The Reinvent Yourself podcast hosted by Leslie Jane Seymour is truly a gem in the world of podcasts. With her ability to bring out captivating stories, valuable tips, and empowering tools, Leslie does a wonderful job of inspiring and supporting her listeners through their own personal reinventions. Being featured on this incredible platform was an absolute delight.

One of the best aspects of The Reinvent Yourself podcast is the diverse range of guests and topics that are covered. Leslie has a gift for interviewing and knows how to mine gold from her subjects, regardless of their background or profession. No matter what the subject matter may be, I always walk away from each episode with numerous takeaways that I can apply to my own life. It's truly insightful, healing, and inspiring.

As someone who is currently undergoing a career change at 45 years old, I particularly appreciate the importance placed on women over 40 in this podcast. Many of us fall between the Millennial and Baby Boomer generations with our own unique struggles and experiences. The stories shared by Leslie and her guests resonate deeply with me and provide both insight and encouragement during this transitional period in my life.

However, there is one minor downside to the podcast that I would like to address - the extended silence during interviews. At times, it can feel choppy or uncomfortable due to these pauses. While I understand that this may not bother everyone, as someone who is more sensitive to these types of things, it caught my attention. Despite this small critique, The Reinvent Yourself podcast remains a must-listen for anyone seeking more or going through their own reinvention process.

In conclusion, Leslie Jane Seymour has created something truly special with The Reinvent Yourself podcast. It serves as a reminder that at any age it is possible to move forward in self-exploration with energy and vitality. This uplifting and inspiring show provides support to those going through the process of reinventing themselves while also offering valuable insights and growth opportunities. Whether you're looking for career, lifestyle, or personal growth advice, this podcast is a fantastic resource that will leave you feeling inspired and motivated to embrace your own reinvention journey.
