Investigators of the origins of COVID-19 subpoenaed Dr. David Morens, alleging the former advisor to Dr. Fauci violated federal law by moving communications with EcoHealth Alliance and NIH Director Francis Collins to a private Gmail to evade government record keeping. What was he trying to hide? Today, I interview independent reporter Jimmy Tobias. Jimmy successfully challenged the NIH to have the redactions removed from Dr Fauci's emails surrounding his secret deliberations with NIH Director Francis Collins, Jeremy Farrar, and several renown virologists regarding the possible lab origin of COVID-19. We discuss the content of those unredacted emails between Drs. Fauci, Collins, Farrar and a cabal of internationally recognized virologists in the first nine days of February 2020. These emails followed the now notorious February 1st, 2020, secret teleconference arranged by Jeremy Farrar and Anthony Fauci to discuss the unanimous opinion of four renown virologists that the virus responsible for the COVID-19 pandemic had genetic features that looked “potentially engineered” and was “inconsistent with expectations from evolutionary theory.” Within days of that secret teleconference, these virologists made a 180-degree about-face and wrote a highly influential correspondence in Nature Medicine entitled: The Proximal Origin of SARS-CoV-2 stating unequivocally that the virus responsible for the COVID-19 could not have come from a lab. How the authors of The Proximal Origin Correspondence came to this reversal so quickly and so adamantly without any credible science to justify it was a mystery... until the redactions from Fauci emails were removed.

How do you navigate major changes in your life? Today's guest, Dr. D. Michael Lindsay, reveals the keys to making the most of transitions. Dr. D. Michael Lindsay serves as the President of Taylor University, a Christian institution that has recently been named by U.S. News the #1 College in the Midwest. He is the author of Hinge Moments: Making the Most of Life's Transitions and several other books, including the Pulitzer-nominated Faith in the Halls of Power. Dr. Lindsay wrote the book after searching for a resource to offer the students in his university. Since he could not find an adequate reference to help the young people in need of answers, Lindsay consulted the nation's most successful individuals and created a guide to help those who needed it most. Dr. Lindsay interviewed 550 people, including former U.S. presidents, Secretaries of State, presidents of esteemed universities, leaders of major non-profit organizations, and Fortune 500 CEOs. He discovered incredible insights about how successful people overcome transitions. Lindsay describes the process as a spiritual journey as well as a psychological challenge. Dr. Lindsay addresses different types of "hinge moments," including changes we expect and those which devastate us. Change is instantaneous, he states, but transition is a gradual process. Dr. Lindsay examines what he calls the intersection phase, a low point in our transition process. He states the most difficult part of our journey includes God at work and our decision regarding how to respond to the change. Lindsay shares his own journey of leaving a treasured position at one university and waiting over a year before securing his current role as president of Taylor University. During this difficult period, he chose to take a regular discernment walk, which offered tremendous benefit. Dr. Lindsay notes the 7 stages of transition, one of the first being a sense of restlessness. He encourages several key practices, including the following: Slow down to discern what God might do. Sabbath-keeping gives time to rest and reflect. Recognize the intersection phase, when we need to transition into a new season of life. We discuss the importance of recognizing transition as a change, not an end. We also emphasize the need topPay attention, listen observe, and expect God to show up. We must be willing to surrender our comfort, gifts, and expectations so God can open up doors for us. This occurs as a result of spiritual disciplines. Fulfillment requires us to hold goals loosely. Dr. Lindsay cites a host of inspiring examples, including the story of NIH Director Francis Collins, who mapped the human genome to personalize cancer treatment. Collins was inspired by a patient's quiet faith to leave atheism behind and seek a personal relationship with God. Lindsay explains his choice to use the analogy of a hinge. A hinge serves as a fulcrum to open possibilities and close doors that need to be closed. He notes that prayers can best serve us as we listen for the guidance of the Holy Spirit. Dr. Lindsay refers to Karl Barth's analogy of the Lord guiding us on a journey to new harbors on the river of the Holy Spirit. D. Michael Lindsay encourages us to prepare for a lifestyle of transitions. He refers to the story of C. Everett Koop. Koop was Surgeon General and a world-class pediatric surgeon who described a lifelong journey of new opportunities and purpose. Like a lobster during its molting phase, our most vulnerable times often serve as the periods during which we undergo the greatest amount of growth. Look for Dr. D. Michael Lindsay's book, Hinge Moments, wherever books are sold. At the Coronavirus Task Force Press Conference on April 17th, 2020, Dr. Fauci establishes a false narrative that “the science” supports one credible scientific hypothesis for the origin of the COVID-19 Pandemic- a natural zoonosis. This episode examines the “nightmare of circumstantial evidence” that Dr. Fauci had to ignore, conceal, and eliminate from his public orations to establish the false narrative and the myriad reasons why, if proven correct, the lab leak hypothesis would be an epic disaster for Drs. Fauci, Collins, and gain-of-functionologists. We also examine the abundant evidence of the behind-the-scenes role of NIH Director Francis Collins in pushing the false narrative, and his efforts to disparage and discredit those discussing the evidence pointing to a possible lab leak by labelling them as conspiracy theorists.
Hour 2 of The Dawn Stensland Show: On Friday, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas spoke with UC Berkeley Law Professor John Yoo about racial inequality and judicial philosophy on CSPAN. During the hour-long conversation, Justice Thomas was asked about the recent leak of Justice Sam Alito’s draft in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. Justice Thomas explained, “I wonder how long we are going to have these institutions” and suggested the long-term consequences could be dire if they disappear. According to Open the Books—a nonprofit government watchdog organization—a Freedom of Information Act Request seems to indicate Dr. Anthony Fauci and NIH Director Francis Collins recently received royalty payments from drug companies they had done research for in the past. Charles McElwee—Editor of Real Clear Pennsylvania—joins the show to preview tomorrow’s Pennsylvania Primary vote. Over the weekend, the Democrat’s leading Senate candidate John Fetterman announced he had suffered a stroke. Thankfully, Fetterman is doing well and is expected to fully recover. McElwee does not believe Fetterman’s health will have any impact on the election. McElwee also breaks-down Melissa Hart’s decision to suspend her gubernatorial campaign and endorse Lou Barletta. Can Barletta beat front-runner Doug Mastriano? The Daily Wire reported that Vice President Kamala Harris has earned nearly $500,000 in book royalties during her first year in office.
“I was forty-seven years old before I did anything that people would really look at twice.” Janet Rowley's discovery of chromosomal translocations made it possible to diagnose cancer at the molecular level, and her work earned her a Lasker Award. But getting there wasn't easy. In this interview, given before the 1998 Awards, Rowley talks to former NIH Director Francis Collins and shares stories of her life before she made her groundbreaking discoveries. She had to wait nine months to start medical school because the quota for women (3 out of a class of 65) had been filled, she worked part time for twenty years while she raised her four sons, and it took almost ten years before anything noteworthy came out of her research. Through it all, she chose to enjoy what she had instead of getting discouraged. This conversation has been edited for brevity and clarity. Over the centuries, Christendom and Science have had an interesting relationship-sometimes friends, sometimes not. As Science's authority grew, many, but certainly not all or even the majority, of scientists eschewed any kind of faith in God as superstition. Understandably, there was a backlash from Christianities' "authorities". The United States with its Protestant ethic and beliefs developed a particularly interesting tributary of this relationship. The division started with the Scopes Monkey Trial of the early 20th century to the Young Earth Creationism movement in the 1960s to the rise of the Evangelical Block through the latter part of the 20th century right to the present time. The Covid Pandemic has brought this division right to the open. Evangelical Christians comprise one of the larger blocks of groups against vaccines, whether because this group refuses to recognize the authority of "science" or that of the "government". In this Life of the Mind Podcast, Jake Chacko of OGI interviews Jim Stump from BioLogos- an organization started by renown scientist and most recent NIH Director Francis Collins. The organization's founding aimed to bridge the divide between science and "Christian" faith. Instead, it finds itself caught in between and most recently, with vaccines, pitted against a large segment of Evangelical Christians. Jim is a deep thinking, articulate philosopher who provides unique insights and wisdom. Kate Whitehead, also of OGI and the commentator, talks about her learnings and "aha" moments as she absorbs the conversation. (Note- we mistakenly label BioLogos in the podcast as an Evangelical organization. While BioLogos is certainly promoting Science to people of faith, including Evangelicals, the organization itself does not classify itself as an "Evangelical" organization.)

On today's Breitbart News Daily podcast - this past weekend marked the 400th anniversary of Thanksgiving, but if you don't consume alternative media, you might not have been aware of that. Pres. Joe Biden spent his holiday partying in Nantucket at a billionaire's mansion with four types of dessert on the menu! Ted Cruz (R-TX) over - wait for it - January 6th! Then, the Friendly Fascist, aka NIH Director Francis Collins returned to cable news, and as usual, he lied to your face. And, smash-and-grab looting in spreading in lawless Democrat-run cities and there appears to be no end in sight. In another special Rural Matters Bonus Brief, Michelle meets with White House Senior Policy Adviser for COVID-19 Equity Dr. Cameron Webb to discuss how COVID-19 and the Delta variant continues to challenge rural America. “We've got so many states now with surges and cases, and it tends to track pretty closely to the vaccine rates in states... It is because this Delta variant is really less forgiving... if you are not vaccinated, you are not protected,” said Webb. They also discuss how staffing shortages effect the number of beds available in rural hospitals. As a result of less elective surgeries during the pandemic, rural hospitals have been hit extra hard. This has resulted in hospitals being forced to cut staffing, leaving some rural residents with less-than-ideal care available to them. Dr. Webb talks on his belief that the recent FDA approval of the Pfizer MRNA COVID-19 vaccine will help ease the minds of some remaining individuals that haven't received the shot yet. Michelle brings up the misinformation involving vaccines and COVID-19 treatments, and what messengers of information should be trusted. Dr. Webb suggests trusting local health providers, and the CDC for guidance. Lastly, they discuss how the Delta variant impacts children. “...more kids are being hospitalized... If you think that just because you made it through 2020 just fine doing things a certain way, what I need (for) you to understand is this is a game changing variant, it spreads with twice the transmissibility,” Dr. Webb stated. Click the below links to listen to more Rural Matters Bonus Brief episodes with Biden-Harris Administration officials Secretary of Agriculture Thomas Vilsack, Deputy Secretary of Commerce Don Graves, Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland, White House National Climate Advisor Gina McCarthy, Chief Science Officer of COVID Response Dr. David Kessler, Member of the Council of Economic Advisers Heather Boushey, NIH Director Francis Collins, Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo, and Secretary of Labor Martin Walsh.
This seven-minute Rural Matters Bonus Brief brings Michelle and Secretary of Agriculture Thomas J. Vilsack together again for a discussion on how the $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill passed on August 10th in the U.S. Senate will benefit rural communities. “For rural America, this is a very important day. Expanded access to broadband, improved infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, (there is) a lot to like about this bill,” Secretary Vilsack shared. They also discuss how this bill addresses the issues that face rural communities in the face of our current climate crisis. Secretary Vilsack relates how the significant investment in expanded access to broadband will assist rural farmers with precision agriculture, helping them reduce greenhouse gas emissions and make their farming more efficient. In addition, he mentions how the bill's focus on greater resiliency in the face of a changing climate will help rural communities through adapting to drought, and mitigating the impacts of wildfires. Secretary Vilsack and Michelle continue by discussing how improving transportation infrastructure will benefit rural America, allowing for efficiency in an export-dominated economy, as well as how improved public transportation systems will help rural residents access health care and schooling. Lastly, they cover how the new infrastructure bill will focus on the importance of eliminating lead in rural America's drinking water. “This bill... addresses a problem that has been with us for far too long... So that when we turn on the tap, regardless of where we are turning it on, we have the peace of mind, and assurance that the water we are going to consume, and our families are going to consume, and our children will consume at schools is safe.,” said Secretary Vilsack. Rural Matters Bonus Brief brings Michelle and Deputy Secretary of Commerce Don Graves together for an in-depth, 20-minute discussion on how the U.S. Economic Development Administration's American Rescue Plan programs can help rural communities and regions “Build Back Better.” Michelle and Deputy Secretary Graves connect over their shared rural roots and passionate understanding of the unique challenges that these communities face after the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. “In order for us to have a strong middle class and economic recovery in this country, we need to make sure that rural and tribal communities have the type of economic recovery that other parts of the country are starting to see… Rural communities have different needs than Urban communities,” said Graves. Under President Biden's American Rescue Plan, the EDA has been allocated $3 billion in funding to assist previously underserved communities in their efforts to accelerate economic growth, and to build local economies to be more resilient to global economic impacts in the future. This funding will be available to rural communities through six innovative challenges: Build Back Better Regional Challenge Good Jobs Challenge Economic Adjustment Assistance Indigenous Communities Travel, Tourism and Outdoor Recreation Statewide Planning, Research and Networks The EDA also recently announced the exciting Coal Communities Commitment, which allocates $300 million to support these hard-hit communities in their recovery, and aid in creating new jobs and opportunities. As Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) pushes for vaccinations and natural immunity as the path out of the COVID-19 pandemic, he expresses disbelief over the alarmist words from NIH Director Francis Collins on the Delta variant for children. Collins continues to spread fear, based on very thin data, in reinforcing the CDC recommendation on masks in schools citing 'ifs,' 'buts,' and 'maybes.'
Gov. Kristi Noem wrote on Twitter that if you don't like a company's vaccine mandate, then you'll have to find a new job. Also, NIH Director Francis Collins supports businesses requiring proof of vaccination. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Has Anthony Fauci, the face of the "war against COVID," engaged in deception at best, or fraud at worst? The Fauci emails, along with other corroborating evidence certainly suggests that Fauci and NIH Director Francis Collins engaged in wholesale deception in tandem with the Communist Chinese.Meanwhile, the Arizona audit is wrapping up while others are ahead. The results of the Arizona audit are sure to stun all of America. Will all of this be enough to cause key states to decertify their election results, creating a Constitutional Crisis? Think this through: what would happen if President Trump was actually declared the legitimate winner of the 2020 election? Riots? Civil conflict? To be sure. Is inevitable internal conflict the desire of the Globalists? A new week, and a new administration that has taken over the pandemic response. Now that 1 million vaccine doses are administered almost daily, President Joe Biden has increased the daily vaccination goal to 1.5 million Americans. What will the COVID national strategy actually look like under a new administration, and is Biden's goal achievable? To explore those questions, and what the future of collaboration in science looks like, we chat with NIH Director Francis Collins, MD, PhD.
I'm honored today to be joined by my longtime friend, colleague, and brilliant physician-scientist Dr. Francis Collins, the Director of the National Institutes of Health. Dr. Collins has served as the NIH Director since 2009, first appointed by President Obama and reappointed in 2017 by President Trump. Dr. Collins is a physician-geneticist noted for his landmark discoveries of disease genes and his leadership of the international Human Genome Project, which culminated in April 2003 with the completion of a finished sequence of the human DNA instruction book – something that amazingly was accomplished under budget & years ahead of schedule. At the helm of the NIH, Dr. Collins is at the tip of the spear of our federal government's Covid-19 treatment and vaccine research and development. He's one of our nation's most talented scientific minds and communicators, and you don't want to miss his insights on our show today.
