A scientific team comprising a neuroscientist, forensic psychiatrist, attorney, and a science-trained medium embarked on a groundbreaking journey. They interviewed 19 mediums, each with unique abilities, to delve into the urgent questions about humanity's spiritual development. These questions, formulated by the Bigelow Institute for Consciousness Studies (BICS), challenged the spiritual world to assess humanity's spiritual progress since the time of Allan Kardec (1857). The questions explore whether humans have progressed spiritually in the past 167-plus years, and if not, who is to blame? Has the spirit world failed humanity, or have humans failed, either by themselves, sabotage, or impediments by corrupted spirits and earthbound entities? One underlying concern is whether humanity's technology has outstripped its spiritual development, placing itself at risk of extinction. The mediums contacted the highest spiritual entities, including The I AM, St. James, and Allan Kardec, to address these questions. The scientists took a revolutionary approach to interviewing mediums by encoding the questions as numbers and then presenting the numbers to the mediums as questions. The mediums demonstrated proficiency at Spiritual Sight, an advanced form of the US Military Intelligence Services remote viewing protocol. Additionally, they had to demonstrate the ability to shift the flow of electrons in a transistor with their minds. An attorney observed the interviews and a forensic psychiatrist assessed the mediums.BioMelvin L Morse, MD,born December 11, 1953, is an acclaimed Pediatrician, voted one of America's Best Doctors, and author of books on near death experiences and the spirituality of death and dying. The Gray Man is said to roam the coast of Pawleys Island, South Carolina. For over 200 years he has been seen before a storm approaches and warns people to leave.
In a classic case of forbidden love, Alice Flagg, a Pawleys Island plantation princess, fell in love with a lumber man by the name of John Braddock. At the hand of of her brother Allard, Alice's fairly tale romance would never come to be, as she would die of what most would call a broken heart. But to this day, you can still visit her grave where some have witnessed strange happenings. Could the longing for her lost love still be seen from beyond the grave? Plus, Civil War ghost stories are popular among those who consider themselves history buffs and paranormal enthusiasts. But what is it about Fort Fremont that makes it so spooky if it was never home to any battles? Also, The 1837 Bed and Breakfast has been a prime example of Charlestons beautiful architecture and top-notch lodging for those looking to get away. But don't be surprised if you end up having an extra roommate during your stay. --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/scspookshow/message Support this podcast: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/scspookshow/support

The Gray Man is a ghost reportedly seen on the coast of Pawleys Island, South Carolina that warns residents of coming severe storms and hurricanes. Although there are many variations of the legend, most say the Gray Man was first seen in 1822, three years before the town government was incorporated. The last reported sighting was just before Hurricane Florence hit in 2018 and previously just before Hurricane Hugo hit the area in 1989. Legend holds that the Gray Man is the ghost of a young man traveling from Charleston to see his fiancée in 1822. On the way, he and his horse were caught in quicksand-like pluff mud in the marshes before Pawleys Island, and died. His spirit has haunted the shore nearby ever since, looking for the girl he loved. Sunday, December 11, 2022 sermon at All Saints Pawleys Church, Pawleys Island, SC.
Sunday sermon at All Saints Church, Pawleys Island, SC on October 30,2022.
The Gray Man of Pawleys Island is considered a sign of protection from hurricanes, but there's a centuries-old story behind this mysterious sighting. On this inaugural episode of South of Spooky, join hosts Gavin Jackson and AT Shire as they investigate the legend of the Gray Man.
It was a blustery edition of our popular ‘Week In Review' program as we filmed the show during amid the arrival of Hurricane Ian – which made landfall near Georgetown, South Carolina on Friday afternoon as a strong category one storm. With the exception of some intense coastal flooding and the destruction of the Pawleys Island pier, Ian's impact on the Palmetto State paled in comparison to the deadly destruction in wrought on Florida three days ago.More than two dozen people are confirmed dead in the Sunshine State after Ian struck its gulf coast on Wednesday as a category four storm – doing billions of dollars in damage. Meanwhile, more than 1.3 million Floridians were still without power as of Saturday morning.By comparison, an estimated 65,000 people were without power in South Carolina as of Saturday morning. In addition to our coverage of the storm, this week brought a renewed focus on the Palmetto State's "injustice” system - notably the many ethically challenged state lawmakers whose cozy relationships with the judges they appoint continues to corrupt that system.A pair of lawyer-legislators attempted to defend that system this week after I called out another judge for the unconscionably, inexcusably lenient sentence he doled out to a violent criminal earlier this month. How did the debate end for these lawyer-legislators? Poorly ... very poorly.Look for this issue to be addressed more competitively this week when we welcome a special guest to our studios ...This week also brought another major expansion of the Cheer Incorporated scandal, some significant developments in the 'Murdaugh Murders' crime and corruption saga and a pair of big political stories.
This week we were very fortunate to have been joined by Congressman John Napier. John is one of the most recognized and respected political figures in South Carolina and has an incredible history in both local and national lawmaking. John currently resides here in Pawleys Island, S.C. and is a mentor to many current lawmakers including our own Senator Stephen Goldfinch. We discuss far more than just fins, fur, and feathers this week and John shares many of his thoughts on the current state of our country concerning politics. I assure you that you want to listen in to this one and maybe it will open your eyes the way it did ours. Enjoy!

Fermented Beet Juice? [25:44] Joe says: Robb, Been a huge fan forever!!! In my quest to play super dad into my 40's I have taken to eating a lot of fermented veggies. For a ton of reasons including flavor, taste, texture and convenience I like to make my own mixes in glass jars. Lately I have fallen into a beet and green cabbage mix. I was wondering if the fermented beet/kraut juice packed the same blood flow benefits through the nitrate mechanism claimed by beet supplements? BTW its as really simple and fun process. Get a jar. Shred the cabbage and beets with whatever is handy. Sprinkle in salt. Pound the mix into a jar after it sits about 30 minutes. Let time do its thing. I like a 3 week sit. If you want it "kruatier" wait longer! As it sits as long as the mix is below the brine things should turn out pleasant! I also do a kimche style kraut that is bananas! Looking forward to your response and thanks for all you do! Joe [Effect of the fermentation process on levels of nitrates and nitrites in selected vegetables]https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1308742/ 2. Genetic Test for Stroke or Neurological Disease? [28:58] Chad says: Quick question- is there genetic test to indicate if stroke or other neurological disease (white brain matter disease) are more likely in certain people. If someone has a family history of strokes, what can you do for wellness to reduce or prevent a stroke. Chad Genetic test reveals risk of atrial fibrillation, stroke https://www.fulgentgenetics.com/Parkinson-Alzheimer-Dementia 3. Salt and high blood pressure [35:05] Scott says: Hey Robb and Nicki: Love the Podcast. I'm a longtime Healthy Rebellion / Paleo Solution listener going back to the early days. My wife and I own Hammock Coast CrossFit and we are big fans of LMNT and use it frequently especially in the heat of the summer here on the South Carolina coast (Pawleys Island). (My wife's favorite is the chocolate flavor over frozen berries and chocolate Muscle Milk for a deaert EVERY night !) Got an electrolyte question for you though. Doctor Rick Johnson was recently on Peter Attia's “The Drive” podcast. They discussed how fructose drives metabolic disease. Layered in there he says salt can be a really bad player in this too drive up blood pressure. I know there is nuance here but it's beyond my level. We recommend LMNT and electrolytes to our athletes some of which may have metabolic disease and therefore hypertension. Should we be more careful about recommending this?Would love you perspective.
