SOLVING THE PROBLEM means recognizing that we have only one problem, and that is our "imagined separation" from our SOURCE. We cannot really be separated in truth, but somehow we got distracted from our Divine Connection, and in forgetting it, we indulged in fear that manufactured all kinds of a multitude of problems. We are attempting to clear up this "imagined separation" here and now. We CONNECT with our SOURCE in a real way, in this Holy Instant. We receive the answers we need to complete anything that is demanding our attention. Our one PROBLEM has been solved, so our "many problems" are solved as well.

Without a doubt, the onset of Covid 19 pandemic signaled the greatest turmoil period for lots of businesses around the globe. In today's episode, we have the honor of hosting two expert guests to get insight into the magic of the roundtable marketing system during Covid.    David's and Kevin's journeys to being roundtable marketing experts - Kevin and David have worked together for about ten years in B2B telemarketing companies. For some time, they were successfully onboarding at least one new client every weekday. They realigned their business to a fractional CMO with a small base of lucrative clients. The onset of Covid cost them significant revenue loss, forcing them back to the market source to generate new clients. They further pivoted from promoting themselves to promoting roundtable Marketing. Use of LinkedIn for promoting roundtable marketing awareness – Kevin says that they started by creating some events on LinkedIn and sent out invitations to their connections. They also undertook outreach programs on the platform, inviting signups to roundtables. He says that it has been their experience that it is helpful to consistently build a connections list on LinkedIn to send invites to the ideal customer profile. Why is the roundtables marketing system more attractive to B2B - David explains that they mainly provide B2B business because they are the sort of business most predominant on LinkedIn. The ideal size of a roundtable marketing system – Kevin argues that the number of people at a roundtable highly depends on the skills and capacity of the facilitator. The goal of the roundtable is to make it participatory for everyone. Thus it is best to keep the size manageable. As such, he drops a number between 4 and 10 people. Tips for running an effective roundtable – David draws our attention to the need to engage the audience, right from welcoming them and through the discussion. It would help if you conversed with them about their business and its challenges while referencing them to the topic of discussion at the table. Strategies for getting attendees to show: David lauds LinkedIn as the main contributor to successful signups following an invite (about 15%). He terms it the nature of LinkedIn for people to attend collaborative roundtables and workshops. Incentives for inviting through other people's connections – David and Kevin explain that they seek willing partners and invite connections of partners that fit the ideal customer profile. They achieve this with the help of their own master connection database that gives the right target based on job titles, location, or industry. Leveraging automation in building connections: David says they utilize various automation tools to determine their ICP, create outreach messaging, send out invites, and follow-up details on the event. These tools include WeConnect, Sales Flow, Apollo, and Sales Navigator. Virtual roundtables in the post-Covid era: David explains that the roundtables product built during the Covid period has persisted even in the post-Covid period. He says that it is now commonplace for people to meet on virtual roundtables, unlike in the past when it was more of face-to-face meetings.   Key Time Codes (1:18) Kevin and David's journey to today's roundtable marketing experts - (4:25) Use of LinkedIn for promoting roundtable marketing awareness (7:00) Why is the roundtables marketing system more attractive to B2B businesses (8:00) The perfect size of a roundtable marketing system (10:18) Tips for running an effective roundtable (11:14) Strategies of getting attendees to show   (14:17) Leveraging automation tools in building connections (17:52) Virtual roundtables in the post-Covid era (19:38) David and Kevin's contact information (21:07) Their choice of brand representative for their company Professional Prospecting Systems and Contact

What are common "tenets" (traits, ideologies, beliefs, or principles) of a nature-based lifestyle? In today's episode, I'm sharing my very EARLY thoughts on commonalities I've noticed from working with other nature-based therapists for several years now. Through conversations with others in this space, I have developed seven tenets that I think exemplify values we share as nature-loving therapists. I'm sharing them in this unscripted, semi-fumbling-over-my-words, early ideas format because I want to hear what YOU think! The 7 (tentative) Tenets of a Nature-Based Lifestyle may be: We CONNECT with each other and nature We PROTECT the earth We HONOR the interconnectedness of life—past, present, and future We NOTICE things, both big and small, in nature and in each other We MOVE our bodies for health and well-being We GROW by embracing opportunities and staying open-minded to change We SIMPLIFY our personal and professional lives to make time for what matters in life. So in sum: connect & protect, honor & notice, move & grow, + simplify. After you listen, I want to know: Does this resonate with you?? BIO: A mathematics graduate of King's College London, Ego always dreamt of starting her own business. Following graduation, she joined Ford Motor Company's graduate recruitment  program (her one and only corporate job) where she spent a few years before "escaping" to start her first beauty business on London's busy Oxford Street. Developing the then new concept of easy, open-plan nail bars located right where you shop, Ego pitched the idea to big high-street brands such as Selfridges&Co and Topshop, securing  premium ground-floor space.  Ego went on to own and co-own 9 salons in the UK and South Africa, and  authored two books on salon business.Realising the difficulty of scaling a service-based business, in 2016 Ego launched a proprietary cosmetics line  with her sister Natasha Iwegbu. Natasha had been hand formulating and testing a sublime super clean  foundation range since 2005. Having suffered from severe teenage and adult acne, Ego was passionate about  offering women confidence boosting beauty solutions that worked no matter what skin type or condition they  had. So under the brand name Ms London Natasha's super clean formulations were enthusiastically launched in  the salons to thousands of women and rave reviews. As with all of Ego's businesses the cosmetics brand grew  a cult following in Johannesburg attracting the attention of giant retailers in 2017 and a venture capital funding offer in 2020. The 2 salons and cosmetics line hit the $1.1 million turnover mark in 2018; the growth was so sudden that the  companies struggled with inadequate infrastructure around manufacture, logistics, salon management and  beauty counter management. A major learning curve for Ego through 2019 into 2020 when the pandemic hit  and temporarily closed the salons and counters. Forced to pivot and rethink the market Ego decided to use the  VC funding to grow the cosmetics line digitally and in a new market, the US. Together with Natasha and Enygma Ventures backing, Ego rebranded and re-packaged Ms London Cosmetics to  The Good Mineral launching in August 2021 online direct-to-consumer.   As CEO, Ego‘s focus is strategy, sales, marketing and building the organization to scale The Good Mineral; all  while maintaining the South African based salons and cosmetics brand. An energetic, natural communicator and inspirational leader in her career so far, Ego has employed and  trained over 250 women. Written for Professional Beauty and Scratch magazine. Been a Professional Beauty  Awards judge for 2 years. In 2007, the city began planning expansion of an existing government fiber network to support smart-grid applications. (Like many smaller US cities, it owns its own electric utility.) The planning process revealed a lack of affordable choices for broadband and data center services. That ultimately led City Council to found WeConnect: an underground fiber network connected to a community-owned data center and delivering 100 Gbps connectivity to municipal service providers, businesses, schools, the local university and research institutes.

Jess & Brandon address a listener who wants to “convince” his wife to fulfill his fantasy. They discuss the appeal of public sex and how you can build upon your fantasies in a safe way and incorporate your partner. Please see some summary notes from this podcast below: I may be weird but I want to have sex in public. How can I convince my wife to fulfill this fantasy? Public sex carries an element of risk, which can heighten excitement, desire, passion and intimacy — if you balance this risk to ensure personal safety. I often suggest that the formula for a lasting relationship involves cultivating so much love, safety, trust and respect that you can engage in non-sexual behaviours and/or explore fantasies that are a little risky. Having sex in public is one example of an activity that can heighten passion without huge risk as long as you consider your local laws. Not everyone consents to watching or hearing you have sex, so be mindful and respectful of others' boundaries. If you go shopping with your younger sibling or child, you don't want to hear a couple having sex in the next fitting room. If you go for a walk with your grandmother, you don't expect to see a couple getting it on behind a tree. You can experiment with elements of public sex without exposing yourself to non-consenting parties. Consider the time, place, lighting and other logistics as you explore this fantasy. A public park or parking lot at 3am likely provides less privacy than it does at 2am. But you don't have to have sex in front of a crowd to benefit from the thrill of public sex. Consider the following strategies to enjoy the risk and reward without reaping negative consequences: 1. Have sex on your own property — on the balcony or in your yard (in the dark), for example. You'll enjoy the thrill of being outdoors and the threat of being watched or caught, but you can control the degree of exposure and slip back inside at any point in time. Be sure to turn off the outdoor and indoor lights so that your neighbours won't be able to see you in action. Other semi-public options include the car, single-stall restrooms and fitting rooms. 2. Expand your definitions of sex. Don't get hung up on P-V intercourse. Time and space won't always allow for all types of sex, so get your quickie on using your hands, lips, tongue and even toys — consider a wearable toy like the new We-Vibe Moxie. Wear it while shopping and give your partner the reins of control (using the remote control or the WeConnect smartphone app). 3. You don't have to “finish”. Obviously there is no universal finish line for sex, but oftentimes, we become focused on reaching orgasm as the ultimate goal. Instead of striving to climax in a public space, consider getting started in public with dirty talk, discreet touching, sexting, rubbing through clothing under the table and other activities before moving into a private space to follow up. 4. Go to a sex club or event where on-site sex is permitted. You can enjoy the thrill of exhibitionism without the risk of violating others' consent.
