Ese que está inclinado hacia el lado izquierdo del pecho y tiene mucho que ver con los oídos. Para estar vivos/as en medio de tantos muertos. Y porque "crear belleza" también es un trabajo. Por lo menos una vez al día. Ojalá todos los meses de tu vida.

By inquiring about the sensorial experiences of the past, the PhD student in Near Eastern languages and civilizations at the Harvard Kenneth C. Griffin Graduate School of Arts and Sciences seeks to understand why ancient funerary structures changed and evolved into monumental buildings. El Tribunal Constitucional (TC) ha avalado el grueso de la ley de amnistía en un borrador de sentencia elaborado por su vicepresidenta, Inmaculada Montalbán. La ponencia, que se debatirá el próximo 24 de junio, sí estima parcialmente tres de los motivos de inconstitucionalidad esgrimidos por el PP. Aunque no se pronuncia sobre la malversación, delito por los que siguen fugados, entre otros, Carles Puigdemont. En el 'informativo 24 Horas de RNE' hablamos sobre el tema con Agustín Ruiz Robledo, catedrático de Derecho Constitucional en la Universidad de Granada. Ruiz Robledo señala que, aunque el borrador presenta un extenso razonamiento, no le resulta convincente la idea de que la amnistía sea una materia legislativa ordinaria como la educación o la sanidad. Explica que la amnistía debe entenderse como "un derecho de gracia, una excepción a la norma que dice que la gente que comete delitos va a la cárcel”, y recuerda que la Constitución permite el indulto individual, pero prohíbe el indulto general. Además, resalta que la diferencia que plantea la ponencia entre indulto general y amnistía "no está suficientemente justificada, ya que ambos forman parte del derecho de gracia", según el Tribunal Constitucional.Respecto a la malversación y el caso de Carles Puigdemont, el experto aclara que el verdadero problema reside "en la interpretación que el Tribunal Supremo hace de la ley". En un principio,"la malversación estaba incluida en la amnistía, pero tras avanzar en la tramitación se moduló para evitar un conflicto con el derecho europeo". El Tribunal Supremo ha considerado que "la ley no es aplicable a todos los casos", entre ellos el de Puigdemont, que según el catedrático de Derecho: "está impugnando" esa interpretación alegando que podría vulnerar el principio de legalidad penal. Por tanto, aunque la ley se mantenga constitucional, el debate seguirá abierto en torno a su aplicación práctica.Escuchar audio
