Today I jump right into a reminder of some of the IRS whistleblower testimony and how it runs contrary to every Joe Biden denial about having business knowledge with Hunter Biden. While the Legacy/mainstream media shows zero interest in doing anything close to journalistic ethics, Hunter's former business partner, Devon Archer, is set to give testimony this week. Remember how the media took the unsubstantiated Steele Dossier and ran with it like it was Gospel? If you don't I bring your a short two-minute super-cut of how they were ALL-IN on it's veracity and never once thought to question it. Now, with the unredacted FBI 1023 form released by Senator Chuck Grassley, detailing with great specificity the bribes paid to the Biden family by the CEO of Burisma Holdings in Ukraine, you'd think it might warrant a segment or two on the national news. Well, you'd be mistaken. In fact, the most I could find was a dismissal from CNN basically saying Senator Grassley put a source at risk over nothing more than a “long debunked” story. Oh? Who debunked it? And how long ago? And what evidence was given to show it was debunked? The GOP showed early on that the Steele Dossier was bought and paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the DNC, but they still believed it to be true. So, what did the FBI present to prove their decade long confidential human source was a liar and untrustworthy? Why keep someone on the payroll, greater than six figures, if he wasn't reliable? You would think those would be the questions asked over the weekend. They weren't. That's why I keep telling you it's no longer worth watching any of the Legacy/mainstream media. Onto the Censorship hearings! I can't make this up. Debbie Wassermann Schultz (D-FL) literally opened the censorship hearing with a call to censor Robert F. Kenney, Jr. When that failed, she still tried to conflate nonsense to make it look like he is an antisemite and a spreader of anti-Asian hate. All of that came from him citing a study, funded by the NIH and published on their website. Thankfully, Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) had the very study to read into the record. Later, Rep. Linda Sanchez (D-CA) and Rep. Gerry Connolly (D-VA) tried a different tact. To them, our rights are not unlimited and they are justified in taking down information they deem to be incorrect. Here's what Nick Reed covers this hour: Burisma Holdings founder Mykola Zlochevsky, who allegedly paid a total of $10 million in bribes to Joe and Hunter Biden in 2015 and 2016 in exchange for then-Vice President Joe Biden's assistance in getting Ukrainian prosecutor Viktor Shokin fired, is believed to be an asset of Russia's Foreign Intelligence Service by the United States intelligence community. Back in 2019, as Congress was getting ready to impeach Trump for the first time, Viktor Shokin, who formerly served as Ukraine's top prosecutor, told OAN that he had been investigating the money laundering activities of Hunter Biden regarding his holdings in the company Burisma. In the interview, Shokin alleges that he was forced to end his investigation of Hunter by the then-president of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, who said that then-VP Biden was threatening to withhold aid to Ukraine unless the investigation ended. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) took to the Senate floor on Monday afternoon to speak to his colleagues and the American people about the latest revelations about allegations that then-Vice President Joe Biden engaged in a criminal bribery scheme with a foreign national — accusations detailed in a FD-1023 report in the FBI's possession.

The FBI document detailing the agency's investigation into a bribery scheme involving Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and a Ukrainian energy company was finally delivered to Rep. In this episode, the history of Hunter Biden, appointed senior MBNA vice president (two years out of law school), to a gift of a 2.8 carat diamond from a Chinese energy tycoon, to Burisma Holdings.... these are just the beginnings.

In today's episode, we look at 12 specific and documented instances where Joe Biden had knowledge of or interactions with Hunter Biden's business associates or dealings. While President Joe Biden, Press Secretary Jen Psaki and much of the mainstream media continue to work on convincing us there was no shared information, it's just impossible to believe. Some of those interactions occurred when Joe Biden was asked to write letters of recommendation on behalf of a Chinese partner to help them get into American universities. That same partner, Jonathan Li, also met Joe Biden and Hunter when they flew on Air Force Two to China. It's remarkable that Joe Biden says he never met any of Hunter's associates, isn't it. What about when Hunter Biden said his dad cautioned him about joining the Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings for $83,333 a month? He said Joe Biden said, “I hope you know what you are doing,” to which Hunter replied, “I hope so.” Yet, Joe was unaware of any of Hunter's business dealings. Multiple photographs show Joe and Hunter Biden with several of Hunter's business associates and partners over the years, including those from China, Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. Are we to believe Joe Biden never inquired about who those people were and why they were playing golf, eating dinner or shaking hands? Seems a bit of a stretch, doesn't it? Then there is Hunter's former partner, Tony Bobulinski who revealed he spoke directly to Joe Biden in May of 2017 when he was introduced by Hunter. Bobulinski was described by Hunter as, “the one who's helping us with the business we're doing with the Chinese.” So, while Joe Biden is trying to convince you he never met any of Hunter's business partners, Bobulinski specifically recalls being told by Joe Biden, “Keep and eye on my son and brother and look out for my family.” Maybe Joe was worried, being “The Big Guy” that he wasn't going to get his 10% share of the deal with CEFC China Energy. We learned that Hunter wanted keys made for him, Joe, Jill and James Biden for a shared office that Press Secretary Jen Psaki denied vehemently when asked. She twice said that Hunter Biden and Joe Biden were never office mates. I guess Hunter was asking for keys for those people in his family just in case they wanted one? Finally, in an email to the son of Mexican billionaire Miguel Aleman Velasco, Hunter laments he hadn't received any reciprocal business favors saying, “I have brought every single person you have ever asked mt to bring to the F'ing White House and the Vice President's house and the inauguration.” Hunter Biden was obviously peddling access to his father and no matter how hard Joe Biden tries to deny it, with the help of the willing legacy media, there are too many emails, documents, photographs and personal accounts to overcome. It turns out that a DOJ investigation into the president’s son is more extensive than originally thought to be. Elie Honig, a legal analyst for CNN, said Wednesday that it appears that the federal investigation into Hunter’s overseas business dealings is “gaining steam.” It’s not just CNN though… The Washington Post joined the New York Times in confirming that thousands of emails on Hunter’s laptop computer are legit. The very material that was first reported in October 2020 by the New York Post, and immediately dismissed as Russian disinformation by Democrats and their friends in the media is now being confirmed a year and a half later, long after the November 2020 presidential election. Senator Charles Grassley began an investigation into Hunter’s slimy business dealings overseas in 2019. In September 2020, Senator Grassley and Senator Ron Johnson released tentative findings in a report on what the investigation uncovered. This week the two senators went to the Senate floor and delivered speeches on the long-ignored report. They brought receipts, too. Their initial speeches this week mostly dealt with “troubling financial entanglements” between Hunter Biden and the Chinese government. Johnson called the media black-out on the report a classic media cover-up. The two senators concentrated mostly on Hunter’s ties to CEFC, a state-controlled Chinese energy company. They found deals and contracts worth millions of dollars intertwined since 2017 when Joe Biden left office. Other emails concerning the Ukrainian energy company, Burisma Holdings, have been verified, too. Hunter was paid up to $83,333 a month, or $1M a year for a seat on its board, though Hunter has no experience in the energy industry and no known expertise in the country of Ukraine. It turns out that a DOJ investigation into the president’s son is more extensive than originally thought to be. Elie Honig, a legal analyst for CNN, said Wednesday that it appears that the federal investigation into Hunter’s overseas business dealings is “gaining steam.” It’s not just CNN though… The Washington Post joined the New York Times in confirming that thousands of emails on Hunter’s laptop computer are legit. The very material that was first reported in October 2020 by the New York Post, and immediately dismissed as Russian disinformation by Democrats and their friends in the media is now being confirmed a year and a half later, long after the November 2020 presidential election. Senator Charles Grassley began an investigation into Hunter’s slimy business dealings overseas in 2019. In September 2020, Senator Grassley and Senator Ron Johnson released tentative findings in a report on what the investigation uncovered. This week the two senators went to the Senate floor and delivered speeches on the long-ignored report. They brought receipts, too. Their initial speeches this week mostly dealt with “troubling financial entanglements” between Hunter Biden and the Chinese government. Johnson called the media black-out on the report a classic media cover-up. The two senators concentrated mostly on Hunter’s ties to CEFC, a state-controlled Chinese energy company. They found deals and contracts worth millions of dollars intertwined since 2017 when Joe Biden left office. Other emails concerning the Ukrainian energy company, Burisma Holdings, have been verified, too. Hunter was paid up to $83,333 a month, or $1M a year for a seat on its board, though Hunter has no experience in the energy industry and no known expertise in the country of Ukraine. Perhaps the most explosive revelation was that the U.S. Treasury Department flagged payments collected overseas by Hunter Biden and business partner Devon Archer for possible illicit activities. The so-called Suspicious Activity Reports flagged millions of dollars in transactions from the Ukrainian gas company Burisma Holdings, a Russian oligarch named Yelena Baturina, and Chinese businessmen with ties to Beijing's communist government, the report said. Senate investigators have yet to determine if the FBI or others investigated the concerns. As a result, we lost Nick Weaver's audio for about half the program, including a hammer and tongs debate over Apple's fight with the FBI. (But never fear, opportunities for that fight come by about as often as the Red Line comes to Dupont Circle.) That said, it's still a feisty episode. It begins with Michael Vatis teeing off on the California Consumer Privacy Act, the worst-drafted law he's worked with in over 30 years of practice—and not much better on policy grounds.
