This is an Energy Clearing/Psychic Surgery Meditation to clear out our energy fields from the gunk and debris of the external world. With the loving energy of multi-dimensional beings (Arcturians), we allow in silvery blue/gray light to suck out what doesn't belong, and allow the tears and rips in our aura to be sewn up, as well as our wounds to be healed instantaneously. Warming red and white light flows in to heal us and to seal us up. I hope this is helpful in some way. P.S. A wonderful way to learn how to guide meditations like this for others to help them clear and align their energy, as your livelihood, is in the Intuitive Guide Certificate Program coming up in March... check it out at https://soulfulworkconsulting.com/soulful-work-method-certification-program/ ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. In this meditation, we shed the layers of the human condition to remember that we are Divine beings. We come into the remembrance that we are one with Source, with God. When we say "I Am" we remember that we are that love of the Creator. The core of this light is unconditional love that we invite in ourselves that can spill out into the collective. By receiving and sending out reverberations of the frequency of love as waves, like that of the Source of All That Is, we allow ourselves to receive love and we send out ripples of love to all sentient beings in the planet. This is so important to help move humans into higher states of consciousness! ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. This is a meditation on Inner Light for the Earth. In order to integrate all the light that we are being flooded with, we have to allow the dense energies (in the form of old beliefs or traumas) in our bodies to surface so they can be transmuted and cleared, making space for all the light. With the help of angelic energy, this meditation brings in light, and creates a circular flow between each person listening, and with Gaia (the Earth) for mutual/collective healing as we move through the ascension gateway into 5D consciousness. (Angels help shift energy for us, and support us in our own inner growth so we can move forward in ways that we seek.) ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. The light of Source lies in the space between our thoughts. When we can take time for stillness, we find flow within the peace that is there. It's hard to put words to describe this, as you know… it's more of a feeling. This short Connecting with Source meditation will help you feel that light within yourself and the awareness that it's all around, in every snowflake (sacred geometry), in the ripples of water (vibrations), in shells (Fibonacci's spiral). The more we take the time to tap into the energy and light of Source/Creator/God, the more that feeling of oneness and flow will permeate what we do, think, say, be. And it will help shift the energy around us and other people too. Little by little. We are learning (remembering, really) to be this light. ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. Quotes from this episode: "What is your intention for showing up on your mat or for any activity you're doing and just do that inquiry. And if it's based in any kind of guilt or shame or obsession, it's important to get support around that because that's never gonna lead us anywhere helpful in our lives." "I see yoga as a pathway to that self connection. It's not a straight line and it doesn't always feel good and it's not always easy... I see this as a part of the journey." "It's not your scope of practice to have to know people's trauma or to know if people have an eating disorder or whatever their diagnoses are,... but we can take responsibility for our language."

It can take time to clear Ego-based negative thoughts and beliefs, but it can be done. It's all about creating the expansive feeling and living in that feeling now! This is a meditation to identify, process and release anger with the energy of the Divine goddess Kali. With her blue light, we tunnel into the emotion and uncover its layers. We begin to help the core center (often the inner child) heal. When we think of someone who is angry, we think of someone who is out of control, who we need to be afraid of.. to protect ourselves from. It's someone we may worry is not safe. But that is often uncontrolled anger. What I'm talking about is simmering anger. In the past few years, many of us have experienced these sorts of emotions ranging from outright, inner rage to a mild, general irritation. How do we move on from anger and sadness? All of these emotions can lead to overwhelm, lashing out at others, internalizing or a sense of paralysis. Thankfully there are ways to cope. The energy of Divine Feminine goddesses like Kali can help.. Since we are building our new reality as a human collective without any cohesive leadership, we are left to manage this on our own, supporting each other as soul friends. Yet, the real healing and the real answers lie from going within, from looking at our patterns, at the parts that are just stories created by social conditioning and trauma and that aren't helping us anymore. This is difficult to do, and most people just don't do it. We are being asked to go deep within to heal. No one else is going to save us or do the work for us. As for me and the anger, I have various ways I have coped with it. I have written about it, talked about it, and I have been known to scream in the middle of the woods at times. I also exercise regularly, which helps a lot. I go into my Akashic Records to understand where they are coming from, at the source in past lives and in childhood. I am also learning to accept the anger and the sadness, and to let them be. They have information for me, and that information is valuable. Eventually, as I listen to these feelings, they start to fade away, as their services are no longer required. Still, the best way to move through and on from these emotions is to tap into your own intuition to guide you. Through meditation comes answers. Prayer is asking… meditation is listening. In the meantime, give yourself permission to FEEL. Allow the emotions to be expressed. You don't have to let everyone know what's going on, but a few trusted people can be there to support you. You are safe. You can do this! ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. I had an interesting experience a while back of being guided by an archangel into different dimensions filled with light. I was told it was an attunement to higher states of vibrational consciousness. In this meditation, we are guided to similarly receive an activation from light beings and friends in higher dimensions. ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves through this massive, planetary shift in consciousness. Many people deal with physical pain on a regular basis. It can be hard to function when one's body is feeling such discomfort. The good news is that something can be done about this. It starts with learning about aligning the mind to help heal the body, through positive visualization, stress reduction through meditation, addressing anxiety or depression with coping strategies, and removing negative thoughts/associations/beliefs that have been received by the body and are manifesting as illness/pain. Some questions to consider in examining the roots of this are: - What negative beliefs do I hold about myself that may be contributing to my symptoms? - What “blocked” emotions may be contributing to this physical illness, especially as connected to relationships with others? - Who have I not forgiven (including myself)? There are many studies that show that working with the subconscious mind (especially through hypnosis) can help with medical conditions. One study (Check and Lecron, 1968) showed that “reducing emotional intrapsychic conflicts associated with one's health and illness can be worked through with hypnotherapy,” and another study (Hall, Longo and Dixon (1982) indicated that the “capacity of hypnotic suggestion to modulate the function and activity of the immune system by changing the number and response capacity of T and B cells.” (Torem, 2007) One can learn self-hypnosis to manage discomfort with: disassociation (imagery of a peaceful place), visualizations for pain control (turning down a dial or closing a gate), glove anesthesia (imagining your hand as numb and putting your hand on the discomfort), metaphors/symbols/imagery (like going through a tunnel) to “talk to the pain.” I am delighted to offer a Managing Pain meditation to offer you some strategies and visualizations that help with discomfort you are experiencing in your body. I hope it is helpful in some way. ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves through this massive, planetary shift in consciousness. We have been taught to avoid feeling things that don't feel good. And the past few years we have been through a collective trauma. We need to heal and allow ourselves to learn from whatever is coming up, In accordance with our soul learning, to expand into higher states of consciousness and to just feel better. This is a meditation to identify, process and then release an emotion that feels uncomfortable, tight or unwanted. Maybe it's new. Maybe it's old. Just notice it for a moment (you are safe; this is for your highest good). Remind your Inner Child that you don't have to revisit old trauma. Just work with whatever is coming up. Dig into it. Investigate it. Try to understand it. Allow the light to clear it. For more help in doing this, my book, Tools for the Awakening Soul, will help. When we are asked to just sit back and wait for others to move through their personal pathways of growth, and to just accept where they are at, even if it feels uncomfortable and sad for us, we are pushed. We are stretched. Some of us Type A personality types like to take action to make things happen. And often, it works. But in these situations when it comes to the free will of other people, actions do not always work. It's about vibration, energy, choice and soul contracts. This meditation brings in the energy of a loving saint, a person of the light who once walked the Earth, St. Francis of Assisi (who unexpectedly showed up!), with the vibration of gentle creatures like birds, chipmunks and rabbits to help us feel unconditional love for others, even when at a distance, and for ourselves. For support in learning soul lessons, allowing the free will and soul contracts of others to play out (invoking the Serenity Prayer - God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change) and to allow light to flow to others and to ourselves, check out my book, Tools for the Awakening Soul at https://www.soulfulworkconsulting.com/the-book or reach out for support in an individual session (Akashic Records, intuitive life coaching, hypnotherapy, etc) at https://www.soulfulworkconsulting.com/guidance-sessions, Blessings and gratitude for being here. ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves through this massive, planetary shift in consciousness. I just finished a parasite cleanse in September and I'm pretty sure it's not only healed so much in my body but also within my LIFE! YES parasites are also an energetic thing... I can't wait for you guys to listen to my experience. Parasites play a crucial role in consuming or “cleaning up” what no longer lives so that new life has room to grow. Earthworms are known for eating dead plant material, and other worms such as pinworms, whipworms, hookworms, flukes, and ringworms consume flesh and fecal matter. Parasites pass through the colon walls of a healthy animal to search for food or spaces to lay their eggs. They tend to reside in organs or areas in the body that are weakened or contain a toxic build up of waste, causing further damage to the body. The most common symptoms include teeth grinding, anxiety, anal itching, intense sugar cravings, cravings for alcohol, fatigue, excessive hunger, allergies, bloating, anemia, restlessness, and unclear thinking.* Today we talk about: What is a parasite cleanse Sheila's story as to how she started the company foodoverdrugs.com How parasites manifest in our lives NOT only through our bodies but also in our experiences How parasites feed off of fear and trauma How emotional health affects just about everything in our bodies Emotional wellbeing & emotional regulation The importance of quality of herbs you get your cleanse from How this parasite cleanse changed my life How we get to heal from the inside out Parasitic people and experiences Get your parasite cleanse now use the code NATASHAKREDL for 10% off your order Join the free 3-Day Live event on HOW TO MOVE OUT OF DIS-EASE within the mind, body & heart October 12,13,14th! We bring in the high-vibe energy in our meditation focusing on gratitude. In the meditation, we work with the light and sacred geometry (Metatron's Cube) of Archangel Metatron, clearing our chakras, purifying our lightbodies of sludge/energy that doesn't belong - "I release what isn't mine. I let it go." We bring in light to fill up our bodies and cells to allow in high-vibration emotions: "I am truly blessed. I am one who walks in the light." ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves through this massive, planetary shift in consciousness. This is a meditation recorded live on the 8/8/22 Lion's Gate portal. The light that we received during this time was powerful, and allowed us to tap into our highest and best selves. In this meditation, you will be able to view your future self in higher dimensional spaces, and then write, to co-create, in the positive and present tense, a vision of your ideal Future Self in the New Earth reality. When we put energy into words, a future vibrational blueprint is generated, just waiting to unfold for us! ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves through this massive, planetary shift in consciousness. This is a meditation with the loving energy of Mary Magdalene, powerful Divine Feminine energy I feel a lot these days. Her vibration is very closely linked with Jesus, and together they are the human embodiments of the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine. Courage is not treading a pathway without fear - it's the strength to face it and take action. Leadership occurs in all levels of our society, it emerges when people have the courage to incorporate a few simple truths into their whole lives. When we live from our spirit, the more we recognise that we don't have work lives, home lives, community lives, lives as workers or employers and lives as parents, spouses, partners or children. Each and everyone one of us has one life that is seamless and continuous. When we view our lives as segmented, we begin to experience stress. When we experience our lives as a whole, with the same truths and values governing all parts, we experience peace and joy.

As fears about having enough often hold us back from doing what our souls long for, it can be helpful to reprogram our money beliefs. Doubts/fears around money are very important, as the "money stories" need to be cleared so we can be free to live in freedom and joy! When we learn to trust and align with flow of coming in and going out, and with the vibration of always having our needs met (which can take time), we allow abundance in. You will identify and flip around any thoughts and replacing the thought with a new one, to then allow the energy to be removed from your body. ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. Parsha Pinchas, the courageous path. This week's Parsha Perspective is in loving memory of Rachel Bas Reuven, Shlomo Ben Edward, Edward Ben Efraim. May their souls be uplifted and their memories a blessing for their families. This week's Parsha Perspective is in honor of the Refuah Shlema of Shaul Ben Berta, Sasson Bezalel Ben Batia & Yirachmiel Daniel Ben Tova Basha. May they have a complete and speedy recovery. This week's Parsha Perspective is all those injured or missing in the Surfside building collapse. May they and their families experience revealed miracles! Click here to listen, watch and connect! https://linktr.ee/parshaperspective Our Parsha begins with Pinchas, the grandchild of Aaron, receiving a reward for killing Zimri, the head of the tribe of Shimon. Zimri was publicly consorting with a Midianite princess, so Pinchas took a spear and ended both of their lives. We find who would take over Moshe Rabbeinu? We learn why he was specifically chosen?
The Akashic Records are a soul-level consciousness, or "energetic library," containing an archive of all souls throughout existence and their journeys and emotions. In this dimension, you can receive information about your soul, past lives for insight into patterns in this lifetime and general guidance, including soul lessons to be learned, why you incarnated with certain people and soul purpose. In our own personal records, we are connecting with “Masters” (light beings like a Council of Elders), enlightened guides/spiritual teachers and deceased loved ones (ancestors). Overall, as the Akashic Records is very healing and powerful place, it can bring up a lot of emotion! The connection starts with your heart (near the seat of your soul) and then goes up through your crown chakra. After some thought, I have decided to share a meditation here to enter the Akashic Records. Please note that I normally teach people how to read the Akashic Records in a few classes. You are welcome to reach out for support or to learn about an upcoming class at https://www.soulfulworkconsulting.com. I also offer Akashic Records readings, which can help you understand this dimension of your soul more deeply. Accessing the Akashic Records can be simply done through intention, visualization and light. You can amplify the vibration through the silent and spoken word (as our words create vibrations), which you will hear in the form of a prayer. Have an idea of what area in your life you seek guidance (relationship, career, health, finances, creativity, your soul gifts, etc). The best types of questions are questions that start with “What,” “How,” or “Why.” Questions that involve “yes or no” answers do not work well (as you have free will and choose how your life unfolds). Before asking the question, mentally describe the situation you are addressing, like you're talking to a trusted friend. This helps focus the energy. Some see images and hear phrases, or experience a feeling. Dive into that feeling or that image, just allow the energy to carry you closer into it. You can also ask to be guided to a past life. Trust that you will be shown a past life that you are meant to glimpse at this time. Notice what floats in your mind as you focus the intention. I have provided a few words (a prayer) you are welcome to say (both aloud and silently) to further elevate your frequency and go into the specific part of the Akashic Records that you seek. Please note: you do not need to use this exact prayer to enter the Records. The silent part you hear is where you insert your own full, current, legal name. You can simply enter through your intention and through light, or use your own words. ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. Our souls are always evolving and growing. With each incarnation in a body, we learn lessons. These can include lessons on forgiveness, self-love or compassion for others. We work with “Masters/Council of Elders” (in the Akashic Records primarily) to decide what lessons we want to focus on in a particular life and with whom we will incarnate to help us learn those lessons. We experience evidence of reincarnation through things like déjà vu (the feeling that we have been somewhere before even though we have never been there in this life). In addition, the unexplained skills of children (musical prodigies, speaking a foreign language) can be attributed to their proficiency in that area in a past life. Deep, irrational fears/phobias or vows (of poverty, chastity, etc.) can also come from past lives. Old souls are those who are said to have experienced many lifetimes! Even though we may set out to learn particular lessons and various events may unfold in a predestined way, remember that we still have free will. This is a Divine law: we can make choices in our lives! If we happen to make choices that are not ideal, then we will choose to work on that particular soul lesson in the next life – to resolve conflicts with others or to attain higher knowledge in our soul development. We incarnate with the same groups of people through recurring lifetimes. Often we seek to learn lessons through alternating relationships – (such as master/servant, husband/wife, parent/child). This helps us to understand how another person has been treated/has felt. This is a Past Life Healing meditation to help you open your mind to access images, feelings and memories stored in your subconscious. We will focus on an intention to direct the subconscious mind to learn about the source of a particular issue/relationship/fear/phobia in their lives. If you do not have a problem to be resolved, you can simply intend to learn more about how you can grow in your soul or acquire a particular skill to help you in this life. Please note that past lives can be often traumatic to view and the emotions can be intense. Allow yourself time to process what came up, including writing a letter to your past life self (and vice versa) to continue the healing. If you'd like to go deeper, past life regressions are what I recommend! https://www.soulfulworkconsulting.com/past-life-regression ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. Now, more than ever, we need to anchor in Light. And that light is of the highest vibration of love, of the Christed one, the Christed self, the Christ-consciousness. Remember that ANYTHING that causes fear is not in our highest good. And I mean anything. Yes, we can be vigilant to keep ourselves healthy and free, yet not at the cost of living in fear. And the last thing we need is division among people. We need unity. We need compassion. We need empathy. This is the only way we will bring in the 5D way. And you, as light-workers, are here to anchor that light. This is a guided meditation to help us anchor in light. This is a DNA activation and energetic healing meditation that channels Arcturian energy to help us align and clear. Arcturians are higher-dimensional beings of pure light and of a very high vibration, who helped seed the human race, and their love is infinite and so healing. (These Arcturians have showed up more and more in the Akashic Records recently... they have big eyes and a crystalline blue/purple/silver color...) In this meditation, we receive crystalline starlight to activate our hearts and our lightbodies, in a form of psychic surgery as energetic blocks are removed from our bodies. We are seen with deep love, devotion, admiration and unconditional love by these Arcturian mothers. They have been with us for so long, as they have birthed us and have been watching us from afar. Releasing fear, we feel like we are going home when we are with their energy. ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. For years, the Divine Feminine has been suppressed, removed, mocked and vilified in almost every mainstream aspect of the modern world, especially in religion. Now, we are being asked to remember the Divine Feminine, which is our true essence as creators. Gaia, Mother Earth, Shakti, Kali, Mother Mary, Quan Yin, Mary Magdalene and many other Divine Feminine energies are now with us to access. Like the element of water and a cup that receives the yin vibration, the Divine Feminine power is that which creates and sustains life. When we bring in light to our hearts, in a circle of light with other souls, we energetically connect with other humans and clear up any negative energy of conflict, judgment or condemning between us. With so much division among people (politically and philosophically), finding common ground is crucial! This light has a ripple effect on the planet, for each human to expand into a vibration of love. This love will carry us toward healing and the New Earth! ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. Many of us are experiencing a form of collective trauma right now. As our 3D world is being dismantled, this means a loss of our old world. This can bring up a lot of emotions - anger, fear and sadness in particular. These are part of the grieving process, When we allow ourselves to fully acknowledge and feel these emotions, they can begin to be released so we can move toward acceptance and healing. ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. This meditation helps us connect with the energy of Archangel Gabriel. The energy of this archangel, which is both a masculine and feminine energy, is about communication, fertility and truth. Gabriel is the messenger of God and is the first angel mentioned in the Bible, and also communicated with the prophet Muhammed. We can invite in angels, simply by asking (focusing in, taking a deep breath and saying the angel's name three times, or just asking to be connected with the right angel to be with us) and they will help us anytime we choose. ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. Hi beauties!!! As I always say - one of the most powerful ways that we can get inspired through our own journeys and find new ways to heal and expand is by listening to other people's stories and journeys. Why do you think we love movies and stories so much as humans? Today I'm interviewing one of my student, a courageous babe named Julia Bernut - there is a FULL circle as to how we met and it's actually such a beautiful story. As we all know, there is no such thing as coincidence! We discuss her journey from Tahiti to Montreal, how she went from meditating and doing yoga for the last 10 years and why she finally chose to take significant action for herself to do the deeper work, some of her struggles and her wins and where she is at now as she is doing the work with the Expandin30 program and being part of The Courageous Path program. This meditation focuses on forgiveness by clearing and cutting any cords of codependency and dysfunction as connected to another person. This is one of the most powerful ways to bring about empathy, compassion and understanding to help heal our Earth and those living here! And for help in really releasing negative cords of co-dependency, individual sessions can help (https://www.soulfulworkconsulting.com/guidance-sessions). ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. In this meditation, we have the opportunity to visualize and co-create our future self. This is a divine gift we have as humans - to create a vibration of how we want to feel in our lives. Writing it down after doing this meditation (see https://www.soulfulworkconsulting.com/resources for a Future Self writing tool) helps to make this a blueprint, like your "ordering a meal" at the restaurant of the universe! The next step is moving past any subconscious blocks (fears/doubts/worries) that will try to lower the vibration from finding you! ---- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. We all feel fear, it's part of the human experience but I am here to remind you that this duality you feel between your head and your heart is NORMAL but it's also up to you to choose differently for yourself. 20 mins of empowerment that you need today to remind yourself that it's okay to feel the fear and to embody all the emotions because the more that you do, the more you will be able to grow and to expand into whom you want to become How to let go of fear? How to feel the fear? How to know the difference between your head and your heart? Changing the story of the perception that you have about this fear? It's most probably an illusion. This is a meditation, called Your Inner Child, to connect with that inner child part of us ... to enlist her/his help for our expansion into the highest and best version of who we really are. I often will guide clients in guided imagery to make friends with their inner child, that little girl/boy part of us, and ask it wants for us, what it needs, and what it is willing to do to help us. We all have been wounded in some ways in our childhood, and these wounds can get buried deeply in our hearts and minds. Sometimes, they surface in bizarre ways in our life, unconsciously below our level of awareness. When we take the time to go inward (and using a modality like hypnotherapy/guided imagery is often one of the only ways to move past the resistance of the conscious mind), we can excavate what has been imprinted in ourselves, digging out the root of the issue. It's amazing what will come up when we go deep into the subconscious and connect with the inner child.... sometimes they are scared, angry or very helpful. The ideas that can come up for action steps are what our hearts know are truly right for us. And the healing that can result from this work can be truly life-changing. Heads up that this can be very emotional! I recommend ensuring that you have a safe space wherever you are to safely process afterward, allowing the feelings to be released. ---------- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. This meditation is designed to offer high-vibration energy healing from the Pleiadians, multi-dimensional beings deeply connected to humans who are filled with love and expanded consciousness. This energy, which I perceive as three wavy rays of blue light, is here on Earth to help us activate our light bodies and expand into our true essences as spiritual beings. ---------- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. In this meditation, we will focus on healing and transmuting any negative thoughts/behavior/words we have projected onto those amazing vessels we chose upon incarnation, our bodies. I spent years forcing my body to do something it may not have wanted to do, and ignored the messages it was sending me. When my body started communicating messages to me through back pain and injury to my left leg (many of them!), I realized that something was happening and wanted to send energetic love and healing to my body. Especially for women, our society projects unrealistic, and unhealthy, ideals of what our bodies "should" look like. This can lead to us trying to change, starve or otherwise abuse our bodies, wishing them to be something else. After birthing children, our bodies change and show the residual effects of the miracle of being a mother. Instead of trying to change and become what the unrealistic media expects female bodies to look it, why not embrace all of our parts for what they are? As women, our bodies remind us of our power as giving life, the Divine feminine and the sacred wisdom found within. When we can learn to love our imperfections and the information our body parts are trying to share with us, we can be more complete and whole in our process of healing ourselves and humanity. This will be a time of healing to apologize to our bodies, to give thanks for our bodies and to listen to any messages they (and our various body parts have for us). Invoking the energy of Archangel Raphael, we will send healing light to parts of our bodies (hands-on healing) that are in need, and receiving messages from our body parts. We will heart-link and connect with the essence of our bodies, releasing, clearing, unconditionally loving and making whole what was once mistreated. ---------- Merging the spiritual with the real world, Rachel Horton White helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves.
