You can have all the data in the world coming out of your condition monitoring programme… vibration data, OGI surveys, thermography images, air leak reports… and still not improve reliability.And it usually comes down to one simple thing.No one can actually see what's going on end to end.In this episode, we talk properly about that. The gap between finding issues and actually fixing them. Because too often the insight is there, but it's sat in emails, reports, or spreadsheets and nothing really moves forward.We get into the systems we're building to solve that. Things like customer portals where everything sits in one place. Recommendations, evidence, current status, deadlines. So actions don't just disappear or get forgotten about. Everyone can see what needs doing and where things are at.We also break down what should sit where, because this is where a lot of people get it wrong.Your CMMS is there to manage work. History, failure codes, maintenance actions. That's its job. But it's not built to visualise vibration data or leak images. Trying to force it into that role just creates friction.That's why we're pushing towards more of a reliability hub approach. Something that sits alongside your CMMS and, where possible, links into it. So when you raise a recommendation, it can turn straight into a work order with proper traceability.And where integration isn't possible because of security or system limitations, we still need that feedback loop. So we talk about simple, practical ways to capture comments, updates, and closures without slowing engineers down or adding more admin.We also get into the value of closing the loop properly on repairs.When you can link the fix back to the original condition monitoring finding, everything becomes clearer. Photos, verification, root cause… it all starts to tell a story. People understand what those “high readings” actually meant. Maki Zenin vs. Ogi Zenin is a battle fought by Tokyo Jujutsu High second-year student Maki Zenin against her father, special grade 1 sorcerer of the Zenin Clan, Ogi Zenin. It takes place in the Cursed Warehouse and the Disciplinary Chamber of the Zenin Household when Ogi Zenin attempts to execute both of his own twin daughters.Maki returns to the Zenin Family estate to collect cursed tools with permission from the new head, Megumi Fushiguro. On the way, she's harassed by Naoya and then her own mother, but Maki ignores them both and persists on to the warehouse.Maki uses a key to open a complex lock mechanism and gain entry to the Zenin Family's cursed warehouse. However, Maki is surprised to see it has been completely emptied out of all weapons. Only Ogi Zenin is inside with a heavily injured Mai lying in her own blood behind him. Ogi anticipated Maki's moves and emptied the place of all cursed tools before she got here and slashed Mai himself, leaving her alive to only serve as an emergency hostage.Unbeknownst to the Maki, the upper echelon of the Zenin clan is conspiring against Megumi. While a good number of people within the clan back Megumi because he shares a good relationship with major members of the Gojo and Kamo Clan, others like Jinichi and Ogi can't accept leaving the family fortune to him. They can't hastily murder Megumi without a good reason so instead, they're going to take advantage of the notice from Jujutsu Headquarters. Freeing Satoru Gojo is a criminal act, so the Zenin clan will attempt to execute Megumi, Mai, and Maki under the front of them being rebels trying to do so.Jinichi explains all of this to Naoya while Ogi faces off with Maki. Naoya was left in the dark initially because he tends to be far too reckless. Killing one's daughter would boost credibility with the higher-ups. Not only is Ogi okay with this, but it was also his ideaOgi takes his swordsmanship stance as if to engage in a single-strike duel. He activates Falling Blossom Emotion in its offensive form, planning to end the fight in a single mighty blow.Maki unveils Juzo Kumiya's masterpiece: Dragon-Bone, a cursed tool capable of accumulating force and cursed energy before ejecting them out of the back of the blade. She plans to feign engaging in the single-strike duel while fully intending to strike a second or third time.Maki's father asks her why he was not made head of the clan over Naobito, to which she simply mocks him in response. Ogi draws his katana with great speed and Maki flips Dragon-Bone into reverse grip at the same time. Maki is able to block Ogi's sword slash with her weapon's blade pointed downward. She quickly flips it back to a traditional kendo grip with two hands as her father turns around to attempt a parry. Cursed energy erupts from the back of Dragon-Bone, propelling Maki's slash forward with such great force that it breaks Ogi's katana.While Ogi appears stunned, Maki attempts to take advantage and rushes behind her father, getting in close to deliver an upward slash from behind. The special-grade 1 sorcerer flexes his muscles and spins to counter his daughter's attack with incredible speed. Before Maki can finish her attack, Ogi turns around completely and slashes her. She suffers a devastating blow that slices her right eye and the side of her abdomen, spilling out some of her guts.As she collapses to the ground from her grievous injuries, Maki is confused about how she's been slashed when the blade of the katana broke. However, the blade has been replaced by flames that can imitate the katana. This is a link post. I've seen many prescriptive contributions to AGI governance take the form of proposals for some radically new structure. Some call for a Manhattan project, others for the creation of a new international organization, etc. The OGI model, instead, is basically the status quo. More precisely, it is a model to which the status quo is an imperfect and partial approximation. It seems to me that this model has a bunch of attractive properties. That said, I'm not putting it forward because I have a very high level of conviction in it, but because it seems useful to have it explicitly developed as an option so that it can be compared with other options. Moderni nomadi, influenseri „Whatifness“, Anja Vuković i Strahinja Tanasković sa trogodišnjim blizancima Adom i Ognjenom žive u kombiju, planiraju da obiđu svet, a njhov nekonvencionalni način života, na koji bi se većina ljudi teško navikla, moraće da zaustave „na kratko“, priznaju, samo kad deca krenu u školu. U novoj Mamazjaniji Anja nam je pričala o prvim danima posle porođaja, kad su Strahinja i ona zaboravili da kupe dohranu, jer su bili toliko neopterećeni, da ni na sekund nisu pomišljali da će deci nešto faliti sa njima i sa činjenicom da ne žive u klasičnoj kući. Nikada im nije palo na pamet da se zaustave ili presele u stabilnu kuću ili stan, ali svesni su da će period prilagođavanja biti neophodan kad Ada i Ogi postanu đaci. „Ne želimo da glumimo učitelje. Hoćemo da imaju interakciju sa drugom decom i učiteljicom, ali opet bismo voleli da možemo istovremeno da putujemo. Neće biti lako – stati, pa čak i na određeno vreme“, priča Anja, koja kaže da deci daju potpunu slobodu kretanja, često su parkirani u prirodi gde nema saobraćaja, ni mnogo opasnosti, ali čak i ako naiđu na prepreku, ovi roditelji avanturisti očekuju da je deca sama prevaziđu, da se snađu. U novoj epizodi Mamazjanije Anja opisuje kako izgleda život sa dvoje dece i dva psa u kombiju - kući na točkovima. Ona objašnjava i zašto deci ne žele da daju mobilne telefone, iako se oni bave društvenim mrežama i često su na internetu, ali i kako uspevaju deci da daju pozitivan model, tačnije da ne dozvole da ih vide pred ekranom. Anja se seća šta joj je bilo najteže dok su blizanci bili bebe i osvrće se na reakcije okoline, familije, prijatelja, na njihov način života, posebno nakon što su dobili decu. Priča o deci i njihovom odnosu prema stalnim putovanjima i navodi koji su najveći izazovi života „na točkovima“ i sa decom. Iako blizanci, napominje Anja, nisu nikad bili usklađeni, kad jedno jede, drugo spava i tome slično, istog su temperamenta. Poput njihovih roditelja vuče ih daljina, istraživački duh i avantura, pa sad sa tri godine već pitaju mamu i tatu kad stižu na novu destinaciju i šta će sve tamo videti. Tako će biti do upisa u školu, a onda će smanjiti brzinu, ali samo na kratko.
