If US President Donald J. Trump had his druthers, he would announce a Gaza ceasefire on Monday when Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu visits him in the Oval Office for the third time this year That may be easier said than done despite Mr. Netanyahu's endorsement of the latest US ceasefire proposal and Hamas's ‘positive' response. Mr. Netanyahu and Hamas have responded positively to the proposal, even though it doesn't bridge the most significant issue dividing them: whether to end the war and on what terms. Even so, neither Mr. Netanyahu nor Hamas wants to get on Mr. Trump's wrong side and shoulder the blame for another failure to get the guns to fall silent in the devastated Strip. Reading between the lines of the two parties' responses, the cracks are apparent. Nevertheless, the parties appear inclined to accept what amounts to cosmetic changes that paper over the gap in their positions, which have not narrowed.

It can tiptoe, sometimes you need to open your eyes and see it.

In this episode, I dove deep into one of the most important conversations I think we've had yet: the silent link between airway health, behavior, and attention struggles in children. We explored the idea that many kids who are labeled with ADHD might actually be suffering from something entirely different—and often overlooked—airway dysfunction. Let me be clear—ADHD is real, but we need to ask better questions. We need to look at why so many kids are dysregulated, tired, chewing their sleeves, struggling to focus, or melting down over the tiniest things. The culprit? Often it's mouth breathing, poor tongue posture, and disrupted sleep, which can mimic or even worsen ADHD symptoms. We talked about how the position of the tongue, sleep quality, and oxygen flow all affect the nervous system, digestion, and brain function. Kids like Luca, who was misdiagnosed and medicated for ADHD, showed remarkable changes once we addressed his airway health. No magic—just science and compassion. I also shared red flags to look for:-Mouth breathing (especially at night)-Snoring, grinding, or night terrors-Waking up tired despite a full night's sleep-Constant chewing (clothes, pencils)-Tiptoe walking-Emotional volatility and quick meltdowns If this sounds like your child—or a child you know—it's not about blame. It's about awareness and action. Labels like ADHD can follow a child for life. The premise behind the company is a fascinating one in that its technology aims to help complement the work of nurses and doctors in neural ICUs by helping identify signs of things like an epileptic episode, or a stroke.Mary Ann Azevedo wanted to talk about Comun, a neobank serving Latino immigrants in the U.S. with financial services and banking products. The fintech just raised $21.5 million a round led by Redpoint Ventures, not that long after closing its seed round. It's seeing fast growth — as well as a higher valuation.Rebecca Bellan dug into a scoop she had about Fluid Truck and recent drama there. The startup, which was founded to disrupt the commercial vehicle rental industry, has apparently ousted its sibling co-founders — CEO James Eberhard and chief legal counsel Jenifer Snyder — in what is being described as a hostile takeover.We then moved into the arrest of Telegram founder Pavel Durov, and whether or not tech executives can, and should, be held responsible for what happens on their platforms. And lastly, we dug into what's going at Inflection after Microsoft poached its co-founders. That move has drawn attention from antitrust regulators in the U.S. and U.K., who are now investigating whether Microsoft was anticompetitive.
