The intent seems to be a return to the Monroe Doctrine by increasing the United States military presence in the Western Hemisphere, taking on the drug cartels, enhancing border security, making trade deals that are better for the United States, and enhancing American energy production. That’s not the worst high-level take on the NSS, but a look at the actual document is illustrative. The NSS states as its purpose: To ensure that America remains the world's strongest, richest, most powerful, and most successful country for decades to come, our country needs a coherent, focused strategy for how we interact with the world. And to get that right, all Americans need to know what, exactly, it is we are trying to do and why. A “strategy” is a concrete, realistic plan that explains the essential connection between ends and means: it begins from an accurate assessment of what is desired and what tools are available, or can realistically be created, to achieve the desired outcomes. A strategy must evaluate, sort, and prioritize. Not every country, region, issue, or cause—however worthy—can be the focus of American strategy. The purpose of  foreign policy is the protection of core national interests; that is the sole focus of this strategy. One of the more interesting (but not surprising) pieces of this NSS is the overt and robust return to the Monroe Doctrine, an early 19th-century policy intended to restrict further European colonization of the Western Hemisphere and to ensure American dominance in that region. Republican leadership planned Thursday to kick-off the procedural process to confirm 88 of President Donald Trump's nominees in a bloc vote, but were initially thwarted by Democratic Colorado Sen. Michael Bennet, who challenged the package for violating Senate rules. Perhaps he wants to turn his attention to other wars and potential wars or maybe he feels bad about campaigning that he could end the Ukraine war in 24 hours with just a few phone calls. I will be telling you what I propose the U.S. do in Ukraine and the Middle East but before we get to that listen to this important information. I am currently in the last month of my 46-year legal career which ends with the end of December. I still find it hard to say the word retirement but I guess that's what is happening to me. The profession of law has been great for me over the years. I worked hard to respect the profession and it returned the affection, but it doesn't give its favors, one has to earn them. The law allowed me the opportunity to earn a good life and I am very grateful for that. No top-down collectivized system told me what my life would be, instead I was free to chart my own course and achieve all that my ability could achieve. Having said all that, this is a very stressful and very busy month for me so this will be the last Castle Report for this year. I will join you again on the first Friday in January God willing. I plan to continue telling you each week what is wrong with the world and what I think the solutions should be. The President of the United States has proposed a 28-point plan to end the Ukraine war so let's take a look at that plan and compare it to what my version of a peace plan would look like. President Trump promised he would end the war 24 hours after he was elected. That was a little unrealistic as time has confirmed, but nevertheless it could have ended rather quickly. War means intervention by the United States and the best antidote to intervention is obviously non-intervention. No threats, no sanctions no weapons, no intelligence, no coordination, no missiles fired deep into Russia, and no need for elaborate peace plans. The real fix is much simpler than all that, just come home and mind your own business which is $38 trillion of debt. The President must know that intervention by the U.S. started the whole thing and this plan, though well meaning, is just more of that intervention. The U.S. has had its hands in this mess from the get-go and any plan has to consider that. The Orange Revolution in the early 2000s began it and the Maidan Revolution in 2014 completed the process from which conflict the U.S. apparently thought would result in a NATO military presence on the very border of Russia. Unless we come to understand the origin of this conflict it's hard to see how we can help resolve it. The two so-called revolutions that I mentioned were attempts to manipulate Ukraine into a hostile relationship with Russia from which Ukraine had no possibility of victory even with U.S. and NATO help. Looking back at the 2014 coup we see two U.S. senators John McCain and Lindsey Graham actually present in the capital of Ukraine demanding publicly that the people of that country overthrow their duly elected government and replace it with one more favorably inclined toward the U.S. Victoria Nuland, the State Department spokesperson for many presidents, including Joe Biden, was caught on one of those open mic telephone calls planning who would run the post-coup government. She took cookies to the protesters and bragged that we achieved it all with only $5 billion. So, as a result of this intervention, the U.S. is left trying to manage a problem that it created in the first place. Hundreds of thousands of dead and hundreds of billions of U.S. money expended and apparently all for nothing. No, actually it was not a war for nothing, so what was it for. A recent report tells us at least the main purpose. While the U.S. is $38 trillion in debt and Europe is trying to manage its decline under the weight of spiraling crime, collapsing birth rates and demographic destruction some in Europe and the U.S. are doing quite well. The global arms industry without which the bloody struggles in Ukraine and the Middle East would not be possible are enjoying record profits. The world's biggest weapons manufacturers posted an all-time record $679 billion in revenue in 2024. The globalists and neo-cons or whatever you choose to call them live to fuel these companies and make them happy. A report from the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) reports what we already knew and that is that while the middle classes and poor are decaying rapidly, arms makers are thriving as never before. The U.S. companies lead the world of course with 39 companies making $334 billion. European companies are working hard to keep up the 26 largest enjoyed a 13 Percent increase in sales. Sweden's powerful Saab led the way with a 24 percent jump in profits. One other company, a Czech based company, though smaller than Saab was given the lead in feeding the Ukraine meat grinder and its revenue increased 200 percent. Israel didn't want to lose out so its companies which send weapons to conflicts all over the world increased profits by 16 percent. The SIPRI Report concludes that the arms giants are “capitalizing” on high demand. Therefore, they and the politicians they bribe have zero incentive to make peace. In World War two the situation was different because literally everyone including the President of the U.S. had sons or other relatives in the conflict but now the cannon fodder role is left for others. Russia's situation has seemed dire politically and economically at times, but not for Russian arms makers. Combined, their increase in 2024 was 23 percent. One might reasonably conclude that this whole war thing taken in its entirety is a conspiracy to destroy as many people as possible in order to make record profits. The people of the West may fear walking the streets of their cities but they never have to fear for the health of their “defense firms” because they are on the job. For the first time ever, several Middle East companies have cracked the top 100. The deal is so sweet everyone gets in on it. These companies anxiously search the world for rare earth metals to keep the killing going as long as possible. Could that have anything to do with all the talk and deal making about the Chinese controlling the rare earth market. Back in the Middle East Dubai's Edge Group made $4.7 billion much of it through drone and missile technology which they sell worldwide. For the first time Turkey's defense sector took in $31 billion combined. So, when we discuss peace and whether this or that plan will work we have to keep in mind that war is by far the most profitable racket on earth and the global elites who pontificate about climate change and moral values are the same ones who profit from the bloodshed. We should at least mention Just a few of the points in the President's 28-point plan. 1. Ukraine's sovereignty will be confirmed. 2. A full and comprehensive non-aggression agreement will be concluded between Russia, Ukraine, and Europe and all “ambiguities” of the past 30 years are hereby resolved. 5. Ukraine will receive “reliable” security guarantees. 7. Ukraine agrees to enshrine in its constitution that it will not join Nato and Nato agrees to include language in its charter that it will not accept Ukraine as a member. 8. Nato agrees to not deploy troops in Ukraine. 10. The U.S. will receive “compensation” for its guarantee. If Ukraine invades Russia it will lose the guarantee. If Russia invades Ukraine there will be a decisive, coordinated military response and all sanctions will be reimposed. If Ukraine, without cause, launches a missile at Moscow, the security guarantee will be dissolved. 11, Ukraine retains the right to EU membership. 12. A global package for the reconstruction of Ukraine will be prepared. The World Bank will develop the funds for this effort. 13. Russia will be reintegrated into the global economy. Sanctions will be gradually lifted. 17. The U.S. and Russia will reimpose arms control treaties including Start-1. 21. Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk will be recognized, including by the U.S., as Russian. 24. A humanitarian committee will be established to resolve humanitarian issues including exchange of all prisoners and bodies. 25. Ukraine will hold elections 100 days after the treaty is signed. 28. After the agreement is signed a ceasefire will immediately go into effect and all parties will withdraw to agreed upon lines. So, one thing that comes immediately to mind is that there are a lot of ambiguous terms in the agreement that will have to be defined and resolved. Right now, nobody seems to like it. Warhawk, Lindsey Graham hates it so it has that going for it. Zelensky hates it because there are a few Ukrainian people still alive and there are more profits to be made if he could just persuade Trump to give him more money. Russia seems at least willing to talk about implementation so despite the fact that it is perhaps not the best solution it is a solution so I pray that it works. Finally, folks, I pray that the U.S. will not bend to the will of Netanyahu and Zelensky, and their lobbyists in the U.S.. Come home close down much of the wasteful foreign “defense” spending. Mind our own business, reduce the deficit and defend America and its people. That's my peace plan.                                      REVOLUTION!                           Phase One - Trump/Zelensky                The Black Spy Podcast, Season 19, Episode 0004   The Trump/Zelensky debacle in the Oval Office, showed as clearly, as did the Vietnam or Afghanistan end of US engagement optics did, that the United states has ended its adventure in the Ukraine. However, in addition to just this sign that an incoming President wanted to divest himself of a losing, frankly unwinnable war, President Trump is showing a true revolutionary zeal to change the whole US military, industrial and congressional complex. Now transactional business and not secret intelligence driven covert and overt warfare is no longer the preferred model to retain US world-wide hegemony. At least not with a military pier equivalent nation. Russia's "Special Military Operation" in Ukraine, initiated in February 2022, has been framed by the Kremlin as a response to various historical and geopolitical factors. One narrative emphasizes the presence of far-right elements in Ukraine, drawing connections to nationalist groups active during World War II. However, although most western experts reject the portrayal of Ukraine as a neo-Nazi state, noting that while far-right groups exist, they do not hold significant influence in the government or military, they nevertheless have little to say about such far right units killing 14,000 Russian heritaged Ukrainian civilian citizens since 2016. In the early stages of the Cold War, Western intelligence agencies, including the CIA and MI6, reportedly collaborated with former Ukrainian nationalist fighters to undermine Soviet authority. These covert operations aimed to exploit anti-Soviet sentiments. This lasted 10 years and saw the reported death of up to a 100,000 Soviet Citizens. In the end though, it has been stated by the west, that this had limited long-term impact. The 2014 Maidan uprising, which led to the ousting of Ukraine's pro-Russian president, is viewed by Russia as a Western-backed coup that shifted Ukraine towards Euro-Atlantic integration. This assertion is backed up by Sigint in which, Victoria Nuland, the officer in charge of Eastern Europe in the US State Department discussing which Ukrainian's leaders should or shouldn't rule the country with the American Ambassador to the Ukraine The recording ends with Nuland saying she'll have president Biden slap the person they chose to lead Ukraine on the back when they take power! NATO's eastward expansion since 1991 has been perceived by Russia as a direct threat to its security interests. Despite assurances in the 1990s about limiting NATO's growth, to not one inch outside of the then East Germany, the alliance has incorporated several Eastern European countries, heightening tensions, as it attempted to incorporate the Ukraine. The Minsk agreements, brokered by Germany and France, aimed to cease hostilities in Eastern Ukraine. Critics argue that, rather than fostering peace, these accords allowed Ukraine to strengthen its military capabilities, which was confirmed by both the German Chancellor Merkel and French President Holland after they left office. This act intensifying conflicts in regions with significant Russian-speaking populations, such as Donbas and Crimea. In summary, President Trump appeared to validate everything that Russia has hitherto stated is its reason for military actions in Ukraine. The Oval Office statements of President Trump and administration seemed to agree with the justification previously articulated by the Kremlin through a complex interplay of historical grievances, security concerns over NATO's expansion, and perceptions of Western interference in Ukraine's political trajectory meaning their is now little dispute between the US' causes for war and Russia's. As Trump continually states, there would have been no war if he were president! Edition No106 | 06-03-2025 - It is a move that Victoria Nuland could not have dreamed of in her wildest and most expansive fantasies, that the US could have enough raw power and influence, and the twisted will to deploy those, to effect regime change in Ukraine. But it seems that this is the plan. But this time it is not being done in the name of stability or democracy, but to directly benefit Vladimir Putin, one of the worst dictators seen in recent history, who is directly conflict in the needless deaths of hundreds of thousands of his own people, never mind all of Ukraine's losses. Let's set the background. We are all familiar with the ambush in the oval office, and the orchestrated humiliated of Zelenskyy in the full glare of the world's media. What some people have been paying less attention to is the constant repetition of Russian talking points, not only by Trump and Vance, but also by Tulsi Gabbard, Cash Patel, Rubio and many others. “Peace is not Zelenskyy's priority”, Gabbard says. “President Zelenskyy has different aims in mind.” What dark lies she is hinting at, we can only guess. The Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard sharply criticized Zelenskyy's leadership of his country. Of course, they always position President Donald Trump as “working to end Russia's war”, but all the evidence of his actions suggest that all his efforts are focused on helping Russia to gain advantage on the battlefields and in the so-called negotiations. “President Trump is committed to peace and to freedom,” Gabbard told Shannon Bream on “Fox News Sunday.” “We're seeing this big divergence here between his position, his commitment to these values and the interests of the American people and the interests of President Zelenskyy and these European leaders.” Black is white. The road to the TRUMPIAN revolution (Part 2) The Black Spy Podcast, Season 19, Episode 0003   Russia's "Special Military Operation" in Ukraine, initiated in February 2022, has been framed by the Kremlin as a response to various historical and geopolitical factors. One narrative emphasizes the presence of far-right elements in Ukraine, drawing connections to nationalist groups active during World War II. However, although most western experts reject the portrayal of Ukraine as a neo-Nazi state, noting that while far-right groups exist, they do not hold significant influence in the government or military, they nevertheless have little to say about such far right units killing 14,000 Russian heritaged Ukrainian civilian citizens since 2016. In the early stages of the Cold War, Western intelligence agencies, including the CIA and MI6, reportedly collaborated with former Ukrainian nationalist fighters to undermine Soviet authority. These covert operations aimed to exploit anti-Soviet sentiments. This lasted 10 years and saw the reported death of up to a 100,000 Soviet Citizens. In the end though, it has been stated by the west, that this had limited long-term impact. The 2014 Maidan uprising, which led to the ousting of Ukraine's pro-Russian president, is viewed by Russia as a Western-backed coup that shifted Ukraine towards Euro-Atlantic integration. This assertion is backed up by Sigint in which, Victoria Nuland, the officer in charge of Eastern Europe in the US State Department discussing which Ukrainian's leaders should or shouldn't rule the country with the American Ambassador to the Ukraine The recording ends with Nuland saying she'll have president Biden slap the person they chose to lead Ukraine on the back when they take power! NATO's eastward expansion since 1991 has been perceived by Russia as a direct threat to its security interests. Despite assurances in the 1990s about limiting NATO's growth, to not one inch outside of the then East Germany, the alliance has incorporated several Eastern European countries, heightening tensions, as it attempted to incorporate the Ukraine. The Minsk agreements, brokered by Germany and France, aimed to cease hostilities in Eastern Ukraine. Critics argue that, rather than fostering peace, these accords allowed Ukraine to strengthen its military capabilities, which was confirmed by both the German Chancellor Merkel and French President Holland after they left office. This act intensifying conflicts in regions with significant Russian-speaking populations, such as Donbas and Crimea. In summary, Russia's military actions in Ukraine are justified by the Kremlin through a complex interplay of historical grievances, security concerns over NATO's expansion, and perceptions of Western interference in Ukraine's political trajectory. However, many of these justifications have been contested by Western leaders, officials and the western mainstream mass media albeit now, President Trump is accepting that all of Russia's grievances are indeed TRUE! Today's show opens with back-to-back examples of how the Left and their willing accomplices in the Legacy/mainstream media still haven't learned anything after the 2024 Presidential election cycle. We first start with ABC's Martha Raddatz trying to find “gotcha” moments with Border Czar Tom Homan. Then we spend a lot time watching a Democrat operative the form of Margaret Brennan of CBS being taken behind the woodshed time after time by VP JD Vance. Along the way we discuss the millions of taxpayer dollars that flowed into “migrant” NGO's that only made the crisis worse, we learn Joe Biden pardoned a Drug Lord who had and 8 year old boy and his mother killed to prevent them from testifying against him and FEMA has been derelict in their “aid” to Americans. It turns out, most of the aid, thus far, has come from the private sector and churches. Only just now, after Trump has been in office for a week, has the Army Corps of Engineers been seen and things are starting to move in the right direction. While the Left thinks they have a winning issue, demonizing the Trump plan to deport the illegals, CNN has to admit that voters favor his plan by +22. Back in 2017, they favored Democrats by +11. That's a 33 point swing in favor of how Trump is keeping his promises. The X account Cynical Publius helps illustrate how the bureaucracy is used to working and how it's working under Trump. We use the less than 60 minute window of the Colombian president refusing to repatriate their own citizens, to Trump threatening massive tariffs and penalties, to Colombia's leader doing an immediate about face. We then read a memo from a Federal employee giving a mini-manifesto on how to resist the Trump agenda. I point out that anyone who jumped on the story, condemning Trump, was demonstrating they are part of the anti-America First agenda. The leader of this movement was Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) whose tweet soured faster than a bottle of milk left in the car in July in Georgia. Equally disgusting was a tweet from Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) who referred to the president as “the orange man,” in complaining how he fired several non-performing IG's. Funny, how the Left didn't mind when Obama did the same thing when he was first sworn into office. As we wind down, there is rumor of an FBI/DOJ investigation into where billions of Ukraine dollars went and that Victoria Nuland may be at the center of it, Kristi Noem was overwhelmingly confirmed as Secretary to DHS, Trump tells a hysterical story about how Sleepy Joe never took phone calls and we finish with a great monologue from Stephen A. On Veteran's Day, we remember the World War I, the War to End All Wars. For an excellent read on this topic, read A World Undone by BJ Meyer. In this episode, I reflect on Veterans Day and the historical significance of World War I, drawing parallels to the current Ukraine war. In particular, I explore the question: is Ukraine War more like the events following the Sarajevo Crisis of 1914 or the Munich Crisis of 1938? I argue the former. In my view, the current geopolitical landscape resembles the prelude to World War I more than World War II, emphasizing the dangers of miscalculation and the aggressive posturing of smaller states backed by larger powers. RockneCast know that I have been beating this drum for quite some time now, but for good reason. Our leaders have cited the Munich Crisis as a reason to risk war with Russia. It's precisely the wrong lesson and nearly led us to WWIII. Let's hope that our future leaders remember both the lessons of WWI and WWII. Unfortunately, leaders like Anthony Blinken, John Bolton, and Victoria Nuland have demonstrated a level of ignorance that would make a history undergraduate blush and nearly resulted in world ending catastrophe.

I will be talking primarily about the wars currently ongoing on the border of Russia and Ukraine as well as the wars in the Middle East between Israel and other countries and various terrorist groups all supported and supplied by the various state enemies of Israel. The question for this Report is, do these wars have anything to do with our national interests and if not  why are we fighting them and why are we even involved in them. Next week I will be involved in some personal issues near week's end and so I will not be with you next Friday. This is, therefore, my pre-election Castle Report but God willing I will join you again on Friday the 8th of November. I suppose Ron Paul had the best line I've heard about the US commitment to fighting wars that have nothing much to do with American interests. “When you take on the role of the world's policeman, don't be surprised when countries who cannot fight their own wars call 911.” Yes indeed, that is what is happening now and it continues to threaten America and the future of our people by bankrupting them, by abusing and stealing their labor, and by threatening to drag them into another World War. I read the other day that President Biden is concerned that he will be leaving office without having established a foreign policy legacy. I strongly disagree with that concept and with President Biden if that is indeed his concern. He has a foreign policy legacy. It's one of expending American blood and treasure in wars that do nothing for America except advance the cause and careers of neocons and line the pockets of defense contractors. I don't want to forget the satanic goals of the world's globalists because his legacy certainly helps their cause of world depopulation and global government. It seems right now that Ukraine is on the verge of losing its war with Russia that started as a US led and inspired coup in 2014. By the way, I noticed that the author of that coup, Victoria Nuland, a woman who has served each administration for 30 years, just retired. I supposed she was able to see the end of her dream of continuous never-ending war perhaps ending after the US election but who knows why she is stepping down from such a glorious stage. A few days ago, the president of Ukraine, Mr. Zelensky, came to the United States to campaign for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz. He also used the trip to demand more money and more weapons from the American taxpayers. His real reason for coming was to present his victory plan to American politicians. His plan is delusional in its demands which if agreed to would have immediate catastrophic effects for the United States and Europe. He wants immediate NATO membership for Ukraine which would of course plunge NATO, including the United States, into the quagmire. He wants NATO defensive strikes against incoming Russian missile attacks as well as permission to use US and NATO long range missiles for attacks into Russia including Moscow and St. Petersburg. His real intent is obvious and that is to draw the US and NATO into his war since he is down to the proverbial last Ukrainian. Step up he says, step up and fight the country with the world's most nuclear weapons. Step up and join in a nuclear conflict that is completely unrelated to you.  Mr. Zelensky also gave information to the Washington Post that North Korean troops are training inside Russia for deployment to the front lin...
