Nicky and Eric do their best to imitate a highly trained assassin with pickup lines in an episode all about Hitman: Blood Money. Hitman: Blood Money is a stealth game developed by IO Interactive and published by Eidos Interactive. It was released in May 2006 for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 2, Xbox and Xbox 360. The story follows cloned assassin Agent 47's efforts to bring down the Franchise, a rival contract killing organization that is threatening his employers.Press Any Button hosts Nicky (a new gamer) and Eric (a lifetime gamer) are a married couple who both love video games. In today's Daily Fix:In a recent financial call, CD Projekt may have revealed its release plans for the next Witcher trilogy. The Witcher 4 is currently in development with no definitive release date, but CD Projekt wants The Witcher 5 and 6 to follow closely behind, with the goal of releasing those next three games within a 6-year window. Developer CD Projekt RED is not known for rushing its game releases, but the team attributes Unreal Engine 5 as helping to speed up their process. In other news, a new leak of development footage from Grand Theft Auto 6 has hit the internet, before quickly being scrubbed by Rockstar Games. However, the new footage didn't reveal much, just some animation tests and near-confirmation that a bike rental service will be included in the game. Exciting. And finally, IO Interactive has its hands full with 007: First Light, but it will return to the Hitman universe with the brand-new Hitman 4 some time in the future.

Much of the conversation surrounding Game Pass and its sustainability has been about whether or not it can turn a profit. The Dukes themselves have pondered on this very subject for dozens of episodes. At this point, Game Pass is here to stay. The conversation has evolved from how much money the service makes to whether or not it dramatically impacts how games are made. At first, PlayStation alumni Shawn Layden brought attention to this subject. While well respected and incredibly knowledgable, many believed that Shawn bled a bit too much blue for their taste and that his points may be biased. That's fair to say, but what happens when many of Xbox's own start to say the same? Much of our conversation is about what Pete Hines, the former SVP of Communication and Marketing at Bethesda, had to say on Xbox's premier service. However, it's really about the fallout from it. Shannon Loftis, a Xbox lifer who spent 20+ years at the company, sang a similar tune to that of Pete and Shawn. Even MachineGames currnet studio head had thoughts on how Game Pass players dip very quickly. Even recently, Larian's own Swen Vincke had his concerns about Game Pass. Raphael Colantonio, formerly of Arkane and now at WolfEye, shared a similar sentiment. While indie and even AA have found a pocket from which they very much benefit from Game Pass, AAA is speaking out. The question remains: Are players willing to listen in the face of such value? 007 First Light had it's first gameplay reveal. This is the new Bond game from IO Interactive, the creators of Hitman. It's looking good in some areas and not so much in others. How will it turn out when it releases next year?Brett revisits some older games. He dives back into No Man's Sky Voyagers update with the new build-your-own Corvette's. It's an awesome update and No Man's Sky is a technical marvel, but it's daunting and Brett keeps realizing that every time he jumps back in.Brett also went to see The Witcher in Concert and that brought him into The Witcher 3. He may have also convinced everyone else to jump back into it. The Witcher 3 came out 10 years ago and it surprisingly still holds up!We also finished Mafia The Old Country and take a look back at the Mafia games of the past and what they could do in the future. We were a little let down by the overall package provided in The Old Country and Mafia 3 and 2 definitely showed us they can make amazing stories with fun gameplay.Lastly, we're 10 years old! IO Interactive after an experimental and mostly successful Hitman trilogy now, packaged "World of Assassination" are now taking another agent under their wing. That agent is Bond, James Bond. Chris Trio and Anthony Ragucci break down how IOI approached the Hitman Trilogy and what needs to change for their upcoming Bond game. While Agent 47 and James Bond share similarities, they're not interchangeable. Since we published our previous episode, Sony not only announced it was having a State of Play event, but that event has already happened. Thus, we have much to discuss throughout this lengthy episode, an unexpected surprise for the PlayStation faithful. Elsewhere, we were given the first glimpse at IO Interactive's long-in-development James Bond game called First Light, a brand-new Lumines offering from the creators of Tetris Effect, the return of Capcom's seemingly-beleaguered Pragmata, something fresh from Grasshopper Manufacture called Romeo Is A Dead Man, a late-September release date for Silent Hill F, our first look at the sequel to Iga's Bloodstained, and -- yes indeed! -- confirmation of Final Fantasy Tactics coming to PlayStation in just a few months in the form of The Ivalice Chronicles.
