Her experience being trained under Marie Kondo herself and spending thousands of hours helping clients organize their homes gives her a tremendous amount of insight and perspective to complement her background in public health. How does clutter affect our relationships? Our culture? Our health? And what about the other way around...how do all of those things affect our clutter? Brett Carollo returns to Wake the Dead with first time guest Steven DeLay to discuss Richie Albertini's recorded call to California Child Protective Services. This one call gives us a glimpse into the true reality of Hollywood during the 80s and 90s. Is the truth stranger than fiction? Richie reveals child sex trafficking, blackmail, occult ritual sacrifice, cannibalism, and more in less than an hour. So many threads weave quite a compelling reality. Brett & Steven help to tie these ideas to the films Hollywood was producing at the time. Were some of the most horrific characters in movies cast precisely according to the actor's true nature? What do we know about Peter Greene? Why is Alec Baldwin always connected to accidental misfirings of handguns? Is Alec Baldwin considered acting royalty because he helps bury the bodies?? This is one of the most fascinating rabbitholes to traverse. Is Richie telling the truth? He certainly seems to be legit. Let us know what you think. My guests this week are Cecilia Albertini and Chandler Toffa the director and co-producer (respectively) of the charming new documentary The City of Human Chess. This short documentary tells the story of Marostica, Italy, where a famous chess game is recreated by human volunteers on a bi-annual basis. The event has a long tradition and draws upwards of 4000 paying customers. It is a touching story about people working together and the connective power of chess, and I greatly enjoyed watching it and discussing it with its creators. We also discussed Cecilia and Chandler's backgrounds both in chess and away from it. —— Références : Marque de lunettes Pantos : https://www.pantos-paris.com Podcast The Dressing Therapy : https://play.acast.com/s/the-dressing-therapy-le-podcast —— Mixage : Thomas Lenglain

This new Artemis Live interview from May 2022 is with Luca Albertini, CEO of specialist insurance-linked securities (ILS) investment manager Leadenhall Capital Partners.  Albertini joined us to discuss market conditions in insurance-linked securities (ILS) and catastrophe bonds, as the mid-year reinsurance renewals approach.  He explained that there are multiple forces affecting the ILS and cat bond sector, but also that the legacy effects of softened terms and conditions are important to rectify.  Albertini noted that there has been "a lot to distract investors" and allocators, with multiple external factors from the situation in Ukraine, to inflation and rate rises having knock-on effects on the ILS market this year.  But these factors have also been one driver of recent catastrophe bond spread widening, on which Albertini said, "I hope it lasts for a while, because that is an embedded higher return for the investors."  Albertini went on to discuss the upcoming reinsurance renewals, the prospects for both cat bonds and collateralized reinsurance, as well as the need for ILS fund managers to focus on the sustainability of capital.
