Success was supposed to feel like freedom. But for many entrepreneurs, the higher they climb… the more disconnected they quietly become. In this episode of How to Be Happier for Entrepreneurs, Yvonne Trost explores the hidden emotional cost of success, the subconscious patterns that create isolation, and why being surrounded by people doesn't always mean feeling truly seen. If you've ever felt like you have everything you thought you wanted… yet something still feels missing inside… this conversation will help you reconnect to yourself, your truth, and the kind of connection success alone can't create. Matt and Laci take a long look at the 1998 horror-comedy film Bride of Chucky. The Child's Play franchise stands out among the classic horror movie series because it has, from the beginning, largely been stewarded by one man: screenwriter Don Mancini. The show goes through Mancini's inspiration for writing the original 1988 film as a critique on the advertising industry, and the diminishing returns of the two sequels that caused the franchise to go dormant for most of the '90s. Then, the success of Scream led to a revitalization of horror, so Chucky was brought back from the dead, and this time, he'd have a manic gothic dream girl in the form of Tiffany (Jennifer Tilly). The history segment closes with a look at Jennifer Tilly's legacy, and how she had no idea how much playing Tiffany would define her career, or how much love people had for her character and the Chucky franchise. Then, Laci and Matt review Bride of Chucky itself—how well does it serve as a soft reboot of the franchise? Does the humor work? Does it successfully juggle its tones? Can puppets carry a movie on their own? And does something like this even need to try to be scary? What if the life you worked so hard to build… isn't the life you fully get to feel? In this episode of How to Be Happier for Entrepreneurs, we go beyond surface-level success and into the deeper patterns shaping how high performers think, decide, and experience their lives. Because for many entrepreneurs, the challenge isn't building success—it's actually feeling it. Joining us is Chris Prefontaine, a 3-time bestselling author, real estate investor, and founder of Smart Real Estate Coaching. Chris has helped thousands of entrepreneurs create consistent, predictable income through creative real estate strategies—even in uncertain markets. But what makes this conversation different is where it goes beneath the strategy. Together, we explore the internal side of success—the beliefs, pressures, and identity patterns that quietly drive behavior and often keep entrepreneurs stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the very life they've built. In this conversation, you'll hear: The real turning point that shifts an entrepreneur's trajectory What separates sustainable success from burnout How to stay grounded and make clear decisions in uncertain markets The most common limiting belief holding real estate entrepreneurs back How to handle setbacks without losing momentum or confidence Why success sometimes doesn't feel like enough—and what to do about it The first internal shift to make if you're working hard but not seeing results This episode is for anyone who has built something meaningful… but knows there's another level of clarity, fulfillment, and alignment available. Because success doesn't have to come at the cost of how you feel. And the moment you begin to shift what's happening internally… everything externally starts to change. If this conversation resonates, share it with someone who needs it—and when you're ready to experience that shift for yourself, you can book a free session at unlocklimitlessyou.com/free-session. Sometimes the right conversation… at the right time… changes everything. Connect With Chris: https://smartrealestatecoach.com/masterclass Connect With Us:
What if the reason your decisions feel heavy… isn't the decision itself? In this episode, How to Make Clear Decisions When the World Feels Uncertain , we go beyond strategy and into something far more powerful—the state you're making decisions from. Because most entrepreneurs aren't stuck from lack of options… They're stuck because they're trying to decide from noise. You'll be guided through a real, felt experience of what clarity actually is—not something you think your way into, but something you access when your system settles. As your body softens and your mind quiets, decisions that once felt overwhelming begin to feel simple… clean… and obvious. We break down why pressure, urgency, and overthinking distort even the easiest choices—and how to shift out of that state in real time. You'll also learn a practical, repeatable method to: • Step out of mental chaos and into grounded clarity • Simplify decisions without overanalyzing • Use your body as a guide to what's truly aligned • Move forward with confidence—without second-guessing This isn't about having all the answers. It's about accessing a version of you where the next step becomes clear. By the end of this episode, you won't just understand clarity… You'll feel it—and know exactly how to return to it whenever you need it. Because when you change the state you're in… you change the decisions you make. Connect With Us:

What if the reason discipline feels so hard… isn't because you lack it—but because something deeper is off? In this episode of How to Be Happier for Entrepreneurs, Yvonne Trost breaks down a powerful shift that changes how you approach consistency, performance, and success: alignment comes before discipline. Most entrepreneurs pride themselves on being disciplined—until they hit moments where everything feels like a struggle. The default response? Push harder. Add more structure. Try to force consistency. But what if that's the exact thing keeping you stuck? This episode reframes discipline entirely. You'll discover why discipline isn't about willpower or pressure, but about self-respect in action—and how it naturally emerges when your goals, values, and systems are aligned. Through real-world insights and practical application, Yvonne shows you: Why discipline collapses under pressure (and what that actually means) How misalignment silently drains your energy and slows your growth The role of core values as decision-making tools—not just ideas A simple way to identify where you're forcing effort instead of creating flow The true sequence for sustainable success: alignment → clarity → consistency → results If you've ever felt like you're working harder than you should… or questioning why consistency doesn't stick… this episode will help you see what's really going on—and how to shift it. Because when you stop forcing discipline and start building from alignment… everything changes. Connect With Us:
What if the real reason conversations break down in your business… has nothing to do with what you're saying? In this episode of How to Be Happier for Entrepreneurs, Yvonne Trost unpacks the deeper truth behind communication—revealing how most entrepreneurs aren't struggling with skill, but with the unconscious patterns driving their words. Pulled from a powerful live teaching inside the LimitlessYou Tribe, this episode introduces a transformative shift: instead of focusing on what to say, you'll learn how to set the table before any conversation begins—anchoring yourself in intention, core values, and emotional clarity. You'll discover: Why most people listen through past experiences instead of present reality How reactive communication quietly creates disconnection in business and relationships A new way to think about "boundaries" that invites connection instead of blocking it How to lead conversations with intention rather than control, defense, or ego The simple pause that can change how you lead, relate, and show up in every area of life This isn't about scripts or techniques. It's about who you are being when you speak—and how that shapes everything that follows. If you're ready to move from reaction to intention… from tension to clarity… and from unconscious patterns to aligned leadership—this episode will change the way you communicate forever. Because when you change how you communicate, you don't just change your conversations… you change your results. Connect With Us:

You worked hard. You built success. So why doesn't it feel as good as you expected? In this episode of How to Be Happier for Entrepreneurs, Yvonne Trost explores why achievement alone doesn't create happiness — and what actually does. You'll learn: Why success doesn't calm the nervous system How survival-driven ambition keeps fulfillment just out of reach The internal shift that allows presence, ease, and clarity without losing drive This isn't about slowing down or wanting less. It's about learning how to experience your life while you build it. If you've ever thought, "I thought I'd feel different once I got here," this episode is for you. Connect With Us:
You can build a wildly successful business… and still feel exhausted, confused, or stuck in the same relationship patterns you swore you were done with. In this episode of How to Be Happier for Entrepreneurs, we explore the hidden link between your relationships and your leadership — and why the patterns you repeat at home quietly shape your boundaries, burnout, decision-making, and growth at work. This conversation goes far beyond dating advice or surface-level mindset shifts. It dives into nervous system wiring, childhood conditioning, and identity patterns that drive both how you love and how you lead. You'll learn why chemistry isn't always connection, why familiar doesn't mean healthy, and how your attachment style becomes your leadership style. We'll break down the three most common relationship patterns entrepreneurs fall into, why your nervous system chooses familiarity over alignment, and how to make identity shifts that attract love — and partnerships — that actually support your vision. If your success has been outpacing your happiness… If your relationships feel harder than your business… If you're ready to stop building from survival and start building from alignment… This episode will change how you think about love, leadership, and what it truly takes to feel regulated, supported, and fulfilled — in business and in life. Because the right relationships don't distract you from your purpose. They stabilize your nervous system so your vision can expand. Press play and let's begin. Connect With Us:
What if the very feelings you've been running from are not the problem… but the doorway to your freedom? In today's episode, you're about to experience one of the most gentle, profound, and transformational meditations I've ever guided. It's called Softening Into Courage — and it teaches something radically different from what most of us have learned about fear, anxiety, guilt, and emotional discomfort. Instead of fixing, forcing, analyzing, or pushing anything away… you'll learn how to soften. How to walk toward what you've been avoiding. How to meet fear without fighting it — and watch it lose its power. Through an "imaginary monster" exercise and a deeply moving surrender practice, you'll discover how your nervous system already knows how to heal… if you simply give it space. You'll hear real moments of transformation, where guilt turns into pride, fear becomes courage, and long-held tension finally releases. If you've ever felt stuck in your emotions… overwhelmed by guilt… anxious about what you might feel… or exhausted from trying to control your inner world — this meditation may change the way you relate to yourself forever. So find a quiet place. Let your shoulders soften. Open your hands. Because you don't need to be fixed. You just need a little space. And today… you're about to give yourself exactly that. Most entrepreneurs don't struggle because they lack drive, intelligence, or work ethic. They struggle because they were never taught how to set healthy boundaries — and over time, that quietly erodes their peace, their leadership, and their business. In this episode of How to Be Happier for Entrepreneurs, we dive into one of the most misunderstood leadership skills: boundaries that don't feel rigid, cold, or controlling — but actually create clarity, trust, and sustainable growth. You'll learn why so many founders over-function, step in too often, and carry more than their share — and how those patterns often trace back to early roles like being the fixer, the responsible one, or the peacekeeper. We explore how boundary issues show up in business as unclear roles, learned helplessness, and leaders who can't step out of the weeds without anxiety. This conversation reframes boundaries not as conversations or confrontations, but as systems — systems that define ownership, clarify what "done" really means, and create natural consequences without rescuing or micromanaging. When expectations are clear, boundaries stop feeling personal and start feeling professional. If you've ever found yourself saying "I'll just handle it," feeling exhausted by carrying the business on your back, or wishing you could lead with more calm and confidence, this episode will help you see exactly where peace is leaking — and how to rebuild leadership from the inside out. Because happier entrepreneurs don't manage effort. They create clarity that drives outcomes. Connect With Us:

What happens when everything is working… but something feels quietly off at home? This episode speaks to a reality many entrepreneurs live but rarely name. You're building, growing, succeeding — and yet the connection in your closest relationship feels thinner, quieter, less alive than it used to. Not because of conflict. Not because anyone did anything wrong. But because success subtly reshapes how your nervous system, attention, and presence operate. In this deeply grounding conversation, Yvonne Trost explores how entrepreneurship can unintentionally create emotional distance — even in loving, committed partnerships — and what actually restores closeness without sacrificing ambition. You'll learn: Why high performers don't lose love — they lose available attention How emotional distance often shows up as silence, not conflict Why "ambition vs intimacy" is a false choice The specific conversations that rebuild emotional safety and closeness A simple, proven weekly check-in used by high-level couples to prevent drift before resentment forms This isn't about working less, wanting less, or fixing your partner. It's about learning how to stay emotionally reachable while your life expands. If you've ever thought, "Nothing is wrong… so why do I feel disconnected?" — this episode will help you understand what's happening beneath the surface and give you a practical way to come back to each other. Because success doesn't have to take you away from love. With the right awareness, it can actually bring you closer.
What if burnout didn't look like exhaustion at all What if it showed up as disconnection Emotional flatness A quiet sense that you're functioning, but not fully living In this episode of How to Be Happier for Entrepreneurs, Yvonne explores the form of burnout many high performers miss because life still looks good on the outside. You're productive. Capable. Responsible. Yet the spark feels muted and joy feels quieter than it used to. This conversation goes beneath surface-level advice like rest, time off, or slowing down and reveals what's really happening when entrepreneurs feel depleted despite doing all the "right" things. You'll learn why traditional solutions often fall short, how long-term self-disconnection quietly drains energy, and what it actually takes to rebuild your inner world so clarity, aliveness, and joy can return naturally. Yvonne also shares a personal turning point that reshaped how she understands burnout, success, and healing and offers simple, grounded practices that help you reconnect with yourself without force, hustle, or pressure. This episode is for you if you're still succeeding but feel strangely disconnected from your work, your relationships, or yourself and you're ready to feel present, alive, and aligned again. Because burnout isn't a failure It's a signal And listening to it can change everything Connect With Us:

What if the end of something wasn't a failure… but the beginning of finally coming home to yourself? In this deeply personal episode of How to Be Happier for Entrepreneurs, Yvonne Trost, Chief Happiness Officer at LimitlessYou, invites you into one of the most transformative seasons of her life — the moment she chose truth over appearance, freedom over fear, and real love over self-betrayal. Through raw honesty and grounded wisdom, Yvonne shares how her divorce became the doorway to rediscovering her worth, peace, and power. You'll learn how to move through guilt, grief, and uncertainty with grace — and how choosing yourself isn't selfish, it's sacred. This isn't just about ending a marriage. It's about ending self-abandonment. It's about remembering who you are and rebuilding a life that feels aligned, authentic, and alive. So take a deep breath, open your heart, and join Yvonne as she shows you how every ending can become the start of your most beautiful beginning — the one where you fall in love with you. What if your value had nothing to do with how much you accomplish? In this powerful episode, entrepreneur and speaker Arias Websterberry opens up about the limiting belief that kept him in a constant cycle of hustle and burnout — and the freedom that came when he finally learned to value his being over his doing. Arias reveals how his identity had been built around achievement and productivity, and how untangling his self-worth from business performance completely transformed his happiness, relationships, and results. His story is a roadmap for every entrepreneur who's ever equated success with sacrifice or confused movement with meaning. By the end of this conversation, you'll feel inspired to pause, breathe, and remember that you are already enough — not because of what you've done, but because of who you are. From his humble beginnings in Orange Mound, Memphis, to becoming a renowned pastor, author, entrepreneur, and founder of Harvest Bible College, Bishop Foreman's journey is a living testament to what's possible when faith meets action. In this powerful conversation, we dive into how to transform struggle into strategy, why self-mastery is the key to freedom, and how to break the generational cycles that keep you playing small. Whether you're an entrepreneur, leader, or someone seeking renewal, this episode will remind you that your past can't hold you hostage—and your purpose is far bigger than your pain. ✨ Change your thinking, change your life. What if you could unlock 33% more impact — without working harder — simply by aligning the space around you with who you truly are? In this episode, Yvonne talks with Marie Diamond, globally renowned teacher from The Secret and one of the world's leading experts on how our environments shape our thoughts, feelings, and results. Once held back by the belief that she was “too small to make a big impact,” Marie discovered that our outer world often mirrors our inner world — and that small, intentional changes can create extraordinary results. You'll learn how to read the hidden messages in your environment, how to make your surroundings work for you, and how to let what's outside reflect the powerful human you were created to be. If you're ready to stop pushing and start unlocking your built-in potential, this conversation is where it begins. Connect with Marie Diamond: Website: https://www.mariediamond.com/ Connect With Us:

Through science, self-inquiry, and a fierce commitment to healing, George uncovered the root causes of his addiction and began to rewire his brain—quite literally—for freedom.
