A jam-packed episode of No Tags this week, but we had a lot to catch up on. Central Cee's debut album Can't Rush Greatness is out (02:56) and it's UK drill's biggest album to date, almost by default. Eusexua (10:07) might be the record that finally sells us on FKA twigs? And we talk about the grey zones of desire in Babygirl over in film corner (18:32).But then onto the main event: we're joined this week by NYC DJ and virtual pop architect umru (30:09). A key member of SoundCloud's class of the mid-2010s, umru officially graduated to the hyperpop top tier in 2017 with his work on Charli XCX's game-changing Pop 2 mixtape. He's since worked with the likes of Hannah Diamond, Tommy Cash, Hyd, Dorian Electra and more while releasing his own music on PC Music and, this year, LuckyMe. He's also one of our favourite DJs, with an anything-goes approach that feels firmly in the legacy of faves like Total Freedom, Evian Christ and Ryan Hemsworth. We also talked about his past life running parties on Minecraft, leak culture, pop's Splice era, and the link between PC Music and Pirates of the Caribbean.A little housekeeping: after a small delay the second pressing of No Tags: Conversations on underground music culture should be arriving in the next week, so if you missed out the first time, head to Shopify to place your order. In the meantime, if you're enjoying No Tags, please do rate, review and subscribe on your podcast app of choice. We'd also ask you to consider subscribing to our paid tier, which costs £5 a month and helps us continue planning, recording, editing and transcribing podcasts like this one. As ambitious high-performance leaders, we often get to the end of the year stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted and carrying all the baggage of our failures, disappointments, and negative emotions into the new year. From this place we make choices and set plans to have a better experience in the coming year, but we are still carrying the same beliefs, perspectives and emotional energies that were the result of challenging experiences we had the year before. As leaders who want to keep growing, conquering new territory in our careers, reaching forth boldly into new opportunities, it is vital that we clear our minds and energy systems of all the thoughts, beliefs and emotions that no longer serve us so that we can create from a place of confidence, inner clarity, higher perspective and positivity. What do LeBron James, Anthony Davis and Draymond Green have in common? Well, THAT, of course. But they are also all represented by Rich Paul, arguably the most driven, innovative and influential sports agent in the game. It didn't come easy. Raised in a tough Cleveland neighborhood, Paul leaned on and learned from a wise dad who provided, as Paul puts it now, a solid foundation. But the author of the self-deprecatingly-titled memoir "Lucky Me" also learned a thing or two about the powerful, positive impact of adversity. That it might even be a necessary precondition for success. LinkedIn Editor-in-Chief Dan Roth talked to Paul about leveraging adversity, the right — and wrong — kind of ego, and what you can learn about representing superstars from ironing clothes. Share your thoughts via email at ThisisWorking@linkedin.com, or join the conversation directly on LinkedIn using the hashtag #ThisisWorking. "So many people want to be a part of the announcement and not a part of the investment."- Rich Paul, Founder of Klutch Sports Less than 24 hours away from the 2024 NBA Draft and all the talk is around a potential late round draft prospect, And why? Well because of the name on the back of his jersey. The sports world is currently divided over discussions about nepotism in basketball, sparked by Bronny James' announcement that he will enter the NBA draft after just one year at USC. In the latest episode of The Pivot, Ryan, Channing, and Fred sit down with Rich Paul, founder of Klutch Sports Group and super agent not just for big NBA stars and Lebron but Bronny too, as the guys go in depth for a very telling conversation from the source himself. They dive into Rich's long-standing relationship with LeBron James, yet their separate approaches to navigating Bronny's entry into the NBA draft and his future career. Rich is very clear, although Bronny is considered his nephew, he is treating him as he would any of the other athletes he represents, sharing the best case scenario, discussing various approaches and details what he actually means by declining two-way contracts. Rich has made a name for himself as a leader in sports business and transcending athlete representation by doing it his own way, which has raised the bar in the industry. Way before Rich Paul and Lebron met, Rich was hustling and grinding his way through life, from selling jerseys out of his car to becoming a prominent CEO in sports representation. He provides insights into his journey to become one of the most influential businessmen in sports, outgrowing his title of agent through his contributions in sports and entertainment growth over the years. Rich gives perspective into his philosophy as a man, agent and friend, emphasizing his consistent yet authentic approach in managing high-profile clients like LeBron James, Anthony Davis, and Draymond Green as well as his female clients in WNBA led by the league's MVP A'ja Wilson. Rich prides himself in building strong personal connections both within and outside the sports industry and talks about how he will not only stick by his athletes through their successes, but will also stand in the rain with them when things get tough as he demonstrated with Draymond Green recently. This mentality isn't a front, it's just who Rich Paul is, and is best described in his book, "Lucky Me" about changing the odds and going against the grain to reach success: "You don't have to finish where you start," which is why he has earned the trust of the best of the best in basketball and paved the way for it to be a business built on people skills and relationships and not by mandated college degrees. For the dance producer, a move into scoring film and TV is often a secret (or not-so-secret) career aspiration. Hardly anyone manages to pull it off though. How do you do it? And what is the work and life actually like if you make it?Nathan Micay has released singles and albums on labels including Aus Music and Lucky Me, but now spends most of his time writing music for projects for Netflix and the like. His CV in that area now includes Industry, the new Sexy Beast series, and HBO's Reality. So he's a great person to get into the details of the above questions with... and on this episode we do just that. We also talk about the dance stuff too though, and get some great stories about Berlin, Berghain, and music making generally. Next Monday, Chicago celebrates its 187th birthday, and we're celebrating with onions instead of cake. That's because the city's name comes from Indigenous words describing a type of wild, fragrant onion that used to be abundant in the area. Chicago's birthday is a perfect time to revisit our conversation with Tribune food critic Louisa Chu about some of the best onion dishes you can find in the city. 03.03.2024. Rising UK poet and lyricist Older Brother joins forces with multi-hyphenate artist and producer Cameron Morse for new track ‘The Sedated Century', due 26th Jan on Society Soundtrack. Older Brother is an artist translating our daily dystopia into sonic painkillers. Winning fans from all corners from the off, his track with frequent collaborator Metrist 'Bullet Time' (Timedance) was heralded by The Quietus as 'an excellent slow-burn mystical journey in the mould of Joy Orbison', while follow up ‘Tele Hill Climbers' was playlisted by Apple, BBC6 and NTS On ‘The Sedated Century' Older Brother links up with Montreal based fashion visionary, experimental musician and LUCKYME collaborator, Cameron Morse. Like a beguiling sonic Black Mirror, the track signals the dawn of society's drunken disconnection from our bodies into gaseous avatars. Older Brother delivers razor-like British melancholia with Lustwerk laid back-ness over the missing dance track from LAGEOS. The perfect cautionary tale for January gloom and resolution wake up call, ‘The Sedated Century' arrives on Older Brother's excellent Society Soundtrack - a label releasing moving music that critically reflects our world in danceable forms. ‘The Sedated Century' is the final single in a trilogy following ‘Cliff' and ‘Tele Hill Climbers', and alongside a slated EP release with Manchester band Shell Company (FIXED ABODE), heads up what's set to be an exciting 2024 for the rising artist. Older Brother says : “I met Cameron Morse on Soundcloud way back in 2015 around the time he was making the first Littlebabyangel record. His music has always sounded like how I've felt, under another alias I used to rip all his demos and do whole live improvised sets to his music. The Sedated Century is our first track, it's about how we're voluntarily sedating ourselves en masse. It's a cautionary tale - about the neglect and dehumanisation of digitisation. The track is an antidote, it gets you high then puts an adrenaline shot in your chest”. There are plenty of peculiar tunes to soak up this week on CheapShow. The segment may be called Silverman's Platter, but on this edition of the podcast, Paul's brought along a few interesting records to listen to. A song based on popular TV show “Minder” and styled after Chas N Dave brings Paul and Eli's attention to the work of The Firm, a music group that churned out one of the 1980s biggest novelty pop hits. Apparently, they had a whole album, so the cheap chaps take a quick tour of their output. There is also a strange album to listen to that was designed to help raise fund for children's charity NSPCC in 1984. It's packed with some obvious and not so obvious celebrities from the period, but we focus on Dennis Waterman's rock n roll Lollipop song and Felicity Kendall's moog flavoured ditty about fairies! It's also time to return to the Country Urban Noodle Test Lab International Cuisine Kitchen with a few instant noodles that are new to Eli's palate. Mr Silverman takes on a Lucky Me beef bone marrow treat and whatever the hell a “Milky Me” is! To make things more interesting, Paul and Eli also have got their own deities in small boxes. This isn't going to be a problem at all! Welcome to Travel Matters and the first episode of 2023. This one was also recorded at TBEX Asia in Phuket, Thailand. Meet Kyle Jennermann, a Canadian national who found himself falling in love with the Philippines and its people. He calls himself “Kulas”, a nickname he was given several years ago by one of the people he met on one of his trips there. He decided to introduce the Philippines to the rest of the world in his YouTube channel, "Becoming Filipino”. And that is happening. Click this link and see an act from a senator, to grant him citizenship. Even though his channel has more than a million subscribers, and he's able to live of it, he's very modest and very sharing. Follow Kulas on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and soon also on TikTok. Finally, here is a link to the "Lucky Me! Lomi" TV commercial we're talking about. UK artist Phoebe Green speaks to Headliner about her long-awaited debut album Lucky Me, her influences, and finding her creative voice.
Today we are in conversation with Travis Stewart aka Machinedrum. Travis debuted his Machinedrum Moniker in 2001 when he was only 18 years old and has consistently pushed creative boundaries with his music for the last 2 decades. With releases on forward-thinking, innovative labels such as Ninja Tune, Plant Mu, Lucky Me and Mercury KX, his latest album Elysian under his moniker T-Stewart once again showcased his versatility as a musician and producer. This absolutely stunning ambient album explores the concept of finding heaven on earth through nature and music. So I was super excited to speak to Travis and get a glimpse into how he stimulates his creative thinking and consistently executes to such a high level. In this episode, you'll discover how to use your life experiences to craft original pieces of art… …what your creative mode is and how to activate it every day. …how to give your work and family the undivided attention they deserve and still build a flourishing career in music. …AND how to build the habits and processes that underpin the success of a full-time music producer. In short, this is an absolute treasure trove of an interview and we dive into previously uncharted territory… https://finishmoremusic.com/fmm186/

Jacques Greene is a musician, DJ, and producer from Montreal. His wikipedia page says that he began playing electronic music when a high school history teacher introduced him to Aphex Twin, precipitating a realization that “music doesn't have to be angry white men over a guitar. Which is a good start to a Wikipedia page bio His records, ‘Feel Infinite,' and ‘Dawn Chorus' have always been on repeat while I run but his new compilation ANTH01 while I stride. All three records off of LuckyME records. Took me a minute to pronounce Jacques but I'm glad I can call him Phil. I don't do these year-end jazz mixes every year. Most of the time I'm just too lazy. I don't keep close track of what came out and what I liked. At some point this year I started tossing individual tracks into a playlist and that helped me remember what I enjoyed in 2021. So here's my Jazz 2021 mix. It is by no means a "Best of" mix. It's merely a collection of jazz-ish tracks from albums I liked this year. And of course some of the tunes lean a bit toward ambient. Cheers! Before we begin Season 2 of the podcast, it's a palate cleanser miniseries all about the most acclaimed animated franchise of the 20th and 21st centuries: “Toy Story”. It's The Pixel Chronicles! This week, we conclude this miniseries with (hopefully) the final movie forever and ever: “Toy Story 4”! We'll question why this movie even exists, deal with John Lasseter's #MeToo reckoning, analyze uninteresting villains and side characters, share love for all things Forky, and so much more.Plus, Miles from “The Disc Dump” stops by for another Community Outreach segment. Art collective Lucky 3 is composed of Darren Mark, Dýrfinna Benita Basalan and Melanie Ubaldo. From the perspective of their “collective, first-person immigrant experience” the group has recently opened up new space for conversation on diaspora, displacement, vulnerability and belonging. The collective´s Filipino-Icelandic origins informed their breakthrough exhibition Lucky Me?, held in Kling & Bang in 2019, and as an act of quiet activism, speaks volumes about identity and location, marginalization and claim, Filipino community, and locating culture from the periphery in Iceland. Created and produced by the Icelandic Art Centre, Out There brings host Becky Forsythe in conversation with artists, curators and art professionals. Intro: When You Know You Know from the album Moonlove by artist Egill Sæbjörnsson.
After the shocking fallout of last week's episode, Paul & Eli are currently in negotiations for the return of Larry Inchman to the show. We hope you can forgive our error of judgement. To apologize, the cheap chaps have decided to offer you two overly long editions of "Eli's Country Urban Noodle Test Lab Kitchen" and "Gannon's Golden Games". In one, they'll be testing a "Lost The Pot Noodle" against a "Lucky Me" brand and in the other, they'll be playing a game based on a recent TV show NO ONE remembers! Along the way, we'll discuss the Tarrant/Edmonds rivalry, have a screaming row over the rules of a game and let you figure out just what the hell the title to this episode even means! 00:45 - We’re back! We all made it through another day of virtual learning at home in this crazy pandemic. And that’s what this episode is about - how we’re making it through distance learning, what we’re learning while our kids are in school at home, and what our escapes are looking like now. Who else has personal time in the car or at the Target drive-thru? 04:56 - So, what have been the biggest challenges of school-at-home so far? For Meka, she’s in the first week of kindergarten and it is a struggle to get Jagger out of bed and motivated to do schoolwork. But, the ladies applaud that the kids are able to function and even try going to school right now - it’s a lot of work and they’re struggling too! 08:55 - Speaking of challenges, virtual school also means that our schedules, routines, and structures have changed. Workouts can’t happen whenever we want, the living space has changed to accommodate school, and we are literally living in the living room. We’ve all just become more adaptable and adjusted our spaces so we can live, work, play, and chill. 12:02 - Monique talks about the challenges of living downtown and navigating the city when they get the kids outside for “recess” - avoiding fast cars and narrow sidewalks, but this also creates the opportunity to have new outdoor adventures. 12:40 - However, there are some highlights! Meek loves not having the daily early rising and long commute to get to school. Nique includes an imaginary “commute” to school every day, so the kids can feel set up and ready for school. We’ve all got some more time in our mornings to get creative (or sleep more)! 14:33 - Speaking of time, it’s tea time. Meka is sipping on The Meka, her peach, mint, and ginger classic. Maybe she’ll find a mango tea next time. Nique has got a citrus green tea, a good mid-morning tea to keep you going! 15:37 - The ladies talk about how lunchtime has changed for the better. With all the extra time we have with the kids now, Meek and Nique are feeding them hot, nutritious lunches and trying new things (air fryer fish sticks, anyone?). Making new menus and giving lunch fun, fancy names is definitely another highlight of virtual school right now. 19:27 - Meek and Nique talk about the processes of learning schoolwork, submitting assignments, and teaching the kids technical skills they need to participate wholly in virtual school so they can continue to learn and grow. But, it can be hard to keep up with everyone’s different schedules and calendar reminders - remember to give yourself some grace, teach self-sufficiency to your kids, and allow your kids to also figure out how to navigate their day. 24:33 - Meka talks about how virtual school has also given her perspective of what she has, and what she’s able to give her kids. Two of Jagger’s classmates have to do school from a daycare center instead of from home because parents still have to work, juggle life, and figure out how to give their kids a safe place to learn. We all have to do whatever we can to make it work for our families during this time. 29:50 - In all this, though, we all still struggle, including the kids. They’re missing their friends, missing their routines, and the extracurriculars that got them out of the house. Meek and Nique discuss how their kids all cope differently and how they channel their frustrating moments into creative outlets and socially distant activities. 38:08 - Of course we have to wrap up with our Drive Tracks (for those pretend commutes right now). Meka is listening to Lucky Me by Vic Shawn, which is grounded in his personal experience with a medical scare that turned out to be nothing. Nique has been feeling nostalgic, listening to Lauryn Hill’s Nothing Even Matters, and the whole Miseducation of Lauryn Hill album. Make sure to follow Meek and Nique on their updated socials! Meka’s blog is Hanging with the Harrells and her instagram is @xomekaharrell.Nique’s website is Monique Hibma and follow her @moniqueimanhibma.Follow the show at @teawithmeekandnique on Insta to see behind-the-scenes and more content, make sure to use the #teawithmeekandnique so we can see what you’re sipping on, and say hello to your fearless hosts at meekandnique.com, and tune in for the next episode!

Nathan @nathanmicay is a music producer and DJ based in Berlin, originally from Toronto. I love his last two albums that took his sound to a soaring cinematic quality beyond dance music. I got must into the balance we talked about. Nathan has a really cool head on his shoulders when it comes to DJs. We talked perspective of touring, getting caught up comparing ourselves to peers, travel and healthy lifestyle. It's awesome how more and more are starting to think this way. He keeps his body in great shape as a top priority, and actually trains other DJs. Episode 28 - Nathan Micay Follow the instagram for updates/news/vinyl and general music chat - www.instagram.com/bsidepodcasts/ Follow the facebook here - www.facebook.com/BsidePodcasts/ We are so excited to finally bring this episode to you all (it is definitely episode 28 so just ignore Stephens intro) and we can quite safely say this is one of the best yet. Nathan brought an incredible selection with him, including some seriously rare tunes, down to the institution that is Rubadub to record his Bside. Before going B2B with his good friend Avalon Emerson all night long at La Cheetah Club! If you don't already know him, you will have more than likely heard his music played at clubs and festivals over the last couple of years. Tracks like The Party We Could Have and Beginning Ballads have been a staple of many sets throughout Europe and beyond. Having released under the alias Bwana since 2011, originally producing post-dubstep and moving towards housey vibes, Nathan rebranded to his own name. Since then he has released countless remix's/edits, multiple EPs, his debut album Blue Spring on the amazing LuckyMe and has set up 3 record labels - Schvitz Edits, Eternal Schvitz and Original Schvitz. This is Nathan's unofficial audition for BBC Radio 1, and we think he absolutely smashed it! Expect some of the best trance ever to grace your earholes, some wicked breaks and garage and of course a bit of Joni Mitchell because Canada

Nothing like a curve ball, eh? This week Weaver dives deep into his catalogue of dance album and produces the spell binding ‘Glass Swords’ by Glasgow’s very own Rustie. This is our first time we’ve ever covered a dance album and the results are…mixed. ‘Glass Swords’ is often cited as being one of the most important and influential electronic records of the decade. Dave leans heavily on this fact, whilst citing how it’s both bizarre and wonderful that artists like Rustie and Hudson Mohawke have helped to define the sound of trap music; no mean feat when you considered the distance between Scotland and the American deep south. Dave and Chris give us a whilst stop tour of the more esoteric side of UK dance music covering labels such as Numbers, LuckyMe, PC Music and Warp amongst others. Is ‘Glass Swords’ Rustie’s best work? Only you can decide. Vote below.
Terri Clark talks with 80s country star Moe Bandy about his new autobiography "Lucky Me." He covers his entire life, growing up in Texas, the hits he had, the friends he made, including President Bush, the stars he met along the way, such as George Strait, Joe Stampley, and Garth Brooks, his years in Branson, and his life today.

The Firehouse Forum podcast slims down to just two guests this episode. First, we talk to Mark Lerman, the director of Firehouse's AN OAK TREE, which opens on April 4th. Then we chat with Amy Berlin, whose name almost rhymes with Mark's and whose latest project definitely does as she's set to star in LUCKY ME opening on April 6th at Chamberlayne Actors Theatre. As with many of the folks we talk to, these two are both multi-hyphenates with acting, directing, teaching, producing, writing, and many other skills under their belts. Lots of fun stuff to talk about and two great shows folks should go see.

But, for the moment, we have this amazing interview for you to listen to. Tania passes on some amazing knowledge, and many incredible stories from her years as a world renowned musician. Make sure you keep an eye out for the 2018 album from two Australian icons, and whilst you wait for that, just go and listen to all the hits again! Thanks so much to Tania and James for agreeing to chat with us! Find them on Facebook (Bachelor Girl) and Instagram (@bachelor.girl). A damn good mix if I do say so myself! Leaning heavy this week on the holiday freebies from labels like LuckyMe and Main Course.
December 2013, Typeradio held a two day workshop in cooperation with Indra Kupferschmid and 10 students of the Hochschule der Bildenden Künste (HBK Saar) in Saarbrücken, Germany. Each student was assigned a typeface, designed by a Dutch designer, along with the assignment: ‘translate the typeface into a one minute sound piece’. The resulting 10 sound pieces were the starting point of another workshop, in collaboration with Jan Willem Stas and the students of the Type]Media 2014 typography master coarse in The Hague, The Netherlands. Each T]M student was handed an (anonymously labelled) sound piece and their challenge was to ‘create a typeface concept inspired by the sound’. The results were quite surprising! 1) Original typeface: Brokken by Donald Beekman 2) Sound piece by Tumaj Talimy 3) Chinese whispered typeface by Sláva Jevčinová Sláva: “Who else got to watch cartoons for research? Lucky ME! The first seconds of Tumaj’s sound reminded me of this splendid genre. It inspired me to design a very simple cartoon typeface with handwriting flavour and specific features that resemble cartoon characters (big counters=big heads, thin weight=tiny body, long thin serifs=long feet). Nevertheless, The second part is a bit disruptive and carries a negative impression with it. The sound interprets a dwarf’s hard work of digging in the mines, therefore I decided to include certain OpenType features. Despite the disturbing part, the main goal was preserving playfulness for the project. That’s all Folks!” HBK Saar :: Type]Media :: File Download (0:39 min / 1 MB)

Download " Eye On The Groove Part 1 MP3"Windows Right Click and Save the linkMAC Command Click and Save the linkI have a drummer in me....it beats to a Different beat. Come, let me beat Yours....with Mine.Yes....pay attentions....and Thank you All for listening. I know there is a LOT of music out there.....all kinds. And, Dance music....well, the lines there have been so blurred in the last few years....that I’m not exactly sure What to call what I Play. House, Techno, Tech-House, Nu-Disco, Progressive. All of the above I’d say. Yeah....Lucky Me....I get to play it ALL. As, My drummer, the one on the inside...is Always seeking...and Has Always sought...the element in the music that it takes to move Me. And That; I hope; moves You!!I’ve said it before; that you really have to BE there to get the full “Effect” of the rubbin’, bumpin’, gropin’, lovin’, drinkin’, pumpin’ sound in the room. As, this music is Made, in loud studios by loud professionals, to be played LOUD!! The balance has to be right too. Not Too loud, not too soft. And, it’s got to fit the space and the crowd. The actual Sound And, the Music. Play your Space and your Crowd. One will demand the other. And, when just listening, think of where and to whom it was played To. That Room....That Crowd. (*side point, please, know that I know, the differences of what it is to play a pool set, an after-hours, a peak night big room, give me Some credit.) (*sly Dudley Do-right snicker)These sets, here and now....called “Eye On the Groove pt 1 and 2”. Are two sets that were recorded early some recent Ramrod evening....and from there it went up some more. Again, it was the night and The crowd to play to. I Do try to Please there....but I also, Love to Teach them. You’ll hear in this journey, that I drop a few remixes of classics...some vocals...a few techno bombs....but connecting them all is My feel for the Groove. My Drummer.I always Love when someone comes in the room and tells me that,....even before they Knew who was playing....that they Knew it was Me. Makes my tail wag....wagwagwagwagwag. People ask me what my “Style” is....and I have to tell them, I love all good music. Positive lyric, uplifting, sexy and dirty, shake you by the hips, snaps your fingers, till you throw your pants in the corner Musics. And, all connected with that groove thang. That thang that gets between your ears and rocks your head....taps your toes....walks the runway...and makes you shout my name. Know what I mean Vern? All said and done....I’m blessed. Blessed with the love of music. Wide range OF IT too. I get to share it with you at the club and here in Your Spaces. It’s been a Fab year....and now 2012 is upon us....so let’s all....Put these sets in the digital Victrola....Grab yourself a glass of what Ever it is that you enjoy drinking....and raise it up high, for aToast....to Art...and to All the people out there who are sophisticated enough to “Dig It”.To You...all the happiest of the years end holidays, and to the beginnings of the new one. I wish you All the best of the best there IS. LOVE!!Enjoy the sets...let me hear-back from you sometimes.....Keep your heads to the sky....and...Love all around,Herbiehttp://www.herbiejames.comhttp://www.gayinternetradiolive.com

"...a throwback to the days of the old boom bap, when tracks just made you want to bang your head and break your neck", says Laurent Fintoni, aka Kper, of his current hip hop fixes: beatheads such as Flying Lotus and edIT in LA, Dabrye and Waajeed in Detroit, and Rustie and Hudson Mohawke in Scotland. Laurent has been interviewing some of the aforementioned artists for articles coming out in the August issue of Serie B magazine. This mix, featuring snippets of the interviews (taken from www.samurai.fm), showcases many of the crucial players in this globally evolving hip hop sound.
