FIRST 36:00: Spoiler-Free Review with our See It/Skip It Verdict AFTER 36:00: Full Spoiler Review It's another Sunday edition of See It or Skip It and this time Ian is joined by BFF of the BFE to tackle the Marvel anti-hero team-up Phase Five film Thunderbolts* (2025), Marvel's messiest group project yet. Does Jake Schreier bring something fresh to a story about second chances and dangerous alliances—or is it all attitude with no real heart? Does the film's central theme and newest character go to a brave place for Marvel in discussing some very real places in the very silly comic book world or is it in danger of glorifying a self-destroying pattern of behaviour. Was Bucky actually beneficial in this story or was he just some MCU star power to give the group legitimacy. Could the film have worked if we'd made Bucky the main character? Where does Thunderbolts* fit among Marvel's post-snap catalogue? Ian & James tackle all these questions and more in this week's See It or Skip It review of Thunderbolts*—and then they tell you whether you should SEE IT or SKIP IT.

Interview with Ben Pullinger, President & CEO of ATEX Resources Inc.Our previous interview: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/posts/atex-resources-tsxvatx-slated-growth-with-strategic-major-investment-on-large-copper-asset-6272Recording date: 4th March 2025ATEX Resources is making significant progress at its Valeriano Copper-Gold project in Chile, where its phase five drill program is delivering the best results to date. The company has evolved from focusing solely on a large porphyry resource to also emphasizing newly discovered high-grade breccia zones above the main deposit. These high-grade zones, which show consistent mineralization of 2% copper equivalent over 100-200 meter intervals, could contain 30-50 million tons of material representing $6-10 billion in in-situ value. Each ton of this material has an estimated gross value of $200, potentially generating around $100 per ton in margin after costs.A significant development for ATEX has been its partnership with Agnico Eagle, which brings financial stability and technical expertise. This partnership aligns with a growing industry trend toward consortium-based development of large copper projects, especially in Chile's emerging world-class copper district where companies like Teck, Newmont, Anglo Gold, and Freeport-McMoRan are active.ATEX is well-capitalized with approximately $50 million Canadian in cash and an additional $90 million in warrants, allowing for continued aggressive exploration. The company is planning a phase six drilling program to test additional targets identified through geophysical work.Geophysical surveys have identified multiple targets with signatures similar to the already-drilled high-grade zones. These signatures occur at the intersection of northeast and northwest structural features, with current interpretation suggesting there could be up to four or five high-grade breccia zones within the property. The upcoming resource update is expected to show significant growth from the 2023 estimate, which established 200 million tons at approximately 1% copper equivalent in the porphyry system. The update will likely include the newly discovered high-grade zones and additional indicated resources with higher confidence.ATEX plans to advance toward economic studies once it has fully defined the highest-value portions of the deposit. The company believes that the district has potential for 200+ years of production, representing a long-term opportunity in a market facing supply challenges.According to industry forecasts, copper demand will require adding "an Escondida every two years." Projects like Valeriano, with high-grade components that can be developed at smaller scales initially and then expanded, are becoming increasingly attractive in this environment of growing global copper demand.View ATEX Resources' company profile: https://www.cruxinvestor.com/companies/atex-resources-incSign up for Crux Investor: https://cruxinvestor.com

Jennifer Landers, community director of the Kolter Homes Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes community, joins host Carol Morgan for this week's Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio episode. In this podcast segment, Landers discusses the 55+ active adult home industry and all things Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes. Landers began her career working in real estate for a single-family home builder and then transitioned to a national developer of master-planned communities. After almost 20 years with that developer, she joined the Kolter Homes team, leading its new 55+ active adult community. Landers said, “Now I'm working in the best of both worlds, working in a master-planned community and selling the homes here for Kolter at Cresswind Twin Lakes in Hoschton.” Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes is a master-planned community located in historic Hoschton. When complete, this community will welcome 1,300 families home with high -class amenities and breathtaking natural landscapes. The Cresswind community offers residents access to 29,000+ square foot clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, 40 acres of lakes, trails and golf cart paths and an event lawn for gathering with neighbors. Residents also enjoy Georgia's largest, private pickleball center located within their community. Location plays a huge role in the planning of 55+ active adult living, taking into consideration the population, healthcare and external amenities in the area. Families often want to move together, so building near growing local communities is crucial to keep everyone together. Landers said, “One of the biggest challenges, just in the Atlanta market, is that there are not enough large pieces of land left close enough to local amenities. That is probably our biggest challenge as we look for new Cresswinds.” Why does the active adult home shopper prefer community life? Social engagement is a driving factor. Homebuyers want opportunities to get to know their neighbors and connect through activities. Cresswind communities provide amenities and events that encourage residents to get out, have fun and engage in their community. The Cresswind-exclusive concert series has been a huge hit, highlighting local talent on the event lawn. Landers said, “There is something going on every single day, and you can be as active as you want or not.” Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes is outfitted with a model home village featuring 15 decorated residences, giving prospective homebuyers a glimpse of life in the community. Buyers also have access to hundreds of personalization options and convenient access to professional guidance in the Welcome Center's onsite design studio. Home shoppers still have plenty of time to secure a home in Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes. Of the 1,300 homes planned, only 500 homes have closed. Kolter Homes is now building in Phase Five of Eight. Phase Six is under development and set to open next year. The second phase of the community garden recently opened and introduced a new greenhouse and herb garden. The full community is expected to finish in 2030, giving prospective buyers time to unlock a new life with Cresswind. Tune in to the full interview above to learn more about Cresswind Georgia, or visit www.CresswindGA.com. A special thank you to Denim Marketing for sponsoring Atlanta Real Estate Forum Radio. And it seems like it should be time to get some clues as to what Marvel is going to do about their Jonathan Majors problem! What happens in the first two episodes of Loki season two?Ummm....that's not the easiest question ever asked. Loki season 2 picks up right after the first season left off. Loki is still in the TVA, and he is just as confused as we are. Nobody, including Mobius and B-15, recognize Loki, which means he must be in a different multiverse. BECAUSE OF COURSE HE IS. Eventually, Loki and Mobius get on the same page, and realize that the only person that can help them is Ouroboros, or OB, played by recent Oscar winner Ke Huy Quan! Things aren't looking good for the Marvel Cinematic Universe right now. Phase Four wasn't very well received and Phase Five isn't off to a great start. Therefore, Kevin himself gave Baconsale a call asked us to help save the MCU. Joel, Kent, and Zack are each going to create a screenplay for a blockbuster hit, using the tried-and-true method of M.A.S.H. And as we're given our randomly chosen superheroes, villains, mentors, fighters, and comic relief characters, we're going to do our best to weave together a story that will succeed at the box office. But watch out! Shape-shifting Skrulls are lurking in every round, making some of our picks less effective. Press play to release the Dunn Cut.

WARNING: Do not listen to this episode unless you have seen the 2023 Disney/Marvel Studios' Release "Guardians of the Galaxy, Volume 3” or do not mind hearing key plot points. This is the 3rd Guardians of the Galaxy movie directed by James Gunn. This movie is part of Phase Five of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The story follows events from the Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special which aired on Disney+ in December 2022. Gunn finished this project before becoming one of the Co-Chairman and CO-CEOs of DC Studios. Gunn had originally been fired from Volume 3 after controversial jokes that he made on Twitter had resurfaced. Subsequently, Gunn wound up making The Suicide Squad before being rehired to write and direct Guardians Volume 3. The story ties up the main storyline from all the films and incorporates events from the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe. Eddie Pence returns to the podcast to offer his insight on the film. Pence called it the best Marvel movie since Endgame. This episode focused on all the great easter eggs and fan service provided in the movie, and where it places in the overall story arc of the MCU. Seth references some key plot points from this film that seem to derive from an obscure Spider-Man animated series from the late 1990s.
In the 153rd episode of The Main Street Electrical Podcast, Jenn & Dave put on their best masks and power up the Quinjet (though they heed Edna's "No capes!" rule) and head toward the massive film entity of The Marvel Cinematic Universe... aka The MCU. But to discuss such a large story and filmography, they figure a few expertise wouldn't hurt. Enter Podcasting Poobah and host of the Geek Out Loud podcasting empire, Steve Glosson! In Disney'ing this week, they talk a little about Return of the Jedi in theaters, too many LEGO sets, and Jenn's upcoming river cruise overseas. Then, they each share a little about what brought them into the MCU fandom, and finally, they dive into Marvel Phase One, Two, and Three, with a look at the original 2008 "Iron Man". From there, they go indepth in some, breeze past others, and discuss the overall monumental achievement made by Marvel and by Disney. Finally, some guesses as to where MCU might be headed, and a few things they can do to nail Phase Five.
This is the movie that's setting off Phase Five. It's also one of the least anticipated MCU movies in recent times. But even without the hype, was it good? Was it fun? Find out what we thought here!

This week we mourn the ways the world has changed, making Quik and Twinkies worse than ever before. We talk about MIdnight Sons, which is essentially an Avengers friendship simulator, and we discuss why it's cool that Ant-Man gets to go from being a between phases palate cleanser to being the big kick-off of Phase Five. And there's some really astonishing trivia this week as well. Don't care about that? Skip to 36:16 and listen to us talk about the second part of the animated Days of Future Past saga, including many burp jokes (that the show makes, not us), Wolverine's best lines and how this might have been better if it had been a predestination paradox story. Next week: the finale of season one of X-Men: The Animated Series!
Chris and Andy talk about all of the Marvel news that came out of Comic-Con this weekend, including what we can expect from Phase Five of the MCU (1:00) and the trailer for 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' (13:36). Then, they break down the latest episode of 'Better Call Saul' (28:26). Hosts: Chris Ryan and Andy Greenwald Producer: Kaya McMullen Learn more about your ad choices.
