Every day we take a break from our busy work day to hang out with friends and talk about the world of Sports and Entertainment and specifically the World of CrossFit. Today we will look at all the content that was released this weekend, Hiller's new Bagent Video, New Road to the Games and Lydia Fish and TTT do a Behind the Scenes of the Last Chance Qualifier. I have a few thoughts about the WFP after talking with Raph Durand last night. Finally, I'll give my review of the movie the Accountant 2.

Everyday we take a step back from the workday to spend lunch together and talk about the world of sports, entertainment and specifically CrossFit. Today we hear how Cory had a Scoring Adjustment at MFC and how that happened and what does that mean? It has been a crazy week as we try and move on from all of that and head to the LCQ and the rest of the CrossFit Games Season.
Todays guest is Camilla Massa, she wears her heart on her sleeve and is the definition of 'resilient'! After a challenging season she has done everything in her power to get herself ready for the LCQ's in Barcelona to secure her spot for Worlds!! We talk more about the ups and downs of this season.Camilla will also be teaming up with Meg Jacoby to take on the Pro Doubles race in Miami, hoping to secure their spot for the Elite 15 Pro Doubles race in Chicago, we talk through what it will mean to them to line up as a team and how they will feel racing together after such a tough season for them both. We learnt so much from Camilla during this chat, her mindset, positivity, determination and also how important it is not to 'ignore' problems, to treat your body with respect and prioritise your health. Camilla, a mum of three, proves that anything is possible. Hyrox changed her life — turning a dream into reality as she became an elite athlete. It's almost two weeks out from the Worlds in Glasgow, Scotland and I got a chance to sit down and speak with Colombian Carlos Ramirez. If you don't know he ended up with 4th overall. Ramirez says he had to work his way through the LCQ or last chance qualifier to move on. He says the track didn't fit his skill set. Ramirez says the track isn't his favorite. Ramirez says he hasn't produced the results he's been looking for in the World Cups and at the World Champs this season. He says he's made mains but that's not enough. “I'm a staunch believer that there are certain tests that don't have to have a lot of fanfare around them and they're always gonna be spectacular because the athletes' performances in them are gonna be so compelling.” — Adrian BozmanCrossFit Competition Director Adrian Bozman joins host Chase Ingraham on the podcast to preview the Last-Chance Qualifier workouts.Over the course of two days, 60 Semifinal athletes who just missed out on a qualifying spot for the 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Games will compete in the virtual Last-Chance Qualifier for one of two tickets (per individual division) to Madison.Bozman talks about programming for the online event and discusses the intent behind the four workouts the athletes will take on. He also breaks down the workouts in depth and offers his opinions on load, rep scheme, and time domain for each.For anyone looking to try one of the LCQ workouts, Bozman recommends Workout 4 — a triplet of burpee box jump-overs, double-unders, and wall-ball shots.Bozman, who recently visited Madison for Games prep, also looks ahead to the finals and shares some of his favorite things about hosting the competition in Wisconsin's capital city.“Just the fact that the (Madison) community is so embracing of the event is awesome, and the natural geography of the area is so cool. ... There's just so much that it offers as a city and a geographical landing place for the Games. I love it,” Bozman says.
