Enoughness. Do you have it? Don’t you want it? How to feel like you are enough by changing your feelings about your past with Regenerating Images in Memory. Our guest this week is the Enoughness Guy, Michael J Kline who argues that you don't build your enoughness, you uncover it. Regenerating Images in Memory (RIM) is a facilitated process developed by Deborah Sandella, PhD, which dips beneath the logical mind to leverage awareness of the body for emotional healing. Described as psychedelics without the psychedelics, RIM is a client-led process akin to a waking lucid dream which helps create new emotional memories around difficult experiences. Mike gives an example of how he resolved a pre-birth memory using RIM and how that helped him move into a place of feeling more joy in his life. After the break, Max asks a question about images that come up for him in waking life, and we wonder if this might be part of a spontaneous healing process even though the images are sometimes disturbing. We end by talking about emotions as a kind of feedback system in our life which tells us what is important. BIO: Michael Kline never felt he was good enough. Þær Erna og Eva voru t.d. kallaðar ríkisraddirnar þar sem þær rödduðu nánast allt sem kom út í fjölda mörg ár, á gríðarlega mörgum hljómplötum, voru bakraddir í tónlistarþáttum í sjónvarpi og svo auðvitað í Söngvakeppni sjónvarpsins. Þær fóru líka nokkrum sinnum út sem bakraddir í sjálfa Eurovisionkeppnina. Í dag hafa þær báðar áhuga á andlegri líðan og meðferð, Erna menntaði sig í sálgæslu og vinnur meðal annars á Landspítalanum. Eva hefur nýlokið meistaranámi í því sem kallað er RIM, eða Regenerating Images in Memory, aðferð við að hjálpa fólki meðal annars við að takast á við erfiðar tilfinningar, minningar, áföll og vanlíðan. Our next guest, Brooke Ritchie, has led a full and diverse life. From living in a trailer park to becoming a nanny to some of the wealthiest people. And, Shelby, we've talked about this before.... the hard thing is...being surrounded by wealth, knowing what IS possible, but then we allow our limiting beliefs to hold us back! Girlfriend....we KNOW you are out there struggling with some of these same limiting beliefs. We love Brooke's vulnerability to share her story and how she's had to overcome her own limiting beliefs to live her best life as a coach and therapist. So, each time the brain experiences something similar it catalogues it as a comparable experience and triggers the same feelings as we had during the initial experience...creating these repetitive narratives. We can identify the open loop and reparent that inner child to provide them what they need to close the loop. We can use hypnosis to down shift our brain waves into a slower theta state, taking the frontal cortex offline, so that your brain is operating at the same wave length that it is between the ages of 0-7. In this way you can dig into your subconscious and repeater neural pathways. You are already in hypnosis 2x a day. Right as you are falling asleep and then as you wake up in the morning. These become opportunistic moments to do some. your inner work. EMDR stands for eye movement desensitization reprocessing and is a therapeutic method of using bilateral stimulation of the brain to help the individual reshape the way they think about the traumas that happened to them. In order to expand your thinking and vision a future that is even broader that you know today, you can evaluate who you're spending time with. You absorb the mindset of those you spend your time with. When you expand your circle of friends, you expand your mind. When facing a block or limiting belief, ask yourself: "Is (this block) true?" Then, "Can I absolutely believe it's true?" "How do you react when you think or hear this thought" "If it is not true, what could be possible and who could you be without the thought?" Embodying Your Highest Self in 2022

What does your self-image have to do with the embodiment of your highest being? In this episode, you'll discover how to quantum leap into the manifestations you wish to bring into fruition. In order to shift your self-image in a long-term way, it helps to be aware of your current thoughts and behavioural patterns, because it's one thing to *think* that you embody the being who is in alignment with their desires, and another thing to simply embody that being. If you want to manifest passive income of $10k per month or more, does your being reflect that through aligned and inspired action, or does your being merely dream of this and wait for a "better time" to take action? Does your being worry that things will not fall into place if you boldly take action in a direction you've never done before, or does your being embody flow, and therefore value the placement of "mistakes" as detours in the right direction. I recently completed my final Regenerating Images in Memory session, and the final Pillar to integrate into my being and my life, was Embodiment in order to fully BECOME all of the shifts and realisations; to no longer look at these energetic shifts from a distance, but rather, to live them in every single moment of life. Embodiment of your highest self requires a shift from who you're being - the one that's created your current reality, to the one who is creating the next stage of growth for you. Maybe you want to deepen the joy which you've created in your work life by creating new systems that will allow you to focus your energy on things that bring you more joy than writing emails; maybe you want to expand on your vision, or bring in an extra $10k into your monthly revenue. How do you quantum leap into this? The best way to start is to understand the kind of self-image that is in alignment with these manifestations. How does that person think, feel, behave, flow, react (if relevant), or manage their reactions? How does this person organise their schedule (if relevant) to make space for these manifestations? If you're able to step into this kind of self-image, you skip the steps in between of trying to mesh your new desired reality to your current reality. Instead of struggling to mesh them, you simply shift your priorities to match your desired outcome. The reason why this can be tough for some of us is because it requires us to let go of old methods which worked and embrace new methods which have no current proof of working. In this shift, you completely lean into faith and trust...two things which are yet to project physical manifestations. Some of us may need to revisit things that we'd worked through in the past...core values and beliefs around self-worth, self-trust and self-value; some of us need to address any imbalances in our chakra system to understand which methods have gone out of alignment in the process of building what we now have, in order to realign to match our desires.  If you're in a place where things feel shaky, this is the ideal time to step into healing work, or to seek guidance or mentorship. Connect with expanders, and allow yourself to be surrounded by those who embody the life which you are bringing yourself into. We think that if we think about money, and focus on financial goals, that eventually, we'll get the money that we want to attract. We often think that we can THINK and DO our way to wealth and business success, but what do Chakras have to do with accelerating the speed of manifesting that wealth? Chakras are not often seen by the naked eye, and up until I experienced my own chakra balancing sessions did I even know what they look like, and what functions they really have. This is a true recount of how balancing chakras led to visions and clarity around WHY wealth (the kind of wealth which aligns with your definition of "riches" itself) had not yet aligned to my physical reality. In this episode, you'll hear of life experiences which you may be experiencing (without even knowing it), which create distance between you and. your ideal business. These stories are recounts of accessing the subconscious and higher self to see and fill any imbalances which had created a path down to disconnection from true wealth and joy. When we talk about manifestations, we often forget that our conscious mind is the one which talks about the thoughts and actions that we take in order to bring these manifestations to life. In law of attraction, where the frequency of our vibrations is the marker of how close we are to bringing these manifestations to life, there is little conversation around what is happening in our subconscious minds. Imagine if our conscious mind had its own frequency and our subconscious mind had its own frequency too. How do you know if they are in alignment with each other? 1. By your manifestations NOT becoming tangible yet. Yes. But then, how do we get the subconscious and conscious frequency to align? Here is the short answer: by accessing your subconscious so that you can see what's going on in there. Scorpio, new moon, in business, and life. I am definitely in the thick of my own learning and experiences in this world of moon cycles. And I am loving it. I'm also really grateful for those who send me messages about these. So I actually got sent his Scorpio New Moon affirmation, and it opened up this amazing discussion about what it means to be in business and life during this time. So I'll read out the affirmation. It says, I take my power back from situations, people and emotions that have consumed me in the past, today's new, I am free. I am my most powerful force, I forgive others and clear myself from energy that is not mine, and the stories that are not real. And the question was more like, you know, or I hope this resonates with you, or does this resonate with you? And I read it. And to be honest, I will say that this Scorpio season, I kind of felt like for me was like, not Cruzi. I felt as though yes, there were some new challenges. Of course, like as businesses growing and we're going in that direction, it kind of requires new ways of being. So in this season, I feel as though I was very internal, like I was very introspective. And then tada! That's when I realized that this affirmation I did resonate with it, I did resonate with it, except instead of it being external, it was internal. So let me explain where it says I take my power back from situations, people and emotions that have consumed me in the past. And then on the bottom, it says, I forgive others, including myself from energy that is not mine, and the stories that are not real. Now, if you know a little bit about, you know, when you do a little bit of personal development, or start understanding how your mind works, and the stories we create, around situations that we create meaning from, they're the things that cause us to feel a certain way. And so in this particular context, where it says I forgive others and clear myself from energy that is not mine, and stories that are not real. This was very much an internal process for me in this season. So how do I explain, instead of thinking as though, or feeling as though, it's the external world, that I am forgiving, and clearing myself from that energy, I realised that this season was really about forgiving myself, and clearing myself of energy that is not mine. When we're saying mine, and our true self, let's say if these were two characters, there's the ego, right, where the stories are created, and the way the stories live. And maybe they kind of feel like they have a life of their own. And then there's the other self, which is our true self, our authentic self, our highest self, maybe even. And so visiting this, I was like, wow, I get how this season has really felt impactful. I've been doing a little bit of what's called Shadow Work, but a lot of observing myself. So you know, when you get into meditation, there's that style where you go into meditation, and you just let your thoughts pass, they come in, you observe them, and just allow them to be so non judgement of those thoughts, non suppressing or non resistance of those thoughts. So if I see myself thinking about all the things that I need to do, I observed that I go, I see, I see, I'm thinking about that. And even saying that I see that I think about that is like an observation of another observation. It's kind of like, it is like Inception meditation. Well, that's the kind of meditation that I do, where I, I just observe my thoughts. And in the observation of those thoughts, I've been able to take that into my daily life. So as in you know, when I'm outside of that meditation, and I'm just in my life, I might be in a call for it with clients or preparing for the day. And I, I, I guess I've been practicing this for a while now. So I can bring myself to that awareness where I see what's going on or I see myself. And so drawing back to this, this affirmation. I realize that taking my power back from situations and people and emotions that have consumed me in the past, was really about the seeing the ego and being like, that's cool.
