In this episode, both Savannah and Julie return to the podcast mics from their separate travels abroad within the US of A. Savannah went to New York on a work trip and Julie joined her extended family in Aspen for a week of rest and relaxation. Each of them return with very similar stories, regaling each other with unplanned and positive encounters with strangers who become engaged in conversations about the queer community. Julie gets two new podcast listeners in Savannah (yes, another one) and Dave who live in Tennessee, while our Savannah has a religious and Bible-centric discourse with a missionary while in a steel tube at 30,000 feet. Bring your seat backs forward and return your trays to their upright positions to enjoy this episode. And, REMEMBER, the closest exit rows may be behind you. ----- SAVANNAH HAUK is the author of “Living with Crossdressing: Defining a New Normal” and “Living with Crossdressing: Discovering your True Identity“. While both focus on the male-to-female (mtf) crossdresser, “Defining a New Normal” delves into crossdressing and relationships and “Discovering Your True Identity” looks at the individual crossdressing journey. Her latest achievements are two TEDx Talks, one entitled "Demystifying the Crossdressing Experience" and the other "13 Milliseconds: First Impressions of Gender Expression". Savannah is a male-to-female dual-gender crossdresser who is visible in the Upstate of South Carolina, active in local groups and advocating as a public speaker at LGBTQ+ conferences and workshops across the United States. At the moment, Savannah is working on more books, blogs, and projects focused on letting every crossdresser–young and mature–find their own confidence, expression, identity and voice. Well, we've played two weeks of football. But if someone woke up from a sixth-month coma today, how would you describe to them the state of high school football in 2020? Power rankings time: Who are the top 5 teams in Central Texas? We had a relatively full slate of games last week, but did any of the results cause a shakeup? Chad's taking a look at local coaches who are in their second seasons at their schools for a story this week. Among them are candidates for the surprise team of 2020. Who fits that description best so far? The TV game of the week, on The CW locally, is Troy at Robinson. That will give Central Texans the opportunity to see Trojans star RB Zach Hrbacek in action. So here's the question: Name the one player you’ve seen at the high school level that you think would make for good TV viewing.
