ACTIONABLE TAKEAWAYS: No Last-Minute Coaching: Avoid changing a rep's game plan in the 30 minutes before a call. It signals distrust and forces them to scramble, leading to a worse outcome. Stick to One Coaching Theme: Don't introduce a new area of improvement after every call. Focus feedback on a consistent theme to drive real progress. Align on Call Emotion: Before a discovery call, ask your rep how they want the prospect to feel. This sets the right tone and helps shape their delivery. Know Your Role in Calls: As a manager, decide if you're leading, coaching, or just reading the room. Adapt based on the rep's experience level and the call type. ACTIONABLE TAKEAWAYS: Understand Rep Motivation: Identify what drives each rep—money, career growth, or exploration—then get their permission to push them toward that goal, laying the foundation for future coaching. Call Out the Situation First: Before changing a rep's behavior, acknowledge the dynamic at play so both parties are aligned. This prevents resistance and confusion. Leverage Top Performers: Coach high performers by challenging them to reach the next level and putting them in the spotlight to lead trainings, reinforcing best practices for the team. Coach in Buckets: Break down calls into sections and ensure reps get the fundamentals right before refining their style, making feedback more structured and actionable. ACTIONABLE TAKEAWAYS Foster belonging to engage the prefrontal cortex: Sales reps thrive when they feel they belong, as it activates their prefrontal cortex, leading to passion—a key trait in top reps. Start with one-on-one exercises before group activities: Begin with individual sessions like "Rosebud Thorne" to ease reps in before moving to larger group exercises. Use the 'Four H's' to build deeper connections: Ask reps to share four things—history, a hero, a heartbreak, and hope—to foster trust and authenticity. Gradually share personal insights: Start by setting the example, then have reps journal, share one-on-one, and finally share with the group, building comfort step by step. Many of us remember a time as children when the preview of the latest Star Wars movie  installment aired on television.  The trailers left us with the eager anticipation of the promised event.  We often wished the date would come much sooner than the actual date. In today's lesson, we take a look ahead at what is to come.  In last week's lesson, we considered the first part of the third article of our statement of faith, "We Believe – Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins. Further, He arose bodily from the dead..." This morning, we consider the second part of this article, "He ascended into heaven, where at the right hand of God the Father, He is now the Head of the church and intercedes for all believers. In the future, He will take the Church – both the dead and living believers – to be with Himself. Later, He will come to Earth to establish His Kingdom." We thank you for listening to today's lesson.  We invite you to check out our statement of faith online at, https://atlanticgospelchapel.com/statement-of-faith/. May the Lord bless you through the teaching of His Word.

Download mix: https://atishmusic.lnk.to/nightfog Hi there, happy to share a new studio mix. This mix is inspired by the few weeks I just spent in San Francisco. We stayed in a house overlooking the foggy hills and it inspired the sonic feeling of dark lush hazy grooves.  Also the opening tune is one of my unreleased collab tracks with Vridian “Salvation”, which will be coming out on Manjumasi vinyl soon. More details on that coming up! Hope you enjoy! As always, big thanks to my Patreon supporters, VIP tier and above:

Download mix: https://atishmusic.lnk.to/nothingandeverything Hard to believe it's been over a year since my last studio mix. A lot has happened since then, it's impossible to keep up. Yet at the same time I find myself frequently caught in moments of nothingness. This mix does very little, and it also does a lot. Some of it's stripped, groove-focused, and lazy. But it transitions into something dense, complex, and anxious. My goal was to have each track reach a bit further than the last, leaving the listener to wonder where the hell we're all going. Sign of the times, in many ways. Also happy to say this mix opens with a track from my upcoming collaboration EP with YokoO and another track from the release is a bit later in the mix. That EP comes out in a few days on YokoO's Satya label, and I'm quite proud of our work together on it. Hope you enjoy! As always, big thanks to my Patreon supporters, VIP tier and above:

Download Mix: https://atishmusic.lnk.to/atishallnightLA2019 Ahoy, happy to share this recording from the last Atish All Night LA in 2019. I fondly reflect on this event as the most fulfilling event I've ever produced and one of the best crowds I've played for as a DJ. I've been lucky to have a deep and growing relationship with the LA underground scene, and this all-night warehouse party in LA was a culmination of those experiences over the last decade. This recording is a 1.5 hr slice from 2019, and I think it touches on a few of the moods I like to go into: housey, driving, progressive, deep, stripped, and minimal. If you're in LA this weekend, I hope you can catch Atish All Night (outdoors). I've moved the event from the warehouse to an open-air ranch just outside the city. This is lining up to be something special, I hope you can join. Happy to share one of my most requested sets from my archive. This is back from 2018 on the Big Imagination 747 airplane at Burning Man. This was a set the ended up with quite a bit of drama, but overall it was a really special sunrise B2B with my brother-from-another-mother, Mark Slee. Always feels natural and easy playing with him. As a note, the public version on soundcloud is a snippet of the entire recording. If you'd like to hear the whole thing, it's available to my Patreon subscribers at https://www.patreon.com/atishmusic. Hope you enjoy! Big thanks to my Patreon supporters, VIP tier and above:

Happy to share this recording from the archives with you. This one is way back from 2014, recorded on the beach in Galle Sri Lanka. It was a beautiful scene with lovely people, and brought a smile to my face when reflecting back on some of my great moments on the road amidst this pandemic. This version is a 1 hour snippet from a longer set. Happy to release a new mix today. This one is an hour clip from a longer recording posted on my Patreon page. When people ask what's my favorite place (outside Burning Man) to DJ, The Bow in Buenos Aires is always in my top 3. Argentinians have a passion for music that I haven't seen anywhere else in the world (and really a passion for just about everything). Most track breakdowns are met with huge cheers, and even when the night ends, the crowd refuses to go home as they hang around after 6am demanding more music. It's really a DJ's dream. Another thing I love about The Bow is that it's a 3000 person club, but the DJ booth is pretty low to the ground and within arm's reach of the audience. The club has the perfect blend of energy and intimacy that holds a dear place in my heart. This is a recording from my 2017 set at The Bow. Once this pandemic ends, I desperately hope to play there again. It's a bit on the driving side, but takes a couple turns towards the deeper side to balance it out. Hope you enjoy! And if you'd like access to the full recording, you can check out my Patreon page, which already features exclusive sets from Badaboum in Paris, Desert Hearts, Atish All Night and more: patreon.com/atishmusic Tracklist: https://bit.ly/atish-dec-mix-tracklist Sign up for my mailer: bit.ly/atishmusic Big thanks to all my Patreon supporters, VIP tier and above: Alex Kremer, Darius, Darryll Fish, Drew Proud, Jarry Ahmad, John Carter, Justin Campbell, Michael Alahverdian, Michael Singleton, Rami Zeidan, Shah&Shah, Varun Parekh, Vincent Casanova - connect with me - facebook.com/atishmusic instagram.com/atishmusic @atish Check my latest gigs here: www.bandsintown.com/atish / bit.ly/atishsk

Happy to share a new mix with you. I've been obsessed with the multimorphic nature of time. Since March, so much has happened, yet nothing has changed. Every day is a copy, but yesterday feels like a distant dream. Time is abundant and infinite, yet I wonder where it has all gone. My recent meditations have been extremely vivid. They've reminded me to embrace the now, which has diluted into always. Maybe I'm experiencing eternity, a taste of immortality. Sounds like something nice.
