Welcome back to HSF&A! A little life update: it's 113 degrees outside so Bryan is sweating in his sweatshirt but at least he looks cool & Ali is BLONDE. The actors are now on strike as well & FOR GOOD REASON. This AI proposal is WHACK. Vanderpump Rules was nominated for 2 Emmy's & Ali thinks the noms were well deserved. Ali has been very active on TikTok but she struggles with the cringey hooks used to reel people in. Feels icky. We hope you enjoyed this week's episode!

Welcome back to HSF&A! Are you Threading or Freading?! Giving you all our thoughts on Instagram's carbon copy but fun-time NEW social media app, Threads! It's cute & funny & a good scroll now but how long will it last before the Finstas start their own Threads account & troll for days? Hoping things don't move in that direction buuuuut most apps do unfortunately. The Taylors are back together again but not in the Back to December kinda way. Ali loves Speak Now TV & especially loved the SharkBoy cameo in the “I Can See You” music video. When he came out onstage during Ms. Swift's concert, Mr. Lautner did a little impromptu flippy & thankfully he didn't flop. We realized this week that frozen pizzas are the adult version of Lunchables but somehow even lazier. We finished The Bear which is very sad because we loved it but we started a new show called The Other Two & sad news there too, it's only 3 seasons in & it got cancelled. Sad & sad but that's okay because we're Happily Stuck Forever & Always & we hope you enjoyed this week's episode!

Welcome back to HSF&A! What's happening in the White House!? Somebody is clearly having a party where they shouldn't be. This feels like an episode of VEEP. We know it's the 4th and everything but our dogs are literally about to have full blown heart attacks from these neighborhood fireworks. You're going to injure yourself or burn somebody's house down so can we leave the firework shows to the professionals!? Kelsea Ballerini is the latest to get hit in the face with a flying object while performing live & Adele is not having it! We loved her little onstage rant and THREAT of violence lol. But seriously, we're all adults. We should know by now that we don't throw things at people. Would you stay in Barbie's dream house? Apparently it's listed on AirBNB now so your dream can come true! We also fill you in on what we're listening to (the NEW Japanese House album - so good, & OMG Speak Now TV comes out on Friday!) and watching (The Bear season 2 is wrecking us in all the right ways). Welcome back to HSF&A! Apparently Ali wants to become a makeup artist just so she can give herself faux freckles since she doesn't trust anyone else to do it. Another week, another weird fan interaction onstage. PINK had a bag of ashes thrown at her and now you can take a picture of your food and an app can tell you how many calories it contains? Bryan is skeptical but he wants to try it! This week we're also talking lots of music we're excited about like Valley's newest album that we love and how Cyndi Lauper must be pissed about Lennon Stella covering Time After Time because I'm sorry - it's better than the original. Also, remember when Hoobastank's “The Reason” absolutely swept the nation? More like the entire world. We saw The Flash & it was AWESOME. Thankfully no noisy kids or women in their Mary Poppins snack purse were sitting next to us this time around. & the volume was just right. We hope you enjoyed this week's episode!

Ali just learned a couple days ago that Bryan thought her dewy makeup was just Ali's makeup melting off her skin. We also talk about one of Ali's biggest insecurities, being misunderstood and give some hard truths on how to just be the bigger person especially as it relates to comment wars on social media. Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant & announced it in the cutest, most nostalgic way possible. And speaking of Keeping Up, whose side are you on in the Kim vs. Kourt Dolce & Gabbana feud? We're not really on anyone's side but we give our thoughts on copying vs. inspiration. And can we please stop chasing irresponsible viral moments a la the Bebe Rexha phone assault? People are just WAY too desperate for attention these days & it's not okay. Lastly, we watched the Smartless doc & realized Jason Bateman is the older, famous version of Bryan. GO NUGGETS! What a series! We are so happy that Denver won the playoffs & Jokic deserved that MVP title! Also wanted to take a moment to say Happy Pride & please take some time this month to listen to LGBTQ+ stories! LOVE IS LOVE IS LOVE IS LOVE & we love you! We finally watched Avatar 2 & all we can say is, we felt uncomfy watching it. & do we really need 3 more movies!? What even was that storyline!? We hope you enjoyed this week's episode!

We also delve deep into the rumor swirling around that Taylor Swift & Matty Healy called it quits. We better get some good music from this whirlwind romance. We just got back from our family trip in San Diego & our nephews made us feel OLD with how smart they are! Whatever happened to digging holes & making forts for fun? Succession is finally over & we must say, the ending was oh so satisfying. Lastly, we give our thoughts on Apple's new VR Goggles as well as Photoshop Beta's AI Generative Fill tool. Surprise! We decided to record a bonus episode this week after the EXPLOSIVE Vanderpump Rules Season 10 Finale that aired last night. The #Scandoval has finally broken on air and we have lots of thoughts. Does Tom Sandoval regret his actions or is he just sorry he got caught? Does Raquel Leviss understand the weight of her decision to betray her best friend? Are we finally seeing past the lovable golden retriever act Tom Schwartz has put on for years? What we can say for sure is we are still 100% #TeamAriana after last night's episode. Watching Ariana Maddix so articulately rip Sandoval to shreds with her words was gold & the way Katie Maloney & Scheanna Shay pushed their issues aside to have their friend's back was admirable. And somehow James Kennedy still had us giggling during the most dramatic episode of reality television in existence. We hope you enjoyed our very thorough dissection of Bravo history in the making!

HAPPY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY to the Happily Stuck Forever & Always Podcast! First things first, we want to thank YOU for listening in for a whole year! We so appreciate the support - we have so much fun making these episodes for you! This week we discuss what we've learned after podcasting a whole year and of course, since this is a sports podcast we give some very insightful takes on the NBA playoffs. The Joker (the NBA player version) is just AMAZING. We are his number one fans mainly because we don't even understand how he is so good. Are you someone who takes risks with food expiration dates? Hi friends & welcome back to a jet-lagged, congestion-filled episode of HSF&A! We made it home safely from Austria (Ali's airport anxiety & all) & today we are telling you all about it! From the long, hard stares we experienced in the most beautiful city called Innsbruck, to the delicious tap water, to the breakfast buffets fit for a king, to the LOUD singing in the middle of the night in Vienna - we've got lots to discuss! Public restrooms were immaculate but does everyone need to smoke cigs at all hours of the day? And thanks so much for seating us without a  reservation but can we please have the check? Oh and can't forget about the absolute idiots trying to get sloshed on our 10 hour flight - that was fun. Hope they got fined. Learned about the Scandoval while we were overseas & Ali needed to know every single detail. Austria was an EXPERIENCE to say the least & we loved every minute of it! Why do we put such pressure on ourselves to come up with a NY's resolution!? Despite Bryan's hatred for musicals, he is constantly making up his own little jingles to get through his day while "flirting" with Ali by adding to her handwritten to-do list. We watched Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio and were blown away by the stop-motion animation - a little different reaction to it than the last Pinocchio we watched (iykyk). Our Australian Shepherd/Redbone Coonhound, Gryffin, decided to PEE IN OUR CAR on Christmas Eve and what does blocking then unblocking someone on instagram do?! Could this create some problems?? Lastly, we're sharing our very BEST OF 2022, including our top Album, Song, Movie, Show, Meal, Trip and Podcast! This episode was so much fun and we'll see you all next year!✨

It's another amazing week and on Episode 32 of the Happily Stuck Forever & Always Podcast, Ali is reacting to Cbum's (Chris Bumstead) 2022 Olympia Classic posing routine, you might be surprised at her reaction... Also, Bryan talks about trying to be aesthetic and still into fitness and working out, people shouldn't lie about being on steroids and LiverKing is the king of this lol. Christmas is also this Sunday and Ali convinced Bryan to start wearing slippers, but will he start wearing robes? Only time will tell. Either way, the Christmas spirit is in the air with a little twinge of the Scrooge spirit? Ali has flight anxiety like normal and our trip to Sacramento to visit Bryan's family was fun and interesting. Last but NOT LEAST, Ali's sister is pregnant and Bryan is a twin but he doesn't know if he's identical or fraternal... hmmm should he take a test?!
