In dieser Episode besprechen wir das Buch „Für immer zuckerfrei, meine Glücksrezepte“ von Anastasia Zampounidis. Der Klappentext enthüllt, wie eng unsere Ernährung mit unserem emotionalen Wohlbefinden verbunden ist. Anastasia teilt ihre persönlichen Erfahrungen, wie sie durch den Verzicht auf Zucker zu mehr Ausgeglichenheit und weniger Heißhungerattaken gefunden hat. Besonders betont sie, dass Zucker nicht nur unsere Stimmung beeinflusst, sondern dass auch negative Emotionen oftmals durch Nährstoffmängel in bestimmten Organen verursacht werden. Eingehend wird erläutert, wie Anastasia von der traditioneller chinesischer Medizin, Ayurveda und der mediterranen Küche inspiriert wurde, um Rezepte zu entwickeln, die auf verschiedene emotionale Bedürfnisse eingehen. Heike teilt ihre Erfahrungen mit einigen der Rezepte, darunter der Crunchy Frühstücksbrei, der in Verbindung mit Milch besser schmeckte. Außerdem berichten wir über den Pinkhaven Smoothie und die Kale Chips, die für einen geselligen Fernsehabend ideal sind. Im Gespräch hebt Heike hervor, dass einige Rezepte schnell zubereitet sind, wie die Ayurveda Linsen, die sich auch nach einem langen Arbeitstag als perfekt erweisen. Here's a recipe to help you eat tons of kale and actually like it. - 1 head of kale - 2 tablespoons olive oil - Salt to taste. Preheat oven to 350F Cut the stems off the kale then chop kale into chip sized pieces. Mix with olive oil and salt to taste. Spread kale onto a cookie sheet no more than 1" thick. Bake for 15 minutes and then turn the kale and bake for another 15 minutes or unitl the kale is crispy. Pour kale chips into a bowl and enjoy!
