This includes four reports, one produced in collaboration with the Alliance to Feed the Earth in Disasters (ALLFED). In addition, we have produced four academic articles, three of which have been accepted for publication in specialized journals. We have also created three policy recommendations and/or working documents and four notes in collaboration with institutions such as the Simon Institute for Long-term Governance and The Future Society. In addition, the organization has developed abundant informative material, such as web articles, videos, conferences, and infographics. During these nine months of activity, the Observatory has established relationships with actors in Spanish-speaking countries, especially highlighting the collaboration with the regional cooperation spaces of the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) and the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), as well as with risk management offices at the national level. In this context, we have supported the formulation of Argentina's National Plan for Disaster Risk Reduction 2024-2030. Our contribution stands out with a specific chapter on extreme food catastrophes, which was incorporated into the work manual of the Information and Risk Scenarios Commission (Technical Commission No. 7). The June solstice happens on Sunday, June 20, at 11:32 P.M. EDT. Which official marks the beginning of summer in the Northern Hemisphere, occurring when Earth arrives at the point in its orbit where the North Pole is at its maximum tilt (about 23.5 degrees) toward the Sun, resulting in the longest day and shortest night of the calendar year. During June solstice, the Northern Hemisphere receives sunlight at the most direct angle of the year. The opposite is true for the Southern Hemisphere. As I have received full guidance, the Summer Solstice/Winter Solstice signifies the sacred marriage of the Hiero Gamos. The highest impact occurs through extra effort to connect and learn about individual circumstances. Mike and Sofia Tognotti are a Santa Barbara father and daughter duo who set out on a mission to make a deeper connection and in doing so learned there is a large percentage of homeless who are chronically unsheltered, recently or currently employed and lack the income necessary to obtain affordable housing, so they live in their cars. All remain connected or try to stay connected to society and services, and many have families. The New Beginning Counseling Center Safe Parking Program provides 150 spaces - from Santa Barbara to Goleta - for homeless living in cars to rest safely overnight. The Tognotti’s are sponsoring and administering the donation of solar powered lights and battery kits made by Unite to Light, a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to manufacture and distribute efficient, durable, low cost solar lamps to people without access to electricity. The Pancatattva Ritual is an ancient ritual known in India whose goal is the transformation of substances into higher energies. Panca is a Sanskrit word that means five, and tattva is a Sanskrit word that means truth, suchness, true being; We understand that a tattva is a vibration of the Ether, which in its place is a transformation or vibration of Prana or Solar Light. Pancatattva refers to five vibrations or five types of energy, harnessed by those who want to merge into the highest forces of the universe. That womb is a vastness, an emptiness we call the Akash or Akasha. It is a primordial substance, but it is also not a substance. It is called Mulaprakriti, which is the great womb of Divine Mother space, and from that womb arises everything that exists, everything that manifests. So, in synthesis, we are saying that all atoms, all matter, all energy in its root is derived from this womb. The womb of the Divine Mother space is symbolized in the Book of Genesis as the primordial waters. Likewise, in many other traditions we have the Great Ocean or the Great Waters from which life emerges; and you have this tradition in Hinduism and in various traditions in central and South America.
