No tengo mas que hacer en este momento,que servirme en luz, reconocerme,e ir aceptando todo esto que soy,y buscando más, procurándomeestos momentos de plenitud,en los que me siento, me guardo,me observo, me contemplo,me escucho, me pronuncioy me siento en confianza de estar en mí.Me doy toda la confianza para estar en mí. ¿Qué podría significar eso?Y es cuando parecieraque puedo detener el tiempo,ocupar mi espacio, sentirme y saber quién soy.No habría más.Hacer este ejercicio propio,en el que me brindo toda mi confianza,a pesar de lo que puedo creer,incluso sentir, de mí. Tras recuperarse del ataque con spray de pimienta que sufrió después de un mitin, Pradales opina que su caso ha sido algo puntual. “En Euskadi la política está poco crispada para lo que habíamos conocido hace muchos años […] Hay que mirar adelante y quiero pensar que ha sido algo puntual”.Según los sondeos, la lucha por la primera posición en el País Vasco está siendo muy intensa. “Lo que dicen los sondeos es que hay que decidir entre dos opciones de gobierno para este país […] Es una decisión muy importante para Euskadi porque puede significar, en mi opinión, un retroceso en el avance de Euskadi de estos últimos años”, afirma el candidato. Pradales señala también al 25% de indecisos. “Yo creo que es una barbaridad teniendo en cuenta que quedaba una semana de campaña […] Está siendo una semana muy importante porque por fin hay tensión electoral”.Pradales ha destacado la diferencia entre los movimientos independentistas catalán y vasco. “Nosotros hace muchos años hicimos una apuesta inequívoca por el autogobierno como una manera de avanzar en términos de bienestar para toda la sociedad vasca”. Controlar la inflación, mantener la sostenibilidad fiscal y reducir la deuda y al mismo tiempo proteger a los sectores más vulnerables son los retos de América Latina según los informes de fin de año de la mayoría de los organismos regionales liderados por la CEPAL. Cualquier gerencia que logre ese equilibrio será considerada exitosa a pesar de que no está previsto el regreso a los niveles de crecimiento ni de inflación anteriores a la pandemia. Las economías de America Latina crecerán una media de 1,3% y la de Estados Unidos 1% tan bajo que sigue el terror a la recesión. La CEPAL prevé, sin embargo que RD crecerá un 4,6% siendo líder en la región. El país debe enfrentar su creciente endeudamiento aunque dista mucho de los países que lideran la región. Venezuela (307 % del PIB), Brasil (91,9 %), Bolivia (86,1 %), El Salvador (82,6 %) y Argentina (74,4 %) encabezan la lista de los más endeudados. Ayer les decía que prefería no hablar de los datos del BC pero no tenemos otros. Y con esos datos es que se manejan quienes toman decisiones. Si más allá de los datos fríos de la economía me preguntaran que espero del 2023 yo diría un país mas solidario. Una solidaridad que empiece en el Estado y que debe expresarse con políticas públicas en favor de los menos favorecidos que superen las acciones individuales que no pasan del efecto de relaciones públicas. En un país en el que los distintos gobiernos aplicaron la política del dao y en el que hasta los políticos que se consideran jóvenes apuestan al clientelismo, solo políticas públicas que mejoren la calidad de vida de la gente podrán enfrentar ese drama. Aspiro a un país donde la gente no esté esperando el bono o la funda y donde los políticos tengan vergüenza de hacer uso de los fondos públicos en provecho propio. Yo no imagino a los concejales de ningún lugar del mundo denunciando en los medios que no le han entregado dinero para bonos como hicieron esta semana los de Santo Domingo Este. Y los medios publicaron esa demanda como que repartir el dinero publico es un derecho adquirido cuando usted se mete a político. Hoy sale pública que el ejecutivo otorgó 6 mil pensiones solidarias yo no aspiro a que sean 10 mil sino que no sean necesarias. Aspiro a que la gente entienda que la educación y la salud son derechos de todos y todas y que no pueden depender de acciones individuales. Quizás si la mayoría entiende que tiene derechos, entendería que los demás también los tienen.

David Wieder is a therapist at Legacy Outdoor Adventures. He grew up in New Mexico and ended up, after traveling through Asia, going to Prescott College. He got his first job in wilderness in 2003 as a guide at Second Nature. David shares why he was drawn to high-risk adventures like paragliding. David tells his long history of working in the field, including at Wilderness Quest, Open Sky, and Aspiro, his love of being a field guide and why he choose to become a wilderness therapist at Legacy in Utah. Bio from Legacy Website: David Wieder, CMHC David's journey to wilderness therapy began with his own struggles as a teenager. What brought him through that time in his life was his discovery of the outdoors, travel, and adventure sports. These passions led him to a Bachelor of Arts degree in Adventure Education from Prescott College. David began his career in wilderness therapy in 2004 and has guided for a number of industry-leading programs. Extensive periods of time living in small groups in the backcountry inform his therapeutic emphasis on connection, the transformative nature of honesty, and experiences of overwhelming beauty. David believes that developing one's relationships is a life long practice that serves as a foundation for mental health. He knows that the context of each individual's culture and family system is central to their therapy work. David sees adventure, and not just the kind that happens in the outdoors, as an integral part of holistic health. He encourages clients to develop self-awareness and self-compassion, a prosocial orientation, and a thirst for personal growth. Witnessing breakthrough moments for individuals and groups is one of the most meaningful parts of his life.  David is from Santa Fe, New Mexico, and has spent time in each of the Four Corners states. He received his Masters of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in southern Colorado. David can often be found playing outside, usually on large rocks or in deep snow. He also enjoys getting lost in less developed regions of the world and has lived in Asia and Latin America. Sí, me lancé al mundo de las bodas pero me he desencantado. Me gusta contar historias y poder gestionarlas. Las bodas son historias muy cerradas y no te puedes salir mucho del guión. ¿Supone un reto para ti fotografiar a alguien famoso? Intento que las fotos sean espontáneas y en eventos, soy prensa. Son fotos más informales, no es lo mismo que en una sesión creativa. Eres retratista, pero también tienes fotos de bodegones… Sí, he estado muchos años trabajando en la escuela de hostelería de Castelldefels y allí he tenido la oportunidad de explotar la fotografía gastronómica. ¿Cómo es el día a día de una fotógrafa?  Al principio cuesta, aunque yo he tenido la suerte de empezar en un estudio donde he conseguido muchos contactos. Pero cuesta mucho. ¿Cómo consigues los clientes? A través de mi web es como más clientes consigo. Ahora mismo estoy más metida en la fotografía de recién nacido y la clientela funciona del boca a boca. La fotografía new born requiere mucha paciencia. Utilizar sonidos como aspiradoras que les relaje y les recuerde al útero. ¿Qué hiciste para que Antonio Banderas te mirase así? Yo me limitaba a mirar y a sonreír y a gritar no. Dije un par de veces «Antonio» hasta que me miró y aproveché. ¿La fotografía de viajes es por gusto? Sí, soy muy inquieta y me encanta. Tienes canal de vídeos también… Sí, tengo un canal de Vimeo, aunque yo soy fotógrafa, no videógrafa. ¿Puedes dedicarte en exclusiva a la fotografía? También estoy haciendo un posgrado en Marketing y Redes Sociales para aprender a venderme como fotógrafa. ¿Cómo ves el tema de la especialización en la profesión? Es muy importante porque te conviertes en un referente. ¿Cómo te ves de aquí a unos años? Aspiro a tener un estudio, la verdad. Cuando lo tenga, podré tocar más temas, porque aunque la especialización sea importante, no me veo toda la vida haciendo new born. Quiero poder gestionar la luz de mis fotos. ¿Cómo preparaste tu proyecto de final de carrera? Estuve durante mucho tiempo pensando en él. This is the tenth and final episode in our series following a community arts project in Carlow which is an opera being crafted by conductor Fergus Sheil and written by the Belfast composer Brian Irvine in collaboration with the people of Carlow. Next month the opera will be staged in Carlow in one of Irelands newest and most impressive new theatres the George Bernard Shaw Theatre at Visual. The opera is now called Shelter Me from the Rain and is about the universal themes of love and weather. The opera has been led by conductor Fergus Sheil composed by Brian Irvine with words from John Mclduff and the voices of about a hundred people from around the county and beyond. There is now just a couple of weeks to go before the performances and today Belfast based composer Brian Irvine is down in Carlow for the final rehearsals with the Aspiro choir. We hear from Brian and Aspiros artistic director Mary Amond O Brien about the final run down to the first performance on May 5th. Athena Media will record the final performance of the opera and a full one hour documentary narrating the story of the project and the music will be broadcast during the summer on RTE Lyric fm. Presenter Paul Herriott will narrate the documentary. The documentary is due to air on Friday 1st July at 7pm on RTE Lyric fm. It will also be available as a podcast.
