May I encourage you towards the latter of the two? I will also be offering you one of the most effective practices that I know of to reduce stress and anxiety. Thank you so much for tuning in. Send me a Text Message! The theme of this episode on gratitude is simply, be the one. It's based on a moment in the life of Jesus, a story found in Luke 17:11-19. Jesus healed a group of men who had experienced the trauma of leporsy. But only one returned to say thank you. So my challenge to all of is to simply... Be The One!Be the one who always comes back. Be the one who lives by an internal gps of gratitude. Be the one who is never too busy to write a note or make a call or grab a cup of coffee with someone who has made a difference in your life...to not only tell them thank you but more importantly to tell them that you have told God thank you for them. It will change your heart, enrich your family, drive away worryand anxiety. Because as we will find in this story...Something special happens when we pause to give thanks!
