In this episode Maxwell Cooper, M.D. interviews Tamir Wolf, M.D., Ph.D., Co-Founder and CEO of Theator, a digital platform using AI and computer vision to help improve surgical care, optimize processes, and reduce variation in surgical outcomes. Dr. Wolf tells the listeners about his previous career as a trauma surgeon in the Israeli equivalent of US Navy Seal Team 6 and how his career transitioned toward medical innovation and entrepreneurship. Dr. Wolf discusses how when he learned about the disparities in surgical outcomes and care a single city of the US, he was inspired to start Theator to help improve surgical outcomes. Dr. Wolf partnered with Co-Founders experienced in tech development and created the Theator platform, which analyzes surgical video footage using AI and computer vision to provide insights into key decision points, eventful steps, and important milestones during the procedure. Theator has already been implemented across several hospital systems, including the Mayo Clinic, with the intent of equalizing outcomes, identifying areas of improvement, and improving education for surgical residents and practicing surgeons looking to expand their skillset. Lastly, Dr. Wolf discusses the importance of finding Co-Founders and team members that compliment your skill and how to provide the right balance of oversight and freedom for team members to do their best work. *Views expressed in this podcast are those of the individuals, not their respective institutions Thank you to our sponsor Doc2Doc Lending, the Personal Lending platform designed for Doctors, by Doctors.

Public health is undoubtedly the most prominent and most discussed theme of 2020. Dr. Staurt Wolf Jr., M.D. tells us something more about it, about the role of prudence, and of charity, in making good healthcare decisions ("to wear, or not to wear a mask"), pointing out the centrality of doctor-patient relations. Dr. Staurt Wolf Jr., M.D. tells us something more about it, about the role of prudence, and of charity, in making good healthcare decisions ("to wear, or not to wear a mask"), pointing out the centrality of doctor-patient relations. If you missed the first installment of the Inside JABA Series, let me explain what’s going on here: Once a quarter, I’ll be joined by Drs. Linda Leblanc, Clair St. Peter, and Jeff Tiger to discuss the latest issue of The Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis. The goal is to highlight a paper or theme from the issue, and give you a behind-the-scenes look at what went into that piece of research, how it may or may not have changed during the review process, and what the practical implications that work has for the everyday practitioner. What's the big idea? If you’re a craft beer nerd like me, think of this kind of like when a brewery does a tap-takeover at your favorite pub. In today’s episode, we discuss the Winter 2020 issue of JABA. We start with Linda LeBlanc describing her call for “big idea” papers to be written and submitted to JABA. What is a big idea paper? You’re going to have to listen to find out. In this episode, we are also joined by Dr. Danielle LaFrance, who, along with Jonathan Tarbox, just so happened to publish one of these big idea papers in the Winter issue. We discuss this paper, which is titled, The importance of multiple exemplar instruction in the establishment of novel verbal behavior. And in addition to this, we each share an influential “big idea” that shaped us as Behavior Analysts. As with the previous Inside JABA podcast, there are no commercials in this show. However, the content of this episode does meet the standards for continuing education, and half of the proceeds of the Inside JABA Series shows goes directly to the Society for the Experimental Analysis of Behavior. So if you’d like to get come continuing education for listening to this podcast, check out behavioral observations.com/get-ceus. And if you wanted to check out the Big Idea papers we discussed, they are linked right here (hat tip to Emily Gillich for curating these references... the APA mistakes and failures to format in WordPress are my own): Allen, K. Word Of Faith Talk with Pastor Phyllis Bordley, Romans 8:31-37. If God be for us who can bbe against us. God has us in his hands, we just got to trust him and not lean to our own understanding and listen to him. We can't let our situations and circumstances separate us from him. We have to trust, lean, and learn to walk in faith believing that he will never leave us nor forsake us. God is for us!!!
Word Of Life Faith Ministry Inc. : Word of Faith Talk w/ Pastor Phyllis Bordley -- Coming from Lamentations 3:21-26, This I recall to my mind therefore i have hope, its because of God's mercy that i am not consumed. God had kept us , He has protected us. We must have hope knowing that He will never leave nor forsake us we have to know that his grace is sufficient for us and it is His grace and mercy in and on our life that we are still here and able to have a chance to get things right. I will have hope!!!! Whatever comes my way I will have hope.

Ephesians 6:10-18.. Be strong in the Lord!! and in his mighty power. God is Awesome he loves us so he gave us Armor so we can be safe and live long. We have make sure we put on our whole armor every day and make sure we don't take it off because that is when we become weak and fear comes in. We can only fight this fight with the proper armor on. God is our protection but he also gives us armor to protect ourself from the enemy.
Pastor Phyllis Bordley, Matthew 7:17-22. Every good tree bringeth forth good fruit, but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruil. The question tonight is are you a good tree or a corrupt tree? you can answer this question by the fruit you are bringing forth. It you a witness for God and you are Ministering the word, helping others and being obedient to the Lord then you are a good tree. God has given us everything we need, We need to understand that God gives us free choice and we have to chose to do His will. It's not hard to be a good fruit it just a choice.
