Since 2006, Brad and Brett have celebrated recovery from a decade of drug and alcohol abuse. The brothers have also celebrated immensely successful songwriting careers. They have penned songs for internationally famous recording artists, including Taylor Swift, Steven Tyler of Aerosmith, Toby Keith, Keith Urban, Faith Hill, Blake Shelton, and Lynyrd Skynyrd, and over thirty songs for Tim McGraw. ----more----The brother's professional success has not come without personal tragedy. In 2020, Brad and his wife Michelle tragically lost their oldest son, Sage, to an accidental fentanyl overdose. Since losing Sage, Brad and Michelle have felt the call to walk with grieving people, so they know they're not alone by holding monthly meetings with parents that have lost a child to Brad hosting his new show.
