PREVIEW: Colleague Rick Fisher presents the PRC's phased asteroid missions and also reports on the PRC ambition to dominate the solar system with men and machines. More on. august 1953. CLAUSE 4.0: Let me search for more information about China's broader solar system exploration strategy and Rick Fisher's analysis. China's Phased Asteroid Mission Strategy Bottom Line Up Front: China has developed an ambitious multi-phase approach to asteroid exploration and planetary defense, positioning itself as a major space power with systematic missions targeting asteroids, Mars, Jupiter, and potentially the outer solar system through 2050. Current Asteroid Missions (2025-2030) Tianwen-2 (2025): China will launch the Tianwen-2 mission to sample a near-Earth asteroid next year. The mission will first focus on sampling near-Earth asteroid Kamoʻoalewa (2016 HO3). After delivering samples to Earth, the spacecraft will use our planet for a gravitational slingshot maneuver and set it on a course for main-belt comet 311P/PANSTARRS. SpaceNewsSpace Planetary Defense Test (2025-2030): China is planning its first mission to impact an asteroid in the name of planetary defense. The mission will serve a dual purpose: One craft will impact the asteroid while its partner observes the space rock to learn more about the solar system and its formation. SpaceSpace China wants to test changing the orbit of a potentially hazardous asteroid with an impactor spacecraft and also accurately measure how much its orbit is altered. China will launch 2-in-1 asteroid deflection mission in 2025 | Space Expanding Solar System Dominance Strategy Deep Space Exploration Roadmap: China's plans for exploring the outer Solar System are taking shape, with Jupiter's moon Callisto and one of the ice giants the main targets. PlanetarySpaceNews China has unveiled a long-term planetary exploration roadmap for planetary habitability and the search for extraterrestrial life. China to seek out life in the solar system as NASA faces cuts, commercial players expand ambitions - SpaceNews Tianwen-4 Jupiter Mission (2029): Zhu's outline of the mission sees a Tianwen-4 launch in September 2029. The spacecraft will use a flyby of Venus in 2030 plus further gravity assists from Earth in 2031 and 2033, to arrive at Jupiter in December 2035. China's plans for outer Solar System exploration Ice Giant Missions (2035-2050): Zhu provides a potential launch date of 2035 for a Uranus mission, arriving in orbit in 2050. If a Neptune mission is chosen instead, it would launch in 2040 and arrive in 2058. China's plans for outer Solar System exploration Infrastructure and Capabilities Development Planetary Defense Force: China is recruiting for a planetary defense force to combat the threat of asteroids colliding with Earth. The successful candidates will be required to research tasks related to near-Earth asteroid monitoring and early warning systems. Wanted: 3 asteroid watchers for China's 'planetary defense force' Advanced Detection Systems: The "compound eye," a 25-antennae network of radars, is under construction to bounce signals off deep space objects to determine their potential threat to Earth. The project is set to be completed in 2025. China targets its first planetary defense test mission Strategic Implications Rick Fisher, a senior fellow at the International Assessment and Strategy Center, has been analyzing China's space ambitions extensively. Rick Fisher talks about China's growing space ambitions—from the Moon, to Mars, to asteroids. Throughout the program, Rick talked about Chinese space policy, goals, objectives, hardware, all of it, as tools of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and as an implement of the PLA (People's Liberation Army). NTDThespaceshow China's systematic approach includes not just exploration but potential dual-use capabilities, advanced manufacturing in space (including plans for a lunar base by the 2030s Space-Based Solar Power and 21st-Century Geopolitical Competition | RealClearDefense and space-based solar power), and the development of comprehensive planetary defense systems that could have both protective and offensive applications. This represents a coordinated strategy to establish Chinese leadership across the solar system through the combination of scientific exploration, resource utilization, and strategic positioning—what some analysts view as China's bid to become the dominant space power of the 21st century.

Meet my friends, Clay Travis and Buck Sexton! If you love Verdict, the Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show might also be in your audio wheelhouse. Politics, news analysis, and some pop culture and comedy thrown in too. Here’s a sample episode recapping four takeaways. Give the guys a listen and then follow and subscribe wherever you get your podcasts: ihr.fm/3InlkL8 Is The Big Beautiful Bill Bloated? The hour kicks off with a detailed discussion of what President Donald Trump has dubbed the “Big Beautiful Bill,” a sweeping piece of legislation currently under debate on Capitol Hill. President Trump, Speaker Mike Johnson, and other GOP leaders are rallying behind the bill, which includes major tax cuts, regulatory rollbacks, and incentives aimed at boosting the U.S. economy. The hosts predict the bill will pass, likening the political theatrics to previous debt ceiling and speaker vote showdowns. Key highlights of the bill include: Permanent extension of the 2017 Trump tax cuts Elimination of taxes on tips Adjustments to SALT (state and local tax) deductions Phased elimination of EV and green energy tax credits Increased funding for defense and immigration enforcement Tightening of SNAP (food stamp) eligibility A $4 trillion increase in the debt ceiling Buck Sexton shares insights from a recent interview with the head of the National Economic Council, emphasizing that the bill could result in $7,000–$12,000 in annual savings for the average American household. However, both hosts acknowledge conservative criticism over the bill’s lack of deeper spending cuts and its continuation of certain green energy subsidies. Democrats Don't Believe Illegal Immigration is a Crime Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show dive deep into the explosive political and legal controversy surrounding Congresswoman LaMonica McIver’s arrest for allegedly obstructing ICE agents during a detention center visit. Hosts Clay and Buck analyze the implications of her actions, highlighting the irony of her past “no one is above the law” rhetoric—previously aimed at Donald Trump—now being turned against her. They explore the broader theme of political hypocrisy and the consequences of “lawfare,” emphasizing how Democrats are now facing the same legal tactics they once championed. The hour also features a sharp critique of the Democratic Party’s stance on illegal immigration. Clay and Buck argue that Democrats no longer view illegal immigration as a crime, citing McIver’s confrontation with ICE as emblematic of a broader ideological shift. They question why Democratic leaders prioritize the rights of non-citizens over the needs of underserved American communities, particularly Black constituents in urban districts like McIver’s New Jersey 10th, which is nearly 50% Black. The hosts suggest that this disconnect may be driving more minority voters toward the GOP, referencing recent political shifts in cities like New York and Chicago. Tom Homan, former acting ICE director, is featured in a clip reinforcing the legal boundaries McIver allegedly crossed, underscoring the seriousness of interfering with federal law enforcement. The discussion then pivots to the racial and ideological motivations behind Democratic immigration policies, with Buck asserting that modern leftist movements have replaced class solidarity with race-based solidarity, often to the detriment of their own constituents. This is a Crazy Story Clay and Buck dive into the intersection of sports, culture, and politics, delivering a compelling mix of commentary and breaking news. This hour kicks off with a heated discussion surrounding the viral WNBA incident involving Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese, which sparked a broader cultural debate. The hosts analyze the fallout from ESPN personalities Robert Griffin III and Ryan Clark, highlighting the racial and personal tensions that erupted over a simple foul in a women’s basketball game. The segment underscores how Clark’s rising stardom is reshaping the WNBA and exposing underlying resentments within the league. The conversation transitions into a broader cultural critique, with Clay and Buck exploring how race, media narratives, and sports collide in today’s polarized environment. They draw parallels to historical moments in tennis and golf, emphasizing how stars like Serena Williams and Tiger Woods were embraced across racial lines—contrasting that with the current backlash against Clark. James Blair, WH Deputy Chief of Staff, on Clean Up in Aisle Biden The hosts welcome White House Deputy Chief of Staff James Blair, who provides exclusive insights into the forthcoming “Big Beautiful Bill.” Blair outlines the bill’s key components, including historic middle-class tax cuts, increased border security funding, military modernization, and aggressive fiscal reforms aimed at reducing the national deficit. He also teases the potential announcement of the “Golden Dome” missile defense initiative, likened to Israel’s Iron Dome, as part of President Trump’s broader national security strategy. In the latest edition of The Valley Today, host Janet Michael shines a light on Old Town Winchester with an enthusiastic and insightful conversation with two prominent community members, Brady Cloven, Executive Director of Friends of Old Town, and Megan Cammer, General Manager of Moon Phased. Janet opens the show by introducing Megan, who, alongside her mother, expertly transformed an old bookstore into a thriving metaphysical shop named Moon Phased. Megan offers a rich history of how the store evolved from its origins on Featherbed Lane to its new home on the Old Town Winchester walking mall. Moon Phased isn't just any shop; it is a place where the community can explore a wide range of metaphysical products and services like tarot readings and vision board classes. As Megan recounts, the transition from selling used books to focusing on holistic and spiritual items was a practical and emotional journey marked by community support and personal passion. Janet digs deeper, asking Megan to share what visitors can expect when they step through the doors of Moon Phased. Megan emphasizes the store's commitment to creating an inclusive community for everyone, from the minimally curious to the deeply invested in metaphysical practices. Through engaging classes, events, and curated product offerings, Moon Phased has become a haven for those seeking to explore their spiritual paths without judgment. The conversation then steers towards the business aspect as Janet asks Brady to weigh in on the significance of new shops like Moon Phased in fostering a vibrant Old Town. Brady details the vital role of community events and partnerships among local businesses in enriching the Old Town experience. His energy is palpable as he discusses future plans for more events and initiatives to keep the walking mall alive and bustling. In a light-hearted moment, Janet and Megan delve into the realm of zodiac signs, offering good-natured insights into what it means to be a Pisces or a Taurus. This segues perfectly into a discussion about how Moon Phased helps people understand more about astrology, even as Brady humorously distances himself from the topic. Brady continues by discussing an ambitious 20-year master plan known as Old Town 2045, which focuses on economic development and urban design improvements in the area. He emphasizes the importance of community involvement, noting that the plan was shaped by input from various focus groups and surveys. Highlighting projects like the Taylor Pavilion and alleyway revitalization, Brady underscores the goal of turning Old Town Winchester into a more attractive and functional space for everyone. Janet concludes the conversation by inviting the audience to join community meetings and stay connected through various social media channels. She underscores the open-door policy for those who wish to contribute their ideas and energy toward making Old Town Winchester a better place for all. It's Wednesday, February 5th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 125 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark and Adam McManus Pakistani Christian brothers released from prison Praise God! Two Christian brothers are now free from prison in Pakistan. A court acquitted the twin brothers last month. Eighteen-year-olds Sahil and Raheel Shahid were facing false Islamic blasphemy accusations. The brothers' attorney told Morning Star News, “We believe that this case was a conspiracy against the Christian residents so that vested interests could grab their land and properties.” False blasphemy accusations are an increasing problem in Pakistan, a 97%-Muslim nation, The country is ranked 8th on the Open Doors' World Watch List of the most difficult places to be a Christian.  Countries in which religious nationalism predominates Pew Research released a global report on religious nationalism. The report identified religious nationalists as people who believe in the historically predominant religion of their country and believe that their religion should influence their laws and leaders. Religious nationalism was most common in Kenya for countries with Christian roots. For Buddhists, the country with the most religious nationalism was Thailand. For Hindus, it was India. For Jews, it was Israel. And for Muslims, it was Indonesia and Bangladesh.  Religious nationalism for Christians was most common in Africa and South America while being the least common in Europe. The United States was somewhere in-between with just 6% of adults identifying as religious nationalists. Psalm 33:12 says, “Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people He has chosen as His own inheritance.” Senator Cassidy explained his conditional support of RFK, Jr. In the United States, Senator Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, a moderate Republican who voted to convict President Donald Trump in February 2021 of “incitement of insurrection”, was a key vote as member of the Senate Finance Committee which considered Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. to be the next Secretary of Health and Human Services. As a physician, Senator Cassidy was especially concerned with Kennedy's questions about a possible link between childhood vaccines and autism.  Before the committee vote, Cassidy made this statement from the Senate floor. CASSIDY: “Now, Mr. Kennedy and the administration reached out seeking to reassure me regarding their commitment to protecting the public health benefit of vaccination. To this end, Mr. Kennedy and the administration committed that he and I would have an unprecedentedly close, collaborative working relationship if he is confirmed. “We will meet or speak multiple times a month. If confirmed, he will maintain the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices recommendations without changes. CDC will not remove statements on their website, pointing out that vaccines do not cause autism. “He committed that they help committee chair, whether it's me or someone else, may choose a representative on any board or commission formed to review vaccine safety. These commitments, and my expectation that we can have a great working relationship to make America healthy again, is the basis of my support. “If Mr. Kennedy is confirmed, I will use my authority as chairman of the Senate committee, with oversight of HHS, to rebuff any attempt to remove the public's access to life-saving vaccines without iron-clad, causational, scientific evidence that can be accepted and defended before the mainstream scientific community and before Congress.” RFK, Jr. voted out of Senate Committee On Tuesday, the U.S. Senate Finance Committee voted to advance President Donald Trump's nomination of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to lead the Department of Health and Human Services.  The committee voted 14-13 along party lines. Committee Chair Mike Crapo of Idaho oversaw the committee vote. CRAPO: “We now have not only a quorum, but all members of the committee are present. I move that the committee favorably report the nomination of the Honorable Robert F. Kennedy, Jr of California to be Secretary of Health and Human Services. Is there a second?” COMMITTEE MEMBER: “Second.” CLERK: “Mr. Chairman, the final tally was 14 ayes, 13 nays. CRAPO: “The vote was 14-13. The nomination is reported favorably.” Kennedy's nomination now goes before the full U.S. Senate where he needs a simple majority or a minimum of 51 votes to be confirmed. Trump: Military will no longer pay for abortion travel Last Tuesday, the Trump administration announced the military will no longer cover travel expenses for services members to get abortions. U.S. Republican Senator Tommy Tuberville of Alabama notably stood against the Defense Department's funding for abortion under Biden's leadership. He said, “For the past two years, I have been sounding the alarm about the Pentagon's illegal and immoral practice of using taxpayer dollars to fund abortions. I took a lot of heat when I stood alone for nearly a year in holding senior Pentagon promotions over this—but as of today, it was all worth it.” Galatians 6:9 says, “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.” Department of Education getting phased down The Trump administration is beginning to scale back the Department of Education.  Already, the administration has placed dozens of employees on paid administrative leave. This is part of a broader effort to remove hires based on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.  The administration is also working on an executive order that would begin the process of eliminating the Education Department entirely. GDP slowed In economic news, the U.S. Gross Domestic Product slowed down during the last three months of 2024. The economy grew by 2.3% during the fourth quarter of last year, down from 3.1% during the third quarter. Economists had expected 2.5% growth for the fourth quarter.  Also, the Federal Reserve held its key interest rate at 4.25%-4.5%, saying inflation remains somewhat elevated. The Fed cut interest rates three times since September 2024 and President Trump is calling for more cuts.  Virginia voted down anti-homeschooling bill Virginia lawmakers voted down a bill that would have eliminated the religious exemption from the state's public education requirements.  The bill would have added many regulations for parents who educate their children at home for religious reasons. Republican Governor Glenn Youngkin wrote on X, “I stand with parents across Virginia in opposition to Senate Bill 1031. The city of San Francisco must now rehire workers who were terminated for refusing the shot. The ruling stated, “Appellants' coerced decision between their faith and their livelihood imposed emotional damage which cannot now be fully undone.  … [San Francisco's] finding that Appellants' religious beliefs were insufficient to warrant any accommodations can only be described as a ‘dignitary affront.' ... #558: What happens when you spend three decades talking to retirement experts? You learn that most of what people think they know about retirement planning is oversimplified or wrong. Christine Benz, director of personal finance and retirement planning at Morningstar, joins us on the Afford Anything podcast to share what she's discovered after 31 years of interviewing experts across personal finance, tax planning, and Social Security. One key insight: The standard advice about withdrawing 4 percent of your portfolio annually in retirement misses the mark. Real-life spending isn't that simple. In your 60s, you might spend more on travel. By your 80s, healthcare costs often rise. Benz suggests creating separate "pots" of money for different purposes - like a travel fund you aim to deplete within your first decade of retirement. Want to protect against market crashes early in retirement? Benz recommends keeping 5-8 years of planned withdrawals in cash and high-quality bonds. This prevents having to sell stocks during downturns. We talk about why retirement doesn't need to be all-or-nothing. Instead of going from 40 hours to zero, Benz describes how many people benefit from a phased approach. This might mean keeping the parts of your job you enjoy while dropping the rest, or finding new ways to use your skills. The conversation shifts to housing choices. While many assume retirees move to Florida or Arizona, the data shows most stay put. Those who do move often end up near their oldest daughter. And while single-family homes tend to make people happier until around age 75, apartment dwellers report more satisfaction after that — largely due to increased social interaction. Benz shares her own retirement planning process. Despite being a retirement expert herself, she works with an hourly financial planner who tells her she'll likely struggle to spend as much as she could in retirement. It's a common problem — after decades of saving habits, many retirees find it psychologically difficult to spend their money. The interview wraps up with a discussion about relationships in retirement. Research shows that while older adults often have smaller social circles, these relationships tend to be deeper and more meaningful. They've pruned away the "good enough" friendships to focus on their closest connections. Benz's insights come from her new book "How to Retire" and her work at Morningstar, where she creates free model portfolios and hosts The Long View podcast. Beyond the financial aspects, she emphasizes that successful retirement planning involves thinking about purpose, relationships, and how you want to spend your days — not just your money. Invitations to Tender: A Flawed System in Need of Change

Digital Insights

Let's have an honest conversation about invitations to tender (ITTs). We've discussed this topic in the Agency Academy, and I believe it's time to address this significant issue in our industry. If you've been in the digital industry for any length of time, you've likely encountered them. They're a staple of the procurement process, especially in larger organizations and government bodies. But here's the thing: they're not working. Not for agencies, not for clients, and certainly not for the projects themselves or their end users. As someone who's been on both sides of the fence - writing proposals and evaluating them - I've seen firsthand how this process can fall short. So, let's break down why ITTs are problematic and explore some alternatives that could lead to better outcomes for everyone involved. The Agency Perspective: A Costly GambleFor agencies, responding to an ITT is often a significant investment of time and resources. It's not uncommon for teams to spend weeks crafting the perfect response, only to find out they were just there to make up the numbers. This isn't just frustrating; it's economically unsustainable. The amount of work involved in pitching is substantial. Agencies often have to dedicate significant resources to preparing detailed proposals, which takes time away from billable work and ongoing projects. This investment is made with no guarantee of success, and often with the knowledge that they may have little to no chance of winning the bid. Moreover, the limited information provided in most ITTs makes accurate pricing nearly impossible. Agencies are forced to make educated guesses about the scope and complexity of the work, often leading to either overpricing (and losing the bid) or underpricing (and losing money on the project). This lack of information and the absence of an opportunity to conduct necessary research puts agencies in a precarious position. To mitigate these risks, agencies often have to add a buffer to their pricing, which can make them less competitive. Alternatively, they might lowball their estimates to win the bid, potentially setting themselves up for financial strain or a compromised project quality down the line. The Client's Dilemma: Paying More for LessClients might think they're getting a good deal through competitive tendering, but the reality is often quite different. The costs associated with preparing unsuccessful bids don't just disappear - they're factored into the rates of successful projects. This means clients are indirectly paying for all those failed proposals, essentially subsidizing the entire tendering process across the industry.Furthermore, the ITT process often rewards the best sales pitch rather than the most suitable agency. Clients end up with partners who excel at writing proposals but may not be the best fit for their specific needs. In many cases, agencies tell the client what they want to hear rather than what they need to know, leading to misaligned expectations and potential project failures down the line. The Project Suffers: Inflexibility and Missed OpportunitiesPerhaps the most significant drawback of the ITT process is its impact on the projects themselves. The rigid specifications laid out in most tenders leave little room for agencies to bring their expertise to bear on the project's scope and approach. This inflexibility continues throughout the project, as the fixed scope makes it challenging to adapt to new insights or changing requirements. It can also lead to tension between the client and agency over what's considered "in scope," potentially damaging the relationship and the project's success. Moreover, the selection process is often weighed too heavily towards the cheapest price, NOT the best value. This can result in subpar outcomes, as the focus shifts from delivering quality and innovation to merely meeting the minimum requirements at the lowest cost. The fixed scope also means there's limited opportunity to respond to insights gained during the project, including crucial user testing results. In the fast-paced world of digital, this inflexibility can lead to outdated solutions or missed opportunities for improvement. Without the ability to pivot based on user feedback, projects risk delivering products that don't meet actual user needs, regardless of how well they adhere to the original specifications.A Better Way ForwardSo, what's the solution? While I understand the need for accountability and fairness in procurement processes, especially in public sector organizations, we need to find a middle ground that works better for all parties involved. Here are a few ideas to consider:Focus on track record and capabilities: Instead of detailed project specifications, evaluate agencies based on their past performance, case studies, and overall capabilities. This approach allows clients to select partners based on their proven expertise rather than their ability to write a compelling proposal.Paid discovery phase: Consider paying a preferred supplier to conduct a brief discovery phase. This allows for a more accurate project scope and budget, benefiting both the client and the agency. For instance, give the preferred supplier a budget you want to work within and pay them a tenth of that to run a review and recommendation phase to define the project and work out what can be delivered within that price.Phased approach: Break larger projects into smaller, more manageable phases. This reduces risk for both parties and allows for more flexibility as the project progresses. Each sub-project can be individually costed and can inform the next, allowing for adaptability and continuous improvement.Value-based selection: Shift the focus from the lowest price to the best value. This might involve considering factors like the agency's expertise, proposed approach, and potential ROI. By doing so, clients can ensure they're getting the best solution for their needs, not just the cheapest option.Implementing these changes won't be easy, especially in organizations with entrenched procurement processes. The approach of using ITTs makes sense when you're buying a fixed product or service, but it doesn't work well with digital services, which are inherently more fluid and require ongoing collaboration and adaptation.Ideally, the relationship needs to be more like hiring a contractor based on time and materials. But I accept that this is a big change to ask for, especially in larger organizations and the public sector. The alternatives suggested above can serve as a middle ground, allowing for more flexibility and better outcomes while still maintaining a structured procurement process.By adopting these approaches, we can create a system that benefits all parties involved:Agencies can invest their resources more efficiently, focusing on projects where they can truly add value.Clients can make more informed decisions, getting better value for their investment and forming partnerships with agencies that are truly suited to their needs.Projects can be more flexible and responsive to changing requirements and new insights, leading to better outcomes and more innovative solutions. The potential benefits - more successful projects, better client-agency relationships, and more efficient use of resources - make it worth pursuing these changes. It's time for our industry to move beyond the outdated ITT process and embrace a more collaborative, flexible, and value-driven approach to project procurement. If you're considering hiring an agency and find this approach intriguing, don't hesitate to reach out. I'd be delighted to discuss in more detail how you can implement these ideas.Until next time,Paul

There's a guy who lives with a deer who moves the deer's mouth while the man sings and it has 65 million views. Gio finds himself watching this during the Yankees games because the Guardians are so non-competitive. We also talked about the injury to Andrew Thomas and how that will affect Daniel Jones and the Giants offense. Jerry returned for his final update of the day and started with the sounds of the Yankees beating the Guardians and the postgame sound. Gerrit Cole called his start, ‘alright'. Francisco Lindor is not concerned about the MVP race, he's trying to win a World Series. Haason Reddick has a new agent and they want to get a deal done with the Jets. Mike Tomlin still hasn't picked a starting QB this week against the Jets. Jerry Jones went on sports radio in Dallas and went at the hosts, saying he could get somebody else to ask the questions. The Moment of The Day: Gio as Woody Johnson talking about the Davante Adams trade. In the final segment of the show, Fireman Ed feels like he's being phased out by the Jets. He's no longer being shown on the jumbotron when the Jets score a TD. Maybe Aaron Rodgers doesn't like him.

Walton _______________________ Mentioned in This Episode Poem - The Summer Day by Mary Oliver _______________________ Wise Quotes  On Why Phased Retirement Works  "What's interesting, Joe, is that at Optima, we've always had a flexible work environment and we didn't really think about it as flex retirement because we've always allowed employees to work whatever hours made sense for them. But as we looked at our workforce, we realized that many of our employees are over 50, some over 60 and some are even 70 and over. And what we find with these employees is they have a wealth of knowledge. They are so experienced, they've worked in so many different industries, and they can really add a ton of value to our clients. And so if we can capture these people's attention and get them to work with us on hours that make sense for them, whether it's 16 hours a week or 30 hours a week or somewhere in between, it is incredibly efficient. It is such a huge value add to our clients. The employees themselves really get a chance to work for different companies and not fully retire but still be engaged and many of them say, keeps them young."
