have to challenge that inner voice that's holding you back. Instead of feeding yourself excuses about why now isn't the right time, why not tell yourself why now is the best time? Every moment, our minds are creating stories. Let's create ones that propel us forward. Sure, it's scary to leave a secure job or start something new, but remember, everyone starts from the beginning. Those successful people you admire? They felt the fear too—they just did it anyway. They trusted the process and believed things would work out. So, my challenge to you is to start telling yourself a new story. One that says, “Now is the right time.” Take that first step, even if it's small. Trust that you can figure it out as you go. Don't wait for the perfect moment—it doesn't exist. If this resonates with you, check out my free workbook, Think This, Not That. It's packed with tools to help you rewire your mind for success. In today's Do Life Big Podcast episode, we're diving into something I know we all want more of – happiness!
Today's Do Life Big Podcast episode is packed with insights to help you break free from your comfort zone and take those crucial risks to pursue your dreams.
Welcome back to another episode of Do Life Big! Today, let's dive into a topic that's close to my heart: why just soaking up personal development isn't enough to propel you forward in life and business.
Welcome back to another episode of Do Life Big. I'm absolutely buzzing from this incredible event I just attended in Phoenix, Arizona. Seriously, surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals is a game-changer. But let's dive into something I noticed at the event, something that affects us all: the weight of our past. ⚖️ As a mindset coach, I see how clinging to past failures holds people back from true happiness and fulfillment. Picture this: 200 entrepreneurs, each carrying the heavy baggage of past mistakes, criticisms, and self-doubt. It's a common theme, right? But here's the kicker—it's not just entrepreneurs; it's everyone. I met folks who, despite their success, were battling health issues, lacking trust in themselves, and seeking validation from others. Sound familiar? Maybe you've been there too. But guess what? You're not alone, and you can break free from this cycle. Here are the three steps I learned at the event—and they're absolute game-changers: Step 1: AwarenessFirst up, recognize the weight you're carrying. Whether it's an old wound, a harsh comment, or a past failure, acknowledge it. Awareness is the key that unlocks the door to change.
