El 50% de todas esas oliveras se sitúan en Moratalla, donde los próximos días, del 21 al 23 de febrero se celebra la segunda edición de Moratalla entre oliveras.El alcalde de Moratalla, Juan Soria, y el organizador de este evento, Firo Vázquez, nos cuentan como va a ser esta segunda edición en la que entre otras actividades hay programado un paseo entre oliveras con degustación y talleres para catar el aceite.

El programa se desarrolló en el contexto de la Guerra Fría. COINTELPTO, acrónimo para programa de contrainteligencia, fue un mecanismo que la inteligencia del FBI desarrolló en el sentido doméstico. El propósito de este trabajo es identificar cuáles fueron los antecedentes de la aplicación de COINTELPRO en Puerto Rico. Ayer mismo tuvo lugar uno de los eventos deportivos por excelencia de este país: la Maratón de Valencia. Una edición histórica a la par que veloz: Se han batido 4 récords, entre ellos el registro del circuito, 560 personas bajaron de las 2 horas y media... Para que nos cuenta cómo vivieron este espectáculo de maratón hemos tenido la ocasión de hablar con Nan Oliveras y Gonzalo Fuentes. Ambos rondaron las 2 horas y 20 minutos: El catalán consiguió bajar de esa marca (2 horas y 18 minutos), mientras que el del Peñota se quedó a las puertas (registro de 2 horas y 22 minutos).

Entre los cultivos con mayor crecimiento destacan el pistacho y el almendro, que sitúan ya a España como uno de los principales productores a nivel mundial de estos alimentos. De igual forma, se evidencia un aumento en el cultivo de soja y el aguacate. Las herencias de fincas rústicas baten récord en España. Hasta septiembre, se han transmitido 138.616 fincas rústicas por herencia, la mayor cifra registrada. Disminuyen las herencias sólo en 6 Comunidades Autónomas durante este mismo periodo. Aragón es una de ellas. La semana pasada, el Parlamento Europeo y el Consejo de la UE alcanzaron un acuerdo provisional sobre la actualización de las normas de la UE en materia de delitos y sanciones medioambientales para reforzar la protección de los ecosistemas. Las nuevas normas establecen una lista actualizada de los actos relacionados con el medio ambiente que se consideran delitos penales a nivel de la UE y de las sanciones correspondientes, para garantizar una aplicación más eficaz de la legislación medioambiental de la UE. Repasamos la situación actual de los embalses de la Cuenca del Ebro. En esta campaña se han cosechado en Aragón 783.403 hectáreas de cereal de invierno. Un sector que tiene como reto de futuro incrementar la producción y hacerlo de forma sostenible a nivel medioambiental pero también económico. Y con este objetivo nace PICASSO. La XXXI edición del Campeonato Autonómico de Becadas de Aragón se celebra hoy en el coto social Rueita y Los Landes de Sos del Rey Católico, que ha sido cedido por el Gobierno de Aragón para la celebración de la prueba. La lana busca nuevos caminos para recuperar su rentabilidad. Por ello, para poder rentabilizarlo y darle otros usos innovadores y sostenibles, se ha creado el grupo de cooperación InnovaWool:  para el estudio, análisis y desarrollo de usos alternativos, innovadores y sostenibles de la lana. El terremoto en Marruecos de septiembre, que tuvo su epicentro a menos de 70 km del Valle de Imlil, motivó una rápida respuesta por parte de la ONGD Centro de Estudios Rurales y de Agricultura Internacional (CERAI), que presentó un proyecto de emergencia para la reconstrucción de la escuela de esta zona, que sufrió graves daños en su estructura, y que será financiado por el Gobierno de Aragón.
