Hoy en Km0, tras repasar la actualidad informativa y deportiva, profundizamos en los siguientes asuntos: 50º aniversario de Hispania Nostra y Proyecto Corcino Hispania Nostra cumple 50 años El Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid (COAM), ubicado en la c/ Hortaleza, 63, acoge hasta el domingo 24 de mayo la exposición conmemorativa itinerante "50 Aniversario de Hispania Nostra. Medio siglo de acción en defensa del patrimonio cultural y natural". Hispania Nostra, asociación sin ánimo de lucro que trabaja desde 1976 en la defensa, promoción y estudio del patrimonio cultural y natural español, destaca por iniciativas que ya son emblemáticas como su Lista Roja de elementos históricos y culturales en peligro o sus Premios Hispania Nostra a las Buenas Prácticas, que dejan patente su compromiso con la participación ciudadana y con la conservación de elementos valiosos e importantes que son de todos nosotros. La muestra, que después de Madrid recorrerá diversos puntos de la geografía nacional, cuenta con el mecenazgo de la Fundación ACS y el apoyo de Acción Cultural Española y del COAM. Forma parte del programa de celebración que también incluye ciclos de conferencias, jornadas jurídicas y publicaciones. Una iniciativa que expone trayectoria de la entidad y que invita a reflexionar sobre el papel del patrimonio como memoria compartida, responsabilidad colectiva y herramienta para comprender el presente. Entrevistamos al portavoz del comité científico de la Lista Roja de Hispania Nostra, Víctor Antona. Proyecto Corcino Iniciativa de sensibilización ambiental creada y llevada a cabo por la Asociación del Corzo Español (ACE) desde el año 2004. Su objetivo principal consiste en evitar que se recojan crías de corzo (corcinos) al encontrarlas solas en el campo durante la primavera. Un hecho más común de lo que parece debido a puede parecer que están abandonadas. La asociación recuera que los corcinos no están abandonados y que permanecen inmóviles entre la vegetación como mecanismo de defensa contra depredadores mientras sus madres vigilan y se acercan exclusivamente para amamantarlos. Bajo el lema "Si te lo llevas, morirá", esta campaña remarca que resulta extremadamente difícil sacar adelante a las crías de corzo en cautividad y que la mayoría fallece a las pocas horas o días de ser recogidas. Además, recuerdan el peligro del contacto humano para esta especie, ya que tocar a la cría o dejar rastro de olor humano puede provocar que la madre la rechace o atraer a depredadores oportunistas como el zorro. ACE ha reactivado el Proyecto Corcino 2026 debido al aumento de la población de esta especie y a los encuentros frecuentes de senderistas y agricultores con las crías. We start with the San Diego Padres, who were among the busiest teams at the deadline. They added Mason Miller and JP Sears from the Athletics, then followed up with Ryan O'Hearn and Ramón Laureano to bring more left-handed power and defensive versatility, while Nestor Cortes joined their rotation. The package heading to Oakland was headlined by top prospect Leo De Vries, signaling that San Diego is all-in for the stretch run. The New York Yankees built out one of the deepest bullpens in baseball, adding Jake Bird, David Bednar, and Camilo Doval, along with Jose Caballero to give their bench more speed and flexibility. The National League East became a true arms race. The Mets bolstered their bullpen with Tyler Rogers and Ryan Helsley and addressed center field with Cedric Mullins, while the Phillies countered by landing Jhoan Duran from the Twins to lock down the ninth inning. Around the league, the Astros brought Carlos Correa back to Houston, the Mariners reunited with Eugenio Suárez, and the Cubs, Reds, Rays, Rangers, Tigers, Red Sox, and Royals all made moves to position themselves for the next two months in different ways. Meanwhile, the Twins leaned fully into selling, parting with multiple core pieces and signaling a new phase for the franchise. All of this leads into what could be a fascinating finish to the season, capped off by the inaugural Speedway Classic at Bristol Motor Speedway, where the Braves and Reds will play in front of a potential record-setting regular-season crowd.
