Karen's work centers on helping individuals shift their frequency resonance so they can access more empowered versions of themselves, reorganize their reality, and create meaningful transformation across every domain of life. Distortion Patterns and How They Shape Your Reality Karen introduced a core concept she calls distortion patterns.
